Healing Division Within To Experience Soul Family Reunion Without

With so much polarity still moving in this Ascension process, gathering together as one can feel so out of reach. It can feel like there’s just no way to reconcile the differences we’re really coming to recognize between us.

It feels sometimes like there’s just so many mountains to climb in order to come back into alignment with ourselves, let alone with others. The inner polarities are just as real as the outer, if not even more real at times, with so much division happening between parts of us that are torn about next life choices and caught up in fear spirals as they imagine what could go wrong rather than lean into guidance, hope, and Divine trust.

What truly divides us as human beings on this ongoing journey we’re ALL a part of is the conflict that lives inside us which lays and maintains the foundation for outer conflict, the need to be right, the need to prove, and the push-pull relationship to life, love, and others around us. It’s the resistance to inner intimacy that creates resistance to outer intimacy… it’s the pull of how the Matrix lives inside of us, let alone how we’re impacted by it on the outside, that can create so much ongoing tension and pain.

The recent Autumn Equinox gathering that we had here in our growing community of SoulFullHeart is a powerful example of how moving through the inner polarities really does create a more intimate and flowing ground with others on the outside, with so much love and appreciation for our differences rather than a deep level of reaction. This is possible because of soothing and healing the inner edges between parts and soul aspects of us, validating their experiences instead of diminishing them, yet also challenging them to move beyond their experiences to let in something new inside and out.

This is possible because of a willingness to stay in the room with ourselves, gathering each part of us back into our hearts, reclaiming shadow and light at every turn, letting in how we impact each other in both good and uncomfortable ways and being willing to feel how all of that always stems from deep within…

Every single soul on this planet is a brave one just for being here. It takes a special brand of soul courage to take on the monumental challenge of polarized duality while on some level our souls, consciously or unconsciously, long for reunion and reconciliation back into oneness. Those who are willing to truly stay in the room with themselves, with a growing sense of undying Divine support and love to keep moving through everything there is to move through and feel, are the ones who know there’s so much more to glean from this whole Ascension process if we’re truly going to transform and evolve into the Sacred Humans we’re here to become and remember too that we always WERE.

I’m so grateful to have moved through so much inner tension and pain in order to be a part of this room I find myself in with soul family. And I’m so grateful to all the souls around me who share this journey and have experienced it so deeply themselves. Our gatherings are turning into soul family reunions in the flesh and I’m so looking forward to welcoming more souls to them in the future!

Our gatherings are an invitation to any soul who has been drawn to have 1:1 sessions with us and has been in sessions for a time. The virtual session space serves the healing of the inner pieces that need to be felt before the in-person space can open up as a possibility, but the invitation to reunite with us is always there! Now is a time of feeling this journey inside and out and making conscious choices to live in deeper resonance with self and with others, to feel empowered in that way and to live into our reasons for being here truly as one.

My beloved Kasha Rokshana and I are so excited to host the first episode of a weekly podcast from within the SoulFullHeart process, community, and way of life which is so beloved to us and which we have been a part of for the last decade.

In this episode, we share a bit about our personal journeys and draw to this process and community. We also give you a very brief overview of what the process itself offers along with some pieces about what makes it challenging yet beautiful. You’ll also hear a bit about our personal intentions for this Podcast overall.

We’d love for you to join us weekly as we share our personal digestions of emotional and spiritual healing, sacred union, ascension energies, current global events, disclosure, and more through the SoulFullHeart lens and embodiment we share. The word ‘current’ represents what is happening in the Now with us and through us. To be ‘current’ is to be open and honest about how we are feeling, not just what we are thinking. It is being vulnerable and real, truthful even when it’s hard. It’s a journey that starts inside of you yet then is meant to overflow outward too as you share your truth out loud.

It also represents movement, like a river or electrical current. We’re on an ongoing conveyor belt of ascending consciousness as humans living on Gaia We are Love seeking a way back to Itself through our human experiences. It is rarely, if ever, a straight line. Where we go or how we feel one day may be different the next depending on new information or circumstance. We flow on that current by being ‘current’… being real, feeling what’s true in the moment. It’s a mysterious journey that wants to lead us back to our Essence, Being, and Truth.

Currency is also about what we bring into the world and the soul gifts we each have to exchange with others for theirs, in service of love yet also in our intimacy with those we’re close to. It’s the gifts we’re endowed with to spend in the world when we’re able to transact these gifts with others, to receive and exchange. This podcast is about what we each have to ‘spend’ from the wellsprings of our personal soul and heart gifts, yet it’s also about connecting with you and yours and supporting your own connection inside and with others too!

Healing The Ancestral Ties That Bind

Working with a current facilitant/soul sister in our SoulFullHeart healing work has illuminated the power of ancestral and familial lineages. They hold DEEP third and fourth dimensional conditionings, contracts, and karmic binds. There are stories/psychic energies that pervade our emotional and spiritual bodies that can also wreak havoc on the physical body.

The process is a bit like untangling a knotted ball of different string, each one connected to a family member, relative, or ancestor. This disentanglement is a deep dive into how we have taken on so much of our family’s wounding and even our own culture’s assumptions, views, and ingrained beliefs about ourselves as men, women, humanity, and life itself.

There is no ‘easy’ way to do this. One might be able to transcend this ball for a time, but it does live deep within our DNA and our subconscious. There are those that see and feel the need for meeting and untangling this lineage for all the gifts that it can offer in regards to the awakening of who and what we really are in our individuated and Divine Self purpose.

It is also a way to see what is good and true about our ancestral lineage underneath the hijacked version of it. We all come from very powerful and beautiful branches off the same sacred human tree. Over the decades, centuries, and millennia there has been a corrosive influence within each of these lineages, or ‘lines over the ages’. As you heal each one of them back to its source, you purify and beautify them back to their origins within you.

It is a deep and transformative clearing, met at times with anger and rage, other times with deep and guttural tears for all that you have held as the One who has chosen to heal this line before this incarnation. ‘The Ancestral Buck Stops Here’ imprinted on your soul badge. This is an epic, brave, and courageous task to uphold. It is also not easy.

This is why we take one step at a time to meet it all with grace, compassion, and self-love. Sometimes you may not even know you have signed up for this kind of mission until you deepen in your healing journey. Once you start on a personal healing path, you find something even more quantum and bigger than yourself.

This is not meant to be seen as a David vs. Goliath, but rather a piece-by-piece, part-by-part, aspect-by-aspect unfolding. One that strips away all that you thought was yours and no longer wants to be. You arise into an unknown and unknowable You, while integrating all that is real and beautiful from where you came.

This is dedicated to all of those that have taken on this path and continue to do so. Thank you for your service and your transformation. It is a gift to the world and the lineage you have come from. Inner Mother & Daughter Guided Meditation: Video 20 – Deepen 2022 (Video) | Jelelle Awen & Kasha Rokshana

In this twentieth video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Jelelle Awen is joined by SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator Kasha Rokshana as we explore Sacred Feminine Embodiment over the next five videos. Kasha and Jelelle have held many women’s group calls together exploring these topics through teachings, guided meditations, and taking in sharing from female participants on the calls.

In this video, we share about the parts of you representing your Inner Daughter and your Inner Mother, plus the dynamics between the two of them. We share about how the internalization of your relationship with your birth mother opens up deeper access to feel the maturation of your inner daughter and your mature feminine essence. We can often be caught up in loops of tension and polarization between the Inner Daughter and Inner Mother, recapitulating our relationship with our birth mothers and limiting our sacred feminine growth and embodiment.

We also share about how the Inner Mother gives us a sense of deeper compassion toward to birth mothers, understanding of how you relate to men and sexuality (as a reflection of her templating), and a bridge to Divine Mother. Your inner daughter holds the pure essence of your sacred feminine which is able to merge with the Divine Mother into an arising sacred feminine Queen expression.

In the guided meditation, you invite your Protector/Gatekeeper to connect you with your Inner Daughter in her room within your castle. You then bring your Inner Mother into the room with the Inner Daughter to get a sense of their relationship dynamic with each other. You are then both inviting to join Divine Mother in Her healing garden outside of the castle and to submerge into the waters of her healing pool.

A Digestion Of The Deepen 2022 Video Series

This SoulFullHeart video series is such an incredible way to get to know yourself to an incredible deep level. They’re full of teachings and meditations that are so valuable for discovering who you are, why you feel and react the way you do, what your gifts are and how to heal even your deepest wounds. I’ve been doing this series for the last two weeks or so and even the more “basic” videos have been so enlivening and core to my current healing process.

There’s something special about connecting to 31 different videos that slowly but thoroughly help you dive into any and all places that need your attention. They can be taken in at any pace and at any time which allows you to go deeper into any process that feels relevant.

I have been on a deep journey of discovering my divine empowered woman and these videos have brought so many connections to light inside of me. They have taught me how much my inner mother wants to care take everyone to the point where it doesn’t allow others, or other parts of me, to live into their bigness and grow into the person they’re capable of. They have taught me that my inner teenager is ready to blossom and become a woman capable of setting boundaries and advocating for herself and the capacity of others.

They have woken up my inner protector enough for him to realize that he can’t keep me small and locked in my bedroom anymore. This journey has strengthened belief in myself and what I have to gift others. I have been able to dive into my shadow in a way that I was way to scared to before and recognize patterns that have been so detrimental to my own growth as well as those around me, even if for a good reason.

So thank you Jelelle, Raphael and soon Kasha and Gabriel for providing me with the tools I need to love and care for myself in a way that serves both myself and the collective ❤️

In this seventh video of our 31-day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share about an extremely important aspect of your soul called the Gatekeeper. The Gatekeeper is an aspect that Jelelle initially became aware of about ten years ago during a Dark Night of the Soul experience. Since then, she has connected with many of them and shares about their mission, woundings, gifts and the challenges of connecting with them.

The Gatekeeper is the keeper of the veil of amnesia and watches over all the timeline portals/lifetime incarnations of your Metasoul, which is the individuated expression of your soul that fragments out of your Soul Family Monad. Gatekeepers are often very lonely and isolated in this job/role and feel disconnected from Divine Source.

In this video, Divine Mother and Divine Father join you to go to the Gatekeeper Realm, which is in the lower fourth dimension. You visit the portal cavern where your Gatekeeper usually lives. You connect with your Gatekeeper, open up to receive any messages/images from them, discover their name, see how they ‘show up’, and get an overall sense of how they manage your Metasoul timelines. In this sixth video of our 31-day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share about a challenging, yet rewarding aspect of your 3D Self that also has links to your soul experiences called your Inner Punisher. We describe how your Inner Punisher shows up to criticize you and shame parts of you (usually your Inner Child) as a means to protect you and keep you ‘small.’

We focus on how the Inner Punisher and shame reaction loop has been amplified by the current C and V narrative with polarized judging frequencies on both ‘sides’. Punisher frequencies have been a duality program of the Matrix to keep humanity divided and fighting with itself, which is peaking with the current narrative. We share about how connecting with your Inner Punisher and shame allows for healing of this dynamic into one of humble and loving discernment, non-charged truth-telling, clear decision making, and innocent expression.

In the mediation, we connect with your Inner Punisher through access provided by your Inner Protector and with Yeshua and Mother Mary joining us. You then connect to the setting in which the punishment in happening and any people that may be in this room with you who are causing judgement/shame reactions. We offer healing and love to these energies for transformation and beginning negotiation.

Inner Teenager Awakening Guided Meditation: Video 4 – Deepen 2022 (Video) | Raphael & Jelelle Awen

In this fourth video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen introduce you to another important part of your inner family formed during this lifetime, your Inner Teenager. Your Inner Teenager is not just the energy represented by the phase and stage after childhood and pre-adulthood, they also hold the pain and wounding of being the ‘black sheep’ of the family. As your soul consciousness started to awaken in your teens, a rebellion and individuation began that was necessary to separate from your family’s consciousness. Your Inner Teenager is often ‘stuck’ in their teenage bedroom with strong feelings of angst, depression, even suicidal feelings due to the rejection they received in this rebellion.

Instead of receiving initiation in all areas of life around relationships, sexuality, spirituality, passion purpose, etc., your inner teenager received most likely invalidation in these areas…and 3D-based conditioning that fed fears, dualities, and polarizations. Instead of a healthy phase of individuating from family, there is often push-pull, over-attachment and other unhealthy dynamics experienced by our inner teens. Connecting with your inner teenager allows them to receive the initiation and individuation that they most need in order to mature in all areas of life. This also helps with healthy social expression in relationships.

In the meditation today, Divine Mother and Father join us as we journey to your inner Castle to get permission from your Inner Protector to meet your Inner Teenager. You visit your teenage bedroom and meet them there (or wherever else they are). You feel what their world looks and feel like; what their joys and sorrows are; and begin to establish a relationship that leads to the opening out of much magic and love. You will also feel how they feel about being the ‘black sheep’ of the family and what needs to heal around that.
