I’m guided to share this guided meditation for activation of the 11:11 portal now as access to the powerful manifestation and higher timeline it offers is available at ALL times in the Now.
I felt a teleportation as I was recording it this morning……to the space before, during and after a timeline shift, a jump UPwards and onwards that can more readily occur during these magical repeating number portals. Sometimes they provide a very clear marker of major life shifts and sometimes it is more subtle…more inward than outward.
The music used during this meditation is tuned to 528 HZ which I find provides a heaven frequency that supports tuning into these higher realms. During the meditation, you travel to the 11:11 portal and feel what can come ‘with you’ through it into your higher timeline…and what needs to be let go of in order to move forward. This may be an emotional process for sure with grief and mourning too, esp if it involves relationships…even as the joyful bliss of remembering your Divine Love essence is becoming more real to you.

In this fourth video of my video series called Deepen 2020, I (Jelelle Awen, SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator) talk about the death/rebirth cycle that we are constantly going through in awakening…the ‘death’ of 3D conditioning and the layers of protection created from it and the ‘birth’ of our awakening, 4D/5D self with parts of us integrating into it as they heal. In the meditation, Mother Mary and Dark Mother join you in a funeral service to honor and feel the part of you that wants and is ready to die, to let go, and to move on. Mother Mary then guides you to connect with the higher frequency version of yourself being born in a cradle. The meditation helps you to bridge and hold space for the death/rebirth process in a conscious way while you are connected to Divine support and trust.

This is a brief video that I recorded this morning to offer a guided meditation to connect with your inner feminine. This is a taste of what will be a deeper exploration into the sacred feminine during my Sacred Arising Feminine Exploration (SAFE) women’s group call over zoom on Sunday, September 29 at 10:00am PDT. Women over 18 can attend this call live or receive the recording.
The exploration of the sacred feminine is very often feeling the layers of the false, the wounded, and the inherited that have covered over the authentic essence of her. This meditation offers a locating of what energy your inner feminine is most presenting as right now….whether wounded inner child, angry inner teenager, etc. or if she is quite protected by your Inner Protector too. This serves as a good prep to the deeper waters that we will explore during the call.

Light Body Activation Guided Meditation – Light Body activation is going next level with the recent codes and upgrades that have been coming in this year and into 2020, as we move into more embodied ascension as a collective. I felt to offer this video with teachings about the process of light body activation and what I have noticed about it in myself and in others through sessions, along with a guided meditation to activate light body. This could be especially helpful if you‘ve been experiencing body symptoms such as neck/head/shoulder pain, light headedness/dizziness, shifting sleep patterns, indigestion, etc.
Light Body activation is also about an equally important phase of detoxification – of 3D energies that have been digested through foods/drinks/chemicals, and into the emotional body and chakras. This detoxing happens on the cellular level and comes in cycles with Light Body activation, which happens through the receiving and integrating of photonic light codes and life force prana. In the video, I talk about what encourages and supports both detoxification (which is critical) and activation.
At eleven minutes into the video, I take us on a guided meditation journey to tune into, connect, and activate your Ascension Chakras (the Personal Sun, Soul Star, and Causal.) These three chakras being activated and cleaned allows MORE light codes to come into your field, physical body and connect you to your light body. We bring white light through all of your chakras (including the main seven plus root system chakra) and also get prana flow going through all of them.

Post Eclipse Digestion W/Your 3D Self & Bridge To Your Higher Timeline Guided Meditation – Many souls are experiencing major life changes right now or thinking about making them, especially during this eclipse passage. I felt to offer this video with teachings about the process of deconstruction/collapse with big clearings/purgings that may be happening for your 3D self (and I talk about what a 3D self/ego even IS) as a support during this time.
This process of life change seems to be accelerating with this current eclipse passageway going also into Lion’s Gate 8/8. I offer explanation in the video too about how the 3D self formed and what the 4D/5D self (your awakening self) can offer to help support the emotional digestion that is needed during this time of so much transition.
At ten minutes into the video, I take us on a guided meditation journey to tune into the codes of the eclipse and connect them to the world/timeline of your 3D self…what it looks and feels like right in this now. Mother Mary and Yeshua join us to provide Divine support, illumination and love. We then journey along a bridge to your Higher Timeline that is also being energized by these eclipse energies. Intense, ongoing ascension energies are being offered through downloads/upgrades/codes from our sun (through SOULar winds and geostorms mostly) and through Gaia resonance frequencies spikes/waves….and lunar full moons too. In this video, SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator and Ascension Guide Jelelle Awen offers teachings and a guided meditation to help you activate your ascension chakras and negotiate with your Inner Protector to allow more integration of these energies.
Blocks to integrating these ascension energies into your heart space can lead to some of the physical body symptoms people are experiencing such as lightheadedness, pain in the neck/head/shoulder area, ringing in the ears, tiredness, and many more. Jelelle invites you to connect to the relationship that parts of you have to these ascension energies coming in and to your overall process of awakening. I haven’t released a new guided meditation in awhile since being busier with sessions and engaging in many meditation journeys during them. Yet, I’ve really wanted to offer a more public, universal one as a bridging for everyone to parts and Metasoul aspects of themselves. This new guided meditation came through as I’ve been connecting to the Lion’s Gate energies, alignment with Gaia and Sirius, and galactic consciousness activation that this offers. I know many souls ache for the reunion feelings and sense of soul purpose/soul gift transmission that connecting with their Star Family offers them. In this new meditation, I lead you through connection with your Star Family and we journey onto a light ship. This is GOOD timing with the Lion’s Gate portal opening going on in this Now…
During this meditation, I also introduce you to your Inner Protector, a part of you that has been in charge with keeping your veil of amnesia in place (including ‘abduction’ wounding experiences, which were actually visitations with Star Family.) Your Protector comes along with you on this journey to meet your Star Family on a light ship. This allows for more fluid and less resistant connection.
I also create a bridge to your Inner Child, who feels often both abandoned/separated from Star Family, plus unfelt/undiscovered abduction trauma as well. Bringing your Inner Child into your heart consciously as you connect to your Star Family allows for transformation of this trauma into magical joy, wonder, and curiousity of your Inner Child.

Jelelle Awen guides you in a meditation to bring in and connect to the current STRONG ascension energies of March 2018. You may fall asleep, feel emotional, feel quite activated or kundalini energy moving through. Jelelle introduces you and connects you to what she feels are the chakra Sacred Human vortexes that are forming in response to the Ascension process, to replace the previous outdated 3D/4D seven chakra system. You connect with your Personal Sun Chakra, about two feet above your head. This chakra is part of the ‘Sun Chakra Vortex’ that includes the merging of the Personal Sun Chakra, Soul Chakra (about one foot above your head), Causal Chakra (behind your head), and Crown Chakra. This chakra vortex provides inspiration, higher timeline possibilities, and Sacred Masculine Activations. Jelelle also shows you some hand positions and even yoga poses to connect with these chakra vortexes.
You connect next with the Higher Heart Chakra Vortex that includes the Crown Chakra, Third Eye, Fifth/throat Chakra, Fourth/Heart Chakra and Third Chakra (that moves from personal will to service of love based). This is a big piece of Ascension and in the energies that are being offered right now from the Divine. You connect your Personal Sun to your Higher Heart to activate your Galactic and Unity Consciousness Heart.
You then connect to your Gaia Chakra Vortex that includes your Third Chakra, Second Chakra, Root Chakra, and Earth Chakra (about one foot below your physical feet). You feel the grounding cord that connects you to Mother Gaia’s energies in all moments. This chakra vortex allows for the grounding of Divine Feminine energies into your ‘lower’ chakras that usually so need them.
As you connect your Personal Sun to your Higher Heart to your Gaia chakra vortexes, you can then feel your 5D Sacred Human template becoming activated and pulsating with love. This is an overlay and template that more and more becomes YOU as you embody your humanity and integrate and ground the ascension energies into your body.
