Energy Awareness And Healing As A Key Aspect Of Ascension

We are energy…..everything is energy. What we are experiencing of experience is energetic. Energy moves, transforms….vibrates from lower density to higher density. Vibrates faster or slower. Vibrates at a denser frequency or a more porous, higher one.

3D conditioning doesn’t allow for energy. It doesn’t make space for it, teach it, or see it as ‘real’. This limiting perception is like a box over your capacity to experience yourself AS energy and everything you experience AS energy. This limiting idea that energy is not real because it cannot be seen is one of ways that the veil has remained over our remembrance of our soul essence, our soul gifts expressing, our soul self being inhabited and embodied.

What you suffer from related to physical, emotional, and mental distress is sourced in energy. Emotional wounds are energy and made up of energy. Karmic wounds are energy and made up of energy. Suffering is energy and made up of energy. Mental ‘illness’ (which is not how I would label it or feel it) is made up of energy. Relationship discords are energy and made up of energy.

As you move into 4D reality, as you awaken…..a major aspect that awakens is your tracking of energy and how your own personal energy is impacted by others, by environments, by geographies…by both inner and outer experiences. You may seek out energy healers to remind you of your own energy healing capacities, both towards self and others. EVERYONE has the capacities to heal with energy since every thing IS energy. Even if someone is not conscious of being an ‘energy healer’ they are one every time they transact love with themselves or with others.

The highest vibrational frequency of ALL is PURE love. PURE love is the frequency which can move and heal the emotional stuck energy, the karmic stuck energy, the mental stuck energy, the physical stuck energy, the relationship stuck energy. PURE love is a wave of VERY high frequency energy that we let into our BEing more and more, as it arises inside of us as we heal, as it arises inside as we integrate soul/star/angelic aspects, as we draw others in relationships based more and more in PURE love frequencies.

PURE love energy = PURE love experience =’s end of suffering over suffering…….this is a simple thing to understand yet harder to embody because of the stuck energy can be SO thick and congested, like concrete in some people. The stuck energy takes the form of protective aspects, fearful aspects that use your energy to form barriers and guards and shields and weapons. This stuck energy needs to be negotiated with in order to let in the PURE love experience.

In our SoulFullHeart process, we do this very consciously with these aspects…we connect energetically with the energy of the protection and guide you to lead this exploration. As these energies are felt with PURE love, they begin to shift into higher vibration, they become unstuck, they move into higher self expression. Protective energy becomes healthy self protection and eventually integrates into the 5D self as it isn’t needed in the same ways.

BEING with energy at this level of differentiation can open up major, major soul awakenings and emotional pain body healing too. You can start with a calibration to the energy we offer through SoulFullHeart with some videos, guided meditations, listening or participating on group calls. I always come back to offering SoulFullHeart because it provides a bridge from awareness to transformation, from knowing to living, from being inspired to being transformed. I come back to it because I feel it offers a PURE love source (coming through still human, growing and learning hearts and souls).

I also offer energy and higher self facilitation sessions which end up being really a beautiful exploration into the soul, plus a bridge with the emotional pain body that links the two together.

You ARE energy and that energy can be a beautiful flow of swirls and vortexs. A beautiful flow of LOVE as you recognize it as such, as you let it in as such, and as you experience YOURSELF as a loving energy more and more….

Etheric implants, energy healing, and ALL held with love, put there by love

I was reading about etheric implants last night and still digesting what I had read with what my experience has been as an energy facilitator. I am not one to study things deeply as I am more intuitive than intellectual. I pick up concepts very quickly on a contextual level and am not so great at remembering or tracking fine detail or ‘facts’ at all. So, most of what I offer in terms of teaching and serving comes from an intuitive remembrance in the form of inner guidance or knowing and Ethereal guides. I experience or remember or download something and then I might go do a little research into it or be guided to read a book (usually very quickly, skimming for concepts). Then the digestion begins, the resonance is found, the bridge identified to teach it, and quite shortly the offering of it to others….always with a ‘near as I can tell’ energy and not absolute truth as I don’t feel anyone can have the absolute truth about reality and consciousness.

SO, back to implants. I have been feeling my way through energy facilitation over the years, letting my higher self and soul come through, and always been very collaborative with whoever I was holding space for and with. I talk out loud and transparently about what I am doing/feeling/seeing, teaching as I go, and involving the person’s higher self with me and also negotiating with their protective part of them if necessary (if fear is coming up for them or resistance. I’ll stop energy work altogether to be in the feelings if that is what is needed). This is also how I facilitate emotional movements as well. It is SO powerful when someone’s soul is leading in response and in collaboration. So, often, there is no structure to energy facilitation with me, beyond the chakras beings cleared and activated, and beyond that, it is always a magical journey into the unknown.

And, implants…I am struggling to be linear today as it is becoming less and less my orientation to life! Ok, yes, I have experienced ‘implants’ as not so much something ‘put into the etheric field by negative entities polarized to fear and lower dimensional frequencies’ (as is the usual read on it.) I have experienced more and held it more that each SOUL chooses what is in their field and for reasons that further the growth and transformation of that soul. It may even sometimes be IN COLLABORATION with these lower density beings (such as called Archons, Dracos, etc.) for reasons that actually WORK for the soul. Also, it is often our Metasoul aspects that are Draco, Archon, etc. that we can bridge to through feeling the energy of these ‘inplants.’ This is not done out of lack of self love either, it is done for GROWTH, which is the reason that we even chose to come here to Gaia.

When I have discovered objects in the etheric field with people, there is ALWAYS an emotional and spiritual component to them. There are deep tears and processing and we quite quickly can connect the reason for them to their bigger process as a soul this life. Often, the person themselves does this as I create a bridge to their higher self so they can ‘hear and feel’ them. We remove the objects together and that too is an emotional and very touching journey and we only remove them if it feels like the right time. Really, it is more like the objects dissolve with love and often very easily. All of this is negotiated with the person, their higher self, and whatever aspects or parts they are working with at in that moment. All of this is held with much tenderness and feeling tones.

The energy that some energy healers and practitioners have around ‘removing implants’ feels cold to me and, in some ways, fear-based. It is as if they aren’t trusting the REASON that the objects are there and how NOTHING is done to us without our higher selves permission and in union with Divine source. There can be a victim energy to their relationship to it and, also, a sense of vigilance and defensiveness. It feels like these healers are going to ‘battle’ with these implants and the symptoms of recovery they describe afterwards such as being very ill, etc. feel to me in part because it has all been held with battle-like energy rather than love. All of these frequencies of battle, vigilance, defensiveness…..lower OUR vibrational frequency because we then believe that we are victims to these entities, that they have done something to us ‘against our higher will’, etc.

I feel it is more about being an ambassador of love to anything that is going on in our bodies, minds, hearts, souls, and etheric fields. Responding to it with love and trust that it is there for a reason, that we’ve needed it until we didn’t need it anymore, and the Universe is a place offering an exploration ground of love ultimately as we were birthed from love out of a Divine source of LOVE. Removing these objects that can block energy flow and even ‘cap’ your growth and awakening can shift some amazing things in your experience of reality. However, this can only happen – in my experience – when it is time for it to happen and when it is led primarily by you and by your higher self.

Over time, as your heart pains heal and your energy field clears out, you can easily track when and if entities are drawn to you (which is really a part of you or Metasoul aspect wanting your attention) or if there is another object to be lovingly removed. You become your own energy facilitator with the help of your higher self (which becomes more and more YOU) and with Ethereal guides too if you need them. THIS to me is the end game of all of this……the empowerment and remembrance of EVERY soul back into wholeness, a return to love, a return to self care and love at such a high level where things like implants or etheric objects are no longer needed at all!

Discovering Light Language with Jelelle and Metatron

On Sunday morning the SoulFullHeart community met to work with Metatron to assist us into raising both our personal and group vibration. Β While I am beginning to connect with Metatron, Jelelle has a much closer connection and thus I was gratefully open to any healing and information he may give me. Β 

I have been speaking in β€œtongues” for about 3 years but off and on. Β I was first introduced by Raphael and could feel my own desire to access my language. Β It was very ancient but also very tribal and heavier in tone. Β As Jelelle and Metatron were applying energy, they helped me to β€œtune” into a higher station. Β It changed the energy and tone of the wave and there were many different sounds that came out that I was previously unaware of. Β Along with the speaking was a hand movement component that feels like it moves energy, and creates some sort of β€œwritten” expression in space. Β 

I have never had such a cosmic download before and this was result of a lot of emotional healing and a history of energy work with Jelelle and several of her guides. Β There is co-creative experience that is manifested and it is not a passive one. Β It is about using the higher frequency so that I may then access it on my own in future meditations. Β This expression of light language feels critical in bringing in more light codes in an accelerated way. Β It is also a way to communicate with Beings in much higher dimensions. Β 

It takes a lot of self-permission, of which I have learned much from all three of my beloveds. Β There is a brief moment of wondering what the hell I am doing and saying, but it subsides quickly once you feel the trueness of the experience. Β For now it is about letting it come in and do its work. Β About expanding the chakra system to cosmic levels while having the Cosmic Heart fully open and body grounded to Gaia. Β A full spectrum human arises from root to wings and expressed in sound. Β

Remote And In Person Energy Facilitation Sessions With Jelelle Awen

Surrendering to guidance (both inside and from guides) is such an interesting thing sometimes. I follow my sense of something, deeply lean into it, let go of whatever is needed to inhabit more of who I am, and then…..it shifts again! About a month ago, I was ‘guided’ and felt to not do individual space holding SoulFullHeart sessions anymore. I have held space for people for many years, going back to when I was a business-life coach about 15 years ago. Service can be a beautiful, amazing thing and the moments of breakthrough and facilitating someone into remembrance can be very profound.

Yet, I felt guided to let it go for a phase and focus on the bigger picture of SoulFullHeart (what we called in my coaching days, “Be the entrepreneur, not the technician ‘doing the work.”) This focus has meant responding to my Divine muse through writing articles, developing our events like the group call on the 14th, working on our new book with Raphael, designing and creating the SoulFullHeart facilitation process with Sequoia, et al, doing a lot of work on our website and this blog, and going deeply into my own ongoing and intense ascension and body upgrade process. It has felt FULL for sure in the best way.

Yet, now, I’ve received guidance to offer individual energy sessions – both remotely and here locally in Puerto Vallarta – to those who are interested. I have been offering energy healing in conjunction with SoulFullHeart sessions and during them for many years, yet this specific focus on teaching and empowering others in one session is new. During this session (which may turn into 2 or 3 if the need and desire is there), I will collaborate with your higher self and healing angel to focus on your energy body. I will be transparent about what I am ‘doing’ and also teach you about cleaning/activating/protecting your chakras and your aura, cutting cords and karmic binds, meeting your healing angel and perhaps higher self, locating and perhaps removing implants and objects, and overall raising your vibrational frequency. Minimum donation is very affordable, especially compared to what many energy healing practitioners charge.

Chakra Activation, Cleaning, and Protection Meditation

Chakras are energy centers, points of flow, in our etheric bodies. They are alive, have a consciousness, and can even be dialogued with. I have most extensively worked with seven chakra centers in my energy healing work with myself and serving others over the years. There is a lot of information available online about chakras, what they represent, and where they are located, so I will focus on sharing the daily meditation that I engage with to activate, clean, and protect them.

As with all meditation, find a comfortable place to sit and practice deep breathing for as long as it takes for you to feel centered with your mind (somewhat) quiet (usually 5 to 10 minutes).

Ask for the help of whatever Ethereal being you are connecting with in the moment or would like to connect with. Right now, I am working primarily with my β€˜healing angel’ named Coral. A healing angel provides healing frequencies for both self healing and in serving others. They are at a slightly lower frequency and dimension than our guardian angels and, therefore, easier to access and connect with. According to Coral, every one of us has a healing angel and we subconsciously connect with them during moments of injury or in serving others. Our connection with them only becomes conscious if we ask for it to be so.

Calling on Ethereal beings is as simple as feeling your desire for it and then asking to connect with them. Meeting them halfway by raising your body vibrational frequency (through meditations such as the white staircase mentioned below) increases the degree that you will experience them. You can feel in your heart’s response if the Ethereal being you are speaking with is connected to the light and has a love-based connection to offer to you.

Engage with the white energy staircase meditation to raise your body’s vibrational frequency before engaging with your chakras. It seems to help with the process of visualization and with energy flow. As you connect with the Ethereal being that is going to help you, climb the stairs slowly on the inhale and rest on the exhale. The usual place that I get off is the platform at stair 111, as it holds a strong vibrational energy. Visualize white energy around you as you sit down and begin to imagine your chakras. I have been offered by Kuan Yin to visualize each chakra as a lotus flower, imagining when I first see them that they are closed up and then I see each petal opening and unfolding wide.

You can imagine any kind of flower that you resonate with or just a whirling circle of energy. This activates the chakras and if you haven’t done chakra work before, you may feel a sudden surge of energy in your body as the flower/chakra opens up more. Move up your body starting with the first or root chakra, imagining the color that they are (as represented in the above picture), and then through to your seventh or crown chakra visualizing all of the flowers opening up.

Then, visualize a flow of white energy entering the top of your head and moving down your spine, showering each of your chakra lotus flowers with white light. Chakras can have many layers of congestion over them and you may need to focus just on this meditation for a while to get them open and clean with good energy flowing through them. The congestion will look gray or even black with sometimes pockets or balloons of this dark energy surrounding the chakra or trailing off of it. Allow the white energy to sweep up and cleanse the dark energy in a swirl. Then move it out of your root chakra or visualize a grounding cord connected to the earth for which the energy is swept out of. You want to make sure to move the congested energy that has been loosened out of your etheric body, either into the ground or up into space. Read about a meditation to clean, protect, and activate your chakras and also a video that I have offering a guided chakra meditation.

You may also encounter objects in your etheric body or surrounding your chakras. I have seen and felt many objects in myself and others, such as corsets, suits of armor, arrows, Christian crosses, crowns of thorns, etc. These objects take on a symbolic form for us to interpret and feel and are often related to past life traumas that our soul is holding on to. If you find an object, see if you can get a sense about why it is there and what it represents. You can then negotiate with your healing angel around if and when you should remove it using more white energy and for guidance around why it is there. Holding a quartz crystal in your hand while meditating can help with this process.

After devoting your meditation to activating and cleaning your chakras, you can then create a protection around them to help prevent negative energies from coming in. This is especially important during the first weeks of your dedicated practice when you are β€˜opening up’ to new vibrational frequencies and will become much more energetically sensitive. To protect your etheric body, visualize a wrapping made of white energy forming to fit your entire body. You can picture a suit of armor or any other kind of β€˜outfit’ that works for you. Bring in strong white energy through your crown chakra (or top of your head) and infuse the outfit with it. Ask your healing angel to help make it β€˜the strongest material in the universe.’

Regular chakra activation, cleaning, and protection is very important to physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Engaging in a daily meditation to undergo this process will raise your frequency to a higher, more love-based one and clear out dark energies that will eventually led to physical illness and emotional suffering patterns. This kind of regular chakra love along with a heart work healing process brings vitality and health in all areas of our lives.

SoulFullHeart Approach To Energy Healing

The SoulFullHeart way of life advocates for integration of emotional and spiritual consciousness leading to holistic healing and that our experience as humans in a physical body is a sacred one. A key difference between us and other energy healing methods is that we offer that negotiation with our Daemon or soul guardian is what allows for our natural gifts as healers to express and be offered. If these gifts are coming through the pipeline of a wounded Daemon, which they are to the degree that someone doesn’t have emotionally conscious connection with them, then the person who is serving the healing is also sharing their wounding andΒ congestionΒ from this life and past lives and even from previous energy sessions with the person they are serving. For this reason, I wouldn’t receive energy healing from anyone that wasn’t actively in emotional connection and negotiation with their Daemon.

When I have met and even received healing from healers in the past who haven’t differentiated from their Daemons, I’ve experienced that they may be able to serve energy to others but they may not actually be very emotionally or energetically sensitive or embodied in practical ways in the everyday world.

After offering energy healing to anyone who wanted it for a period of time, I stopped doing that because I realized that I was taking in toxicity and emotional, spiritual, and energetic wounding from others who hadn’t felt their parts or negotiated with their Daemons in order to allow the loving energies (which mostly come from the Divine Mother for me) into their heart and souls. Their resistance would literally push out stuff at me and I would be left feeling tired and as if it did no lasting good. I also was left feeling that I had invaded parts of them that didn’t actually want the healing and might have very good reasons for feeling that way.

Now, I will only serve SoulFullHeart energy to those who are embracing the SoulFullHeart way of life and working with a SFH facilitator. Β I also don’t just serve energy to them in one time sessions, I engage them and their Daemon in active collaboration over time with me, so that they are empowered to help and to deepen their own gifts in this area. I’m also very transparent about what I am doing, what I am seeing, feeling, and hearing, and I feel the parts and their reactions along the way. Since I’ve already established a trusting rapport with the facilitant and Β their parts, this is an easy conversation with them and they help the energy to move much more quickly, deeply and effectively than I could have alone.

I feel that this collaboration and transparency allows the energy healing to have much deeper results as the parts and their Daemon aren’t resisting, or negating the movement. This is why I feel that many people go to energy healers and only feel temporary relief, but don’t experience lasting change and transformation on an emotional level. We store toxic frequencies and wounds and even objects in our etheric bodies, yet just moving them out doesn’t address the root cause of the wounds in the first place. It is our process and holding of our parts and our daemon in negotiation and cooperation that allows them to move out energies, but only after we’ve felt them first. In SoulFullHeart, we recommend a SoulFullHeart energy healing session to someone after three to six months of them working with their parts and especially if they have access to their Daemon.

My main sense is that we all have as sacred humans the capacity to offer ourselves and others energy healing frequencies which can heal and purify us. Connecting with and feeling our Daemons allows for these gifts to become more freely and cleanly expressed, especially if we have persecution wounds in our past lives, which most of us do. In another way, there is nothing special about being able to offer energy healing and I love feeling when others are empowered through connection with their own souls to be able to provide this (and intuitive, psychic and direct communication with the Divine as well) for themselves and others whenever they need it. This is what I’ve been offered by the Divine Mother is possible as we more deeply inhabit our sacred human essence through healing and feeling our parts and Daemons.

I feel a desire to serve others through the SoulFullHeart Way Of Life who have identified themselves as healers (even as we all have that capacity) as I feel their call to serve has noble roots and motives. I ache for them to embrace their own emotional and spiritual healing first and foremost and then feel what desire to serve comes from the ground of new self worth and love with the Divine which arises from embracing SoulFullHeart. It’s about offering them a new way of seeing and feeling it from the old way that feels like it is running out of ground and perhaps also not really working anymore. A new way that honors all of us as sacred humans with the capacities to heal, to offer healing, and to integrate our realities- both those we can physically see and those we can’t.
