Throat Chakra Opening: Chakra Meditation And Sound Healing Series
For so long our truth has been suppressed, blocked, and vilified by fear. NOW is the time for your voice to be freed by love. For your truth to heard. For your gifts to be shared. For your soul’s song to be sung.
In this second video, I’m playing my 432 HZ tuned crystal sound bowl that activates/clears/opens your throat chakra (G Note). The meditation and light language/toning that comes through me invites you to open your throat chakra and connect to whatever sounds, tones, words, and light language want to come through. To allow what needs to be spoken to be freed and to release the fear in that movement.
