The bliss we seek, though it manifests in the external, actually comes from the internal.
This changes the question from ‘will the bliss endure?’ to ‘will I be able to endure the bliss?’
We are oriented to feeling and seeing joy or bliss or goodness as an external that we have no control over or influence upon.
When we come to see that our larger self is creating our lives and then how our perception of that life we are creating then quantumly yet affects that creation further, producing perfectly the level of joy or bliss we are ready and capable to endure, then we are coming to the edge of a totally new experience of life.
Hell isn’t fun or easy to endure, but it actually takes way more guts to endure bliss. This feels so true to me.
Why else would people choose hell over bliss?
There’s some really good news though in realizing how it is parts of us who are afraid of and running from bliss. You get to show up for these parts. Finding and feeling these parts is now job # 1, if we actually want to take response-ability for the life we are experiencing!
