Crop Circle UPdate: Merkabah Formation Offers Reminder Of Multidimensional Flight

Crop Circle UPdate: Merkabah! Oh I felt the motion of this one right away….it didn’t appear ‘flat’ to me at all yet immediately moved into motion and rotation. This one was reported yesterday, July 28th, near Hampshire, UK. It so feels like a Merkabah to me or light body vehicle….a reminder of our inner capacities for teleporation and multidimensional flight. And an invitation to eventually experience in the physical space flights with Star Family in their light ships and through wormholes, etc. being used in Inner Earth and in Gaia’s orbit. Perfect timing for this reminder of our galactic travel capacities while we are in the Lion’s Gate portal as well!

This is a message that I’ve previously offered about the Merkabah, inspired to share it again today…..off we GO!

“Your light body vehicle is waiting for you. It is shining, glimmering, vibrating with energy, and pulsing with life. It is a reflection of YOUR life force and essence at a high frequency. In this now, our light bodies are ‘in the shop’ getting upgraded, getting ready for the many multidimensional journeys to come.

The fuel for your Merkabah is LOVE. It is light. It is the joy, magic, and innocence that comes forward and through as you heal the trauma from and with your 3D Inner Child. This Inner Child transforms to your Star Seed through this conscious connection with you, revealing your Star Seed essence, as the experience of abductions (which were actually visits with your Star Family) come up and are healed. Your Star Seed’s energy is what powers your Merkabah and their freed-up curiosity to FLY and to journey.

You BEcome your Merkabah as your emotional body unanchors from 3D reality through the healing of the aspects/parts/energies that still live and resonate there.

Your light vehicle looks and feels like what is right and best for you. There are no rules about what it looks like, specific forms and shapes that it needs to take. You may see and feel it as the usual sacred geometric form such as in the picture I shared. You may see it as a space ship. You may see it as a many petaled lotus flower.

It is as intimate as your fingernails, your hair, your skin. It is not actually outside of you, yet generated from WITHIN your higher heart especially and projected from there. The higher heart vibrates at this place to generate it with the more love that can be received and let in, the more parts of you can let in love, the faster it can then ‘spin’.

The places you journey….the galaxies, the dimensions, the timelines, all exist from INSIDE of you and originate from this place as well. They are states of consciousness. Your inner space program and process launches from this ground!

You are BEcoming your Merkabah. It is becoming constructed and formed as your sacred humanity is arising. One part at a time becoming integrated and unified into the wholeness of my Arising ISness and I Amness. This is a beautiful process. And, it awaits us ALL at whatever level and ways we can let it in!”

Energy Update: Galactic New Year Completes 7 Year Cycle, Resets For The NEW

Happy Galactic New Year! Today, July 26th, is the Galactic New Year as offered by the Mayans/Star BEing elders/founders. It marks the completion of an intense 7 year cycle of preparation that has been about truly becoming your service of love self. This transition to the New Year seems to offer feelings of being in the void, assessing your life, feeling in-between timelines new and old. A time of reset & renewal as the Ascension process offers ongoingly.

There is a feeling sense as we enter this new cycle of more ease going forward to embrace what resonates with serving love and letting go of what doesn’t serve love. These last seven years have often felt like trudging through mud while your house is burning down. Massive amounts of bush whacking as we go, laying a new trail down on sometimes unfriendly ground and offering our growing truths about a possible New way of living and loving to often silent and unresponsive (and even sometimes hostile) rooms filled with people we used to resonate with.

2012 launched the accelerated Ascension timeline that so many of us started to orient our lives to. In ways both big and small, we shifted our priorities and our choices toward this New Earth timeline. We dove into our emotional wounds, no longer ok with ‘being traumatized’ vibrating in fear, and the patterns of behavior that come from that. We swam into our soul’s waters, wanting to experience the depths there, emerge out of the murkiness beyond the veil and into the light.

These seven years have sometimes been spent in a closet in terms of outed expression during this exploration. Undergoing the process of awakening in secret as ‘regular life’ went on. You may have maintained relationships that didn’t fit your awakening self in order to provide the safety and space in 3D to dive into the deeper soul waters. There are always soul agreements on the Higher Self level around this…..both in terms of when to stay in relationship with others and when to complete and split apart for the growth of all. You may have had more tastes of your service of love self during these last seven years than full embodiment of this energy at all times yet. Tastes of experiences of offering your soul gifts ‘when it was safe’ and when you felt supported to do so.

So many people have lived in ‘two worlds’ during this last 7 year cycle: one where they are awakening and the other attached to 3D still. As we move into the new cycle, you may now really be experiencing that you can no longer do this. You can no longer ‘span’ dissonant energies with resonant ones. You can no longer hide. You can no longer keep your ‘crazy’ back and away from others that would judge it as such. You can no longer live life in secret….nor do you want to.

This next cycle moving into 2020 and beyond is about becoming the outed, powerful expression of your authentic essence in ALL areas of your life. This current passageway between the solar eclipse in July and the Lion’s Gate on 8/8 seems to be providing a ‘reset’ to this new cycle. This allows for more clarity about next steps, completions that are necessary to be made, and bigger picture sense from your soul to support you in these movements. 

It is interesting to feel into and remember on this New Year Galactic day what you were doing 7 years ago and, also, who you were at that time, how you related to your awakening (if you were consciously then), etc. What awareness and alignment did you have then to your soul purpose? You could connect to your self from seven years ago too during meditation, creating a bridge to them in order to connect your ‘past’ to your Now and feel what might need to be digested and felt from the last seven years.

Seven years ago, Raphael and I were living part-time on a magical Gulf Island here called Gabriola Island. I was connecting deeply with my Gatekeeper aspect/guide to my Metasoul at that time and this is when I received the name ‘SoulFullHeart’ to call the spiritual and emotional healing work that we were doing with a few people in the Vancouver area. ‘SoulFullHeart’ came forward to me in its exact spelling, representing the fullness that we experience when the soul is filled up/made full by the heart and the heart is filled up/made full by the soul. It speaks to the ways that the healing of our heart (emotions) is so essential to our soul’s awakening and vice versa.

I was getting a sense of beginning seeds of what SoulFullHeart would eventually become and bloom into back then. Seven years later, I am currently writing my fourth book called, ‘Embrace Your Humanity, Embody Your Divinity.’ It offers a grand overview and bigger context of the SoulFullHeart Process and how it fits into the collective Ascension process. This book is based on and inspired by these last seven years of serving love in hundreds of sessions with others, within myself on the self and soul levels firstly, and in our community too. It is the perfect timing I am realizing now to be downloading and offering as this cycle completes and a new one begins!

July Crop Circles UPdate: Bridge To Galactic New Year & Lion’s Gate

July Crop Circles UPdate: There have been 35 crop circles offered to us during this very busy 2019 summer season. I have taken them in as they are offered to us, some by our Star Mu family and some by humans….feeling/receiving the deeper meanings.

July has brought us two eclipses this month already and tomorrow is the ‘Day out of time’ as recognized by the Galactic calendar and July 26th is the start of the The Galactic New Year. All this is preparing us for the upcoming Lion’s Gate on 8/8 when the energies of Lyra/Sirius are so potent. The Lion’s Gateway opens tomorrow, offering Next Level 5D experiences and activations, connection with your Sirian aspects….interesting too that the movie Lion King is coming out during this time!

As you take in these images, feel what they are offering YOU in this moment about next steps in your Ascension and galactic awakening specifically.

Is ‘Star Family’ still feeling like something remote/more obscure for you? Are you remembering and healing your experiences this life of visits/abductions with your Star Family and others? Is your Star Seed child still vibrating at fear frequencies, suppressed, and in mostly 3D inner child form?

Most importantly, do you experience a visceral and deep sense of SUPPORT that comes from star family connection and galactic DNA activations?

I have discovered during sessions with people that there can be a deep longing and ache for the feeling sense of this galactic support. Yet, it can often be blocked/obscured by a dutiful and vigilant Inner Protector/Gatekeeper who doesn’t feel you are ready to remember and open out this access. Usually this is related to how the inner child is in undigested fear and even terror around the this-life galactic experiences (which are usually hidden behind a deep veil.) This veil has also been reinforced by 3D conditioning that denies the existence of galactic beings and Inner Earth BEings.

A bridge can be created to the remembering of and healing of these experiences, leading to activation of your Star Seed child as your Inner Child is able to unanchor from 3D childhood wounding experiences. So often, star families are just WAITING for reconnection and are leaving so many hints/clues/activations for you to follow and let in. You may be connecting with them now even, just not made put that together yet or seen how specifically that relates to you and your soul’s journey/purpose here. Reunions with star family can be so powerful, emotional, and essential to our ongoing embodiment of our sacred humanity here and experience of 5D in the now.

Crop circles are activations in that way as you take them in and let them ‘work on you’, revealing what needs to be felt/seen, etc. Your star family is talking through them….what do you hear and feel?

Being In 5D Now

In 5D NOW…every moment that love is chosen over fear. When the resistances are moved through and out of to experience the openings afterwards….forgiveness replaces grudges and hurts. Compassion transmutes anger and judgement to passionate truth telling.
 
In 5D NOW….in relationships with others. When the conflicts are moved beyond to experience the resonance that can arise. Vulnerability allows the sharing of the fear of intimacy and what it pushes up for you on a soul level, for parts of you from this life too.
 
In 5D NOW…as activations from Divine Masculine Sun and the Divine Feminine Moon…..held in the womb space to gestate with Gaia Mother. As those previously sleepy 10 DNA strands wake you up again to what feels like your super hero sacred human energies.
 
In 5D NOW……you are and can be whenever you chose to. And when you can’t feel it or are in fear or in pain or in turmoil or in conflict…..allowing those feelings to be a portal and to go into them with as much willingness and openness as you embraced the joy and the bliss and the magic.
 
I took this photo yesterday when I was with Raphael in the woods of the in 5D NOW energies creating rainbow crystals around the sun, streaming down to us constantly, as much as we can let them in!

Free Falling Into The Abyss Of Shifting Self Identities During Awakening

Many worlds you live in and walk in and BE in. Many versions of you show up for each of these worlds. There are the masks to slip on and wear as needed….each ‘world’ requiring something different in energy, tone, response. Parts of you ‘put it on’, you wear it even as it wearies you more and more to be worn like this. You are like a quick change artist, perhaps shifting without consciousness into new OUTfits many times a day.

All these different worlds leave you stretching over the gaps between who you really are and what they expect you to be. The formfitting happens from parts of you that know so well how to do this and have become experts at conforming in this way. Part of you has become a camouflage creature, able to become just like any environment that you are in. You can become the color of the social scenery around you, blend right in. This was the order of the day to survive; this is 3D life that requires a heightened sense of self preservation that is about not being yourself, yet about being like everyone else.

You start to wake up from your sleep walk. You start to SEE through each of these worlds. You visit the sets and stages. You begin to recognize the props and costumes that you are required to wear. You feel where continual suffering is the badge of entry in and the energy needed to remain. You see the others that were once close to you start to fade from your interest as they stay invested in these worlds and you begin to pull out. They may grab at you and you may go back, in a push-pull and mixed feelings conflictual dance with many things learned on both sides.

Sometimes, you feel like a ghost walking once familiar and comforting hallways that can no longer provide you a place to BE in solid form.

Sometimes, you feel like a bull dozer, purposely collapsing these worlds and your place in them….clearing the way for the NEW.

Sometimes you are a phoenix…rising from the ashes of all this fiery wreckage to BE reborn without constraints or limits.

Sometimes you are a little child, just sobbing in the corner as you wait for a parent to take your hand and show you the way home.

There are no straight lines to follow or linear directional paths to navigate this shifting and sorting out of your worlds. Increasing LOVE for yourself and with others and with the Divine provides heartlines that you can use to navigate in the lost moments. The heartlines disappear at times too, as they are meant to as these are the moments where you inner strength truly grows.

You are free falling into the abyss of lost self identity as the roles fall away, along with the attachments and the rules and expectations too. Yet, you begin to trust more and more that you will land on the soft soil of your own soul’s kNOWing and into the arms of the Divine.

You begin to find your home.

You more often return to love as THIS is the world that offers the most nourishment. And, you start to remember how always will you return, eventually, to the love that you actually ARE!

Why Healing Your Inner Child Is A Key Aspect Of Ascension

Your Inner Child is not just the woundedness, shyness, hurt and shame that they so often feel. These are the emotional energies this part of you has experienced in 3D life from traumatic experiences that didn’t get digested when they needed to be….in the exact moment that the trauma occurred. So the energy of trauma gets stuck, like a clogged drain, stuck in the ‘moments’ they were wounded. If there had been an open-hearted/open-souled caregiver to digest the trauma, your Inner Child would remain in much higher and natural frequencies of love and soul essence and innocence.

Instead, it is so often our caregivers who CAUSE the trauma and who repeat the abuse that they experienced too with their caregivers. They are innocent in this (in a way) as they don’t know any other way to BE yet (esp. if the caregivers/parents have not awakened their soul frequencies to realize the patterns and choices here.) It is a cycle of undigested trauma passed down like a legacy of woundedness through birth family lines that often has very little consciousness about the harm that is occurring.

Your Inner Child absorbed these wounded frequencies like a sponge. In their heart and soul porosity, they could only become, to some degree, these pains and aches. Yet, there IS an essence there of love and light that is preserved and stored of your Inner Child due to the dutiful work of your Inner Protector and other parts that form to guard/protect and serve through the 3D journey (and into 4D as you awaken.)

I was am so often reminded during sessions with people of the actual MACIAL essence potential of the Inner Child. In a recent session, instead of finding a hurt and wounded energy, my client/facilitant discovered her Inner Child as a magical BEing of alchemy able to transmute the ‘dark corners’ of her essence into love again. Her Inner Child had experienced some healing of traumas through previous emotional work and was ready to reveal herself as the magic that she IS. She just needed a bridge to her energy in order to show her true colors again.

Also, we were connecting consciously with her Protector in the session, who came along with us on this journey to connect with the Inner Child. This allowed the Protector to be negotiated with and not block the love from coming through, which can often happen in Inner Child ‘work’ if the Protector is not consciously acknowledged. The Protector’s filter of the Inner Child is that they need fierce guarding, that they are helpless. The Protector often seesYOU as your Inner Child (not as a powerful, creator BEing, grown and mature adult.) Much of the suffering loops that occur of inner punishment/judgement and the corresponding shame reaction are unhealed frequencies between the Protector (and Inner Punisher) and the Inner Child.

Our Inner Child transmutes from 3D wounded sad/shame/hurt frequencies into 4D magical joy/achelmy, your Star Seed Child, and eventually into 5D Crystal Child frequencies as we love and hold space for them. It is these Crystal Child frequencies that actually power our Merkabahs or light body vehicles for multidimensional travel. The Crystal Child frequencies in us allow for the necessary fuels of curiosity and reverence to power our Merkabahs into the multidimensional realms that we most need to go in order to reactivate our DNA, connect to our galactic family, and heal/integrate our soul fragments in other lifetimes.

Connecting with your Inner Child links very directly with your Ascension and Awakening process. It is a KEY aspect of the process. Trying to avoid or divert or bypass from healing the Inner Child doesn’t seem to work very well and shows up in other ways, such as abuse patterns in relationships, ongoing suffering, body disease/illness, cap/blocks in ascension, etc.

The Inner Child is a crucial energy to ‘come along’ with you on your journey! Invite them into your heart space and discover the rich and vast rewards of this INtegration! There are so many gifts freed up as you integrate these energies back into your BEing again and realize that ALL of what you experienced as a child (no matter how painful or traumatic) can actually be transmuted back into love AGAIN if you respond to it with love.

Eclipse Energies Message: Ascension Is An Inside Out Process

We are launched NOW into the next six months as what was activated during the eclipse windows expresses itself in our lives. Ascension is an inside out process. The eclipse energies are offering that it is the INSIDE OUT that leads to the feeling sense of self love/worth/goodness/bliss/joy/magic.

The inner process is the feeling, healing, clearing, releasing, surrendering from one part of you to another. The inner process is holding space for ALL this to occur with much love and compassion for yourself. The inner process is becoming aware of and healing timelines/lifetimes where common soul themes and patterns play out over and over.

The dedication to this inner process requires safe space to be made for it. Sometimes that means needing support on the outside whether in space holding/teaching/mirroring of how to BE in it and where you might go next. You might need bridges provided by others as modeling for where to go inside yourself, as I feel that we ALL do at certain phases in our journey.

The safe space during the intense inner process may mean relationships are settled into that don’t totally resonate fully with your soul yet are needed for a time/phase (like if you are being supported financially by a partner who can ‘do’ a 3D job/career when you no longer can or ‘business partners/collaborations’ that are needed for a time to launch yourself). These kinds of relationship configurations are rumbling now though as the inner baking starts to light fires on the outside, bringing sometimes sudden life changes and abrupt endings/completions.

It has to feel safe enough on the inside for major life changes and leadership expression of your soul gifts to truly align with your higher timeline. Parts of you feeling like they are ‘home’ no matter where you go on the planet. Parts of you feeling like there is peace and love inside even if there is conflict or difficulty or challenge on the outside. Parts of you feeling like you won’t be persecuted or ‘shut down’ for expressing your soul gifts.

Making changes in your life IN ORDER TO shift the inside rarely seems to work. The outside in approach is what we’ve been conditioned to in 3D. “If only our outside circumstances are more abundant, more ideal, more this or that….then we will be happy/self loving/feel self worth, etc.” This is the 3D way.

I see this so often in sessions, where parts of people (especially the inner masculine) is very focused on outside changes/goals/plans that this part is convinced will make everything better somehow. The suffering/pain will be ‘solved’ by the outside circumstances shifting. We bridge to this masculine so that THEIR pain can be felt at the root cause of the undigested trauma where it stems from. This allows any actions/visions/doing to be aligned with health and healing, not as a compensation or avoidance of feeling deeper pain.

The Divine reminder is this: We can only experience on the outside what we have manifested in FEELING EXPERIENCE on the inside.

Much love to you as these eclipse energies settle in deeper and we prepare now for the powerful Lion’s Gate Ascension Christmas on 8/8 in which we receive a true feeling sense of Heaven INSIDE on Gaia!

Energy Update: Eclipse Window Completes With A Powerful Partial Lunar Eclipse

There is a powerful partial full blood moon lunar eclipse today, starting at around 2:00pm PST! It can be quite an activation to take IN the eclipse as it is happening while listening to high frequency music. 

I’ve enjoyed watching the eclipse live for the duration of it as a ceremony for the last few years. I tune into what the eclipse (whether SOULar or Lunar, full or partial) is offering me about my highest timeline in this Now. Sometimes I receive specific next steps and choice points toward that higher timeline. Sometimes it is revelation of what needs to drop away or digestion/support of what just HAS.

During the eclipse window of the last two weeks since the full SOULar eclipse on July 2nd, intense and often confronting energies have been swirling around. The earth has quaked in major ways, as our inner landscapes may be rumbling as well. Disclosure is ‘heating up’ as well with revelations of more shadow playouts that need to be seen by the 3D collective.

During this eclipse window, what had been offered during the first eclipse has been settling in more to every cell of the body and esp. in the emotional body and soul field.

The first eclipse seemed to offer support for setting boundaries with others, no longer allowing abuses, no longer shrinking to fit others, no longer conforming to previous energies in relationships. This is able to happen on the ‘outside’ as we explore and heal the dynamics inside from one part of us to another where polarities may still exist.

These eclipse energies also serve to lift our veil of amnesia even MORE, which we need in order to move into our higher timelines and embody our higher self IN our bodies. We are being invited to come out of our self imposed fog at an accelerating yet self loving pace…..continuing to emerge out of the energies that tell us we ‘can’t remember’ or ‘don’t know how’ or have to look to other ‘readers/psychics/mediums’ to read out for us about our own souls.

Eclipse energies always seem to offer a self empowerment….an alignment of feminine (moon) and masculine (sun) with Gaia (ultimate space holder mother).

They offer what balance FEELS like, even for a few hours, so that we can imagine what reunion and realignment of our soul aspects and parts of self will ultimately feel like. A taste of balance of our feminine qualities and our masculine qualities, whether male or female, as a template for NEW sacred humanity expression.

Trees Provide 5D Activations Of Our Sacred Humanity

I’ve spent so much glorious time connecting with nature and Gaia in the last few months, filling back up again after the long winter months spent indoors. The big, ‘ancient’ (at least to our 3D timeline, up to 1,000 years old) trees have been huge teachers for me. With each one that I’ve touched, as my flesh meets their bark, whether clear or moss covered…I feel a reunion and a remembrance. 3D filters these magical BEings as ‘just trees’ and I’ve watched as so many people stopped to ‘take a selfie’ with them yet never extended their palms to actually take in their energy or wrapped around them to get a wonderful tree hug.

As I was communicating in light language with my palms facing flat on the bark of a particular chatty Douglas Fir in a popular grove here on Vancouver Island, I could feel people looking at me. Some of them were curious about what I was doing, what I saying, and WHY I was being so intense about it (lol)….others were judging me. Some souls were being activated to remember THEIR connection to these tree BEings too…I am a bridge for others, after all, to these self led remembrances, even for those not yet consciously awakening.

With every Western Red Cedar that invited me to take in Her beautiful grandmother energy, I was reminded of MY femininity and the lineage of sisterhood that connects me to EVERY woman in some way. With every grooved and rough Douglas Fir that I stood near, I was reminded how deep MY roots go into Gaia as a sacred human and the web of connection that unifies us all. The moss covered maple trees with vast networks of branches reminded me of the holiness of my BODY and its capacity to hold my every cell, organ, and bodily experience with deep groundedness. Trees remind us of the importance of embodiment WITH our soul awakenings as they are the embodiment of being grounded WHILE also being connected to the highest of Divine heights.

Atta, my First Nation Metasoul aspect, has provided a bridge to experience these trees in a new way…as FRIENDS that she was being reunited with again. She walked slow amongst them, with presence and with honoring…not in the fast paced, head down fashion of modern ‘hiking’. This was not for exercise, yet rather for communion. Every moment with these ancients was held in a deep honor and reverence. She reminded me of a unique soul gift too, the ability to help a tree ‘lay down’ on the forest floor when it was ready to die, in a direction that would cause the least damage to other trees and people.

I feel the opportunities that these trees provide us and they can also be visited in meditation and etheric visits too. Even the younger trees that you might have more access to near you are a bridge to remind you of your embodying divinity and other timelines where trees were more revered and honored than they are now.

Trees are reminders of our past, yet also bridges to our future…to the degree we can allow them to activate both our ancientness and our arising newness.

Energies Are Bringing Us Into Realness In Relationships

What used to be workable, what used to be a work-around, what used to be ALLOWED in relationships within ourselves and with others……this is all being stalled, stopped, and challenged with these latest energies. During this eclipse gateway especially and leading up to Lion’s Gate in less than a month now on 8/8, what has previously been anchored in shrinking, settling, and conforming is no longer finding the fuel to keep going.

NOW we are being thrust into more moments of being REAL with each other to see and feel what has been true and what has not. The standards and criteria of ‘healthy’ everything are being raised to the next level of 5D. What previously even could have passed as ‘healthy’ and ‘nourishing’ is NOW getting a next level nudge upwards.

Gaia is holding the space for this exploration if we want her container. Divine Mother lights the match to ignite what needs to burn. The ash in the air shows us what no longer is needed. Our inner exploration into our soul patterns around community and relationships especially illuminates WHY we’ve settled or cocooned or grasped out of fear for less than what we really want and deserve.

We are here to heal our separation wound from the Divine by experiencing Unity Consciousness again from within….as one part of us at a time and Metasoul fragment comes into reunion again. And as we live in soul family community together BY choice and with much intention toward being real, authentic, current, and transparent.

This is a tall order for all of us…yet our Higher Selves are so ready to support us to live this way in a NEW way too within and with others too!

Our own SoulFullHeart community is going through an important phase of landing more in the real. We’ve all been so close for so many years now….yet the new energies of New Gaia/Lemuria/Avalon invite us to go to the next level of intradependence, respect for everyone’s sovereignty, healthy boundary setting, and not allowing any ‘sliding’ when it comes to personal process. The SoulFullHeart process itself holds us to this standard, as created and achemized by our own souls and being ‘done’ with unfulfilling experiences in Avalon/Atlantis/Lemuria/Tribes, etc.
