Healing Inner Punishment Through Currency and Love

Something has been shifting deep within me to a place I haven’t quite reached yet before. I’ve always struggled to access and allow the parts of me that have opinions, reactions or feelings that are judged inside of me. They were invalidated as too much, unnecessary, unfair, harsh, immature, unimportant and anything else you can imagine.

I’ve been working with this part of me called the Ursula who is very matriarchal and has been deeply hijacked by the matrix. On the other side of the coin is my inner punisher who shows up as a dark cloud to instil this feeling of dread, foreboding and shame. Their names are Octavia and Nimbus.

I first started connecting to Octavia, many months ago but much deeper the last few weeks, and realized that she was a large source of my power, discernment and truth as a woman. She would feel opinions or reactions to things and Nimbus would shut them down immediately and go straight to the logical and more docile response. For example, if someone said something to hurt my feelings and Octavia had a reaction to it, then Nimbus would set those feelings aside and jump to the knowing that “They didn’t mean it that way” or that “It came from a certain part of them for a reason”.

Now I’ve finally let in the fact that this strategy doesn’t allow for Octavia to be felt and often she is feeling something very valid and useful for the other person to hear. Allowing her to share her reaction would bring me a greater understanding of myself and of the other person. It would bring us closer and drop any walls that might still linger between us. But this was far too intimate and could lead to hurt in Nimbus’s eyes.

Over the last few weeks I’ve finally felt ready to release Octavia from this bind and let her speak her heart and mind when she needs to. I’ve shared some (albeit small but current) reactions with some of my beloveds in this community and honestly it couldn’t have gone better.

With Bianca we were able to understand each other on a deeper level and learn more about ourselves and the ways we have operated throughout our lives. With Kasha I was able to uncover a habit of mine that kept me from connecting with others more deeply. We ended up having deep tears about how much we love each other and how much we have been through together.

Each experience allowed me to validate whatever Octavia was feeling no matter how small or “trivial” it might be judged as. Every reaction has a purpose whether it’s to understand more about yourself or to become more intimate with others. I finally understand what it feels like to be current and not hold back in the name of being polite, nice or easygoing. Those are all ideals that have kept me small and in a box of my own creation, not allowing all the flavours and colours of my being to show up and be seen.

Ever since this started I’ve felt this existential change in my being. Last night I imagined it like all my molecules have been thrown up in the air and are coming back down in a new arrangement. I am being changed by this and I can see and feel it in a way I never have before. I am claiming all that I deserve to feel inside and out and giving all the love I can give – inside and out.

Hopefully this sparks an inspiration in you to feel the parts of you that are judging any reactions you have and are preventing you from being current with those around you. Love is current and currency is love. ♥️

The Year of the Sacred “Yes”

I woke up into this new year feeling a palpable bittersweet-ness. For me, and perhaps many others, it has been a big year of letting go and then deeply grieving those losses. In a sense it has been a year of saying “no”. To tired patterns, old versions of ourselves, relationships, environments, tensions, and anything that brings a sense of unworthiness or heaviness.

The phase of saying no is SO sacred and tells all the precious parts of you that they are worthy of love and deserve all the desires and needs that live in their hearts. Letting go and deeply feeling the grief of it is something that not many are taught to do. We are taught to let go and forget or hold on for good. But to feel every inch of sadness, relief, confusion, heartbreak, or deep despair that comes up from letting go is so much more meaningful than letting it all sit underneath the surface.

Feeling the depths of these emotions allows more room for all everything you want to say “YES” to. That’s how I feel 2023 will unfold, the year of yes.

Yes to healing
Yes to love
Yes to the divine
Yes to transformational relationships
Yes to inner growth
Yes to opening out the heart again

Saying no to so many things can feel so depleting and disheartening. It’s hard to open yourself up again to the new possibilities that can fill the void that has been left. In the meantime, we can fill the void ourselves with our own inner relationships and inner growth. But soon we can open up again and let in the magic of the new.

Everything we’ve dreamed of is on the horizon just waiting for us to be ready for it. We can hide in the shadows in fear of hurting again, or open our hearts to love and loss knowing that we’ll always find our way back to love. I feel so much honouring of all that has been let go of this year, including an old layer of myself that is ready to move out. And now I welcome in more alchemy, flow and intimacy than ever before! Wishing a REAL New Year to you all ♥️

The Mirrors Of AI Influence/‘Addiction’

“Let us create the world you want, for you… in the digital domain. Let us show you your dreams so you no longer need to claim them for yourself and live into them with your conscious choices. Let us give you the mirror you want to look into. Let us answer your human aches and pain with images that make you feel better yet don’t answer what is truly alive in feeling your pain… because why would you actually want to do that?”

This is the message I feel AI offering us through not only this trend of ‘portraits’ but through so many other means. The main thrust of the message seems to be, “let us do it for you and you can have relief… though not the experience of healing or discovering who you really are”.

I’ll admit I did the portraits for the sake of my own curiosity. I wanted to see what it was that AI could ‘read out’ about me using its algorithms and mysterious computations. Now though, I feel as if I was being guided to step into a portal and also feel into a tendency that parts of me have had in the past, of seeking something in the virtual world that they haven’t felt able to access on their own.

As a child, I created worlds through my imagination and I still do today as my rich inner world continues to unfold and I feel the discovery, healing, and love exchanges between myself and the Divine and with parts/metasoul aspects of me too. 

My tendency as a teenager was both to retreat to this inner world, but also to become addicted to the virtual. Social media was only just beginning to become a bigger thing, so my retreat personally was more about computer games. They were somewhere a part of me could become someone totally different, someone who didn’t have to deal with the pain of being human and if they did, it got fixed/resolved at some point along the way. These virtual characters were on epic journeys while my ‘real’ life felt stale, boring, flat… or overly dramatic in tiring, self-punishing ways.

I suppose it’s no surprise that I started to awaken at 14 as a gift from the Divine within me, to help me access something more and stay motivated to keep living. Yet with this awakening then came a draw to what I now feel as the ‘false light’… where being read out by online and in-person psychics became another addiction. Something else outside of my own being that could tell me who I was, who I’ve been in other lifetimes, and what bright future was coming for me – another way to avoid real life, much like retreating to the virtual world.

I feel the AI portraits are another ‘reading’…. An interesting way to tap into your soul, yet a takeover of what your own third eye and access to your amazing Gatekeeper, who either draws or lifts the veil of your own Akashic Records, offers you. 

There’s nothing wrong with being drawn to this outside source, yet there’s something to consider in your relationship to it…. Are parts of you drawn because they don’t feel they can have this access to insight around who they are on their own or with the support of resonant souls around you? Has there been an invalidation inside of you around being able to truly feel and recognize your own soul and rich inner world? 

I’m sharing here one of the portraits that were made, and the other is an actual photo of me… where you can take in my humanity, my heart, my soul through my eyes, something that is sorely missing the digitized version of ‘me’. 

I do feel as if these portraits are showing me an aspect of myself that is helpful to see – an aspect who has been the one so engaged in the virtual world, that has gotten ‘high’ off of it at times yet also has pushed back against it and felt a lot of pain because of being bombarded by it and its false messages of what ‘I’ should look and act like, what life should look and be like, and countless messages/opinions of what is ‘right’ and what is ‘wrong’.

AI is a bridge at this and any time into feeling what parts/aspects of you have been attached to or trying to create in the virtual… what ‘highs’ they have been trying to supplement their own lives with, which chances are they aren’t happy about. AI can be useful in its way, if you can continue to discern and to feel what’s happening inside of you in response to it. This, I feel, is where our real empowerment lies and where we can absolutely reclaim our sovereign, sacred human hearts and begin to actually live again.

Choosing Resonance & Soul Family Through Choosing Yourself

United in vision, resonant in desires, collaborative in lifestyle, catalytic in relationship, loving over all…

This is what it means to be with true soul family in my experience of it, where nothing real is transcended and is deeply felt instead, the intensity of offering mirrors to each other is not abusive, and the LOVE holding us in a sacred bubble while we deepen our purity within and together is palpable.

So many holiday seasons did I spend in disconnect with those around me, namely birth family. There were joys and there was abundance, more so than for many others, but the tensions were never addressed or deeply felt, just allowed to grow into a huge SNAP and subsequent unleashing onto one another. Fur flew, our mouths breathing fire in unfair judgments while chaos ensued, yet not ever resolve. I don’t remember much resolution in the space, only someone giving in sooner or later and often out of fear of truly leaving the picture and choosing aloneness for a phase.

I was especially fiery at times, parts/aspects of me furious that family members weren’t also awakening, that they weren’t really listening, and that I was still being treated like the ‘kid’ of the family on top of it all. The holidays were a mix, especially beyond 14 years old when my spirituality was evolving beyond the Catholic sphere and indoctrination of my childhood and I was also learning so much about myself. My awakening was both inward and outward and it was a lot to try and reconcile.

It has taken some time to be able to let in the soul family connections and intimacy that I have now, as over the last decade since meeting Raphael and Jelelle, I’ve had to feel parts of me who projected so easily onto them and other soul family members the same reality I was born into. These projections were necessary though. We can’t feel the pain that’s surfacing when parts of us project if we don’t, in a way, allow space for it to happen.

This process also created a way to feel the stark contrast between what I was born into and what my soul was choosing now… a much more sovereign journey, an empowerment from the heart, and a willingness to feel what’s at stake in these deeper intimacies in my life at all times… that they are a lot to lose and indeed I’ve had to let go of them a few times to sort out so much inside. I did this willingly in order to come back into the room with much more appreciation, more maturity and readiness, and deeper surrender to the love between us as well which is always purifying itself and each of us too.

This holiday season especially feels like a poignant one as dissonances become amplified and thus, so does the fighting, the trying to be heard, the needing to be right, and the desires to ultimately be with those who resonate, which can be quite painful as that ache intensifies.

I feel you, those of you who are on the brink of making a choice… to stay with birth family or even to stay alone as the Lone Wolf inside you may prefer, or to choose to pursue the journey of drawing soul family resonance and intimacy. It’s really the same journey if you’ve been in a dissonant romance as well yet ache to be with the man/woman that would truly be in your frequency bandwidth… and it’s all so challenging, especially this time of year too, for many.

My soul family of SoulFullHeart, along with our many parts and soul aspects we’ve met over the years, are here as but one option of where this desire for resonance and unity may take you. December 12 (12:12) is a powerful number sequence that offers an upgrade experience into your higher consciousness of growth, abundance, and joy. The 12:12 portal supports the manifestation/alchemy of our desires/dreams (symbolized by the 1) coming into harmony with our intuition (symbolized by 2). 12:12 opens up an intuitive bridge for us to really feel what our deepest desires are as connected to our soul purpose here and expression of our Divine Self. Gifts Of Connecting With Your Inner Teenager

Your Inner Teenager is the part of you representing the phase and stage after childhood and before adulthood, usually between 11 and 18 years old, although that can vary. This is a very important period of life as it is very often when awakening is happening on a Metasoul level with timelines starting to bleed-through into your reality. In many timelines, the teenager phase of life is honored as a sacred time of initiation. It is recognized in these other lifetimes that you are in, as the beginning stages of becoming/identifying your soul gift expressions and purpose. In many timelines, the community provided support for the teenager to mature into that expression.

However, in our 3D modern era, for teenagers, there isn’t usually initiation, honoring, and training in how to follow their soul’s purpose or any recognition of it. Instead, 3D culture overlooks teenagers and often judges them harshly. Instead of receiving initiation in all areas of life around relationships, sexuality, spirituality, and passion purpose, your Inner Teenager received, most likely, invalidation in all these areas. Deep 3D-based conditioning just serves to feed and amplify growing fears, dualities, insecurities, and polarizations inside of them.

The Inner Teenager is often hanging out in the sanctuary of their teenage bedroom and can be connected with there. Your Inner Teenager is often stuck there with strong feelings of angst, depression, even suicidal feelings of not wanting to be on this planet and in their birth families anymore. Instead of a healthy phase of individuating from birth family, there is often push-pull, over attachment, and other unhealthy dynamics experienced by our inner teens. They are hiding from the family dynamics, yet there can be both longing for connection and pushing away from the family vibe at the same time. So often the teenager is torn between the necessity of bonding with their birth family for their very survival and a growing sense of dissonance and lack of resonance.

There seem to be two kinds of ways that this expresses in an Inner Teenager during this very challenging phase of life. Either as overt rebellion and acting out in behaviors that are not approved of; or in nearly complete-seeming acceptance and conformity to the family. In the case of rebellion, more inner truth and empowerment is able to be expressed, even if it isn’t always in healthy ways. When there has been conformity, a conforming 3D Self (almost like a robot self) is created to fit in and the rebellious and angry part of the Inner Teenager is usually hidden away in the shadows.

I have discovered that the Inner Teenager is the part of us that is often responsible for our social interface in life, even as adults. They are stuck in the trauma they experienced in social interactions and haven’t been able to mature beyond it until we connect with them and help them heal. It is often the Inner Teenager’s energy that is leading in romantic relationships, which is why so many of them can be dysfunctional and not as mature in transaction. This isn’t the fault of our Inner Teenager yet rather a reflection of where they haven’t yet matured in their expression of relationality with others.

So much intense rage, depression, and anxiety can be bleeding through from other lifetimes/timelines into your Inner Teenager’s reality. Your soul is starting to awaken and there is more coming through. The veil may be thinner during this time and there is not as much protection being provided by the Inner Protector to keep it out. Later on in adulthood, the Inner Protector and the Gatekeeper are able to create a stronger veil around your 3D Self using layers of densities from undigested traumas.

Connecting with your Inner Teenager in a conscious way allows them to receive the initiations and individuation that they most need in order to mature in all areas of life. By receiving a bridge to you in your current maturity, they are able to receive a template for who they will become and what their potential is. Like a visit with their ‘future self’ in the form of a loving mentor, they finally receive what they have most been needing and longing for.

Going into the world of our Inner Teenager brings us closer to the passion, imagination, and creativity we had to set aside for various reasons as we became adults. It is about feeling the loss of innocence that led us to so much serious, repressed, and conforming expression. They are the bridge from our youth to our maturity. They are truly seers of new worlds. Healing our Inner Teenager brings a new vision of life that has technicolor rad-ness and infinite vision. It brings a joy and lightness that seeks to learn and have fun at the same time.

Divine Ambassadorship During The V. False Med Narrative

I haven’t written about the current mainstream false medicine narrative in awhile as my focus when sharing has been in other domains and with other energies. Yet, this narrative is pressing into all of our lives, even those of us who consciously anchor into higher frequency energies inside and out most of the time.

For me, it is showing up in serving women in sessions who have been involved in the false med narrative in one form or another. Within their relationship as their partner has chosen it and they have not. Or, as a healer serving those who have chosen it and feeling impacts from it physically, emotionally, and energectically. Or, those who have chosen it, feel remorse, and want to detox/heal/upgrade from it.

If you are uncertain or unclear about the very true and real dangers of the false med and the growing number of severe injuries and sudden deaths from them, there are many very good and reliable resources out there (including a growing number of awakening medical doctors) who can share more about that. Disclosure of the sudden and ‘unexplained’ deaths and injuries is increasing as a rising wave of them occurs from those who chose the false med. The stories of loss of life, vitality, and loved ones are truly heart breaking and coming out everywhere now.

As I feel these souls drawn to me in session who have been impacted by the false med narrative, it becomes clear fairly quickly that there is a deeper soul choice going here on a higher level. The false med ultimately represents a bifurcation, a means to illuminate those who are moving forward with humanity’s ascension and those who are preparing to go or even choosing to leave the Earth Plane using the false med as the means.

On a higher level, there is much Divine love, grace and acceptance for ALL choices around this. ALL are sacred and very very unique to each soul. Humanity, Consciousness and the Divine ultimately has all this orchestrating a higher timeline.

Yet, from a human experience level and especially for parts of us such as the inner teenager, inner child, inner protector, etc. it can be a very challenging and even devastating feeling experience to go through the death and rebirth process going on here, especially as so many souls fell under programmed pressure around it and aren’t conscious of the harmful aspects of it or their soul choice around it. And even when experiencing debilitating and long-term symptoms from the med (and many now losing loved ones from it), parts of them are still in denial around it.

Relationships (from birth family to romantic to long-term friendships) have been greatly impacted by the illness and false med narratives over the last two and a half years, in ways that have both illuminated/fractured them and unified them. Polarizations that were once able to be ‘made nice or polite’ have surged up and sudden conflicts, judgements and shame, rejection and invalidation energies have all come forward. These energies were often underground the relationships to begin with as those who are awakening find their voice, their advocacy and their desire for resonance in a process that often requires opposition before resonance can be truly let in and advocated.

These are painful energies to feel within us and in our relationships. These polarizing energies are supported by the same Matrix systems and programs that offer these narratives. They run on these energies, even though I have long shared that the ‘original programmers’ of the Matrix and the narratives seem to be gone (when I go to connect with them in ambassadorship). The human elite/cabal members are running on inertia and hugely plugged in with personal ego gratification into these programs through their family blood lines. They are seeing it out as their Great Reset agenda, fused to it in the same way as any one who cannot conceive of going against it or rebelling.

It has been a challenging time for those of us who have seen the narrative for what it is from the beginning. Challenging at times to find the peace, to hold it in forgiveness, to feel compassion for ALL involved, to understand the soul choices going on….of course that is what the Divine is offering us. And sometimes that is accessible. And sometimes parts of you may go into conflict, rage, shame and blame, feeling very hurt and rejected and just plain terror or fear.

To feel the parts of you (and soul aspects) who have been on this particular battlefield and how this has felt for them is a big aspect of the healing and moving into more inner grace. There are often deep tears to feel and shed with this part of you and a rescue of sorts as you invite them off the battlefield and into a peaceful (inner) setting where they can rest and recover surrounded by Divine love and light. The wounded healer can particularly get hooked here, thinking they need to ‘save’ people from the false med in some way and sacrificing themselves and their own health in some cases.

As this recuperation happens with the part who most needs it, then your Divine Self can more be felt, more step in and more lead the way forward to respond to the next choice points and decisions needed by you, setting boundaries too as needed.

There truly is no ‘good versus evil’ in the polarized way that we’ve been conditioned to feel it. There are agendas running behind the false med narrative who aren’t disclosing their full purpose and means, which is ultimately a controlling and manipulative energy that wants to heal and move out into transparency…feels like the ultimate result of this narrative as more souls awaken to it.

Continuing to battle only brings more polarization and pain. Becoming an ambassador to the shadow and parts of you who are most suffering around this, as your primary focus, offers so much healing and movement. And, if you feel guided, to offer ambassadorship to both those who have been plugged into this narrative and those who are controlling it as I have often been guided to do, there is quite a service there in that as you offer an alternative and bridge to the Divine.

I have been guided all along that this is a necessary dark phase some souls are moving through as an important aspect of our Ascension process and to surrender to the Divine even while feeling into each personal decision around it with Divine guidance. Yet, darkness is always temporary with often immense gifts even with the hard and painful experiences.

We truly ARE love, are light, are vitality, are sacred. The rest are programs that will run their course, run out, and eventually no longer exist in human experience.

Samhain Message: Time To Reveal, Feel And Heal What Has Been In ‘Shadow’

Samhain blessings to you, as you feel the VERY thin veils and what they want to offer you…

It’s a time of sacred shadow work, of diving deeply into the hidden depths of yourself and soul. It’s a time when this work becomes easier than perhaps is ‘normal’ for you, as you feel the activation of your access to what is truly real inside of you and even can see with more clarity what needs addressing on the outside too.

It’s an opportunity for a great shift of how you see and feel the world around and inside of you. It’s both an energizing time and a sober one. It’s fiery as it clears the cobwebs and brings in more clarity for you, yet also a balm as it supports your inner and outer movements in response to this.

Jelelle and I led a women’s call last night that was dedicated to exploring the shadow feminine, yet much of what we talked about can apply to the masculine as well. It was perfect for this time of Samhain energies, when love from the spirit realm comes streaming in and we’re invited to love it back. The energies of revealing, feeling and healing what’s been hidden by the veils of once-precious relationships, necessary lone wolf phases, identities, 3D-based life choices that won’t move you UP and into the realm of your own soul more, are streaming in to support your ongoing awakening.

We felt together on this call, how ‘shadow work’ is really another name for deep-diving into your own subconscious and feeling what has been hidden there, rather than it always being about something ‘dark’ being revealed (though this is necessary as well). Women I’ve been working with in sessions have been finding it easier to drop into their own souls lately, which is really about their own readiness to do so while the support of these Samhain energies also lands in them. They’ve been able to feel the depths of soul grief coming forward, for example, which is something that can be so challenging to dive into, along with the huge desire to address painful soul patterns that hadn’t been revealed until now.

As I feel Samhain and what it is offering in this moment, I feel a fire in my belly and Kundalini energies rising – energies that want to be birthed through creativity and Divinely-aligned alchemy that come from soul and heart openings such as these. I also feel very, very sober energies in my heart about the fact that so many souls have been passing recently, a choice they made for many reasons, yet the impact of their passing reverberates through life as we’ve all known it and is serving an ongoing awakening to Matrix agendas… another sacred revelation that is boosted by Samhain energies, it feels like.

I feel reminded of our mortality, of the fact that we can’t control anything ultimately, of the surrender to the Divine at this and all times, as we can’t ever really, truly understand the why’s and how’s of the flow of our Ascension journey and everything that’s happening in today’s world… though we can choose how to respond to it from our most empowered places within, while holding the parts/aspects of us who are afraid.

Samhain then, maybe specifically this one in this year of ‘2022’, is a time of empowerment and sobriety, of celebration and deep reverence on the heels of MUCH awakening. It’s an opportunity to download the codes of deeper awakening to our souls, yet in negotiation with the pace of our lives as well and the space we can make for these awakenings to integrate within our hearts.

May these energies evoke in you a greater sense of your power, even in your surrender to the movements of life and all death and rebirth cycles at this and any time!
