Some spontaneous crystal sound bowl healing sounds for you! The bowls have been super helpful during my days of fasting (12 days now with only juice/water and now moving into some dry fasting) when I need to tune into higher frequencies for my chakras and light body! Also helpful, especially during those times of low energy dips, has been epsom/himalayan salt baths, pranayama/deep breathing, sun gazing/bathing, light yoga stretching, meditation and prayer with Divine Mother.

I have been in such a deep inward focused surrogacy with Divine Mother during this time, receiving stillness and yin recodings from her on all levels to support this shift! And galactic support, soul aspect support, and my beloved soul family support too!
