Feels like this video has been 12 years in the making! In it, Raphael and Jelelle share about what inspired us to co-create the SoulFullHeart process that we offer through 1:1 sessions, group calls, books/writings, videos, and community living/immersion. We talk about how our life together and as a community, plus our own processes of soul awakening and parts integrating, and what is happening in the world, lead to an embodied and practical way of integrating this process.
We also share about our awakening journeys prior to SoulFullHeart with Raphael talking about being in and eventually leaving Christianity, and about the parts work/spiritual healing process group where we first met each other in 2005. Jelelle talks about how she was always drawn to being a healer and working with people and on herself in some form and how self conscious and self judgemental she used to be before the parts work helped her open up her healer’s heart even more.
We discuss what happens in a 90 minute session over Zoom in which we ‘drop into’ a relaxing and mild hypnotic/meditative state with you to feel whatever part/aspect comes forward. It is always an unknown journey held with an open hand that draws out your Divine Self to respond and lead with your deepest defenses (your Inner Protector/Gatekeepers) able to open up the space in a way that feels safe to them!
There is more information about a free intro with SoulFullHeart Facilitators Gabriel Amara or Kasha Rokshana and about 1:1 sessions with Raphael (for men and women), with Jelelle (for women over 35), with Kasha (for women), and with Gabriel (for women and men) https://www.soulfullheart.org/sessions 1:1 sessions for 90 minutes are $130 CAD or about $100 USD.
