“It’s feeling like the current energies (which seem to have a Dark Mother or catalytic death-rebirth vibration to them) are illuminating what the sources of anxiety are in your life and inviting you to let them go. I have discovered that the biggest source of distrust comes up within relationships of all kinds. Our original hurt and wounding happened in relationship and anxiety stems mainly from the fear that hurt will happen again and the distrust in any sources of love with the projection that they will hurt you again.”

This was a major week of intense energies coming in with the Super Blue Blood moon on January 31st! SoulFullHeart co-creator Jelelle Awen released updates on these energies, feeling them as support to clear out body toxicities which may be coming up as physical symptoms of the flu. Facilitator Gabriel Heartman feels into the moon energies and how they relate to his own personal process and collectively.

In the featured article, Kalayna Colibri shares how important it feels to allow yourself to take small steps in the ascension process. There can be pressure from some parts to be done faster or have bigger movements, but sometimes the biggest movements are the smallest:

“In a way, we actually owe it to parts of us, whose worlds we have dismantled and reassembled in many ways as we experience Ascension and deep healing processes, to really BE with them in all of this and give them the space to breathe around what they have experienced and what is being shaken up for them. Parts of you are what have made you, YOU… they have given you the gifts of personality and their increased sense of rest is what helps bring them back in, into integration with your heart and soul, which is ultimately not a part but an arising BEingness that can continue ascending in an authentic and ever-expanding way.”

In the featured article this week, SoulFullHeart co-creator Raphael Awen shares his experience with existing in and searching for “Soul Tribe”. He shares his feelings of always wanting more than he was getting out of tribes such as groups of family or friends. The desire to be wanted, desired, and needed was too strong to stay in anything that gave him less. SoulFullHeart is an example of a Soul Tribe and is one that, for him, has fulfilled those desires that he had been searching for:

“My Soul Tribe is about feeling my truth resonate inside the tribe, where even a natural and healthy ‘conformity for love’ can breathe that isn’t a codependent grasping for love. I get to conform when I want to and need to. I also get to be uniquely different when I want to and need to. I get to do it all and be it all inside of community. I get to need and want love. I get to be loved. I get to feel all the parts of me who are in different stages of their own relationship to love and community.”

Every new vista invites us all to feel deeper where and who we are as well as who we want and need to become. And, they also invite us deeper into love, so we can better serve love, especially to others who truly want and need us to and are ready to let in their own capacity for the same!”

An Ode To My Body

I had tears of admiration and appreciation for my physical body last night. I was in pain from beginning my cycle and I tried a sweet, restorative yoga video. Towards the end I realized how much pressure a part of me put on my body. It felt like a constant voice in the back of my mind reminding me why I’m not good enough, not pretty enough, not fit enough. This voice would point out my stomach, my thighs, my skin – anything that someone else might view as imperfect. I hadn’t felt much of this from this part since moving to Mexico, but I’ve been working with him as an Inner Punisher for a few weeks now in SoulFullHeart. Often when a part is brought to light more consciously, it’s easier to feel and be aware of when their energy comes in.

I love this part of me. He may sound harsh but he says things because it makes it easier for me in the event that someone else says it to me. Somehow, it’s easier to hear it from within than from others. He says these things so that I can fix them before they are noticed, and that way I won’t be judged for it at all by others. That doesn’t mean that I want to feel that energy towards my body, or anything else I do for that matter. But, I understand where he’s coming from and where the pain and fear lies.

During this yoga video, I had a profound movement of feeling waves of self love – for my body, in particular. I thought about everything that it does for me, everything that it holds when I feel physical pain. My body is beautiful and for the first time in a long time this part and I genuinely felt that to be true. I could say it outloud and within all I wanted, but until this part of me could feel it’s worth, it was hard for me to feel mine. I was inspired to write a thank you to my body, to each and every part of it. And to my heart, mind and soul. Because spirituality, awakening, and ascension are not about transcending the body – they’re about taking it with you. And that’s what I plan on doing.

Thank you, toes, for balance, softness, and delicateness.

Thank you, legs, for support, strength, and mobility.

Thank you, hips, for femininity, openness, and movement.

Thank you, stomach, for nourishment, digestion, and truth.

Thank you, chest, for beauty, tenderness, and sensuality.

Thank you, arms, for embracing, letting in, and accepting.

Thank you, hands, for holding, touching, and feeling.

Thank you, neck, for length, poise, and space.

Thank you, back, for reliability, stability, and solidity.

Thank you, head, for my senses, my mind, and intention.

Thank you, mind, for knowledge, process, and intuition.

Thank you, heart, for love, compassion, and generosity.

Thank you, soul, for depth, forgiveness, your many, many lessons.

Thank you, to parts of me, for everything you have held, loved, resisted, rejected, accepted, thought, felt, feared, desired and opened up to.

In the moments I feel most like me, the love I feel for all of this is endless, and always available. But I also love and accept the process it takes to get there and the mess along the way. For what is bliss without the mess?

Getting To The Root Of Love And Pain With Our Parts

I wanted to share from my own process experience today because I’ve been feeling some self consciousness while working with what we call an Inner Punisher part.

For me, the doubt comes out around writing. This part of me can’t help but to compare myself to how much output my beloveds in SoulFullHeart seem to produce. He doesn’t have as much concern for what I write about and how it is received, although some of that is still there. It’s more about just having the desire for it or not. I felt with him this morning about his desire for me to be able to write from my heart and inspiration rather than out of duty or obligation to those in SoulFullHeart.

I, as Raianna, have a desire to serve love in any way I can. I know that my process can help others to either decide if they are interested in SoulFullHeart or to deepen their process if they are already in the process. Maybe my writing can even help those that have a particular situation that they’re feeling and living out. As my highest self, I know that no matter what I choose to share, as long as it is from my heart and my desire, it will serve someone, somewhere. Even if it’s just me.

So as I think of what to write about I feel this is perfect – the exact feeling that keeps me from writing in the first place. I have a lot more love flow with this part of me than when I first started this process due to a relationship we have grown together. He used to be much more intense, creating stress and anxiety within other parts of me that were scared to upset him. And he was scared to upset anyone outside of me. This became a difficult cycle to be stuck in, as it felt impossible to leave to these parts.

One thing I know I want to offer is that these parts, no matter how much they throw at you, are looking desperately for your love. They may frame it as a desire for love from anyone else except you, but you are the ultimate source of love that will never leave them, if you so choose. This degree of love is so pure, raw and already known in our souls that it comes so naturally once we are healed enough to allow it.

Connecting with this part of me allowed him to realize this for himself, too. He realized that chasing approval was his way of looking for love. Giving him the time and space to feel how he deserves love and that he’s forgiven for anything he feels he has done wrong has shifted something inside me so deeply. This process with him isn’t over but feeling him everyday will get us one step closer to feeling the deeper roots of his pain.

The holiday season has come and passed and we have many articles reflecting on this time. SoulFullHeart facilitator Gabriel Heartman reflects on his own past holiday experiences in this week’s feature museletter. He acknowledges how hard it can be for some to be around family that isn’t resonant and advocates for the empowerment of taking space from that family in order to live into your bigness. It’s easy for parts of us to shrink in order to fit in with family, especially over the holidays, but it’s a huge service to yourself and those parts to take that space as needed and desired:

“[Taking space from family] allowed for deep healing for my parts as well as advocating for something new and more aligned to what my soul and heart needed to grow and embody. No longer would I accept anything less than what I felt I needed and deserved as both a heart and a soul. I could feel the love for my birth family and wished them all well in their lives and journeys. They have an open invitation to the way of life that has brought me to places inside myself I can only have dreamed of not that long ago.”

The New Year has also been a topic of discussion in SoulFullHeart this week. Facilitator Kalayna Colibri feels into this coming year as a chance to go deeper inwards, to uncover an inner world that we connected with as children and to let in more self love towards these inner parts of us. Co-creator Jelelle Awen gives an energy update for the winter solstice as so much disclosure is accelerating around us. She also suggests to feel into New Year resolutions as a chance to respond to the new, rather than fighting the old. Raphael Awen, our other co-creator, has an exciting new project started called “Journal to the Demiurge” where he takes along metasoul aspects, parts, and guides on a journey to the Christian God.

SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter: Winter Solstice Offers New Earth In The HERE And NOW

The 12/21 Winter Solstice was an important topic covered this week, as energies are continually providing us personal and collective support and messages. SoulFulllHeart co-creator Jelelle Awen feels this solstice and the coming new year as a time for rapid change and transformation. She also feels it will be harder to hold on to 3D anchors coupled with an ability to let go of them more easily. This is all supported by increasing divine feminine frequencies as was offered by 12/12 energies as well:

“Loving your physical body, loving your emotional body, loving the parts of you that are afraid and resistance, loving your 3D anchors, loving even what feels dark and demonic through these intense energies and with the help of these energies….this becomes easier in the Now. This will just BEcome more natural as we vibrate more and more out of the old fear-based frequencies and into more New Earth/5D.”

This was a week full of reflection, from facilitator Kalayna Colibri’s digestion of the holiday season and serving love through sessions to facilitator Gabriel Heartman’s realization of how big we really are and how parts of us struggle to let that in. Co-creator Raphael Awen offers an opportunity to feel into whether or not the elements in your life are “enough for you” as well as a reframing of how this is felt in SoulFullHeart.
