I am very excited to release our first exploration into more of a documentary style video offering with AMAZING editing and producing by our very own Gabriel Heartman (who worked so hard on this!) It has long been my dream to offer videos that combine our words, images, music, and interviews/teachings as an activation and bridge to our energy…and here is the first! This one made me a cry a few times, in a good way as we all watched it together as a group on Wednesday for the first time.

In this video, I share about my new book about the Ascension process called Free To Be 5D: Naigating Ascension From The Inside Out available now in print, ebook, and PDF editions (and eventually in audio as well). I talk about how this book has been inspired by hundreds of 1:1 sessions with others over the years, my own awakening process through parts/soul aspect work over the last 15 years, our community experience of this process, and Divine guidance/inspiration. The book offers an overview of a process which has long been in the making and creation for many years. I describe what the book (and SoulFullHeart process) provides that is unique from other offerings, what the ‘take away’ main messages are from the book and my inspiration to write it.

The overlaying messages I received while writing this book over the last several months was that you are NOT alone, there is so much support from within, with the Divine, and with Star Family that you more and more able to connect with. Another message is that you ARE Infinite Love in human form and all else (such as the experience of separation) is a temporary illusion offered for your growth.

“You’ve so long been the lone light in pervasive darkness, now you will become the lighthouse, helping to bring everyone safely home….to the Divine’s shore again.” ~

Also interviewed by Gabriel in the video is SoulFullHeart Co-creator and Facilitator and my beloved mate Raphael Awen, who describes his emotional reaction to reading/editing the book and also how he feels that it will benefit those reading it…even those who don’t know anything about the SoulFullHeart process. Also interviewed for this video is lovely SoulFullHeart Facilitator Kalayna Solais, who shares her experience of reading it and what she feel it offers others.
