This video came out spontaneously this morning as I’ve been feeling the intense heart chakra activations that are happening during this post Lion’s Gate time and space of digestion and receiving. I keep feeling Divine Mother’s invitation personally and collectively (and esp during sessions) to connect to our heart space and feel what arises. As I shared in a post today, “In your drop into realness, into your tears, into your pain….You are not broken….you are breaking open. Love, Divine Mother.”

In this video, I’m playing my 432 HZ tuned crystal sound bowl that activates/clears/opens your heart chakra. The meditation that came through invites you to drop into your heart and feel whatever is real for you in this moment. To allow what even feels broken, as it is in this feeling that allows for you to break open. Open to love. Open to life. Open to the Divine. Open to Self.

And we recode together, we affirm together:

I am love. You are love. We are love.

And, I am now being guided that this is the first video in a series that I will offer for the next eight days tuning into each chakra while playing my sound bowl that activates them, channeling whatever messages come through from Divine Mother through my human heart to yours…with the last video being a blending of them all.
