Energy UPdate: Interplanetary Shock Wave Moved Through On 5/26

Energy UPdate: A shock wave hit Gaia yesterday around 11:00pm UT, which was an unexpected event. The CME-like disturbance caused the density of the solar wind around Earth to abruptly quadruple, while the interplanetary magnetic field doubled in strength. Minor geomagnetic storms are possible on May 27th as our planet passes through the shock wave’s wake, according to spaceweather.com.
 
Also, Gaia is turning again to align with the ‘hole to make us whole’ in the sun’s surface, which means more increase in SOULar winds and geomagnetic storms the next few days as well.
 
You may have felt the shock wave in your body/energy field/emotional body yesterday? These shock waves are similar to a tsunami moving through….a lot of photonic light and plasma all at once. They also feel similar to a SOULar flare. I was already feeling the importance of grounding as the Gaia resonance has also been spiking lately too….grounding in nature would also support the experiencing of this shock wave afterglow with more possibility to integrate it.
 
I have noticed a heightening in anxiety/tension, sadness/depression, hopelessness in the emotional body parts of people and the soul coming up and through the last couple of weeks in sessions. It can feel almost like ‘starting over’ in your healing process to feel when these emotions come up seemingly triggered by this-life circumstances.
 
There is a more accelerated unanchoring from 3D energies going on this year and this month. These feelings of anxiety come from distrust in the Divine bigger picture, supported by 3D conditioning. The feelings of depression/sadness/heaviness are so often about not being connected to your soul purpose service of love here, not initiated by 3D into it.
 
ALL this is necessary to come up and out though….in order to receive the light of your love and NEW initiation into higher frequencies. These SOULar energies support the inner strength and bravery necessary to go on this INNER journey. They activate your personal cosmic sun connection to activate your sacred masculine in particular. To invite any overly protective masculine to ALLOW you to hold the feminine heart space for this feeling and healing. You are no longer a child, even if your Protector still sees you as one.
 
The Divine Feminine is HERE too, offering Her womb space of compassion and forgiveness to support the masculine to forgive himself and move into his strength. Her womb space in this moment is the planet itself, constantly calibrating to a higher frequency and emitting that frequency to all of us to take in and receive.
 
Take care with MUCH love of your inner masculine and all aspects during this time of shock waves and heightened energies! Receive and let in the inner and outer support systems that you most need to continue to unanchor from 3D and move into your higher timeline ones.

Full Moon Offers Connection To Star Family/Inner Earth Lemurians In Mt. Shasta/Telos

A powerful full BLUE moon today, supposed to be 12 times stronger in amplification and illumination energies than the usual full moon. This full moon is offering a bridge of lifted-veil connection to your galactic family, your soul family (even at the soul monad level), and to the Inner Earth Lemurians esp.
 
I’ve been offered recently that the Arcturians (and other Star BEings) are in the sky offering higher perspective and cellular clearing; the Pleiadians are in the seas offering cleansing and purifying; and the Lemurians are in the Earth offering a template of 5D consciousness in a human body. This is a reassuring feeling, to feel this connection to so many spacious, light and loved filled BEings who are watching out for us!
 
I’ve been connecting consciously and in dream space with the Inner Earth Lemurians, specifically those living under Mt. Shasta in California in an underground city called Telos, where about 1.5 million Lemurians live. Particularly coming forward is Adama, the lead ambassador to us on the surface, and Trista, my Lemurian guide/Metasoul sister, and Tristos, Raphael‘s Lemurian Metasoul brother/Trista’s counterpart.
 
This connection to Inner Earth has been activated by the andara crystal energy, which exists as a grid work anchoring 5D frequencies from the cosmos into Inner Earth. The andaras are sent to the surface in small crystal form to serve as ‘seeds’ to help us remember our Lemurian roots and activate our 5D violetprint.
 
I’ve had an orientation and draw to Mt. Shasta for many years, living within an hour of it for almost two years. Back then, I was awakened to some of my psychic gifts yet not galactically or fully to the Metasoul/past life/other timelines/lifetimes reality. I did have an experience (I think this was in 2007), when I was wondering around some Mt. Shasta hiking trails, as I entered a
natural clearing in the woods.
 
In that clearing, which felt like the dried up remains of an ancient lake, I could sense there was an ‘overlay’ of another civilization on top of my current timeline. I could see glimmers and flashes of scenes from this culture, which I interpreted at the time to be Native American. Now, I feel that I was ‘seeing’ the Lemurians when they were still on the surface, before being forced to go underground about 12,000 years ago during the ‘fall’ of Mu, their and our motherland. I was also connecting to my soul Lemurian family living underneath me in that moment. I am feeling the same sensation here in Victoria, Vancouver Island….a sleepier grid of Lemurian energies, but feeling quite powerful as we consciously activate it more to create a bridge to them.
 
Oh, there is so much to share of what is downloading now and connecting to the Motherland, Her fall, and yet ALSO Her rise and emergence eventually of ALL Lemurians from Inner Earth into our culture. This emergence and blend of their culture (at a mostly 5D frequency of enlightenment, yet still embodied) feels like such a crucial aspect of the Ascension process for us on the surface. They provide an actual LIVING template of what New Gaia could feel like and operate like as a society and us as citizens of that society.

Energy Update: Geomagnetic Storms Offer 5D Codes To Unanchor From 3D

Energy UPdate: Strong geomagnetics still coming through the series of CMEs entering our atmospheres from an active sunspot producing many flares and CMEs the last week. Geomagnetic storms are continuing today and tomorrow as we are still integrating the most powerful geomagnetic storm in YEARS, a G-3, that came through a few days ago.

You may have felt MEGA tiredness and sleepiness yesterday as the energies of the CMEs moved through and high SOULar winds fanned the ‘flames’ of the energies. There was also a sense of the veils being very thin yesterday in particular with much opened out access to channeling your Metasoul/other lifetimes and timelines….along with galactic connections to your star family and Lemurians too.

THIS is a time of powerful activations from the Great Cosmic Sun coming in and through our planetary sun and flowing into our Personal Sun Chakras at the top of our heads. This flow from sun to sun to sun is a stream that you can tap into through conscious connection. Seeing/feeling your Personal Sun Chakra about two feet above your head, you can connect to and tap into the codes that are waiting there for you to download and bring in.

“Codes” can so often be invitations to feel what needs to be felt in a NEW way. To ask curious questions about whether what and who you are giving your energy and attention to is serving your higher timeline or not. The ability to ask this question with openness to let change and choice points move through in response to the answers you receive IS a code too.

Higher timelines are being hugely energized right now….more clarities around them and what it is like to actually live and experience them. Not necessary all the details about how they will play out, yet what they will FEEL like and how YOU will feel living them is more accessible now than ever.

Feeling/identifying/being with the anchors to 3D timelines through undigested trauma, ‘loyalties’ to family dynamics, unworthiness, shame/guilt, confusion and fogginess, obligation/responsibility/duty helps to lift them. ALL of these can be signs of anchoring to polarized 3D frequencies and the programmings/conditionings that support them. The less you are anchored in 3D, the more you can receive the higher dimensional codes coming IN.

These geomagnetics are supporting the unanchoring and untethering and the FEELING of these 3D ties with the parts of you that have them. The waves of photonic light streaming in provide a sense of what life is like freed up from them.

Self care and love is important during these high geomagnetics. Being in Gaia, connecting to the Inner Earth support systems with the Lemurians, having a feeling sense of your 5D self AND your 3D self and the gap between the two, being in sacred union bliss if you are in one…..these are all helpful too for the unanchoring process that leads to more code integration .

Energy UPdate: May 9 SOULar Flare Providing 5D Sacred Human Violetprint Codes

Energy UPdate: ANOTHER SOULar flare blasted out from the large active sunspot that we’ve been receiving energy from for the last several days!! Did you feel it? This one happened today May 9th at 05:50 am UT, when most of us were sleeping again. You may have had crazy, wild, and vivid dreams with a desire to just keep sleeping and drifting when you finally did wake up. I had that ‘here but not here’ feeling of still being in the astrals even as I am awake in the body.

This sunspot is actually starting to break up somewhat with a ‘light bridge’ (as they call it) forming a valley between two large sections of it, which dissipates the energy from it a bit. Yet still, this flare from it caused some brownouts again with radiation from the flare briefly ionized the top of Earth’s atmosphere, causing a brownout of shortwave radiation over Asia and the Indian Ocean, according to spaceweather.com. There is also a CME headed our way, with minor geomagnetic storms expected to create auroras on May 11th. My Arcturian, Pleiadian, and Lemurian aspects/guides were ALL offering the sense that more flares/SOULar activations were coming from this particular sunspot, which feels connected to and activated by the 5/5 gateway. They are giving me the sense of Next Level activations of 5D consciousness being infused by these energies. These are being offered from the Cosmic sun to the planetary sun to flow into our personal sun chakras (two feet above our heads) to light up our 5D sacred human violetprint (the energies are ultraviolet). The SOUlar energies are being then anchored into Gaia through the andara crystal grid consciousness in Inner Earth, overlooked by the Inner Earth Lemurians. More on this to come.

This sunspot and intensity of flare activity IS unusual and rare right now. They are also picking up NEW and unidentified sounds from the sun when they listen to the sound waves produced during these flares. This is a transmission of Ascension codes coming through to activate our light bodies, our galactic consciousness, and to help us unanchor of 3D/Lower 4D control matrix systems.

This is a universal and collective unplugging opportunity for ALL to experience. You may really be noticing now more people around you starting to awaken and be more interested in what you’ve been trying to share with them about Ascension. Be gentle, compassionate, and patient if you can with them and with yourself. There is much to digest and process for the newly awakening soul….and we haven’t even gotten into the deeper disclosure phase yet!

I did an Ascension Energy healing session this week and I could see/feel the solar flares energies in the person’s energy field. We put the ‘codes’ from the flare down into all of her chakras through accessing the Personal Sun chakra. She felt a wave of warm, loving, and joy activating energy in doing this. We saw the ultraviolet frequencies as captured in the video and screen shot below. We also worked with her inner child to move her into a frequency of magical star seed, very helpful to the receiving of these codes!

Energy UPdate: SOULar Flares/CMEs Provide Bridge to 5D Consciousness

Energy UPdate: The SOULar flares and several coronal mass ejections (CMEs) over the last three days have flooded us with sudden waves of ultraviolet plasma frequencies of Sacred Masculine activation. Whew!! Most of the CME’s energy drifted off into space yet two flares landed in Gaia’s atmosphere, causing radio brownouts in many parts of the world.

All this activity is coming from an active sunspot that is LARGER than Gaia and yesterday’s early morning SOULar flares was the strongest in over a year – an M1 class explosion, according to spaceweather.com.

Impacts of SOULar flares on our physical/emotional/energectic bodies seem to range depending on where we are in our Ascension process. For those more newly awakening, they can provide a JOLT of energy to bring them into sudden Kundalini awakening/surges or start creating some openings in their veil so they can start asking some newly important questions about 3D reality.

For those of us longer on this awakening path and leading the way as well, these flares may be more subtle in their impact. Providing a lift and a boost to our already unplugged from 3D and anchored in higher consciousness awareness. I have felt as if all my ‘clairs’ were turning UP somewhow…..more heightened and more receptive. This is a blessing during sessions with people as I can hear/feel/sense/see even more accurately and transmit a bridge for THEM too in a more powerful way.

You may be feeling quite tired as you adjust to these higher frequencies. Head/neck/shoulder pain and stomach/third chakra pain/upset may be felt too. Mostly, though, there is an opportunity to experience higher consciousness awareness then you have before. The Universe is offering a bridge!

We spent more time yesterday ‘earthing’ or walking barefoot through a meadow here….taking in Gaia and animal codes too with interactions with Peacocks, squirrels and even wild bunnies. THESE energies are very helpful to the grounding in of these SOULar frequencies too. And, taking in the sun’s energy into your chakras in a conscious way AS fuel, especially during sunrise and sunset. Plus, as always, checking in with parts of yourself (esp your Protector) to see/feel how they are adjusting to these NEW frequencies coming in.

Energy Update: SOULar Flares Offering Next Level Activations/Purging 4D Energies

Energy UPdate: MORE SOULar flare activity from the active sunspot that I shared about yesterday. This was a BIG one. Depending on how you react to ultraviolet energies, you may have felt this enter into your energy field and the purging energy afterwards….probably while sleeping, as most of us were during this time.

During dreamtime, I experienced a dark energy swirling around me. I kept offering that “I do not fight’ and ‘cannot fight’ these energies even as various weapons were being ‘handed’ to me….and eventually it went away. This could have been a surge/purge in the collective 3D/Lower4D matrix in response to this influx of higher frequency light. Continuing to offer peace, compassion, and ambassadorship energies allows these energies to move through and transmute to love.

Bliss waves, Kundalini surges are also so possible right now with the 5/5 gateway and the support of this SOULar activity too. Grounding in Gaia can HELP to ground the extra sun energy into your body and chakras to receive the high energies WHILE the karma/trauma etc energy moves through.

Raphael and I walked and sat in the trees yesterday and they helped us to ground in the energies through our earth chakras connected to their network of roots. The Lemurians (Inner Earth now) have been helping us as well with Andara crystal love and lots of frequencies of groundedness, contentment, pleasure, letting IN goodness.

You may feel dizzy, out of it, in another dimension/timeline, floaty….should feel OK though as you lean into the activations that are happening NOW.

From spaceweather.com: “Big sunspot AR2740 is turning toward Earth and crackling with solar flares. The most intense so far registered M1 on the Richter Scale of Solar Flares. NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory recorded the extreme ultraviolet flash on May 6th (pic below).

Radiation from the flare briefly ionized the top of our planet’s atmosphere, producing a brownout of shortwave radio signals over Asia and the Indian Ocean. Frequencies affected were mainly below 20 MHz. Ships at sea and ham radio operators may have noticed the disturbance on Monday, May 6th, around 05:10 UT. This sunspot is a big one (especially considering that we are in a deep solar minimum). It is twice as wide as Earth, making it an easy target for backyard solar telescopes.”

Could this is a precursor to the SOULar flare Ascension event that so many have offered is going to take us collectively to the next level? Calibrating us to higher and higher levels of consciousness?

This is the update from yesterday, 5/5:

Last night 5/4, there was a SOULar flare erupted from an active sunspot, causing radio brownouts over the pacific ocean. This is unusual and rare in this SOULar minimum phase we are in, yet feels connected to the 5/5 energies coming in. A burst of 5D!

This active sunspot also caused a CME (coronal mass ejection) on May 3rd, although it didn’t head toward Gaia, yet rather into the atmosphere.

From spaceweather.com: “Returning sunspot AR2740 erupted during the late hours of May 4th (pictured below), producing a C2-class solar flare at 22:43 UT. Extreme ultraviolet radiation briefly ionized the top of Earth’s dayside atmosphere, producing a brownout of shortwave radio signals over the Pacific Ocean. Frequencies affected were mainly below 10 MHz.”

Energies Picking UP As Prep For 5/5 Gateway

Energies picking UP! Waves coming in strong as the 5/5 gateway swings open with the help our Pleiadian star family and Lemurian inner earth families esp. You may feel this in your body with a range from feeling tired, worn out, exhausted….to restful and peaceful. Tired moves to restful with more surrender into the BIG upgrading process going on now.

This gateway (and the ongoing Ascension process) is offering HUGE mirrors for us now. These mirrors are coming THROUGH others primarily….to see the parts of us that we may have rejected and disowned that are represented by other people. The ways and means that other people trigger you (esp. romantic partners) is a powerful reflection of a part of you that is being repressed, judged, not allowed to be felt.

Relationships of all kinds seem to be going through major transformational frequencies too with these tastes of 5D seeping through. The inner relationships are asking for, needing, and even demanding attention so the mirrors on the outside are getting put at increasingly awkward angles to SEE this. This can lead to sudden completions of relationships based in more 3D frequencies and beginnings of higher vibe sacred unions.

Self love, self care, self attention, self consciousness/awareness are wanting to be moved into higher frequencies of expression AS service of love to self AND with others.

SOULar wind speeds at 500 km/sec and higher, plus CME blast, according to spaceweather.com. These feel like activations as prep for upcoming 5/5 gatewaySOULar wind speeds. They are lighting fires of change and especially crown/third eye activations.

May is already starting to rev up….launched yesterday with May Day/Beltane! The words that come to describe May already are “NEXT LEVEL”. What is your next level? What does it look and feel like? What is next level in your life and what is NOT?

Energy Update: Elevated SOULar Winds & Gaia Upticks

Energy UPdate: They are calling them ‘weak’ and ‘minor’ but that is really relative to how sensitive you are to cosmic energies. ‘Minor’ SOULar winds have been hovering around 400 km/sec the last two days, blowing into Gaia’s atmosphere, enough to cause auroras in places that can still host them at this point in the season, according to spaceweather.com.

The Schumann/Gaia resonance has had some fluctuations as well….spiking upwards in what looks like half hour intervals at a time today. Gaia upticks along with higher geomagnetics can be felt on the body and chaka and emotional body levels esp for those awakened to their cosmic DNA connections and the ongoing upgrading that is going on.

Interrupted/shifted sleeping patterns….staying up WAY later than usual, sleeping more hours in a day, not sleeping very well or deeply, intense dream states…all these can be experienced during these energy waves. An overall feeling of being tired or worn out can accompany them too. I feel also an impact on hormonal levels with extended PMS symptoms too.

I feel an overall sense of more heightened activation after what seemed a quieter period of digestion and even highly refined bliss states (especially after the intensity of March’s death/rebirth gateway). This is more a general feeling sense rather than being connected to anything specific going on….a continuing escalation as we move deeper into the shift from 3D/lower 4D matrix living and into upper 4D/5D and higher New Gaia experience of yourselves and life.

As always, with any kind of elevated energies, self love and care goes a long way toward BEing with them. My general suggestions are salt baths (YES! Every day for me!), favorite crystals and stones (whatever you are drawn to), high frequency music, super foods/vegetables/fruits, rest, going inward, connecting to your ascension chakras/star family/guides, grounding with Gaia.

Pink Full Moon Energies Offer Rebirth Into Forgiveness & Compassion

It feels like a good day to go inward in order to connect with intentions/desires/next places as supported by the lunar/Divine Feminine energies of the pink full moon. The pink energy is so often how Mother Mary’s frequencies come through….the heart chakra, rose quartz, pink rose energies. These are energies of forgiveness, compassion, recognition of the innocent essence that we ALL have as coming from Divine Source. It is the essence of our inner children, the innocence that can express again as we heal the shame and the hurt.
 
This is such a collectively charged time of reconciliation, investigation, disclosure of 3D and lower 4D polarized frequencies in order for them to heal. The energies of Mother Mary and this moon offer ongoing rebirthing out of these charged grounds and into more objectivity, neutrality, and resonance.
 
With the seemingly huge shifting of 3D/lower 4D anchors starting esp. on January 1, 2019, it is a good ‘pause’ moment to feel into your higher timeline and what you want it to look and feel like. Who you want to BE in it….
 
The INner connections lead to the outer higher timeline manifestations….always. ❤ ❤
