In this video recorded live on October 26th, SoulFullHeart Teachers Raphael and Jelelle Awen explore the shadow and how it expresses in your life through suppressed/disowned feelings, parts and aspects. This is especially triggered during the current eclipse window and Halloween/Samhain passage.

We share about our experiences with Shadow exploration and how our SoulFullHeart healing process responds and bridges to whatever energies are in shadow with the light of love. We also offer a guided meditation to connect with a part/aspect/feeling in shadow through a brief visualization journey and bring in illumination/light/love to begin a bridging to them.
