Powerful Yet Gentle 1:1 Healing Sessions Available Now!

“One session with you is like going through seventeen regular therapy sessions, yet with someone who so gets you quickly on a heart and soul level,”…. a comment from a woman that I met with recently in a bridging session.

In these accelerated times of Ascension and now in 2020, everything is sped up. There is infinite patience even as there is increasing invitation to move into your higher timeline self and love AS love in order to SERVE love.

Sessions with me for women bridge to that sense of your higher self IN your body through connecting with parts of yourself and soul who are in trauma, suffering, and pain. These aspects also have important messages and truths for you; soul gifts to exchange; and pieces of your puzzle to offer. These aspects can help you connect to your soul purpose and reason for being here in this transitional and challenging timeline of Ascension.

Rather than spend years in talk therapy trying to heal on a cognitive level, we dive into the deep waters of your emotional body, subconscious, and other lifetimes/beyond the veil of amnesia FAST and efficiently, yet also in ongoing conscious agreement and negotiation with your Inner Protector/Gatekeeper and other guarding/protective aspects. These defensive aspects open the doors, lift the veils, and tell the truths that lead to healing. They set the pace at a rate that moves things forward much quicker.

This is also a GENTLE process. I hear that all the time to describe the SoulFullHeart process and sessions with me too….. “gentle yet powerful”….”tender AND catalytic”….Healing CAN BE both gentle and transformationally powerful. Bringing in the Divine Mother/Feminine energies to hold the space and allowing compassionate feeling of ALL frequencies within you (even the deepest and darkest shadows) creates this gentle yet powerful quantum love oven.

It’s a NEW year and a NEW decade…time to next level UP yourself and your life. I’m feeling this for myself in specific ways too that are both challenging and exciting and am always learning and growing even as I am leading and teaching. And that’s the brave choice of love over safety aligned with soul purpose purity that I can template for you to experience in your own life.

Empowering Spaceholding Coming Through

I am in the midst of my fullest week of sessions EVER….and the joy and love that are flowing through in service is just amazing. It’s almost as if each one serves the other in this beautiful way. The collaborative energies that move between me and the women/men I meet with are empowering frequencies…..offering a mirror to them of their bigness, connection to their higher guidance, clarities, and lifting of their OWN veil as they connect to aspects of themselves and of their soul who offer these gifts. I feel this is the new paradigm of space holding that empowers the soul receiving it.
 
I love those moments in sessions when something that was previously a mystery, a confusion, causing pain/suffering or just not understood comes into clarity, understanding, resolution, and completion due to the exploration/framing and feeling of parts’ reality and Metasoul timeline processing. It is the MOST rewarding fun to be able to get to do and be this with others and receive money exchange for it (while money is still needed in this dimension that is.)

Receiving Support, Soul Empowerment, and Your OWN Answers

With ALL these intense energies coming IN and being offered to you during this Now of Ascension, you may have a sense of overwhelm, confusion, lostness…and desires for more digestion, integration, and soul clarity. You may feel a strong desire pushed up to truly unanchor from 3D in ALL areas of your life and BE the living/breathing/walking around embodiment of your higher self.

Now is a momentous phase of awakening from 3D to higher consciousness of the heart, soul, mind, and body that we as a species haven’t undertaken before in one condensed timeline like this. Now is a time to seek support and a loving mirror reflection to encourage the NEXT places of growth. Now is a wonderful time to make the deeper connections to parts of your self and soul that hold trauma vibrations and karmic cycles AND soul gifts that can finally be transformed and integrated on a personal and collective level.

Coming off of my fullest week of sessions ever with some amazing women, I feel SO honored to serve love with sister souls during this time! I am struck by how much empowerment of EACH soul is wanting to emerge and lead…..how as a spaceholder I am just a witness and bridge for what the soul’s consciousness wants to bring through. I don’t give ‘read out’s, definitive answers and I don’t read out specific energies and frequencies to ‘tell you’ what is true about your process.

I hold space for the exploration of YOUR answers, which are there all along, once you connect to the parts of you that have them. I hold space for your self healing to activate, which is the ONLY kind of healing that actually brings lasting transformation. I connect with your Inner Protector consciously, who is often the part of you that may deflect, block, or resist deeper integration of ascension energies and the next steps due to undigested fears and not being negotiated with directly.

1:1 bridging sessions are ultimately a space of collaboration….a dance between us where I offer some intuitive guidance, compassionate support, and bridging to specific energies of parts and Metasoul aspects that I have spent over 15 years experiencing in myself and others.
