The Year of the Sacred “Yes”

I woke up into this new year feeling a palpable bittersweet-ness. For me, and perhaps many others, it has been a big year of letting go and then deeply grieving those losses. In a sense it has been a year of saying “no”. To tired patterns, old versions of ourselves, relationships, environments, tensions, and anything that brings a sense of unworthiness or heaviness.

The phase of saying no is SO sacred and tells all the precious parts of you that they are worthy of love and deserve all the desires and needs that live in their hearts. Letting go and deeply feeling the grief of it is something that not many are taught to do. We are taught to let go and forget or hold on for good. But to feel every inch of sadness, relief, confusion, heartbreak, or deep despair that comes up from letting go is so much more meaningful than letting it all sit underneath the surface.

Feeling the depths of these emotions allows more room for all everything you want to say “YES” to. That’s how I feel 2023 will unfold, the year of yes.

Yes to healing
Yes to love
Yes to the divine
Yes to transformational relationships
Yes to inner growth
Yes to opening out the heart again

Saying no to so many things can feel so depleting and disheartening. It’s hard to open yourself up again to the new possibilities that can fill the void that has been left. In the meantime, we can fill the void ourselves with our own inner relationships and inner growth. But soon we can open up again and let in the magic of the new.

Everything we’ve dreamed of is on the horizon just waiting for us to be ready for it. We can hide in the shadows in fear of hurting again, or open our hearts to love and loss knowing that we’ll always find our way back to love. I feel so much honouring of all that has been let go of this year, including an old layer of myself that is ready to move out. And now I welcome in more alchemy, flow and intimacy than ever before! Wishing a REAL New Year to you all ♥️

Message From 2022: Choose To Be Alive, Be Free, And Be Love

This time of year there is a collective ritual of looking back and looking forward. Evaluating what happened this past year and what wants to be made manifest in the year to come. There are things we look at personally and things we look at globally. These past couple of New Year’s have been hard to peel away the two as separate as they have seemed bound to each other somehow. What happens ‘out there’ can directly influence and effect what happens ‘in here’.

This morning I felt like checking in with the New Year and feeling what it has to offer me personally and collectively. I have been connecting more with my Gatekeeper as well to continue to heal his own distortions, wounding, and relationship to Love and the Divine so that I can receive a clearer message rooted in compassion and passion both. I will write more about my Gatekeeper in the New Year as it will be presented in the upcoming Deepen video series with Raphael and Jelelle Awen. When I invited 2022 to presence itself I was drawn to the number two, obviously. The first thing I felt and saw was Choice. We all have a choice in this life, even in the most dire of circumstances. We may not have a choice in an external situation, but we ALWAYS have a choice on how to relate and respond to it. This power of Choice can be challenged in numerous ways and at profound depths. Do we choose suffering or do we choose Love?

I understand that this may seem elementary and basic depending on our circumstances, but I feel a sacred reality and truth in it each time I go in to feel what is gnawing at me or making me feel less than the Divinity I AM. We all have parts and aspects of us that can look outbound and compile a trove of evidence to convince our inner juries that we are fucked, worthless, or forever in some kind of suffering loop.

This is not meant to disregard those feelings, but rather meant to access the You that lives above those clouds and in the realm of Grace. I have been rewatching the past Matrix movies, and there was a scene in the third one where Trinity and Neo flew above the clouds in that dystopian world and saw the real Sun for probably the first time ever only to fall back down into it again to complete their mission.

This is what I feel 2022 is inviting each of us to realize. We have access to that world above the clouds and in the Graceland of the Divine. Not just to transcend and park ourselves there, but to recognize that we are more than the suffering while working through it at the same time. It is a matter of choice to see and feel it that way. Each moment offers us a portal into that choice and to challenge each of us to feel alive and in Love, even if that means feeling the pain of NOT feeling alive and in Love. That pain is actually part of it. Not feeling is the suffering.

This coming year, I’m sure, will provide more of the same when it comes to the insanity of the pandemic. Yet, this increasing insanity will actually allow each of us to poultice out our own sanity in the form of choosing Life, Liberty, and Love. It starts from the inside. It starts from feeling the parts of us that are in a state that doesn’t feel these things, or believe they are not possible. It starts with feeling that Sun above the clouds, even if it is just a faint recollection or desire. That sliver is the proof it does exist, just as a ray of sun peeking through thick clouds is proof there is a Sun even if we can’t see it in totality.

As I let this in, I feel such a deep compassion where all souls are at and what each is choosing. I feel a deep call to help others with this process of healing and leaving the suffering over the suffering. I feel to do this in the name of those that may not have quite the choice such as our children who are stuck in this upside down world we have all co-created on one level or another. We can each help ourselves which in turn inspires others to follow suit, so that we can begin to create and remember a world that upholds innocence as the Divine Child within each of us.

Entering ‘2019’: Love Within To Experience Love With Others

For many, 2018 was a ‘year’ of mining. Many discoveries and memories have surfaced, especially those kept in the shadow and buried deep. Life and incoming energy waves have helped it all press up to the surface to actually be felt, help you learn ways to be with it, to honour and love it UP. This process continues, because to put it simply, it’s time to love your pain as much as you love your genuine joy and growing sense of wholeness.

Loving the pain and aches that surface as reactions, anxiety, sadness, etc means moving through it not just getting above it as parts of you are used to having to do in order to keep the peace in current relationships or to keep life on an even keel. It’s becoming harder to do this as your inner realities continue to be shaken up and brought to your attention. All gateways and portals this year have had different pieces to illuminate inside of you, showing you where you’re really at so you can grow and move from there, love yourself there, and eventually learn how to flow with ALL of you, including whatever has been held by the shadow, from there, that starting point.

There are so many parts of you that have wanted your attention but haven’t had a way to directly ask for it until the life circumstances are ripe and your heart is ready to feel them. This means sometimes that the pain you thought you had already healed has revealed a new layer and pain you thought was long-buried is now ready to surface. This can be messy but a sacred process nonetheless and you can trust that it’s surfacing because you’re now ready to hold it and actually move through and heal it, as challenging as this can be… the tears and wails are worth it, and the realness and poignancy it brings to each moment of your life is what brings in more love and more sense of being held and loved by a universe that benevolently wants you to heal, grow, and ascend.

In addition to parts surfacing in different ways, there have been many Metasoul/other timeline/lifetime bleed-throughs that have overlaid your consciousness and brought out other shadow pieces from your soul to be felt too. This has also brought in higher vibe energies too to help guide and template for you what your 5D/Higher Self energizes in your life and soul purpose. This year has been cataclysmic for some and also given many openings. Pain is an opening as much as discovering your truest sense of joy and bliss is.

In 2019, I feel we will all continue to be challenged to deepen our experience of ourselves, to love ourselves much deeper on a soul and heart level. It’s all there to move us to new places and integrate into our 5D/Higher Self. This is how we learn to love each other deeper with mutual reverence and respect, by experiencing this between parts of you first. This is what gives us the chance to overcome and heal the harm that has been done by insisting on fighting, over-lording, overpowering, even with ‘love and light’ as a ‘weapon’. 2019 asks us to keep going inward and find the parts that cannot or will not love or serve love, that have resistance to offering love, likely because they themselves need more love from you and to feel you moving into your highest timeline step by step before they can trust and lean into you. Love is the way. Love is the path. And the path has to start within in order to bring our beloved vision of New Earth into the Now.

At midnight tonight the ‘new year’ officially ‘begins’. The gateway into this new energy we’re calling ‘2019’ and the energies of the gifts and growth it wants to bring each of us is available to let in now as we set our sail and follow our hearts into the new Now that is so beyond just being a dream and wants to become more and more of our everyday reality!

You Are A Timeless Creation

Tick-tock!

News Flash: 1 percent of the New Year has gone by already, as of this minute, 3:36 pm local time, today, January 4th.

We speak of making time, spending time, wasting time, killing time, doing time, bending time, and on and on the list goes.

Time is something made up by us, being the creators we are. That we, as individual and collective consciousness, can do whatever we want with it, however we want, is my deepening suspicion and curiosity.

We tend to like to stack it up linearly, into ‘past, present and future’ as that seems to serve a mutually agreed upon need that we have to relate to time. We needed something to blame for a while until we are ready to step into the next place of our soul bigness.

I don’t have the time. I’m not young anymore. Time is money and money is time. Time marches on.

When we get some space from this need to play victim to time, we feel how consciousness itself is projecting itself into the perception of time, albeit by our choice and willingness to participate in it, even if it isn’t a conscious choice on our part.

Consciousness, however, can just as easily step outside of time, as consciousness itself exists outside of time. It can do time, or not do time.

Instead of managing time, planning your time, and using time, why not take an imaginary step outside of time, where your soul dwells and resonates? You can access all time possibilities from this place.

You are a timeless creation, playing with the concept of time for soul reasons, with all the seriousness of a child at play. Take your time.

The Making Of A New Year Is Up To You

“But what is ascension but growth, and what is growth but a series of deaths and rebirths.”

Our relationship to time is a fickle thing looking at it through a different lens. We create an ‘other’ out of a year and tell it what we thought of it as it walks out of the door of the home we built together 365 days ago. Sometimes, I feel 2017 getting a collective kick in the ass and I feel for it. I feel for every year that gets wrapped up in expectation and then withers into discontent by March. (Yeah, that bully March. Just doesn’t know when it has something good.)

So much projection onto our time capsules. That which we have created to give us direction and a viewfinder for measurement. I have no ill will toward 2017. It was a noble servant of Love as it brought up so much of our collective shadow, and maybe that is what some of the reactions may be about. We are responding to what is unconsciously percolating on the inside. A disclosure of our enclosure.

We have our own personal relationship to 2017, each that was a story created by our individual and collective consciousnesses. There were some bumps in the road for me emotionally that were all perfectly laid for this new lift into leadership, romantic relationship, and inner ambassadorship. A part of me has looked back at moments with some questioning and remorse, but in hindsight it couldn’t have been any other way as I now find myself in a beautiful vantage point.

Each new year gets to be as we choose it to be, even as those choices create tension, reaction, and conflict. It is all a part of the ascension process. But what is ascension but growth, and what is growth but a series of deaths and rebirths. It is also reunion. A re-unit-ing of all our suppressed and unfelt parts of us still in trauma or dischord as well as our soul aspects spread across time and space dimensions. The balm of this growth and the connective tissue of this reunion is Love.

Love is the guiding light of all our choices even when they don’t feel like love to a part of us. There is a way in which we have care-taken parts of us and others in the name of Love. When we get to the core of what we are truly feeling in our emotional body and compare it to where we want and need to be, the sacred path reveals itself. Holding space for those choices is what we are here to offer.

2018 feels like an epic year personally and collectively. How we relate to it is truly up to us in all the ups and downs it may bring, which is what we subscribed to even before it has hung up its clothes on its side of our closet. In this moment you can choose the INtention, breathe in the desire that is baking in the oven, and then let go of what actually comes out of the oven one year from now, “cuz it ain’t gonna be what you thought it might be”. None of us do.

What we can choose is to feel all of the edges of what we truly want and the fears that come up in response. We can walk through these together and create a New Earth Consciousness and authentic heart and soul resonance with transparency and vulnerability as the fuel of this merkabah we call SoulFullHeart.  Many heartfelt wishes to you in this arising New You Year.

Arising Into Sacred Humanity In 2018

New Year’s Eve can be a day of much reflection as we look back on the previous ‘year’ of our lives, feeling in retrospect where it was we ‘went’ physically, emotionally, spiritually, etc. I feel such value in this reflection for all of us… there can be pain there too, as we feel with parts of us what some of the more challenging aspects of this year were.

In a world that is constantly in flux, so too are you in flux in your very being, all of those cells and atoms, all of that stardust and moonlight that makes up your fabric of self… so much has been downloading, bringing in upgrades and upheavals along with some very ‘up’ feeling times and some ‘down’ times as well. Increasingly, there is and has been SO much to feel! SO much to let IN! SO much to BE in… invitations raining down and into us from above and all sides, from Guides, from Metasoul Aspects, from our hearts, too.

As I feel what this year brought for me personally, I feel much gratitude and reverence… for those ‘tough’ inner processes and for the other side of those processes too. For the incredible Sacred Union mate that I get to be with, transact with, serve love with. For the young women who I’ve served directly in space-holding sessions, helping me get my feet wet as a spaceholder, teaching ME as much as I was teaching them and in so very many ways. I feel the humility I’ve learned this year, from serving love through writing blog articles and poetry, through responding to your responses, through meditations and manifestations that reflect me back to me, through finding deeper and deeper love within myself; with others in commUNITY; with my beloved mate and fellow facilitator/teacher, Gabriel… I’ve been blessed and blissed. I’ve been taught and have taught too. And, more than anything else, I have loved and been loved. And my sense of it is that there will only ever be MORE of this experience to come now, the more I (and you) continue to go inward to be with the parts that block and filter and project-out at love, the more WOOSHING waves of incoming love light and transmutation will come into and over us all…

Thank you ALL for being a part of my orbit and allowing me in to be a part of yours. I am deeply, profoundly, sincerely honoured to be a part of the service of love that you are letting in and nurturing inside of yourself. Thank you, thank you, thank you…

May 2018 be the ‘year’ of more truths unveiling, starting inside. May it be that you continue to let in the outside world as a reflection of your inner. May it be that as Sacred Humanity arising, we continue to find our hearts instead of battlefields; compassion instead of outrage; humble passion instead of prideful prowess; and, above all, a deep sense of who we came here to be and how we are meant to serve LOVE in its most honest and far-reaching form from deep, ever-yielding and filling UP love wells inside of us!
