This one is over an hour and we could have kept going! In this livestream recorded on June 15th, Raphael and I share about the 3D Body Detox and Light Body upgrade process. We talk about how the 3D body often holds deep toxicities and densities in the cellular memory, in the DNA, in the organs…leading to ongoing blocks, pain, suffering, inflammation, disease, injuries, and aging. Also how we are impacted by ongoing toxicities in the air, in our food, in the water, through living in the 3D Matrix, receiving the V shots, and more.

We share about the detox processes such as fasting, urotherapy, grounding/earthing, yoga, clean plant-based eating, connecting/feeling our bodies/wombs/haras directly, etc. that we engage in to support, cleanse, and energize our 3D bodies to upgrade to light bodies holding the ongoing Ascension process.

A brief guided meditation provides a bridge to your light body and to access/download/let in ascension codes in your field, along with us playing our heart and root chakra crystal bowls to active your light body.

In this eighth video of my video series called Deepen 2020, I (Jelelle Awen, SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator) talk about the light body activation process going on as we move from our dense, carbon-based 3D body to much higher frequencies of light being able to be embodied. I offer there seems to be these important aspects of the light body process that allow more receiving, integration and activation of light: detox for the 3D body, connecting with your Ascension chakras, letting in more light, and healing trauma at the emotional body and soul levels.

I describe why all of these are important and how you can tune into your process around them, which helps to accelerate your light body process and decrease the experience of painful and uncomfortable Ascension symptoms. As the cosmic energies around us increase (even going up to Space Age high levels), there is a real need to be intimately connected to your own light body activation process in a way that can allow for more activation with less physical body discomfort.

I’m hopeful that the guided meditation provided in this video will offer some feelings of physical relief and sense of lightness for your physical body as you bring golden white light in from the Great Cosmic Sun into your Personal Sun Chakra, into your Soul Star and Causal chakras, down into the crown and through all remaining chakras to your root chakra. You then ‘merge in’ with your light body to get the experience of being more attuned and connected to it.

Light Body Activation Guided Meditation – Light Body activation is going next level with the recent codes and upgrades that have been coming in this year and into 2020, as we move into more embodied ascension as a collective. I felt to offer this video with teachings about the process of light body activation and what I have noticed about it in myself and in others through sessions, along with a guided meditation to activate light body. This could be especially helpful if you‘ve been experiencing body symptoms such as neck/head/shoulder pain, light headedness/dizziness, shifting sleep patterns, indigestion, etc.

Light Body activation is also about an equally important phase of detoxification – of 3D energies that have been digested through foods/drinks/chemicals, and into the emotional body and chakras. This detoxing happens on the cellular level and comes in cycles with Light Body activation, which happens through the receiving and integrating of photonic light codes and life force prana. In the video, I talk about what encourages and supports both detoxification (which is critical) and activation.

At eleven minutes into the video, I take us on a guided meditation journey to tune into, connect, and activate your Ascension Chakras (the Personal Sun, Soul Star, and Causal.) These three chakras being activated and cleaned allows MORE light codes to come into your field, physical body and connect you to your light body. We bring white light through all of your chakras (including the main seven plus root system chakra) and also get prana flow going through all of them.
