Energy Update: High Speed SOULar Winds Invite Need To Breathe & Rest

Energy Update: This is the second day that Gaia is within a stream of high speed SOULar winds, up close to 550 km/sec in the moment. “Earth is entering a stream of solar wind flowing from a sprawling hole in the sun’s atmosphere. First contact with the gaseous material on Nov. 20th produced an outburst of auroras over Scandinavia. NOAA forecasters say there is a chance of G1-class geomagnetic storms on Nov. 21st as Earth moves deeper into the stream. If such a storm materializes, auroras could descend into northern-tier US states such as Michigan and Minnesota,” according to spaceweather.com.

As usual with high speed winds, you may feel heightened clair sensations, especially in third eye and clairvoyance and visualization capacities…that can be accompanied by headaches or dizziness. I feel often that the pineal gland is particularly activated by these winds. Sometimes all over body fatigue happens too as the cells receive the increased geomagnetics and adjust to them, finding stability and balance. Interrupted sleep patterns can be common too, feeling both wired/amped up and tired.

Processing and healing movements have been going DEEP lately before and after the 11/11 portal. You may feel drawn now to some lighter activities, celebrations, and time connecting in Gaia and in sunlight itself as possible. Getting ‘fresh air’ in whatever ways help to digest and breathe. Taking time for breathing and letting in goodness/joy can be as important as doing the deep dives…and make them more possible to be integrated.

Energy UPdate: Interplanetary Shock Wave Moved Through On 5/26

Energy UPdate: A shock wave hit Gaia yesterday around 11:00pm UT, which was an unexpected event. The CME-like disturbance caused the density of the solar wind around Earth to abruptly quadruple, while the interplanetary magnetic field doubled in strength. Minor geomagnetic storms are possible on May 27th as our planet passes through the shock wave’s wake, according to spaceweather.com.
 
Also, Gaia is turning again to align with the ‘hole to make us whole’ in the sun’s surface, which means more increase in SOULar winds and geomagnetic storms the next few days as well.
 
You may have felt the shock wave in your body/energy field/emotional body yesterday? These shock waves are similar to a tsunami moving through….a lot of photonic light and plasma all at once. They also feel similar to a SOULar flare. I was already feeling the importance of grounding as the Gaia resonance has also been spiking lately too….grounding in nature would also support the experiencing of this shock wave afterglow with more possibility to integrate it.
 
I have noticed a heightening in anxiety/tension, sadness/depression, hopelessness in the emotional body parts of people and the soul coming up and through the last couple of weeks in sessions. It can feel almost like ‘starting over’ in your healing process to feel when these emotions come up seemingly triggered by this-life circumstances.
 
There is a more accelerated unanchoring from 3D energies going on this year and this month. These feelings of anxiety come from distrust in the Divine bigger picture, supported by 3D conditioning. The feelings of depression/sadness/heaviness are so often about not being connected to your soul purpose service of love here, not initiated by 3D into it.
 
ALL this is necessary to come up and out though….in order to receive the light of your love and NEW initiation into higher frequencies. These SOULar energies support the inner strength and bravery necessary to go on this INNER journey. They activate your personal cosmic sun connection to activate your sacred masculine in particular. To invite any overly protective masculine to ALLOW you to hold the feminine heart space for this feeling and healing. You are no longer a child, even if your Protector still sees you as one.
 
The Divine Feminine is HERE too, offering Her womb space of compassion and forgiveness to support the masculine to forgive himself and move into his strength. Her womb space in this moment is the planet itself, constantly calibrating to a higher frequency and emitting that frequency to all of us to take in and receive.
 
Take care with MUCH love of your inner masculine and all aspects during this time of shock waves and heightened energies! Receive and let in the inner and outer support systems that you most need to continue to unanchor from 3D and move into your higher timeline ones.

Energy Update: Elevated SOULar Winds & Gaia Upticks

Energy UPdate: They are calling them ‘weak’ and ‘minor’ but that is really relative to how sensitive you are to cosmic energies. ‘Minor’ SOULar winds have been hovering around 400 km/sec the last two days, blowing into Gaia’s atmosphere, enough to cause auroras in places that can still host them at this point in the season, according to spaceweather.com.

The Schumann/Gaia resonance has had some fluctuations as well….spiking upwards in what looks like half hour intervals at a time today. Gaia upticks along with higher geomagnetics can be felt on the body and chaka and emotional body levels esp for those awakened to their cosmic DNA connections and the ongoing upgrading that is going on.

Interrupted/shifted sleeping patterns….staying up WAY later than usual, sleeping more hours in a day, not sleeping very well or deeply, intense dream states…all these can be experienced during these energy waves. An overall feeling of being tired or worn out can accompany them too. I feel also an impact on hormonal levels with extended PMS symptoms too.

I feel an overall sense of more heightened activation after what seemed a quieter period of digestion and even highly refined bliss states (especially after the intensity of March’s death/rebirth gateway). This is more a general feeling sense rather than being connected to anything specific going on….a continuing escalation as we move deeper into the shift from 3D/lower 4D matrix living and into upper 4D/5D and higher New Gaia experience of yourselves and life.

As always, with any kind of elevated energies, self love and care goes a long way toward BEing with them. My general suggestions are salt baths (YES! Every day for me!), favorite crystals and stones (whatever you are drawn to), high frequency music, super foods/vegetables/fruits, rest, going inward, connecting to your ascension chakras/star family/guides, grounding with Gaia.

Energy Update: SOULar Winds/Gaia Spikes/4:4 Support 4D Galactic Awakenings

Energy UPdate: Wind speeds from the sun are up to 500 km/sec in the moment. We are going to be in this wind stream caused by SOULar energies streaming in from a hole in the sun’s surface for the next 48 to 72 hours, according to spaceweather.com. THAT is awhile to be in high SOULar winds, so you may be feeling it in your headspace and in your body too. I often feel it as an ampy energy (more difficult to go into deeper sleep states) yet, at the same time, lower energy too and just feeling ‘out of it.’ Anxiety, tensions, and even terror (from undigested traumas) can also flare in response to these high winds.

Gaia was also doing some spiking in her frequency the last 24 hours, up to 92 HZ at one point. The combination of high SOULar winds and Gaia spike can feel like your grounding cord is ‘rumbling’ while your head space is vibrating. Interesting, yet also can be disorientating!

The 4/4 gateway feels like it is extending into today….with a specific energy of amplification of galactic consciousness awakening. My sessions yesterday were both connected to disclosure of the 3D/lower 4D realities of Archons/Cabal/Illuminati and a growing consciousness of awakening humans and star BEings (represented by Q-Anon) that are helping to shift this fear-based ‘prison’ reality to one of liberated self sovereignty. I will be writing more about this soon as I get more downloads and clarities from my Star Family.

Timelines are bleeding through SO strong too as connected to this shift from lower 4D fear-based dominance into sovereignty (Orion, Vega, Zeta/Grays….and also Egypt, Essenes, Templar and many others). These are rumbly timelines that are not ‘ancient’ or in the distant past at all. These timelines can HUGELY influence the emotional triggers and reactions that you experience in your life. I am more and more making these connections as these timelines ‘heat up’ for collective healing. And you probably have soul fragments (Metasoul aspects) that are connected to the liberation efforts and movements in these timelines. This is very likely if you are reading these words right now.

You may have the feeling that you are doing much ‘work’ in dream space around this. You can connect directly with these soul aspects in these timelines to offer them support and gift exchange as you unify and liberate your soul. I, and other SoulFullHeart Facilitators Gabriel and Kalayna Solais, provide the support in session space for you to lift your veils and work with your Gatekeeper to gain access to these timelines in a way that gets clearer and clearer.

All these cosmic and Gaian energies are supporting specifically and in this phase the awakening of your galactic consciousness, DNA, and Star Family support systems. Realigning with these energies inside yourself is empowering and, ultimately, very liberating!

Energy Update: Geomagnetic Unrest Offers More Need For Divine Trust

Energy Update: Geomagnetic unrest happening today and tomorrow as SOULar winds come into our atmosphere from the huge hole in the sun’s surface. Auroras are expected too. SOULar winds right now are creeping up and starting to accelerate, which maybe you are already feeling on physical and emotional levels? It’s like an amping UP feeling.
 
Waking up in the middle of the night and interrupted sleep/REM cycles seem to be an aspect of increased geomagnetic activity. Intense and vivid dreams as well with veils thinning overall in BIG ways lately between dimensions, timeline possibilities, and other lifetimes. So much is bleeding through and it can be overwhelming at times.
 
We are prepping already for the Equinox combined with our last Supermoon of the year happening next week. I can feel the energies building UP in swirls and gusts in a way, creating a passageway. These are big energies that can collapse current lives/relationships/careers/geographies and arise new ones.
 
Overall, there is a sense of SO MUCH trust in the Divine during this time that is available as/if you connect to it. Feeling and being with the parts of you that are in anxiety (both existential and situational) allows it to move into more Divine trust and surrender. We are going to need a strong grounding in Divine trust in the bigger picture of Ascension as more rumblings and purges and clearings happen in 3D and lower 4D realities.
 
I’ll be writing more soon about lower 4D and the ‘stickiness’ of it….how it can be challenging to rise your consciousness above it in order to offer love and compassion to the energies/aspects/beings that seem ‘stuck’ there. There can be many cycles of suffering in this stickiness sense of being attacked, being punished, things being done against your will, that there are energies that can be outside of the Divine/truly evil, etc. These feelings are actually signs of parts/soul aspects being ‘stuck’ in this hell reality that need your love and compassion.
 
As the SOULar winds blow in as prep for the coming Equinox, allow Divine trust to fill your heart and soul in the places that it can. Transmuting traumas from this life experiences and lower 4D esp experiences opens up this space to experience yourself AS love that can respond to all of it WITH LOVE.

Energy Update: High SOULar Winds Accelerate Higher Timelines & Collapse Denser Ones

Energy Update: Are you feeling the energy current stream that we are in right now? Feels like it is quite a strong one with energy from the Great Cosmic Sun streaming into our sun and flowing into our Personal Sun/Stellar Gateway chakras (about two feet above our heads.)

This is ANOTHER day of high SOULar winds….wind speeds are still up above 500 km/sec right now (according to spaceweather.com.) Looks like we will remain in this wide SOULar wind stream for another day or two. These winds are producing geomagnetic storms and brilliant auroras in the higher elevations as well.

All of this cosmic energy is helping to accelerate ALL of our higher timelines and collapse the denser ones (for those souls who are ready). This acceleration can heighten clarities and visions around what your higher timeline looks and feels like, plus push up dissatisfaction and frustration in parts of you around what you’ve settled for/been more 3D based/been shrinking to. Masculine energies are especially seeming to be impacted by these Divine Masculine activations from the sun.

You may notice that there is more flare ups of advocacy going on for you in your life….and the corresponding suppressed truth wanting to come out. We so need the healthy masculine expressions of truth telling, boundary setting (when needed), clarity, right action and choices. The wounded masculine, 3D frequencies that suppress, judge, manipulate, etc. are being pushed up to be seen and felt.

I wrote this yesterday in a post, “The Divine Masculine wants to support the transition from warrior to ambassador; from battling to loving; from self protection out of fear to healthy boundaries that come organically from moving out of fear and more into love. This transition starts from within…..with the Inner Masculine and the beloved aspects of self that are represented by them…the laying down of weapons and armor in order to BE more love and trust love.”

Self care of your body vessel during these winds and check ins with your masculine aspects can support the integration of these energies. Grounding with Mother Gaia too and letting the sun codes directly into your physical being too!

Taking IN The SOULar Codes & Sacred Masculine Activations

Taking in the beautiful sun codes today as the SOULar winds come in and offer geomagnetic storms and auroras (winds are now blowing faster than 550 km/s (1.2 million mph, according to spaceweather.com). I was letting the sun in with these two beautiful BEings Raianna Shai and Kalayna Colibri that I get to do daily life with in feminine (and some masculine) flow/balance.

I am feeling the glow too from MANY amazing sessions lately with soul sisters that feel like reunions, welcoming backs, moving forward together. We are moving beyond competition and envy of old paradigm sisterhood into higher vibrational sisterhoods formed from collaboration and empowerment of EACH unique soul as you connect to Unity Consciousness together. This also is the healing of the wounded masculine expressions that would come out in ‘feminine’ bonds.

I could feel the support of Divine Father in the sun rays today….both gentle and penetrating; efficiently activating yet soft too. It can be helpful (esp if you are feeling these energies on the physical level) to take in the sun rays if you can to assist with integration of these codes. And if not available to you, you can visualize in meditation the sun rays coming into your upper chakras and down, grounding into your root chakra system with Mother Gaia.

Energy Update: Strong SOULar Wind Stream & Geomagnetic Storms Coming In

Energy Update: I felt sleepy the last few days, even after many hours of deep sleep, AND drifted into a deep nap yesterday too! After checking in with the current energies to see if there was a connection to what I was feeling on the body level yesterday, I saw on spaceweather.com that we are headed into a SOULar wind stream again through probably March 1st. The SOULar wind is kicked up by a LARGE coronal hole on the sun’s surface that first began to open up last July. Speeds of these winds can reach up to 600 km/sec or 1.1 million mph!!

The geomagnetics that pour out of this hole during geomagnetic storms and into Gaia’s atmosphere (when they are lined up together about once a month) can have a big impact on our physical/energy/emotional bodies. As Gaia’s magnetic poles are shifting and therefore weaker, we are even more susceptible to these energies.

These geomagnetics can definitely bring up sleepiness, fatigue, and drowsiness….as if you just can’t quite get out from under the blanket of tiredness. They also (on the polar opposite end) bring up anxiety, sleeplessness, insomnia, etc. It really just depends on where you are in your Ascension activation/integration process, how you experience this. Many people feel these energies too in their solar plexus chakra, bringing up indigestion, nausea, etc. Yet, heart palpitations can be an aspect of response to these energies too.

On the emotional body level, whatever is needing to be released and cleared of deeper traumas can be activated by these heightened energies too. Necessary triggers that are needed to bring them up are offered by life for you to feel the parts of you in reaction and WHY they are. If situations still bring up charged reactions and emotions, this offers you a portal to go within and feel the parts of you from this life and other lifetimes.

Ultimately, these sacred masculine activations from the sun are a BOOST to wherever you are in the experiencing your higher timeline as your daily reality. They provide an activation of ALL your chakras, including the Ascension chakras of Personal Sun/Stellar Gateway (about two feet above your head), soul star (about one foot above your head), and causal (behind your head.) As you tune into these Ascension chakras especially this can help A LOT to bring these new geomagnetics into your magnetic field for easier integration and alignment.

Taking care of yourself by avoiding toxic/harsh energies can also help during these SOULar storms….and your physical body with salt bath, pure water, pure foods, etc. Sacred Masculine activations can also trigger your wounded masculine, so connection with your Inner Protector (usually a masculine energy) can help ease them too. You are introduced your Protector in the meditation I shared above.

Energy Update: HIGH Speed SOULar Winds Streaming IN

Energy update: We are in the middle of a SOULar wind stream with wind speeds up to 600 k/sec (‘normal’ is around 300)!! This high speed wind is bringing in geomagnetic storms in the higher to mid-altitudes with accompanying beautiful aurora codes to take in, according to spaceweather.com.
As usual with HIGH SOULar winds, you may feel aches/pains in the head and neck area (causal and crown chakras) as YOUR magnetic field responds to the influx of magnetics. Polarizations inside (such as victim ‘versus’ perpetuator; patriarchal/wounded masculine aspects and matriarchal/wounded feminine ones, etc.) are amplified during these streams of geomagnetics. These are the trailing sacred masculine activations after the receiving of Divine Mother/Feminine lunar codes during the recent eclipse passage.
Feeling these aspects of yourself and the dynamics between them can help significantly with healing the polarizations to move into more inner unity. The magnetic pole shifting that is happening (including the need to update the model for it) shows the alignment that is ongoing for Gaia as She ascends into fifth dimensional consciousness. I’ll share more about the pole shifting process as it downloads more for me. So far, my Star Family has offered that the process of pole shifting will be orchestrated and held by Star BEings so as not to cause life-altering conditions for us. They are reassuring that there is no need to be fearful or concerned about the pole shifting as it coincides with the ongoing disclosure process.
As always, practice much self love on the emotional, physical, and social body levels during these higher frequency influxes. As you align within with MUCH love, so you can align to these cosmic energies as well to receive them AS love.

Energy Update: Eclipse And SOULar Winds Provide Deep Purging & Clearing

Energy Update: Many souls are STILL feeling the impact and effects of the total lunar eclipse on Sunday/Monday. This is a lingering, ongoing, powerful gateway and passageway to your NEW, higher timeline life. This lunar gateway seems to be about clearing out the denser, toxic, not-going-to-come-along, in the shadow energies that can keep you anchored to 3D timelines….so that you ultimately can arise into the NEW ones.
 
I’ve been honored to be more full lately with serving love during 1:1 sessions with women. What I am seeing during sessions is that this eclipse is bringing in purging and clearing on the emotional body level as connected to Metasoul timelines/lifetimes that hold heavier karmic, archetypal energies. Sexual abuse frequencies are being activated from this life (if you bravely signed up to experience and then transmute them) AND also from other lifetimes. Veils of amnesia are being lifted to remember these experiences, even from early childhood, so that they may be healed.
 
Betrayal themes and patterns with women, men, in romantic relationships (again from this life and other lifetimes) are also being illuminated for digesting, self love/compassion, and ultimately forgiveness on all sides at the higher self level. A clearer sense of where victimization experience needs your compassionate love is being revealed too.
 
Divine Mother doesn’t ‘judge’ if you are playing a victim of not. She offers love to what NEEDS love and this moves whatever it is into empowerment again. During intense experiences of trauma and abuse (esp as a young child), part of you IS a victim to this experience. Loving this part of you and Metasoul aspects with compassion allows them to remember their power again to CHOOSE to forgive and move beyond it. Suppressing these feelings with judgements of not wanting to be a victim doesn’t actually provide the loving healing energies most needed to move beyond it.
 
On another energy note….SOULar winds are starting to rise UP with geomagnetic storms very possible tomorrow. According to spaceweather.com, “NOAA forecasters say there is a 60% chance of G1-class geomagnetic storms on Jan. 24th when a stream of solar wind is expected to hit Earth’s magnetic field. The gaseous material is flowing ~600 km/s from a hole in the sun’s atmosphere. Arctic auroras are likely this Thursday.”
 
These SOULar winds may amplify whatever the full moon eclipse has pushed up for your digestion and illumination.
