On this blog, we offer resources to deepen your knowledge and provide a more contextual picture of what is going on in the world. We’ve experienced in our healing work with people and in our own relationship that deeper intimacy with self (including your primary soul guardian/Daemon), others, and the Divine/God leads to more capacity to emotionally and spiritually accept and thrive during these changes.

We feature links to videos, stories, and writing that has touched us and we feel offers a sense of what’s really happening in our world from a SoulFullHeart perspective. Wayne and Jillian provide a safe, catalytic, and loving space for your soulfullheart process through individual, couples, and group sessions offered in person and over the phone. Session fees are $50 for 90 minutes to 2 hours for individuals. Group and couples’ session fees vary. Our backgrounds:

Wayne and Jillian Vriend have been married since March, 2009. They met in November 2005, when they were both passionately involved with Emotional Body Enlightenment, a spiritual/emotional healing process based in Ashland, Oregon. Through this group, which they left together in 2008, they were exposed to and inspired by the powerful healing possibilities of working with parts of themselves and offering this work with others.

They currently live part-time in North Vancouver and on Gabriola Island, BC with their 17-year-old daughter and their dog Koda. They co-run a painting contracting business, yet both desire to transition SoulFullHeart work as their main source of income and passion work.

Jillian Vriend provides intuitive guidance and spiritual, emotional, and energy healing. She brings to SoulFullHeart clients a combination of intuition and heart-based compassion, along with years of experience and training working with people. Jillian served as a small business coach, trainer, and manager for E-Myth Worldwide for over five years and was a certified EBE facilitator, receiving multiple-year training and offering emotional and spiritual healing through parts work with clients, mostly young adults for over three years. She is passionate about writing and has published numerous articles about small business, poetry, short stories, and received an academic scholarship award for writing. Wayne Vriend offers heart-based, intuitive guidance to individuals, couples, and groups, and spiritual/emotional/energy healing. He works with clients to create a deeper relationship with themselves, others, and the Divine. Wayne has held leadership positions all his life, whether in church circles or running his successful contracting business for over 28 years. Wayne spent many years working with a EBE facilitator and engaging in parts work, for which he drove once a month from Vancouver to Ashland, Oregon to attend sessions. Kind-hearted with a deep belly laugh, Wayne provides a loving, wise, and catalytic presence for his SoulFullHeart clients. He has received Reiki Level II attunement.
