Inside SoulFullHeart Sessions & The Ongoing Process (VIDEO)

Kasha and I expanded on to our last video about SoulFullHeart sessions to describe what happens both within session space as well as in-between. We also talk about the ongoing process and the benefits/results that can happen when they are consistent and embodied.

These sessions are meant to help bridge you to all the parts of you that may feel lost, depressed, anxious, in fear or in pain. We generally start with the Inner Protector that is the one that has holding these parts in place just to navigate and get through life as it is in this dimension. They hold the trauma as well as guard the innocence and the brilliance.

We discuss what the session is composed of and what you may expect in the beginning. We talk about how they are different than parts-work therapy and the places that we can go beyond the 3D trauma body.

Kasha and I will focus an upcoming video on the Metasoul, Gatekeeper, and the timelines that our soul aspects live in to go more into the spiritual trauma and gifts that lay within looking for discovery, recovery, love, and integration. We are also planning one on couples sessions as well. So stay tuned!
