Today Kasha and I will be making our last rounds here in Avalon to say good-bye. We will also be spending one last day with our beloveds, Raphael and Jelelle, for at least the next couple of weeks. It has been a wild ride to say the least. So much has been discovered, learned, experienced, healed, and illuminated inside and out.
We have delved into the Magdalene/Avalon/Arthurian/Inner Earth Lemurian timelines, went into deep masculine/feminine polarity and healing, and found ourselves in renewed and stronger relationships with ourselves and each other. There is a solidity of purpose and mission that has come from our time here in the UK.
We nestled in quite comfortably for the winter to go in and wait out the lockdown measures here. As things have opened up since May, there is this expanding awareness that more is yet to come in this C-vid narrative. Portugal has pinged for us as the next place to go to feel into finding sanctuary on the outskirts of this ever-unfolding drama before our eyes.
We are being guided and supported by our Inner Earth brethren/family, as well as Galactic and Magdalene, to weather the storm that has been brewing for the past year and more. There is this guidance to seek a ‘safe haven’ as much as possible, yet that safe-haven really lives inside. It lives in our connection to our higher dimensional essence as it exists in the Here and Now. This is what helps to breathe through each moment and with each new development as it arises.
I feel guided to continue my inner journey of unplugging more thoroughly from the High-Control Matrix System in all areas of life from fake food, mainstream news, social dissonance, compliance, to any form of invasive procedure. The mission is to continue to share my journey, my perspective, and my services to those that they call to and resonate with.
We are all guided to be beacons and leaders of a way of life that supports that increasing vibration and initiation of Love and New Earth/Gaia. There is a lot of purposeful din out there to scramble the invitation to self-love, truth, and resonant community. It is Love that we are guided by, not the hijacked/influenced ‘science’ that is being peddled out front while other grounded and questioning science is being suppressed. We all have a lot to say and feel about what is happening globally and its ramifications for our near-term future, let alone our long-term prognosis. We will all be writing about this more as we settle into our new digs in Portugal.
For now, it is about taking stock of our experience here in Avalon and the gifts and illumination she has offered us going forward. She has given each of us so much and held us through some very tough moments. I feel Her handing us a torch to carry with us as we move on to new lands. She will not be forgotten for She lives in our hearts and our souls, a part of the flame that longs to serve, share, beacon, and inspire. I am so grateful for Her role in my journey and look forward to the fruits that will bear from the seeds that have been sown.

Lovely and activating day yesterday out in the countryside and a trip to the Somerset Coast during this wonderful Spring warm spell we are experiencing here! We felt the powerful elemental energies at the medieval St. Agnes’ Well, known for Pixie frequencies coming from the waters that runs near it. We felt the Pixie energies immediately and my inner child/star seed Aurora came in strongly to play with them.
This brought up many memories in childhood of playing ‘pretend’ in nature with them, creating towns and villages for them out of sticks, stones, flowers and flows of water. I had forgotten about their mischievous yet playful frequencies and how I would spend hours playing with them alone. They can be rather bossy in that way (bossing around the ‘human giants’). They right away put us to ‘work’ yesterday creating a sacred ceremonial site for them to hold ‘rituals’…which consisted of a stick teepee and a moss-covered stone circle. LOL…it was so fun and I lost track of time or anything else as I listened to what they wanted.
The Pixies then encouraged us to make wishes and claim our desires to them and to the Pixie Spring and stream. I could feel their support and gifts too that will come to us as we ‘dare to dream’, unite as a community, and continue to let go of linear limitations and 3D constraints. This was a welcome message right now!
We then ventured to the Somerset Coast to a coastal inlet here across from Wales. The dramatic cliff faces, long eroded by the waters, was quite striking to us and very different from the coastal shores in BC, Canada, California, and especially Mexico. This is the Jurassic Coast, and prehistoric fossils (some 200 million years old!) littered the shores, along with many rocks containing quartz crystal. We went ‘shopping’ in these rocks and were quite happy to choose those who wanted to come home with us, as if we were picking out fancy items in a store!
There was such a sense of goodness in it all and embracing welcome from the waters, sun, birds, and elementals. It was actually a bit relieving to get some space for digestion from the intense Avalonian energies as well! More activating adventures to share with you coming up soon as the weather warms up and now that we finally have a car!

Last Christmas, I spent the day ‘alone’. It was my first Christmas Day ever in which I was not a part of a family or community. I was separated from my SoulFullHeart soul family, in a very necessary Dark Night phase of going inward, learning to hold myself and my parts/Metasoul aspects in a whole NEW and much deeper way. I also had many NEW awakening experiences around just how beloved I was to the Divine and how much my soul loves and trusts the Divine in return… even when being invited to go through something so challenging on all levels.
It wasn’t that I didn’t have invitations to be with anyone else that day… I had colleagues invite me to things from the different jobs I had. Yet, even in the love flow I had with them, I knew I needed the day to myself. I knew I needed to be in my own company, to ache and bake and claim what I really wanted to experience in soul community within and outside of me. I knew this would be challenging for my parts, especially the young ones, yet it was something I had to show up for as a sacred mama to them.
I knew I needed to keep feeling who and how I wanted to BE in order to draw it to me. And, I knew that this desire to change and heal on a deeper level than ever before had to be genuine in order for it to happen and in order for me to draw the soul and heart connections I knew I needed and wanted. It wasn’t long after that, that I reunited with my SoulFullHeart family and the reconciliation began.
Now, this year, so many dreams of mine have come true… I’m living in Avalon, a heart and soul home that I’ve longed to come to for many years; I’m with my community of beloveds and we’re deepening our relationship together in countless ways, and I’m living into my soul purpose embodiment of Divine Mother in my own unique frequency in a more solid and expanded way. Also, our little community has been expanding with more soul family draw while here in England and that is HUGE to feel and let in!
This has ALL been quite a lot to show up for continually in 2020. It’s been a lot to be with the goodness of it all too while the world continues to move through its own Dark Night experience. It’s been a year of many invitations into profound inner shifts and processes while so much in the outer world burns…
If you are a soul who isn’t currently connected to soul family, who has chosen like I did last year to be alone and be in your own sacred ‘cave’ time of inner initiations and being held by life through them, know that there’s a light at the end of the inner tunnel…. and that this light can only be lit by you with the support of your Divine Self and your own authentic connection to the Divine Mother/Father. Going inward while continually opening your heart outward is a challenge yet it’s one worth being with every step of the way.
You are loved and held in your sacred loneliness and also in the fears that arise in parts of you toward really being with that or even opening their hearts to others on the outside again.
Christ/Magdalene Consciousness is here, has always been here, and is waiting to birth through you in perfectly imperfect ways…

There is so much support through this 12/12 – 12/21 energetic corridor and into the new year of 2021 as well, for our deeper awakenings and initiations to take root individually and collectively. It’s already been a FULL year and now we’re being led into 2021 with fresh eyes and heart, though the rawness of what’s been moving all year is still very present.
Sudden dawnings and realizations are moving through. It’s a time of deeper awakening and the rumbles that come with that which sometimes you can’t name. You don’t know what’s shaking inside of you, but something IS…
Yesterday on 12/12 here in Glastonbury, it was a full day of hiking up to the Tor for sunrise and sunset and responding to alchemy in between. I had much time with Jelelle and could feel on both our trips to the Tor that there was something ceremonial moving through, deep inside of both of us. Such is the soul connection we have in these lands of Avalon, yet also, I got the strong sense of being initiated into a whole new level of soul bigness and claim.
So it is that we are all invited into our next levels/places, letting go and letting in as we move into them. Being initiated into deeper service if you’re ready for that, or perhaps your initiation right now is into trusting love and into feeling any fears that live in parts of you about surrendering to that process.
There’s a strong invitation from the Divine, always, to open your heart… to truly feel the grief, the mourning, the letting go as you also let in what’s arising. This could mean that you’re completing relationships or beginning new ones or completing with a geography to move on into one that better reflects your soul/heart needs, purpose and mission at this time. It’s a time of endings and beginnings, which is typical for this time of year every year, yet this year feels especially powerful in this way!
2020 has been a year where we’ve seen ‘Peak Fear’ take hold in many ways. It’s been a highly reactive year where many souls have struggled to lean into Divine love and to surrender to what is. It’s been a year of learning to trust what feels real to YOU while putting away the mainstream sources that are there to stir up the fears that were already peaking and mislead you with many spins on actual truth. It’s been a sacred year of more questions than answers, of death and rebirth, of looking intently in the mirrors placed in front of you, to meet the parts of you that have been hidden, buried, or buried themselves out of fear of being seen and known, not to mention felt, loved up, and deeply healed too.
Our deeper awakenings into rebirth and love as a Sacred Human family was not promised to be pretty or neat, though it has been deeply meaningful and continues to be. We all have choice points, graduations, and next levels to arise into. If love is leading, we will be challenged, we will grow, but we will always, ALWAYS be held.

I believe this is a moment like no other, a moment of opportunity, a moment to choose deep and profound change, a moment to embrace all of you, from your highest leading ‘I Am’ Self all the way down to your ‘lowest’ edge where parts of you live in doubt and insecurity.
Nothing is actually lower or higher. You will never become any more sacred than you already are! If that is true, then you and I finally have the freedom, to look deeply into the mirrors of our lives, our circumstances, our relationships and take the deepest inventory of what’s also true there, as none of it can take away or add to the fact that ‘I already AM, all that I ever might become’.
I am very deeply interested in all that I might become. I am also very deeply interested in all that I already am. While this has always felt true for me on some level on my journey, I can tell you that it has felt like my biggest challenge as well. It has waxed and waned. At times, even very recently, I’ve seen my bigness stare me in the face and it has scared parts of me to the core. Numerous hideouts and comfortable ceilings have again been discovered and negotiated with, and let go of, only to be faced with another layer of vulnerability, insecurity and desire. I suspect that this is the whole deal of being here. It gets to move for me from more private to more service-based as I transparently live this out loud.
I’m no longer of the illusion that these kinds of challenges where I must face a new place in me feeling contracted or small will somehow become ‘healed’ or a thing of the past. If I AM is truly infinite greatness, then any and all achievements or attainments, no matter how great, how relieving, how homecoming, how much of an entrance into my personal promised land – they still remain a humble kindergarten. I’m starting to get used to that! – another celebrated ‘attainment’ in and of itself, where any and all movements either forward or backward are part of the magical and infinite I AM that I AM.
The other big thing all of this offers me is that the only one I can ever be a saviour for, is me and me alone. I can’t offer you anything you don’t already possess. With this clarity, I can however, hold space to offer you, YOU.
When Moses, standing in his small self perceived stature before a burning bush manifestation of God, hearing the voice of God calling him and sending him, asked God a very understandable question: “Who do I say sent me?” and God answers, “Tell them thee I AM that I Am has sent you.”
I’m here today standing before mankind, my kind, saying “The I Am that I Am, has sent me to you.” I’m here, in your hearing, speaking to your I AM that I AM, before the burning bush of your desires, your heart aches, your heart passions, inviting you into something tangible, alive and real, inside and outside.
I’ve crossed a threshold into my own promised land and feel it is more important than ever to invite other men who are ready to enter theirs with me. I can’t do what I’m called to do, or be what I’m called to BE, in a box or on my own. I get to walk out my more in the resonance field that’s generated with other men doing the same.
I’ve done that primarily with Gabriel Heartman for many years in a time where most efforts to expand numbers were met with more inner expansion than any kind of outward expansion. Time and process was needed mostly in private. I feel and see that changing now. Something is shifting in men and in the core of my I Am, informing all of me with a new resolve, as well as a sacred and ongoing completion of my own very real push-pull relationship with my own bigness. I want that more than I want life. This is life to me.
What is life to you? What do you most deeply want? Are you prepared to reach out for a lifeline when one is thrown to you, or will you continue praying for a lifeline instead? There’s a time to ask and a time to act.
I may be sounding fearfully close to a promo salesperson now, and to be sure, I AM trying to sell you on something. I AM called to sell you on something. I AM called to sell you on you. It’s strange though, because no words that I might write or speak could ever actually achieve this. It’s only and ever achievable by living it out inside of myself, and you picking up on that and choosing the same for yourself.
Our mutual benefit is then easy and natural, whether we go any further in any kind of together way.

I am still letting in the energies from our early sunrise processional up to the Tor, the sacred hill in Glastonbury, this morning! We filmed our walk in silence up there and will also record a guided meditation soon with it to bring the Tor’s amazing energies of feminine from the Mary line and masculine from the Michael line into your physical/energy/emotional bodies.
There are some 3D overlays to move through as you connect to the Tor energies now, compared to the timelines where it was actively cultivated and supported as a spiritual activation and sacred ceremonial site by the Celts/Pagans, Essenes/Early christianity, Avalon/Druids, etc. There is traffic to navigate on the way, other less reverential souls taking it in as more a tourist attraction and photo op, lots of sheep poop, and deforestation/removal of the once lush forests.
Yet, still, your heart and soul can locate and tune into these energies if they are part of your soul’s journey here. You can ‘see’ with your third eye what once was and there are small sections of the walk up that offer reminders of the once gently spiralling, processional way up through the Oaks that would take hours and created trancelike states of altered consciousness by the time you got to the top.
Today, the wind whipped strongly through what remains of St. Michael’s tower on the top, which feels haunted honestly. I was reminded how the standing stone circle that were once stood proudly on the top of the Tor provided welcome wind protection, not to mention a big amplification of the energies. You can see that stone circle too still if you tune in.
I felt blessed to have even some taste of these energies with this beautiful soul family group along with me. The energies became even more magical and palatable as the masculine sun seemed to be wrapped in soft feminine tones of pink, coral, and peach as it rose up into the hazy horizon.

It brings around again another sense of you, a sense of who you are and are going to be.
It reminds you that all you need is within you and that the rest is window-dressing, perhaps needed for a time but not for always since the falsely attained can never be woven into the fabrics of the real.
The fyres of the flights of angelic beings singing in the hollowness of inner space, a void yet filled too, to the brim, like that of a chalice holding the waters of new life.
You are that new life…

When the ground feels vacant beneath your tired feet, remember you are held in those clouds of the unknown. The clearing is already underway. Feel it, know it… live into it.
You’re bringing all that’s known and unknown to the surface and you’re changing before your very heart eyes.
Bring yourself back home to that house built within.
You’re finding your way in a path long carved out by your soul.

King Arthur’s knights were ever drawn to escape the mundane, the everydayness of their lives.
These sensitive and hungry souls had grown to despair of the emptiness of their culture, and their lives within that culture.
They sought an escape into deeper meaning and purpose and an outer form of nobility and purpose to answer an inner unfelt loss of connection with their own nobility. God forbid that they should live out their days without a conscious quest to fill their sails.
Is a monk of any stripe really any different? Or a renunciant – one who gives up something lesser for the attainment of something higher? What about the man seeking to make himself ‘independently wealthy’ – having no need of anyone or anything, or the hedonist pursuing every pleasure that men may come to know? The hedonist and the renunciant share a common hunger for something truly comforting.
So common to men of any background is the seeking of purpose and power within that purpose. Men are fleeing meaninglessness. Men will readily settle into a career or a family role because it stems this aching pain and discomfort coming from not knowing and feeling who they really are at a deeper level.
Men who are not in touch with these deeper needs, the ones that really drive them, are then easily manipulated by agendas too numerous to mention – be they of the highest spiritual orders or the lowest callings known to men. Wouldn’t most of us trade in control or our sovereignty in exchange for comfort?
Men want more than anything to feel good about themselves, and if that means dedicating one’s life to helping others in order to feel good about themselves, then so be it, as long as it promises that they will get to feel good about themselves in the end.
The problem however comes in the constant delay of that promise – the futureness of it. ‘I’m so noble, I can delay my gratification of this need till later, in service of others.’ Men slip into settling for any kind of lessening of their pain of their disconnect from actually knowing and feeling their worth and their meaning, having long ago settled that they are not meant to ever know or actually live from a place of their worth, their value and true comfort.
True embodied worth, that flows from within, that doesn’t rely on any outer circumstance or creed, that you can feel, that can colour your moments with the deepest creativity and engagement has long been written off as a dream, a myth. We are only left with a kind of nobility that makes the best of a really hopeless situation.
These kinds of dedicated happy campers, god bless them, are everywhere. Each of them with their alms begging bag extended before them. ‘Bestow upon me some spare change of worth and acknowledgment for the choices I have made and the example I am willing to be, during such a time of unprecedented loss’.
This all hits so close to home for me. At fourteen, I recall feeling so bored of being bored, longing to find freedom in anything that promised relief. The Christianity of my family heritage felt so compromised and lacking in passion, that I broke away into something much more engaging with a much higher bar of commitment and dedication. As a man to be, I needed to set my sail with a worthy quest to navigate the sea of meaninglessness that was all too real on every side, at every turn.
It has taken a number of decades this life, and in numerous lifetimes beyond this one, to get to the place where I can feel that the true holy grail quest; from which flows every grail quest; from which flows every draft of any purpose ever imagined or set sail into; is actually about realizing the value and worth that lives inside, that has always lived inside, that awaits our choice and discovery. I can say I am truly coming to know and feel this worth and have my own experiential emerging felt reality of this kind of aliveness. I also feel the invitation for this to be the magic of an ongoing process, rather than some quest-ending instant gratification of these god given and god being kind of needs.
Only a man in growing touch with this inner worth has hopes of being enough for a woman, for a career, for a calling, for a quest, for belonging to a true circle of men who live in shared resonance with one another.
Having landed here in Glastonbury, England, a ‘fortnight’ ago, I am especially feeling King Arthur as a Metasoul brother wanting to digest and feel together with me the dissonance that still lives in men, especially in the men of the highest attainments, whether of spiritual or material pursuits. He says, ‘We got hoodwinked into thinking that if we chose nobility, duty and obligation, we would be guaranteed to find the deepest fulfillment, only to come full circle, after a long time spent in the desert in that lease of consciousness, and patterned brotherhood, having attained many things that felt so meaningful at the time, only to find out that we were ever still searching for the true holy grail, which was hiding all that time in plain sight, and yet for most, still remains hidden.’
The problem now comes in when feeling how to embrace such an inner quest without needing to enroll men into it for the purpose of feeling better about ourselves. Men must choose this for themselves, in their own time of sacred awakening, when the clock has run out of the necessary time spent in these previous domains – all of which are equally sacred and necessary to the inhabitation of the quest now arising. It can’t and won’t arise until it does.
I’m returning today and plan to return many times to the burial site and tomb of King Arthur here in Glastonbury inside of the Abbey ruins to feel this great cycle of death and rebirth that all men and mankind must grow into and go through. The once great Abbey that was the wealthiest in all of England, that held so much power and purpose in its many iterations over many centuries, by and for men of so many stripes, is seen to be coming from a worldview of domination, both of oneself and of others. Men of meaning and influence had to be in exchange with this centre of power to be granted lease and influence among men. Now, it sits in ruin as a 3D tourist attraction for tourists to scratch their heads in bewilderment at how and what such a thing was really about.
I feel Arthur saying that he knows all too well now, what such a thing was all about – It was about the willingness of men and women to pool unimaginable resources into a patched together harmonious flow that promised this deliverance from meaninglessness. It was ultimately and humbly to serve as a bad example, of what couldn’t ultimately work, for the real needs of sacred human men and women, even as it shone a bright light and moved us in powerful new directions that were necessary and needed to bring us to this current flow of consciousness that is now arising – finding true worth and meaning that can only be found within, as Yeshua said, ‘where moth and rust does not corrupt, and where thieves cannot break in and steal.’ Domination itself as a way of life is in its sacred death and rebirth phase and we who are feeling it are the Ambassadors and the Death and Rebirth Doulas that are holding space for this sacred shift, along with its attendant new way of being.
This is the true kingdoms and queendoms of heaven on earth that we are invited now to explore, to choose as deeply as we can in any and all moments, that thread meaning and deep purpose into the very fabric of your life as you currently know it. This is the true grail quest that we are invited to embrace, that gives purpose, direction, guidance, meaning and empowerment to all of life.

In the Heart of Avalon the energy of the sacred feminine runs deep. As a man it can bring up many different feelings and reactions. For me it has been a toggle between feeling at home and feeling amiss, like I don’t quite fit in.
The dance of the masculine and feminine within comes to the surface to be felt and called into union. I feel these aspects inside of me vying for attention and healing. A priestess energy that has been with me for some time yet is ripe for more relationship in this geography.
Then there is the architecture of the wounded masculine exemplified by the church tower on top of the Tor. It activates a priest and Roman aspect that feel the uneasy feeling of walking these lands remembering the ways in which the dominating culture created a veil to the magic of the time.
The beauty of it all is that I get to bridge those two together into my heart rather than be caught in the space between. I can bring them together in sacred ceremony as I sit here wide awake in the middle of the night. I am on a different clock now and that is the timepiece of the soul
I am here to feel. Here to heal myself as well as the collective masculine so that I may serve those knights of heart that feel the same calling within despite all the din and distraction. The sacred masculine is rising and has a journey toward and with the feminine. It is here and cannot be stopped, only resisted.
I am blessed to be here. I want to share my journey and serve the wisdom and love that arises from it. I have a purpose and the Divine has a plan of which I am only partially privy to. My masculine is acclimating to that while my feminine is revelling.
In the middle is the flow of Life.
