SUPERfoods For Detoxing & Activating Your Light Body

In response to my video sharing yesterday about detoxification of our 3D bodies and activation of our 4D/5D light bodies, I was asked what kinds of superfoods I am eating to support that transition. I thought I would answer that in a writing as I’ve been asked often about that.

The guidance around superfoods has mostly come from the Inner Earth Lemurians, who have provided these superfoods to us as seeds from the same plants they eat (when they eat, as they mostly live on light/prana). These foods are a gift for ‘surface’ humanity as we move into our Ascension and light body inhabitation. The Lemurians have bluntly said to me, “The food that most of you are eating is actually killing you rather than keeping you alive.” THAT is a wake up call!

These superfoods are needed to counteract and help us detox from the toxic, unhealthy, and processed ‘foods’ that are provided to us by 3D culture/matrix. Most of these 3D foods are not really ‘foods’ at all, in the sense of being truly nourishing foods for our bodies. The digestion required of these dense foods (and the detox) usually takes way MORE energy than is actually provided by them. The level of light in 3D foods is often very low or even non-existent.

Superfoods give BACK so much energy, are packed with light codes, and require so little digestion. They can be consumed in smoothies in small quantities. They can be a bit of a financial investment initially, yet the return offered to the body is SO worth it for the nourishment they provide. The codes contained in these superfoods are activating for our sleepy DNA, our galactic genes, and our light cells.

You can trust your becoming light body on which superfoods it most wants, yet these are my ‘standards’ and the ones I’ve been most guided to take, either in my smoothies or as supplements. You can read more about them online by googling them as there are many great resources out there. All of these can be purchased at Whole Foods or a natural health food store – I like Organic traditions brand as it is always best to buy these superfoods organic:

Moringa – we actually had moringa trees at the ranch in Mexico where we lived, so it was an every day part of our diet. I LOVE it for the taste and also the mega health benefits, including cancer prevention.

Spirulina/Cholera- super potent, a little goes a LONG way and your body initially finds it strong tasting so you may try capsules

Cacao – daily around here for many years, so yummy in teas, baking, and high in magnesium (good for menstrual/hormonal balance)

Maca – same as cacao, good for hormonal balance

Goji berry/acai berries- yummy and can be eaten dried, but also in powder form

Ashwaganda – reduces anxiety and stress, is a mood balancer, so good for the emotional body in that way

Matcha/Mate – these are both great transitions off of coffee if you are feeling guided to do that. Matcha is ‘super’ anti-oxidant green tea and gives you a buzz but it is a grounded one. Yerba Mate also provides a buzz and a metabolism boost

Turmeric/curcumin – just amazing health benefits! Super, super food and it tastes yummy as a curry, as a hot milk drink, and you can take it in capsules form, anti-inflammatory

Lucuma – I put this in my smoothie and also drink it in a drink mix called “elevate”, which makes a yummy tea!

Coconut Oil/MCT Oil – Virgin, organic (not refined) coconut oil is THE oil to cook in that is the healthiest and taking MCT Oil increases metabolism and is a natural detoxifier as well.

Apple Cider Vinegar – the health benefits of ACV are very well documented and just a tablespoon a day does wonders for the digestive system!

Kale, quinoa, wheat grass, cinnamon, almonds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, spinach, blue berries are also considered superfoods and part of my diet too.

I also take B12 as a supplement/boost due to my vegan diet, a probiotic, and magnesium supplement around my menstrual cycle.

These superfoods provide a big dose of LOVE that can be a lot to let in at first. What our ALL of our bodies most want (physical, emotional, energy, etc.) IS love….so the higher the frequency of love, the more that the food will nourish us!

SUPERfoods For Ascension

As we move into eclipse season and increasingly powerful energies from Gaia/SOULar/Lunar frequencies, the impact on our bodies can be felt on all levels. Aches and pains, heaviness and lightheadedness, sleepiness or difficulty sleeping, appetite changes and indigestion….there is a wide range of what your body can experience as it ‘takes on’ this massive upgrade from its 3.0 into it’s 5.0 dimensional version.

Every living cell is being invited to UPgrade from carbon to crystalline; from 3D consciousness to transitional 4D to the eventual ‘heaven in the body state’ of 5D consciousness. Being the densest aspect of our BEings, this is a mega upgrading process for our bodies to go through and undertake in one lifetime. This process on the physical level is supported by the awakening of our consciousness about 3D food and realizations about how the mostly toxic fuel known as ‘food’ in 3D consciousness has impacted us.

3D food (examples include processed foods, fried foods in vegetable oil, eating meat and dairy) is not usually the fuel that the ascending body most wants and needs (even as parts of you may look and seek comfort in some of it.) 3D food has often been highly sprayed and poisoned by chemicals; grown in ‘mass’ food conditions; and ‘killing’ frequencies of fear and terror vibrate in meat/dairy whenever you eat anything coming from animals.

The ascending body is asking for higher octane, higher energy, higher light, higher love nutrients. Some of this receiving of fuel comes increasingly through letting in more love light energy into your chakras/aura and into your body through consciously connecting with the activation codes available in the ascension process. I offer a meditation for doing that here: https://youtu.be/qBb3eBzv70A

Some of this receiving of higher octane energy comes from digestion of SUPER boosting frequencies that are available in ‘SUPERfoods’. These foods are major gifts from Gaia, especially in their most raw and organic forms. They provide HIGH levels of nutrients, such as anti-oxidants, which I’ve been guided is really KEY to the detox process from 3D to 5D.

“When antioxidant levels in the body are lower than that of free radicals — due to poor nutrition, toxin exposure or other factors — oxidation wreaks havoc in the body. The effect? Accelerated aging, damaged or mutated cells, broken-down tissue, the activation of harmful genes within DNA, and an overloaded immune system.” From draxe.com.

Your ascending body starts to seriously NEED these SUPERfoods, which is different from craving a 3D food from a place of comfort and routine.

There are many SUPERfoods out there, yet the following list is ones that have come forward into my life (and are more easily available here in Mexico) and process, claiming a place in my cupboard, my stomach, every living cell and, eventually, my heart. The main way I ingest most of these is through smoothies, for which you can include so many of them in one, power-packed and easy to consume drink. I think I have had a smoothie nearly every day for almost ten years!

Spirulina – This is a blue-green algae that is considered one of the most nutritious foods on Gaia. It is high in protein, containing all of the essential fatty acids your body needs. It also provides lots of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. It has a strong flavor so is best with a small amount blended into a smoothie or taken as capsules.

Coconut Oil and Coconut – Coconut and coconut oil are both high in ‘medium-chain triglycerides’, a type of beneficial fatty acid that has bacteria-fighting, antioxidant properties. Cooking in organic coconut oil is way higher frequency than vegetable oil, plus it tastes yummy!

CBD Oil  – I’ve been guided very specifically to take this twice a day and I noticed a boost in energy and focus right away. For chronic pain and illnesses, it feels like a true ‘miracle’ cure, plus a preventive one as well for cancer, etc. There are many articles about it out there to help you feel into if you are drawn to it or not.

Chia Seeds and Flax Seeds -I’ve included chia and flax seeds together as I love them both and don’t want to exclude them on this list. Both can be added to smoothies yet also chia seeds in particular taste great sprinkled on fruit, salads, and added to water with some lime (a popular drink here in Mexico.) These seeds are high in many nutrients, plus contain a hearty dose of protein and fiber in each serving.

High Octane Fruits – All fruits provide an energy boost of goodness, yet some you may resonate with more than others. I personally love tropical fruits, such as papaya, mango, pineapple, and cantaloupe. Fruits that are considered SUPERfoods are blueberries, acai berries, and goji berries.

High Octane Vegetables – Leafy greens are great in smoothies and salads too of course…..such as kale and spinach. Avocados and sweet potatoes are considered SUPERfoods.

Ginger and garlic – I couldn’t honestly pick between the two as I love them both and they are key players in Gaia’s medicine cabinet. Ginger is my go-to pain relief for menstrual cramps, which I add to a hot tea (along with Cacao, coming up soon.) Garlic boosts your immune system and is also an anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and detoxifier of heavy metals in the blood. Plus, eating garlic helps fend off mosquitos!

Almonds – Raw and organic (preferably soaked with skins removed) almonds offer a protein boost and a great source of calcium too (good if you are vegan). I love them sprinkled on fruit with coconut milk and chia seeds.

Cacao – Cacao is a pure form of chocolate that comes very close to the raw and natural state in which it is harvested. It is delicious when you add agave or other natural sweetener to it. It is a good source of Iron, improves you mood/emotional state, is high in anti-oxidants, balances hormones (great for PMS), reduces inflammation, and much more. Organic cacao is really easy to find here in Mexico as it is grown here, yet you should be able to find it in health food stores where you are or to order online.

Matcha (super green tea) – This is a newer discovery for me and I’m including it because I felt recently that I needed something that would help me focus (esp. during sessions with people), yet didn’t want to start drinking coffee again. Matcha is a super potent green tea that is a healthy source of caffeine. It increases memory and concentration (great when you are experiencing ascension sleepiness.) It also increases the metabolism (making light body even lighter)!
