My latest book baby is finally BORN! So excited to announce that my new book called Free To Be 5D: Navigating Ascension From The Inside Out is now available self published in kindle/ebook, print, and PDF versions. Eventually an audio version in my voice as well will be available.

I’ve been asked many times over the years for a book that would put everything altogether in terms of what we are offering with the SoulFullHeart process and about navigating Ascension. We go to so many places and at such depth and breadth with what we offer that I so get why that it is useful to have an overview and summary of the content in ONE place. This book is THAT place!

I needed to serve in 1:1 sessions and groups and within our community for the last several years for the clarities in this book to arise. They truly were inspired by and come from the amazing souls who tried out and leaned into this process in whatever ways that they did. I so thank those women especially who did 1:1 sessions with me over the years as you informed and enriched this writing and this offering in so many ways.

I am blessed as a soul gift to be able to somehow download and assimilate experiences into a paradigmatic offering as I do in this book. This book is also the assimilation of my own awakening journey for the last 15 years and my sacred union experience with Raphael Awen and within community.

This baby was definitely not born alone and I give so much thanks and gratitude to Raphael for his overall support, collaboration, and careful editing, Kalayna Solais for her editing and beautiful cover art, Gabriel Heartman for his promo video to come soon for the book, Deya Shekinah for her wonderful editing, Raianna Shai for her beautiful website design, and Monica Devi Bhakti for her editing and being so supportive of this process.
