All Seven Chakras: Chakra Meditation And Sound Healing Series

Per request, this video is a compilation of all eight videos that I recorded in my daily Chakra Meditation & Sound Healing series last week. The 1hr 20 minute video includes a sound transmission from a 432HZ tuned bowl with a specific resonant note playing that corresponds to each chakra: the root chakra, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown.

In the final part of the video, we tune into all of your chakras as I’m playing all the sound bowls that activates/clears/opens all of your chakras. I particularly focused on playing the Root Chakra (E note) and Heart Chakra (F note) as the grounding into our heart space is the base from which we can most effectively open out all others.

This video would be great to play as you are falling asleep as well, just letting the codes come through as you drift into theta/delta states.

As I share this final video in the series, I can feel how I have been changed by it, by showing up each day to journey into the Divine retuning/recoding of these precious energy centers. I’ve been connecting to and working with the chakras for many years now, yet I feel like they arose anew for me by feeling them/seeing them as the Divine does. So much love for both the capacity that they can express and also for the densities/blocks/plugs they may still contain!

I can feel how you may be drawn to one particular video and chakra for a time….and then moving organically onto another depending on what phase you are going through. Or perhaps listening to all of them at once, which we will offer a video soon for that.

I’m grateful for the Divine inspiration that guided me to offer this series and for the inspirations that come in the future that serve love within me and with you as we embody our I AM on all levels.

Dearest Daughter,

The false mother is the wounded feminine (usually has quite a lot of wounded masculine expression) that we’ve all experienced in some form in our daughter experience. False mother can also be a distortion presented by religions from a patriarchal lens or the Goddess paradigms that distance and don’t create an intimate and personal connection to the Divine Mother that we can then feel as an embodiment of ourselves. As we experience more of Divine Mother, we feel ourselves what has been ‘false’ and what has been true.

One my deepest joys over the last years in service has been to connect and bridge women and parts of them to experience the heart and love of the Divine Mother. It is my great and humble honor to provide this bridge, as they develop and cultivate their own connection more and more to Her as well by feeling the parts of them that may resist it. This connection to Her offers compassion and forgiveness to heal the feelings of being judged, not being worthy and wrong. Connection to Her offers loving support to heal the feelings of not being seen and the pain of not being initiated into our soul purpose expression. Connection with Her provides heart courage and soul strength to heal the fear of change, the unknown and the death/rebirth process….and SO MUCH more.

It is still, to this day, the Divine Mother’s energies that hold me, support me, guide me, and teach me as I continue in my process of embodying Her in whatever deepening ways that I can in the moment. It is the best and most comforting feeling for me to feel myself as Her daughter, Her sister, and Her student…I get to lean into that without being diminished in any way.

It is Her template that reminds us of what it is to an authentic feminine. Her template activates the Divine spark within us to express that more and more AS ourselves.
