Kings on the outside are returning to themselves. Men are awakening to their masculine core essences. They’re playing in the polarities they need to in order to discover themselves anew and reclaim their Kingship. There’s a lot to this process for the masculine that we as feminines can’t totally understand, except we ARE afforded a portal of some understanding through feeling our own inner masculine aspects/parts, who are in a similar process at times.
Actually, the feminine equivalent of this process for men is a reclaiming of our Queen. She is an energy of benevolence but also has deep pain and often quite the missing of an authentic masculine counterpart – a King – in order to truly experience herself AS a Queen. Yes, I AM saying that as women we do need the masculine in our lives, in our hearts, in our bodies… as beautiful and necessary as our independence also is.
Enter now the process of feeling your inner masculine, or you could say, your inner King. This process now offers a way for your Queen to show up in relationship to a King energy, even if it’s polarized for a while as the aches and pains of want, desire, and deep hurt now surface more so than they could have before.
Having recently been in a long term Sacred Union bond, I can say without hesitation that my Queen got to blossom because of relating to the masculine on the outside. Also though, I couldn’t have drawn this opportunity without first having had a lot of process ground with masculine energies inside of me. I’ve experienced and felt the polarized reactions in the inner world… the hesitations and hang-ups, the love and the fighting for more love. Even today I feel there’s some tension in moments between my masculine and feminine energies, yet most of the time it feels like there’s more harmony and understanding there, more feeling of each other, and more overall unity/oneness.

Description:
The Inner Masculine within a woman has many different expressions as a very sacred part/energy of our inner worlds. This range of expression can move from highly protective, fatherly energies that can be punishing to more of an ‘ideal masculine mate’ in pursuit of the feminine. The inner masculine is an aspect/part that helps women navigate the patriarchal frequencies of the Matrix in whatever ways he feels are necessary. This can sometimes bring out something overbearing in him, though he can also feel quite defeated and deflated too, especially if he hasn’t been able to help or offer support in the way he’d most like to, or helped you/parts of you avoid difficult or dark situations.
Having an intimate relationship with your Inner Masculine as a woman, whether you are single or in union with a mate, helps to illuminate your relationship to the Divine Masculine/Father expressions of the Divine. You can get a sense then of why you may feel blocked to letting them in as well as why there may be a pattern of difficult or even non-existent relationships with men on the outside. Connecting deeply with the Inner Masculine offers us (and them) so many layers of healing from the impact of other men, whether mates, fathers or other authority figures, which eventually and ideally leads to a deep forgiveness that makes room for a whole NEW experience of the masculine inside and out.

I went to bed last night when so many things stirring in my heart space… letting in of new alchemy that’s long been birthing, letting go of Gabriel on another level, letting in of the good time my beloveds and I had last night, letting go of a way of being in life more and more. With each in and out breath of letting in and letting go, there’s a sacred womb rumble that moves up, into and through my heart space to be felt emotionally and not just analyzed mentally.
It took me until this morning though to realize that it was my womb and not another part/aspect of me who was rumbling and feeling last night. I forget how much she holds sometimes and that she has her own reactions to things that come up in life and relationships. She has her own clearing she needs to do with me, as I feel every person and every piece of sacred alchemy too that she’s been holding and responding to. She expands out quite far and then needs to contract again to come back to herself and to be recognized by me too for everything and everyone that’s been living in her.
There can be such a strain on our wombs as women as we navigate life in this matrix we were born into. We’ve even been asked to diminish what it means to have one, to be less feminine as if being feminine is a swear word, to impede on the masculine expressing from within and outside of us as if he too is obligated to meet us in our often false/matrix-influenced femininity rather than support her arising and discovery and full range of expression from unsentimental (yet loving) fierceness to compassionate, open-hearted softness.
We’ve also been asked to acquiesce to a reality of tyranny and fear-mongering, to over-sexualization, to under-inhabiting our true self-worth, to accepting that a reality of suffering over suffering is all we’re meant for if we want to become worthy of anything at all, let alone the dreams that live on in our hearts (and wombs). When we dream, it’s not just for the sake of it. It’s for the sake of soul memories of the goodness, romance, high-frequency realities that our souls have known and that our wombs hold the memory of and that so extend so far beyond what we’ve often known in this lifetime. When our wombs are stifled, over-exerted, and stuffed-down, we’re encouraged to forget the sacredness that she remembers and holds so dearly… including the blueprint of our sacred/divine femininity which is a gift to open up and allow into our being, not a cross to bear – though this experience is valid to feel and explore too, especially since that’s how it’s felt in other lifetimes of persecution especially.
There’s really so much to feel with this aspect of us as women, an aspect that holds such power and ability to be still but also become activated as needed and desired. It is such a powerful process when we engage with her consciously, treat her as an energy within us that needs as much love as any other part or soul aspect, and truly begin to regard her as the sacred portal that she is and is meant to be, for ourselves and others in service and even romance too. She needs conscious clearing and healing along the way, and space made for her to express how she needs and wants to.

The womb is a powerful space of creativity, alchemy, stillness, and a bridge to our ancient and pure Sacred Feminine empowerment origins. Our wombs can hold the seeds of creation, gestation, and birth of our Divinity in human form.
However, our wombs have become filled instead with pain/trauma layers and also been hijacked by the 3D/4D control Matrix so our access to the pure power essence of our womb is often covered over and not fully activated. This hijacking also impacts what we experience within our wombs during often painful and debilitating ‘programmed’ menstrual cycles. Part of me used to relate to Sacred Union as a sort of ‘ultimate destination’, wrapping it in romantic ideals and not necessarily understanding how deep of a process it truly is to be in it, let alone draw it to you. It was a feeling that it was some sort of ultimate reward for inner work well done, answering a deep soul-based longing to experience this sort of visceral reunion with a Divine counterpart.
In my lived-inexperience of it though, I’m getting that it’s actually an ongoing journey and a powerful and catalytic one at that. Though drawing a Sacred Union to yourself does show you a ‘graduation’ step (if your soul truly needs and desires to be in one), with every graduation comes a new beginning… and within Sacred Union it sure feels like it’s a near-constant feeling of completing and beginning again, with self, the Divine, and of course another soul or several along the way.
Preparing for and being in Sacred Union seems to not be so much about knowing anything, having mastery over anything, or really understanding what it’s truly about. The unexpected is meant to find you and bring you back to you as well as the Divine Beloved while in intimate connection with another soul.
Sacred Union seems to not be about anything predictable or controllable, including if it lasts for the rest of your lifetime, if it has its phase(s) of stops and starts, completions of old grounds between you and the embers of a new one being born, or if it needs to complete entirely.
Divine Surrender seems to be THE invitation… it’s a romantic bond where the unpredictable is held in the arms and heart of the Divine, wanting you to have the sometimes tough growth edges and mirrors of your goodness too (sometimes equally as challenging to let in) that seem to be offered in this lush ground of discovery. Plus, the Divine wants to express in an overflow of the love between your souls in order to SERVE love to and with others.
The Divine Beloved acts and moves through both of you, encouraging you to wade into the deeper waters of real love… a multi-dimensional love that doesn’t just want to move in with you, but wants very much to rearrange your furniture.
It’s a love that, when allowed to catalyze your growth, offers so many waves of bliss and laughter, along with so many mutual tears, both this-life and existential fears percolating and expressing, and sometimes explosive moments of truth-telling. Indeed, it IS the Divine expressing in sacred human form, learning about all the edges, swerves, and deep-dives there are to experience along with the highest highs imaginable…
There is no perfect way to be in Union… and perhaps that’s what makes it such a beautiful and enticing growth path!
As women, we seem to be especially activated around the desire for Sacred Union and everything it entails… craving the growth, the bliss, the love, the transaction ground that keeps deepening, and of course the yummy sexual grounds that can open out too. I’ve had quite a journey of my own to be able to even remotely let it in, and my journey continues to deepen in sometimes very surprising ways.
It’s such a sacred path that is always unfolding it seems, both inside and out. There is no real “end game” where you can feel like you’ve totally arrived, or so it seems to me so far. It’s actually far more humbling than that and even though the humbling can feel like looking into a mirror from a very awkward angle, I wouldn’t actually trade the mess, or the bliss, for the world.

His sacred ROAR clears the room. His bright beacon of Truth shines our way through all darkness. His compassion holds us, infinitely, though we feel challenged to hold ourselves.
Divine Father is an energy that, in its purity, is MUCH different than the punitive he-god of religions. When He appears in different forms and faces, our projections place lightning bolts or swords in His hands, yet when you feel His tender heart, you realize that He could never and would never weaponize his love for all of us.
I experience Divine Father through the energy of my heart and soul’s connection to Yeshua most often, yet sometimes I also feel Him just as Fatherly energy without form that simply does not caretake or want to coddle me. Instead, I feel how He challenges me to grow, to arise, and to lean-in to Him.
He is much different than my experience of my birth father in this lifetime, who was seldom fully present to me, barely ever watered me as a young and budding woman, and didn’t know how to offer affection and direct love without the runaround of ‘providing’ and having that be his only ‘love language’. When my father passed away, I know he helped me see some of the patterns he passed down to me. I deeply got that he wanted me to heal from them while also overcoming them as behaviors inside myself.
In some ways this relationship with him blocked my true relationship with the heart of Divine Father, yet also, it offered me something to differentiate it from.
As woman, Divine Father can be especially challenging to let in and feel. It’s as challenging as letting in a true soulmate. It’s as challenging as understanding that indeed, some men are deeply GOOD, even if they choose not to caretake or coddle you. Men who are on their own paths to wanting to see and feel themselves, to recognize with humility their own imperfections and need for healing may be rare in a way yet they are emerging. They represent the love of Divine Father who also feels humility and who infinitely supports our ongoing Ascension as Sacred Humanity arising… as a humanity that is learning to love itself again just as the Divine loves us and longs to feel our love return to them as well.
The healing that is possible for men and women through genuine connection with Divine Father from within is immense… His light shines so brightly and his love even brighter. He holds with tenderness our experiences in His heart. He feels us all deeply in his infinite capacity for feeling. He is a guide, in whatever form you’re ready to let in, and He will not push or force his way into your life and your own heart… patiently, he waits for your attention, intention, and desire, with such an embrace that spans the whole world. Even your own whole world inside, as complex and complicated as it’s become.

Feeling Divine Mother strongly this morning, especially as we exit the full/super moon (and its mixed energies). Feeling Her vast and deep heart that is always active and present, Her embrace, Her stillness even when She must stir up storms within and without.
Feeling how She invites all of us into deeper trust in Her… in Her shadows and light, in all purposes She holds beyond what we can comprehend in every moment. She is always gently yet also firmly encouraging us to go inward and move forward, with a profound love that many of us have no reference point for from this lifetime or many others.
It’s Her realness I’m leaning into this morning, as I feel my own vulnerable fears and tears that live in parts of me and Metasoul aspects at times… the feelings of going forward with a momentum fueled by so much Divine trust, while also letting in the heartbreak of letting go of a world we all once knew, that I have had my own attachments to, that is all now burning up and crumbling into Divine ashes. It’s not enough to trust the Divine without also feeling the pain that comes up in our hearts… the pain of our inner world letting go to let in, but also the pain of the much larger world that is also crying out for Her love and, as we are all Divine ourselves, for our love too.
I’ve felt over and over again the leaps of faith that the Divine invites me into and the arms them outstretched to catch me as I also catch myself. I feel how this is the invitation to the whole world… to let burn what needs to burn, to let play out what needs to play out, even as we also need to speak out when we feel to… to cry the tears that need to be shed… to let go, even of what or who was once considered beloved if the resonance is not deepening.
I feel Her encouragement, now more than ever, to let go of any ‘false gods’ which include ‘false mothers’ and ‘mother-figures’… authorities that once felt trustworthy, birth parents that you have now outgrown in consciousness, friendships that serve your smallness and not your bigness.
All of this, as She is well aware, needs time and space to process and yet, there is a cost that can accumulate as you waver in your resolve while parts of you who are afraid to let go of what is known, continue to lead your life’s decisions and indecisions.
Mother has so much patience for it all, yet will also offer us a prickly nest as needed… to help us fly, at last. To help us truly see and take ownership of our own journeys, no matter what the hills and valleys are that we may face on the way.

Today we shared our latest Avalon Update, featuring a piece by Jelelle Awen in which she talks about the ‘hijacked’ womb that has been influenced by what she refers to the “Ursula Consciounsness” or a false feminine/wounded matriarchal overlay.
“As sensitive empaths and star seeds, there is a tendency to take this Ursula energy within us and try to transmute it to love again. There is often a soul contract/agreement as well with family members that we will serve this role within the family line, bringing light to the darkness of the ancestral wounding. However, this unconscious taking in and ‘holding’ within our wombs of this toxic energy has a cost to us, creating cycles of physical chronic illnesses (including PMS and menopausal symptoms), codependency/abuse in relationships, suppressed sexuality/sexual desire, avoidance of relationships and ‘lone wolf’, disempowerment in expression of soul gifts/struggles with manifestation/alchemy, and more.“

Connection with our wombs on a daily basis is so important to our health and well-being on all levels as women, especially right now.
My womb, ‘Vesica’, showed me this morning how much she has been holding… and I know she is not the only womb holding much more than she needs to.
In her, I found and felt the cries of the world; the cries of those I love that are going through a challenging time; images of what’s moving in my soul and heart lately; desires that are peaking and perking up; needs that are going unmet at times; feelings of my depth and capacity to hold and offer love to myself and others.
My heart-shaped rose quartz crystal ended up laying on her without me consciously choosing to place it there. “I need clearing”, Vesica said to me, “I’m holding too much. I’m not designed to hold as much as I have been. You’ll feel clearer if I’m cleared and you’ll feel calmer too. I’m not designed to hold any human being beyond gestation and so I cannot hold all of the people/souls that are in me right now”.
This struck me as a deep reminder of how much we need to be aware of what we’re holding and to move energy out of our wombs… from the collective of which we are a part yet not responsible for; from the beloveds in our lives whose soul-destinies we cannot ‘know’ or control for them; from any fears that parts of us hold about our well-being and our path in our life (or death); from the Matrices (3D and 4D) that still have a foothold on our wombs and what moves into and through them and decide how they’ll be ‘used’ too.
To connect with your womb deeply can take time and much clearing. There are parts of you that are protective of her, and rightfully so, depending on what you’ve been through in this lifetime and others too. To truly connect to the stillness and beauty that IS your womb space takes a dedication and deep desire for her to be free and to arise in her essence within you.

Spending real, intimate time with women is such a gift to my heart and soul. I am recognising that there has been so much in the way of deeper bonds with women my whole life; competition, insecurity, unworthiness and jealousy being some of them. I feel how hard that has been on me and my parts, even more so now as I feel how deep the need for union with women really is. The uniqueness of the connection between women is so special and I feel how we do really need each other in a way that is different to our need for and with men.
I always feel so inspired and enlivened after deep union with women and deeply nourished by where women can go together when they feel safe and can rest and lean into one another. We understand and feel each other so deeply in wordless spaces and ways, which is something I feel I have looked for in my relationships with men my whole life and has brought a deep dissatisfaction to parts of me. Only now am I recognising how men are not really meant to fulfill our need for each other as women.
There is healing that needs to happen to let women in and trust women again after all the years and lifetimes of competition and hurt that has been experienced between us. I feel the pain of having had to turn away from one another to survive in a world where we are led to believe that we cannot do it without a man. How dangerous it has been at times to be a woman and still is for many women in the world today, and I can feel what that has led and does lead us to do to one another to just get through it.
I feel how the need for connection with women is so deeply buried under a lot of pain and distrust that it can be hard to recognise that need is even there. I am being invited daily as part of life within the SoulFullHeart community to feel my needs and desires that have been deeply buried in order to survive, and then invited to reach out to ask for what I want. It can feel terribly vulnerable for parts of me to even acknowledge that they need others, especially women, and I am still not quite sure why that is. As I do this though, I am getting to experience something new with women that is so deeply nourishing and healing in ways I cannot mentally track but I feel it as it ripples through my body and creates a deep rest and sigh of relief within my womb.
I feel so deeply blessed to have wonderful women in my life and for all the women who have helped me prepare to let all this love in that I am experiencing now with my closest Sisters. Everytime I meet in deep, real, intimate connection with women, I am changed, and I remember more of who I am and more about why I am here.
