With the new lockdown and travel ban, we decided it was best and also very necessary to stay here in Avalon to ‘weather the storm’ that is not only happening here in the UK, but everywhere. It’s from this place of feeling our own rumbles in our community, ourselves, and as part of the global human family, that we offer this new Avalon Update.

We highly recommend taking in this version of her book that is read in her voice, as the transmission of her words and the embodiment of this process she outlines and talks about in the book are that much more powerfully felt.
