Energy Update: Geomagnetic Unrest Offers More Need For Divine Trust

Energy Update: Geomagnetic unrest happening today and tomorrow as SOULar winds come into our atmosphere from the huge hole in the sun’s surface. Auroras are expected too. SOULar winds right now are creeping up and starting to accelerate, which maybe you are already feeling on physical and emotional levels? It’s like an amping UP feeling.
 
Waking up in the middle of the night and interrupted sleep/REM cycles seem to be an aspect of increased geomagnetic activity. Intense and vivid dreams as well with veils thinning overall in BIG ways lately between dimensions, timeline possibilities, and other lifetimes. So much is bleeding through and it can be overwhelming at times.
 
We are prepping already for the Equinox combined with our last Supermoon of the year happening next week. I can feel the energies building UP in swirls and gusts in a way, creating a passageway. These are big energies that can collapse current lives/relationships/careers/geographies and arise new ones.
 
Overall, there is a sense of SO MUCH trust in the Divine during this time that is available as/if you connect to it. Feeling and being with the parts of you that are in anxiety (both existential and situational) allows it to move into more Divine trust and surrender. We are going to need a strong grounding in Divine trust in the bigger picture of Ascension as more rumblings and purges and clearings happen in 3D and lower 4D realities.
 
I’ll be writing more soon about lower 4D and the ‘stickiness’ of it….how it can be challenging to rise your consciousness above it in order to offer love and compassion to the energies/aspects/beings that seem ‘stuck’ there. There can be many cycles of suffering in this stickiness sense of being attacked, being punished, things being done against your will, that there are energies that can be outside of the Divine/truly evil, etc. These feelings are actually signs of parts/soul aspects being ‘stuck’ in this hell reality that need your love and compassion.
 
As the SOULar winds blow in as prep for the coming Equinox, allow Divine trust to fill your heart and soul in the places that it can. Transmuting traumas from this life experiences and lower 4D esp experiences opens up this space to experience yourself AS love that can respond to all of it WITH LOVE.

Energy Update: 333 And Approaching Equinox Supermoon Offer Shadow Healing

Energy Update: It is another 333 energy day today (3/12/2019….3/1+2/2+0+1+9=1+2) with its offering of joy, creativity, alignment to soul purpose and leadership expression, and personal shiftings. Three energy feels fundamentally unstable, definitely transitionary….meant to push up what it does while it does.
 
I’ve been receiving repeating number sequences constantly in the last two days, including waking up at 2:22am this morning for awhile and glancing at the clock right at 3:33 and 4:44 yesterday. These sequences always feel like codes to me….that unlock when seen and received. A nod and wink from our Higher Self too that we are on the right track and going in the direction of our soul.
 
We are still in the middle of a trinity of Supermoons with the third and final one occurring on the Equinox as well next week. The Supermoons have been providing this intense, ongoing illumination of shadow….and so often what is in shadow is not evil or dark, yet rather just needs and requires compassion and forgiveness. What is deepest in shadow is what is often the most challenging to love….yet is in the most need of it with the rewards of integrating it quite profound.
 
Respond to compassion and forgiveness toward what emerges out of shadow in yourself, others, and the collective. The most intense and previously vilified actions and people in your life are the ones who need you most to bridge to them with ambassador of love frequencies (even if you continue to not be in relationship). Many passed loved ones have been coming through in sessions lately as the veils are so much thinner right now.
 
I have especially been channeling fathers who have perpetuated abusive cycles with their daughters, including early childhood sexual abuse. These fathers now in spirit form are timidly coming forward, asking for forgiveness from them, so that they can move on and ascend. This can be a very powerful way to work with shadow as what you are able to forgive in others ripples into your own soul too and other timelines for which Metasoul aspects of yours may have been abusive toward others (for which the abusive experience this life is offering a mirror.)
 
The healing possibilities with all this 3 and Supermoon (and recent SOULar winds too) energies are HUGE right now. Traumas are being revealed through unexplainable triggering and reactions. Timelines with karmic pain still lingering are bleeding through to overlap and vibrate under your current circumstances. Parts of you from this life and other lifetimes are coming into consciousness through situations, dreamscapes, meditations.
 
These are some catalytic energies coming together. These energies are the kinds that collapse timelines quickly and introduce the NEW ones at the same time. Navigating all this with love and grace is possible as you separate from the parts of you from this life and other timelines with much love then available to offer. This separation brings in more objectivity and compassion overflow too. It allows for more Divine support to fill your heart space and feel the bigger container of LOVE holding it all.

Energy Update: Schumann Spikes Help To Collapse Old Timelines & Bring In New

Energy update: Seeing some spikes in the Gaia/Schumann frequency in the last few days and actually right in this moment. These spikes seem to be lasting one to three hours in duration with sometimes several hour gaps between them. This feels like a bit of a mercy in a way, as we receive a jolt and boost….and then some space to integrate.

“Powerful, catalytic energies this month of March already, just starting and yet JUMP starting so much it seems. You may be experiencing a major timeline collapse right now in your life. This may be in the form of relationships, career/job, geography, physical health, etc. The previous, even beloved in many ways, timeline that you called, ‘your life’ is shifting in a rumbling and significant way as supported by these Divine love energies.”

Spikes in Gaia’s frequency resonance directly connects to OUR consciousness and energy frequency too. We rise with Her and our DNA and chakras connected to Her (especially the root systems chakras at the base of our spine flowing to way below our feet). It can be challenging to ground during Gaia spikes as what we are used to grounding into is shifting. Wobbly and off-balance, we are searching then for the familiar hum that is often now shifting.

I find that direct connect to Mother Gaia AS a guide and beloved face of Divine Mother is quite nourishing in these moments. She is right there available with a big old embrace and soothing energies. Sometimes….other times She is more the face of Dark Mother in the form of necessary earth quakes, volcanos, and hurricanes. Depends on what you are most needing in that moment.

Ground in whatever ways you can and hold the parts of you that feel increasingly perhaps homeless as they feel and are sensitive to the changing dimensional frequencies of Gaia. YOU become also a home for all parts of you….a consistent, steady, and loving energy that never leaves or abandons them.

Energy Update: High SOULar Winds Accelerate Higher Timelines & Collapse Denser Ones

Energy Update: Are you feeling the energy current stream that we are in right now? Feels like it is quite a strong one with energy from the Great Cosmic Sun streaming into our sun and flowing into our Personal Sun/Stellar Gateway chakras (about two feet above our heads.)

This is ANOTHER day of high SOULar winds….wind speeds are still up above 500 km/sec right now (according to spaceweather.com.) Looks like we will remain in this wide SOULar wind stream for another day or two. These winds are producing geomagnetic storms and brilliant auroras in the higher elevations as well.

All of this cosmic energy is helping to accelerate ALL of our higher timelines and collapse the denser ones (for those souls who are ready). This acceleration can heighten clarities and visions around what your higher timeline looks and feels like, plus push up dissatisfaction and frustration in parts of you around what you’ve settled for/been more 3D based/been shrinking to. Masculine energies are especially seeming to be impacted by these Divine Masculine activations from the sun.

You may notice that there is more flare ups of advocacy going on for you in your life….and the corresponding suppressed truth wanting to come out. We so need the healthy masculine expressions of truth telling, boundary setting (when needed), clarity, right action and choices. The wounded masculine, 3D frequencies that suppress, judge, manipulate, etc. are being pushed up to be seen and felt.

I wrote this yesterday in a post, “The Divine Masculine wants to support the transition from warrior to ambassador; from battling to loving; from self protection out of fear to healthy boundaries that come organically from moving out of fear and more into love. This transition starts from within…..with the Inner Masculine and the beloved aspects of self that are represented by them…the laying down of weapons and armor in order to BE more love and trust love.”

Self care of your body vessel during these winds and check ins with your masculine aspects can support the integration of these energies. Grounding with Mother Gaia too and letting the sun codes directly into your physical being too!

Taking IN The SOULar Codes & Sacred Masculine Activations

Taking in the beautiful sun codes today as the SOULar winds come in and offer geomagnetic storms and auroras (winds are now blowing faster than 550 km/s (1.2 million mph, according to spaceweather.com). I was letting the sun in with these two beautiful BEings Raianna Shai and Kalayna Colibri that I get to do daily life with in feminine (and some masculine) flow/balance.

I am feeling the glow too from MANY amazing sessions lately with soul sisters that feel like reunions, welcoming backs, moving forward together. We are moving beyond competition and envy of old paradigm sisterhood into higher vibrational sisterhoods formed from collaboration and empowerment of EACH unique soul as you connect to Unity Consciousness together. This also is the healing of the wounded masculine expressions that would come out in ‘feminine’ bonds.

I could feel the support of Divine Father in the sun rays today….both gentle and penetrating; efficiently activating yet soft too. It can be helpful (esp if you are feeling these energies on the physical level) to take in the sun rays if you can to assist with integration of these codes. And if not available to you, you can visualize in meditation the sun rays coming into your upper chakras and down, grounding into your root chakra system with Mother Gaia.

Energy Update: Strong SOULar Wind Stream & Geomagnetic Storms Coming In

Energy Update: I felt sleepy the last few days, even after many hours of deep sleep, AND drifted into a deep nap yesterday too! After checking in with the current energies to see if there was a connection to what I was feeling on the body level yesterday, I saw on spaceweather.com that we are headed into a SOULar wind stream again through probably March 1st. The SOULar wind is kicked up by a LARGE coronal hole on the sun’s surface that first began to open up last July. Speeds of these winds can reach up to 600 km/sec or 1.1 million mph!!

The geomagnetics that pour out of this hole during geomagnetic storms and into Gaia’s atmosphere (when they are lined up together about once a month) can have a big impact on our physical/energy/emotional bodies. As Gaia’s magnetic poles are shifting and therefore weaker, we are even more susceptible to these energies.

These geomagnetics can definitely bring up sleepiness, fatigue, and drowsiness….as if you just can’t quite get out from under the blanket of tiredness. They also (on the polar opposite end) bring up anxiety, sleeplessness, insomnia, etc. It really just depends on where you are in your Ascension activation/integration process, how you experience this. Many people feel these energies too in their solar plexus chakra, bringing up indigestion, nausea, etc. Yet, heart palpitations can be an aspect of response to these energies too.

On the emotional body level, whatever is needing to be released and cleared of deeper traumas can be activated by these heightened energies too. Necessary triggers that are needed to bring them up are offered by life for you to feel the parts of you in reaction and WHY they are. If situations still bring up charged reactions and emotions, this offers you a portal to go within and feel the parts of you from this life and other lifetimes.

Ultimately, these sacred masculine activations from the sun are a BOOST to wherever you are in the experiencing your higher timeline as your daily reality. They provide an activation of ALL your chakras, including the Ascension chakras of Personal Sun/Stellar Gateway (about two feet above your head), soul star (about one foot above your head), and causal (behind your head.) As you tune into these Ascension chakras especially this can help A LOT to bring these new geomagnetics into your magnetic field for easier integration and alignment.

Taking care of yourself by avoiding toxic/harsh energies can also help during these SOULar storms….and your physical body with salt bath, pure water, pure foods, etc. Sacred Masculine activations can also trigger your wounded masculine, so connection with your Inner Protector (usually a masculine energy) can help ease them too. You are introduced your Protector in the meditation I shared above.

Energy Update: Digesting The Supermoon/New Timeline Energies As Gaia Resonance Spikes Some More

Are you still digesting THAT moon? A super one, the closest and largest this year……whose energy is still radiating out in this Now, forming an energectic passageway/bridge to the next Supermoon in March (which is also timed with the EQUInox) and to the one before it in January. On all inner levels this energy radiates and calibrates and activates….body/soul/mind/heart.

The Schumann/Gaia resonance has also been spiking off and on the last couple of days. As if Gaia is responding to the moon with Her own vibrational influxes. And human consciousness is absorbing the lunar energies and responding to them…..reflected in the frequency spikes. ALL of this is part of a Divine wholistic system….the celestial a representation of your inner star systems; you as a micro/walking around version of the galaxy.

This Supermoon seemed to especially bring in energies to catalyze the NEW through pushing up the old to be felt. This is like a residue, an echo, a sense that you’ve actually moved beyond whatever this old reaction and trigger is….yet the residue of it is still moving through. As you connect to specific parts of yourself and their reactions/triggers/patterns, you can quickly feel and hold space for the clarification of what is new and what is from the past.

There is much transition going on to NEW, higher timelines and collapsing of old ones being offered during this New Year passage. Those glimmers of hope, of desire, of your Higher Self energies coming through, of connection with soul family….these glimmers and shimmers water and actually CREATE the new timeline. Until you can move toward it emotionally/physically/energetically, you get tastes of it. It is bigger than your current life as you’ve known it then. And you are a bigger version within it. This is your Supermoon life.

For those of us with strong visionary gifts (sometimes quite challenging to embody and live with honestly due to other timeline experiences/persecution), we can visualize/feel the higher timeline so clearly. It can be challenging to be patient with the Now and the present unfolding. This is especially for our Inner Protector, who is both impatient to ‘get there’ and also concerned for us if we actually do.

Raphael and I talked more about these kinds of polarities within, these push and pulls around ascension/higher timeline embodiment that can live in parts of us in our livestream yesterday. Energy Update: Supermoon Energies Support Trauma Releasing

Energy Update: The power of this moon is visceral. Felt in the cells that align to everything lunar, going back to our tribal ‘roots’ and activating our Metasoul lines (like the Lemurian/Native American/First Nation ones) that hold these codes of complete calibration of daily life to the moon cycles. These soul aspects of yours fit their lives and their passages of life/death/rebirth to the brightness or dimness of Her forward face. They honor Her influential energies that tug and pull on Gaia and our inner tides too.

This is a Supermoon in the skies right now….the second in an offering of three in a row….a powerful triad of Divine Feminine energies to receive and let in. With this strong lunar energy passage, many souls are REALLY feeling now. Feeling the deeper, denser aspects of their emotional bodies and the parts that hold these frequencies. Some of this is expressing in the body vessel too, which just reflects the emotional and energetic states. Pain/discomfort/congestion/colds…..all of this is a reflection of something going on in the emotional body, the psyche, the soul.

From undigested traumas comes the indigestion off gassing experiences of anxiety, terror, depression, rage. These are not ‘bad’ or ‘negative’ feelings…not something that positive affirmations can answer…..yet rather very powerful portals to the underbelly of your experience of experience that need to be felt and looked at full on. They are glaring signposts and markers of what still needs your love.

This moon, She lights these markers up. She amplifies them. She makes them more obvious so that YOU are confronted with YOU. She then invites you to respond not with more fear yet, rather, with a bigger, richer, and deeper self love container that can hold ALL of it. You are invited to become a self love that is as BIG as the Supermoon and fills the skies of all parts of you with reassurance and companionship.

Yes, you are THAT big…it’s time to find and live that out.

Now is the time to become aware of these traumas that still linger….from this life and the other lifetimes/timelines that also are bleeding/leaking/even pouring through as catalyzed by this Supermoon triad passage. What your Metasoul (your individuated soul source/Higher Self source) is experiencing of karmic loops/patterns/cycles is waiting on the other side of the veil to be revealed, felt, and healed. To be changed, ultimately, with love, to a higher timeline outcome.

The inner journey is what means so much right now. The inner journey to connect with the Divine Mother energies that can midwife your birth into the New, can heal the traumas, can hold to arise out of the ashes of 3D and into your Next higher timeline.

The inner journey offers all the comfort, movement, and integration you and parts of you need and are aching for….in order to keep going, keep feeling, and to keep waking UP! ~

Energy Update: 24 Hour Long Schumann/Gaia Spike Wave!

Energy update: WOW! Strong wave of high frequency Gaia/Schumann resonance moved through, lasting 24 hours altogether from start to ‘finish’. The resonance has been mostly steady and normal lately, with brief, hour long spikes happening in the last few days until this more recent wave came rolling through.

Third eye, crown, and causal (back of head) chakras are being activated. Higher vision, galactic and Unity consciousness…all are needed in this current shift from 3D to higher. Inspired thoughts, creativity, thinner veils, clearer connection to your Metasoul Aspect timelines are all possible.

I’m also feeling this as a pineal gland activation too, which you may feel as a tightness/pressure in the ‘middle’ of your skull. This tightness can radiate down to the neck and upper back as well. I experienced heightened creativity and inspiration for half of it, some then pain/tension in the third eye area, and then slept deeply for the second half with active dreams.

Thought I would share some things that help me integrate these energies during energy spikes like this:

Salt baths – Himalayan and epsom salts with your favorite aromatherapy oils too….these salts clear the energy field and chakras to receive the upgrades. This is quite important esp. if you’ve been holding space for others or around a lot of people/3D energies.

Selenite – I go everywhere with it now, in my pocket, around my neck, under my arm when I sleep. I’ve found it is amazing at clearer out energies, esp of 3D and lower 4D without the need to light anything up (although if you prefer that, sage and copal are great.)

Yoga/light body stretching – moving energy through your body as connected to your breath seems to really help with these ongoing upgrades. I love Yoga With Adriene on YouTube as she has a great energy, many 30 day video series too.

Inner Connection/Guided meditation – I recently did a 33 day video series sharing guided meditations taking you on many journeys of self discovery. Connecting with the parts of you that are experiencing and perhaps in resistance/fear to them can help too. Clean foods/water – organic vegetables/fruits, purified water, whole foods….these all help to support the body as it upgrades to light body. You probably want to cut out/avoid eating meat (well I highly recommend that as a lifestyle choice overall); processed/refined food; tap water.

Energy Update: Lower 4D Rumblings Bring Disconcerting Disorientation At Times

Energy update: Strange, sort of disconcerting energies today….lower 4D rumblings which are usually about a bliss mess polarity working itself out. Lower 4D is the energy of approaching intense storms, the recovering from aftermath afterwards AND the relief of the renewal too. It is the surrendering to the death and rebirth cycles of life that bring growth. Lower 4D is where much of the collective consciousness is being invited to go NEXT…as they move out of 3D fusion and let the soul start to come through. Some souls will accept this invitation and already ARE….some will not as it isn’t their timeline to lift their veil.

For those souls not very anchored to 3D consciousness, these kinds of lower 4D energy surges can be a bit disorienting….like a ‘drop down’ from where they are used to BEing. There can be a feeling of not quite being able to access the higher resources of Divine love, although they are still there of course.

These kind of energies DO invite you to feel though. It can feel like ‘forcing’ you to feel sometimes….to parts of you. They invite you to go into whatever Metasoul timeline is inviting you to explore it, meeting the Metasoul brother and sister there to connect with them. To connect with parts of you that need you….especially a fearful Inner Child that can be in a panic or, in the opposite extreme, a disconnected/dissociative state.

As lower 4D rumbles, secrets (collective and personal) come out to be loved and no longer withheld. First with and by YOU and then shared with those who can hold nonjudgemental and compassionate space with you. Secrets don’t last in higher 4D and up as the compartments dissolve and authenticity is the only possibility of personal expression and experience.

Hold space for the inner rumblings to match these energetic ones with MUCH self love and compassion during these rumblings. Making a safe place inside for all parts of you to ‘ride out’ with love any necessary storms.
