SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter: Could It Be That The Divine Is Bored And Lonely Too?

In this week’s featured article, SoulFullHeart co-creator Raphael Awen feels into the concepts of boredom and loneliness as positive catalysts of life change rather than negative emotions of feeling stuck. He gives this thought another layer by imagining the Divine as bored, lonely, and desirous of an other, as well as advocating for feeling the parts of us that are bored and lonely and what that means for them:

“ God isn’t interested in basking in bliss, thank God. God wanted and needed polarity and duality and drama. You came here for a ‘dual enlightenment’, not a non-dual one.

If this is true for you, as it is for me, then it leads us to explore and get to know the parts of us who have suffered in loneliness and boredom. Loneliness and boredom are the two biggest game changers in my life that have pretty much forced my life changes every single time. This is a burden to bear, a load, a suffering, if you will, that we are called to bear. The point in all this is to mitigate this suffering so that you are not suffering over this suffering. It’s one thing to bear loneliness and boredom, it’s another to allow it to live on in you, unchecked, unaddressed, unfelt, unrelated to.”

“It’s feeling like the current energies (which seem to have a Dark Mother or catalytic death-rebirth vibration to them) are illuminating what the sources of anxiety are in your life and inviting you to let them go. I have discovered that the biggest source of distrust comes up within relationships of all kinds. Our original hurt and wounding happened in relationship and anxiety stems mainly from the fear that hurt will happen again and the distrust in any sources of love with the projection that they will hurt you again.”

SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter: Ascending At The Pace Of Your Growing Self Love

This was a major week of intense energies coming in with the Super Blue Blood moon on January 31st! SoulFullHeart co-creator Jelelle Awen released updates on these energies, feeling them as support to clear out body toxicities which may be coming up as physical symptoms of the flu. Facilitator Gabriel Heartman feels into the moon energies and how they relate to his own personal process and collectively.

In the featured article, Kalayna Colibri shares how important it feels to allow yourself to take small steps in the ascension process. There can be pressure from some parts to be done faster or have bigger movements, but sometimes the biggest movements are the smallest:

“In a way, we actually owe it to parts of us, whose worlds we have dismantled and reassembled in many ways as we experience Ascension and deep healing processes, to really BE with them in all of this and give them the space to breathe around what they have experienced and what is being shaken up for them. Parts of you are what have made you, YOU… they have given you the gifts of personality and their increased sense of rest is what helps bring them back in, into integration with your heart and soul, which is ultimately not a part but an arising BEingness that can continue ascending in an authentic and ever-expanding way.”

SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter: The Grail Pursuit Of Soul Tribe

In the featured article this week, SoulFullHeart co-creator Raphael Awen shares his experience with existing in and searching for “Soul Tribe”. He shares his feelings of always wanting more than he was getting out of tribes such as groups of family or friends. The desire to be wanted, desired, and needed was too strong to stay in anything that gave him less. SoulFullHeart is an example of a Soul Tribe and is one that, for him, has fulfilled those desires that he had been searching for:

“My Soul Tribe is about feeling my truth resonate inside the tribe, where even a natural and healthy ‘conformity for love’ can breathe that isn’t a codependent grasping for love. I get to conform when I want to and need to. I also get to be uniquely different when I want to and need to. I get to do it all and be it all inside of community. I get to need and want love. I get to be loved. I get to feel all the parts of me who are in different stages of their own relationship to love and community.”

SoulFullHeart Museletter: Focusing On The Birthing Of The New You And New Earth Now

The new year of 2018 has been off to a big start energetically. The masculine and feminine codes are swirling together to offer activations and a birthing of a new You. SoulFullHeart co-creator, Jelelle Awen, offers her heart open and invitational words of what this year has in store for all of us.  There is a gestation period that is meant to move you from the old into a new frequency of your highest heart and calling.  There is much to feel and connect with inside that is ready to move and open up to more love.

“This gestation has been challenging at times and maybe continues to be. This gestation has felt like a void at times with nothing there and little sense of what could possibly fill up what has been emptied out. Sometimes you can feel the womb that you are in and the Divine love energy that is holding ALL of this process and you. Sometimes parts of you may feel abandoned, left ‘behind’ and left out, disconnected from the Divine parental energy that actually is ALWAYS there for you. Sometimes parts of you need to thrash out, say ‘no more’ to the old 3D ways that may still anchor and tug. And then, return again to the womb, to the comfort of the place where you can rest in what you are becoming.”

SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter: Healing Toward Soul Family Relationships In The New Year

The holiday season has come and passed and we have many articles reflecting on this time. SoulFullHeart facilitator Gabriel Heartman reflects on his own past holiday experiences in this week’s feature museletter. He acknowledges how hard it can be for some to be around family that isn’t resonant and advocates for the empowerment of taking space from that family in order to live into your bigness. It’s easy for parts of us to shrink in order to fit in with family, especially over the holidays, but it’s a huge service to yourself and those parts to take that space as needed and desired:

“[Taking space from family] allowed for deep healing for my parts as well as advocating for something new and more aligned to what my soul and heart needed to grow and embody. No longer would I accept anything less than what I felt I needed and deserved as both a heart and a soul. I could feel the love for my birth family and wished them all well in their lives and journeys. They have an open invitation to the way of life that has brought me to places inside myself I can only have dreamed of not that long ago.”

The New Year has also been a topic of discussion in SoulFullHeart this week. Facilitator Kalayna Colibri feels into this coming year as a chance to go deeper inwards, to uncover an inner world that we connected with as children and to let in more self love towards these inner parts of us. Co-creator Jelelle Awen gives an energy update for the winter solstice as so much disclosure is accelerating around us. She also suggests to feel into New Year resolutions as a chance to respond to the new, rather than fighting the old. Raphael Awen, our other co-creator, has an exciting new project started called “Journal to the Demiurge” where he takes along metasoul aspects, parts, and guides on a journey to the Christian God.

12/12 energies were a prevalent topic in this week’s museletter as a counterpart to the more masculine august and 11/11 energies of creativity, production and output. In the featured article, SoulFullHeart facilitator Gabriel Heartman describes his experience of these incoming feminine energies from his own perspective, feeling his Gatekeeper’s tendency to focus on doing and not doing, rather than being, and how these energies can serve to help balance that:

“This is where the infusion of divine feminine energy is helping to birth both of us into a new timeline of leadership and expanding vulnerability. Purpose and meaning. The space between motion and rest. There is a great balancing act occurring in my world today as I surrender to it. That feels like the key into this next gateway. Surrendering to the feelings inside that are inside the covered void. Creating a Yin day for yourself and the parts of you that need your love and attention. This is what is offered in SoulFullHeart as a means to feel the deeper layers of your being to allow for more arising of your authentic and glorious creative You….”
