Light Body Detox/Activation Group Meditation Call On June 26| Raphael & Jelelle Awen

I am excited for our first public group call since March! Our recent extended fasting and deep juice cleansing experiences have brought many insights and activations that we would love to share with you! Hope you can join us live and/or take in the recording.

Details below:

As you awaken and bring in more soul consciousness, your body needs to upgrade as well to be able to hold the higher levels of photonic light and energy. Your 3D-based body vehicle runs on denser fuel sources of processed/refined foods, medications/drugs, adrenaline/stress, emotional and soul trauma reactions, toxins, etc. Your 4D and higher body vehicle runs on purer fuel sources of clean foods, Divine love, prana, breath, joy, ease, flow, a healing emotional body and soul field.

In order for your 3D body to upgrade to your light body, an intensive detoxification process needs to occur in many stages and phases to release and clear the toxic overload you are exposed to ongoingly here in the 3D matrix such as pesticides, heavy metals, viruses/bacteria, steroids, chemicals in the water/air/soil, and much more. This detox process is one that cannot be transcended as the toxins will just be stored in the organs, glands, and cells of your body and released slowly over time in manifestation of diseases, long-term ‘mystery illnesses’ and more. This also caps or creates a ceiling in your awakening and Ascension process as the body literally cannot hold any more light within it unless the toxins are released.

Holding this detox process with awareness and love through soul guided processes such as extended fasting, celery juice and other food cleansing, yoga/movement, breathing/pranayama and more is a sacred aspect of the light body upgrade journey.

There is also a detox process that occurs on the emotional body level in terms of the emotional/comfort/meditative relationship to food, cultural/family conditioning, and more. What has been generationally passed down to us and what our soul experienced in other lifetimes related to body trauma such as sudden death, being killed, suicide, and more is also stored in our physical bodies with processes needed to access, remember, feel and clear these frequencies.

In a two-hour group call on Sunday, June 26th at 5:00/17:00pm GMT/12:00pm EDT/9:00am PDT, Raphael and I will share about our experiences with the detox process of their 3D bodies (physical, emotional, mental and soul) through extended fasts and more, plus how that has led to more embodiment of our light bodies. We will share about how the SoulFullHeart healing process supports detoxification of your physical body (along with emotional and soul field) through a gentle yet very effective process of conscious negotiation with parts of yourself such as the Inner Protector/Gatekeeper, Inner Child, etc.

In the guided meditation/transmission portion of the call, we will create a bridge to your 3D/transitioning body so that you can get a visceral sense of where it is at in the detox process. We will also open up a bridge to your higher frequency light body as a means of inspiration and support. Divine guides will join us to hold a safe, higher vibe space for this exploration and offer inspiring transmissions of Infinite love and light.

You can receive these frequencies live with us (highly recommended) or take in the recording afterwards. If you attend the live group, you’ll have the opportunity to share with us about what you experienced during the meditation and receive feedback/next steps of integration from us.

Wake Up Call: Beltane & Ascension Energies Update (Video) | Raphael & Jelelle Awen

In this video recorded live on May 1st, Raphael and Jelelle Awen transmit the fire and renewal energies of Beltane/May Day to put out a powerful wake up call to the masculine, in both men and women. This soul fire of passion and truth is fuelled in us by the recent solar flare activity, planetary alignment, black moon solar eclipse and overall increasing Ascension energies.

Raphael especially shares a message to the masculine about how high the stakes are for him and that there’s never been a time quite like now where both the need and the opportunity to align with your truth and allow it to change your life are both present.

We share about how so many souls are willing and able to do the ‘inner work’ yet often ceiling out when it comes to making difficult life choices that require bringing their truth, upsetting others, moving out of previous configurations, letting go of ‘sacred cows’, etc. We then share about the benefits of negotiating with parts of yourself in order to pop through this ceiling that caps your bigness, soul fire, and growth.

So many trajectories from this life and others are wanting to come together and be felt and responded to in this life. Forget ‘healing’ and ‘working on yourself’ if you only want some relief from all the attendant problems that arise from choosing half of yourself. The craziness of the times we are in, that is manifesting inwardly and outwardly, invite you to get real, get really real, with yourself, and then take the self loving and negotiated steps to out that into your world. It’s all a portal that your soul has set up.

You’re not starting a war, but ending a bunch, though you can’t do this without ruffling more than feathers. Short of showing up for your truth and your choices, you really leave yourself in a hopeless and alone place. No one can help you and you are of no help to anyone. You are in fact choosing a slow suicide. Which brings us to the vulnerable need we all share to belong, which interestingly enough seems to have a lot to do with why we stay stuck for the time we do as well as a lot to do with how and why we would undertake such life altering choices when we’re ready to.

Solar Flare Ascension Energy Update & Video | Raphael & Jelelle Awen

“In the last 24 hours alone, the sun has produced more than 19 solar flares. The tally includes five M-class explosions and a powerful X2.2-class flare. The fusillade is likely to continue as colossal sunspot complex AR2993-94 turns toward Earth in the days ahead,” according to spaceweather.com.

19 flares in the last day, including the most powerful type of X class……..and more are expected from this very active sunspot region, including CMEs triggering auroras! There is a definite acceleration now in the sun’s activity since the Equinox and as we move into a more active solar cycle.

This morning, Raphael and I were talking together about the many ancient prophecies about solar flares leading to mass transition/death of the old and change for Humanity as we move out of the Kali Yuga phase (dark ages since Atlantis fell along with humanity’s consciousness into 3D.) It does feel as if the sun’s transmissions as downloaded from the Great Cosmic sun directly support our awakening, even as the magnetics and photonic light can impact our auric/soul/physical/emotional/bodies in sometimes intense ways.

In this video recorded live on April 20th on FB, we share about the recent increase in solar flares, how they connect to the bigger picture of Ascension and how you might be experiencing them. We also talk about how solar flares and solar activity relates to healing the patriarchal wounded masculine control matrix through transmission of sacred masculine potency combined with care.

We share ways that you can bring these sun codes into your field consciously negiotated with parts of you (including your soul guardian aspect that we call the Gatekeeper) that allows for more upgrades and less negative/challenging impact. And we will offer our bigger picture sense of Divine trust and surrender around these solar activations.

The sun is helping humanity to awaken and rise!!

In this final video of our 31-day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share some final words and digestions about the intention of the series, their experience while filming it and a personal invitation to your Divine Self for ongoing embodiment.

This video was filmed on the first day of a two day group circle space here in Portugal, so we are joined in it by some members of our precious community. SoulFullHeart Facilitators/Teachers Gabriel and Kasha share with you about their experience of the video series and an invite to future and ongoing next steps with us, including a free intro call to find out more about 1:1 sessions with them. SoulFullHeart Facilitants/Community members Raianna Shai and Bey Magdalene both offer sweet words about their inner experience of the series, the deepening that occurred through it, plus also an invite to you for next steps of involvement.

In this thirtieth video of our 31-day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share about the transition from being a member of your birth family to a lone wolf to moving into soul family/mate community.

We share about how the lone wolf has been a necessary individuation phase for many awakening souls as they move out of birth family 3D anchors, self image, and roles. Yet, now the lone wolf within is being invited to move into the catalytic growth grounds of soul family community and sacred union. We share about our own personal experience of living in and leading soul family community for many years and the gifts/challenges it offers.

During the guided meditation, you as your Divine Self journeys to a circle clearing in the back of your castle grounds and invite your Lone Wolf to come forward. You connect with them and get more sense of what their resistances/fears may be to moving into community and/or mateship. You then have your soul family to join you to form a circle around you and your lone wolf is invited to move into the circle with them.

We share about the importance of transactability in sacred union which relates to vulnerability, intimacy, and individual parts work/soul aspect access that allows more openness in the relational ground between partners. We also share about how sacred sexuality is a portal to your light body activation, your pairbond/twin flame frequency (if you share that), and life force/passion/desirability.

During the guided meditation, you connect to your current mate if you have one in the ball room in your Castle. Those who are single are invited to call in their future sacred union mate into the space. You connect with your mate to see what messages, choice points, places of discovery are revealed to you. You then are invited as a couple to go into a private bridal/groom/union chamber to explore sacred sexuality in whatever ways that feels right.

We share about the possible configurations of our inner masculine and feminine, such as Inner Protector and Inner Teenager, and how healing these can open up intimacy in all relationships, complete suffering loops in relationships, and much more. Rather than projecting out to others, you can experience empowerment through this inner exploration and resolution.

During the guided meditation, you connect to your inner masculine and inner feminine, however they show up in these moment. You invite them to attend a dance ball held within your castle, inviting them into an experience of union in that moment.

*How the Inner Son, expressing as either the Inner Child or The Inner Teeanager holds the key to our sensitivity and vulnerability.
*How their ‘arrested development’ as psychology calls it, is not something wrong or to be fixed, but rather a portal back to our spring loaded essence, without which, we are left compensating in all of life for that missing essence.
*How our birth Father can leave us with a template of a bully, an impotent/absent dad, or an idealized false God, ‘perfect dad’ leaves us with a template that we need to then sort through to cultivate a healthy relationship with Divine Father

In this twenty-fifth video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teacher/Co-Creator Raphael Awen is joined by SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator Gabriel Amara as we explore Sacred Masculine Awakening in this second of four videos within the Deepen Series

In this video, we discussed:
*How a human embodiment requires purpose and meaning and how needing purpose and meaning isn’t some ego attachment to be transcended in the name of a higher frequency or some kind of spirituality.
*That we are created as and by purpose and meaning and that our journey is ever ongoing in remembering that, discovering that, and how that changes as we move through ascension. We are not out looking for a purpose, but rather remembering the one encoded deep within.
*We spent some time feeling what a 4D expression of purpose and meaning can take on a big warrior kind of stance battling for freedom from the tyranny of the oppressors from whom we must wrestle back our freedom, and then compared that to what to a 5D expression of purpose and meaning looks and feels like in contrast where we move into a love-ambassador stance of being.
*We also discussed what role a community plays in purpose and meaning, how we can’t really embody purpose and meaning in any way as a lone wolf, even as we all have phases of needing a lone wolf kind of experience.

In the guided meditation portion of the video, Gabriel and Raphael:
*Lead you into your purpose and meaning room, where you find your personal akashic record imprint of your purpose to see what you are ready to see and feel.
*We then looked at a future self version of you expressing in purpose and meaning.
*And then we felt the gap between where you are today and where your future self is expressing.
*We then exited this room into the full light of day to take in the light codes to support this awakening.
