Digestion Of 3D Energies & Appreciation For Awakening Souls: Personal Vacation Experience In Algarve Coast, Portugal

After being immersed in more 3D crowds, energies, and chaos of ‘holiday season’ in one of the most popular spots in the world during our vacation last week, I could feel a tension and sadness move through me/my womb/my heart last night after landing back in my higher vibe nest here in our more secluded mountain valley setting.

The sadness seemed to be both for humanity and what has become of so many souls during this fall from our bigness, grace, gifts, DNA, and light during the age of Atlantis. The sadness was also a part of me feeling the strain of being here during this peak collapse phase of the Matrix reality where agendas from all sides are constantly being pressed at us.

In my somewhat isolated, quiet, yet highly resonant life with my small community and in service it felt humbling to move into being around more 3D masses and their seeming preoccupations/fixations and near constant need to medicate, drug, externally be ‘entertained’ by food (usually junk), alcohol, water ‘sports’, small talk/chatter, loud music and loud noises. And to see/feel that they go from one thing to the next and wake up day after day with little self awareness or reflection or digestion around what they had just experienced!

The meditators and those actually letting IN the ocean and sun codes beauty were few and far between, those of us drawn at sun rise and sun set when the energies were at least calmer. To see so much infrastructure/buildings created around such truly beautiful natural settings was also hard to see, yet it is the case all over the world, as the beauty on the ‘outside’ is monetized/valued by those not able to be accessed often enough on the inside.

Oh, I so felt my heart and soul ache for humanity! And I could still feel and see the Divine spark within everyone and even the joy/goodness they could experience, especially receiving the negative ions from the ocean (which they are not conscious of needing/wanting.)

And as I connected with my Inner Earth Lemurian aspect Ruma last night, she offered again so much appreciation for those of us who are here to seed the light and hold the remembrance during this phase of darkness. I got such a sense of how few of us there truly are (although growing!) as the majority is still so fused to 3D. And this wasn’t from a place of despair, yet rather recognition of what we have signed up for and the true challenge that it is.

We have so often made beauty out of mess and are extracting goodness out of density, receiving healing/learning from hurts and abuse, turning negative experiences into growthful ones, clearing toxic energies from our ascending light bodies…..it is really an extraordinary transmutation that we are ALL doing every day!

I many times have met with very brave souls in sessions who have hardly anyone around them who is awakening. Not only are they in often complete divergence to their families and former friends too, they are still in a void space of drawing soul family members to them. It’s amazing to feel what they/their Divine Self and even parts of them are able to retain inside themselves of their heart and soul, staying open, even without much support on the outside.

So, I felt a lot of recognition and appreciation for us awakening souls from Ruma and all the amazing beings who wait in Inner Earth for the time they can come to the surface and join us here in the creation of a NEW Earth and NEW Lemuria. A reminder too that these beings are here to support you, any time you need them. You can especially connect with them in natural spaces.

We soul family members are also finding each other, more and more, as letting go of 3D energies/patterns/abuses/traumas opens us up to receive more love and goodness again in relationships. I always feel that those drawn to sessions with me are soul family members and we are in agreement to hold space together in service of ourselves/soul family/humanity, which is not a business transaction (even with a fair energy/money exchange) yet rather a soul’s calling and reunion.

I was reminded by Ruma that humanity is in a deep transition and it CAN be hard to see and feel that things are shifting at times.

Yet, as we hold it in our inner worlds, as we access the love that we ARE, the light that we ARE, as we beacon and radiate those energies OUT to those who can receive them…..so we become the new possibility that others can embody too.

Energy Update: The V. Bioweapons Agenda & The Lemurian Invitation Into Soul Initiations

Message from Ruma, Inner Earth Lemurian:

A grid generated by the V. Bioweapons is very real. This grid is energized by every soul who has chosen the V. at this time of bifurcation. The electromagnetic field of those who receive it is altered and their broadcast frequency becomes an amplified one of the Matrix. DNA and RNA is altered as well and, in many cases, permanently distorted to serve the programming agenda of the dark ones or the Cabal or the New World Order, as you call it.

These V. Bioweapons have been very specifically designed using galactic technologies that your 3D doctors do not understand yet or know how to counteract. Even those who designed them do not fully understand how they will alter the human anatomy at the cellular level.

Many souls who came here karmically to serve during this time are trying to explore and discover what herbs and plants could reverse the damage created by these bioweapons. They are on the right track yet the soul must very much WANT to live on emotional and soul levels that requires a consciousness that most likely wouldn’t choose the shot in the first place.

Many souls are now in the process of dying, their cells turning on each other in a heightened auto immune. Understand that this truly is something they have chosen on a soul level. To be part of this dark experimentation in order to wake up humanity. Although they are not usually conscious of this, their Higher Self holds this truth for when they leave the body and the Earth Plane and can remember again.

Much compassion can be felt for these souls whose ego and 3D selves are having an acute experience of suffering and also of being ‘betrayed’ by those they put their trust in. The lesson of not trusting external sources of power is a challenging one. Yet, rather than pity these souls, you can also hold how they are serving humanity’s ascension and their own soul growth by going through this experience….as painful as it is for parts of them.

We cannot directly intervene in what is happening nor prevent it from running its course. This is very challenging for us at times as we do vibrate at a higher frequency than the dark ones that have possessed the surface of Gaia and hijacked humanity since the fall of Atlantis. This frequency offers for us to love and forgive even these Dark ones and see them as a sacred part of the Divine’s plan.

Yet, we are also always rooting for and in support of you on the surface. You are a projection and reflection of us…children and offspring of us and of the Atlantians. We hold the remembrance of the Golden Age of humanity that we lived for million of years on the surface of Gaia.

Remember that the Dark Ones have been in control for only a small amount of time compared to your sacred human legacy. They are temporary, a test, and a challenge that we have all trust humanity will overcome.
Ask us for support and we will be there. Seek our guidance and we will advise you. Connect with our energies in the purest and wildest forms of nature that you can find. We have activated many 5D girds around the surface, especially near the vortexes of mountains, that activate the 5D template within you.

As you accept our initiation, this will require you to give up and let go of what does not support your 5D seeds from being watered. At this time of heightened bifurcation, this is more important than ever. It may become not safe for you to be around those who have received the V. Or be around those who are still under the spell of the Dark Ones. Cities will be very challenging as the V. Grid amplification increases…cities are the battlegrounds of this covert war.

We offer you both sobriety and hope today. Understand that life as you have known it no longer exists, which is ultimately a good thing for humanity. It will feel very harsh at times yet this transition is held with much love by your Divine Mother and Father. Go within to receive love even as you make outer choices that lead to your self preservation.

You hold humanity’s hope within you. This is a responsibility that you accepted before this life. This is an honor and requires self responsibility and much courage. Move into the unknown in new ways and your soul will answer you, as will the Divine, as will we your Lemurian family.

The Process Of Shifting Dimensions And Transitioning Into The New

Moving into The New can feel like trying to breathe underwater to a part of us. The Old is conditioned and even comfortable to these parts. To truly move into a new dimension of Being takes courage, trust, and faith.
Conscious shifts are empowering as well as frightening to the part of us so identified with what has always been ‘true’. We have to work to allow the New True to take root and bloom.

I feel my consciousness on the verge of more expansion and my heart on the precipice of more vulnerability. These go hand in hand. There is a continuing journey of unplugging from the False Matrix and leaning into the womb and bosom of the Mother and the inspiration and guidance of the true Father.

As I connect more to Inner Earth Lemurian consciousness and support, I feel the difficulty it is for our more 3D/4D aspects to let go of all they have known in their worlds. It is like telling them to just breathe underwater without learning how to do so.

Yet, this ‘learning’ is not so much mental as it is emotional for them. There is fear and doubt there that needs tending to. It needs our ongoing attention and holding, not unlike being a death and birth doula. The ultimate doula is the Divine Itself and our Divine Self offshoot. It also includes those aspects of our ‘future’ or Now selves such as Inner Earth and Galactic aspects that we are intimately connected to.

The ‘pandemic’ has highlighted so much for so many of us around the need to keep rising and keep expanding beyond the dystopian novel being written. It has really made the nest prickly for us to find our wings…and our ability to breathe underwater.

‘Heal The War From The Inside’: A Message From My Lemurian Self

This morning I was journaling with Divine Father along with my Lemurian connection named Malen. I have been feeling some tensions with the world as it is, as well as my own feelings of constriction and occasional anxieties that come from parts of me about the ‘future’. It felt centered around the theme of freedom and the energy that feels pervasive in the world today. From that dialogue came these words that I felt to share from my Lemurian self to me as well as those that it is meant to reach:

“Freedom is your inheritance, yet you are born into an apparent unfree and unjust world. You are conditioned to believe you must earn or fight for your freedom. This can be akin to leaving the prison cell without actually leaving the prison. Lots of room to move, but you are still enclosed.

Everywhere you look there is evidence that the outside world is on a downward trajectory. That you are forever locked in this dimension of war and control. The battle shouters and the diplomacy writers try their hardest to get you all out of this sacred mess, yet the wheel keeps turning. The root of your collective choice to stay locked in this game is not being addressed.

You are scared of Love.

I know that sounds like crazy talk but it is true. It is as if Love speaks a language parts of you just don’t understand. It is cognitive dissonance of the heart. It is a square peg and a round hole. How does Love find a way into this situation you find yourselves in?

You have to keep taking it inward. You have to unsubscribe to the fear and the scriptors of this drama that is unfolding. There are realities beyond this one that are calling to you. Inviting you to embody and claim something New. They are imploring you to heal and transmute that war on the inside.

You all have a battle going on in one form or another. It may be full-on self-hate (or projected onto others), or it may smaller skirmishes that occur in random or triggered moments that still need our attention. Either way you are still in the cycle and house of war.

Your soul history is littered with this consciousness from time in memoriam. Yet, there was a time when this was not the case. Before your fall into this darkness, there was a vast reach of harmony and peace in a Garden of Eden. This was a Motherland from which you and I have roots.

This Lemurian world had its eventual end, but it found its way to survive and thrive in a different dimension. This dimension exists Here and Now and you have access to it. You have a pipeline to it that can assist each of you on bridging this consciousness back into your bodies and this physical world. It is a way back to your roots and to your future. You can connect and receive frequencies that are meant to lift and clarify who and what you really are and what you really want in your hearts and souls.

It is not an immediate ‘silver bullet’ to your current personal or collective dramas, but it is a map and a starting point to where you can and want to be in relation to us, to the planet, to others, and yourselves.

Realigning Ourselves With Lemurian Energies

As I feel the energy and invitation of Lemuria/Mu, the Motherland, I feel the beacon it truly is for those souls meant to realign with it. It reminds us of our essence as Sacred Humans arising, of the fact that we have immense pain yet are not our pain, and of our incredible potential as a human family, even if we can’t always see the forest for the trees especially at this time.

It seems we really could use/cultivate the reawakening to Lemuria and reconnection to those who survived the fall and have been living in Inner Earth, now more than ever. The energies of peace and harmony that create a powerful frequency of healing are available to us, yet we have to choose individually when we are ready to do the inner work that makes room for receiving them.

We’ve strayed, gone off-kilter, and yet our souls remain connected to Mu, always. We have our continual journey of reconnection, and we get to choose the paths we take to get there.

I feel the awakening journey happening for me personally in this and how this is a clarion call I’m feeling to answer. I feel too though, how each individual soul has their own landscape to traverse here, and how Lemuria wouldn’t have it any other way…

There are many pieces that have been offered to me from my own Lemurian soul connection and I felt to share some here, as they may call to you/resonate with you.

When I feel Lemuria, this is what comes:

~ Heart-centered power that is power WITH and not power OVER

~ Willingness to lean in… to go towards intimacy, recognizing the need for it and the growth and goodness that comes of it, rather than move away from it in the many ways parts of us have learned how…

~ Movement toward a life flow based in growing trust of the Divine and your own divinity

~ Less emphasis on mainstream influences being a center point of focus – whether to validate and cling to them, or to negate/argue against them

~ More emphasis on individual choices while searching for, finding, and cultivating resonant relationships and soul tribe/family that won’t ask you to merge, but will ask you instead to contribute with everything you are to the whole you are a part of 

~ More recognition of all individual soul choices happening all of the time, without a need to grab and tug and use force of any kind to pull or push anyone in any direction at all — we are invited to invite, not incite, interrogate, or incinerate 

~ More consciousness around the Great Geometry, the infinite interconnected-ness of all of life, of all souls, of all things and beings

~ More recognition of synchronicities and trust in the flow and sequence of them, no matter if they lead to more ease or more challenge in moments of initiation and growth

~ Healing and eventual releasing of the trauma body and energies, leading to a greater sense of hum and harmony within and a truly centered self that understands what it has been through and why… you are not the trauma you’ve experienced and indeed are meant to one day let it GO

~ Understanding, with gradual increases of knowledge and intuition, that when something happens to you, it needn’t stick in your field, as long as you glean what you need to from each experience, and move into your next phase with more wisdom as well as compassion for self and others

~ More access to higher frequencies in a seamless way that moves you through the pain that remains, not above it, until all parts of you are ready to let in their own worthiness in receiving these frequencies that are meant for them and their healing too

~ Understanding that while you may always be in some way ‘healing’ due to the impact of life in 3D and 4D consciousness and reality, that this can and does come to you eventually with less trauma needed in order to open the pathways and portals to your deepest healing experiences

~ To be vulnerable, to be open-hearted, to remember that you are more than what you’ve been told and molded into; to remember that your soul spark is truly yours to claim, that you needn’t look like anyone else to be in your unique unfolding, that you are here to anchor a frequency and beacon of health and vitality on this planet that is truly unique to you… all of these are traits, opportunities, invitations to begin the process of embodying your individual Lemurian energy and soul.

Bridge To New Lemuria Group Meditation Call May 16th | Raphael & Jelelle Awen

Rather than relating to Lemuria as an ‘ancient civilization’ that existed for millions of years a long time ago, we can connect in an intimate way to the energies of Lemuria within us and with Lemurians who live currently within Inner Earth. Lemuria or Mu (which means ‘Motherland’) provides us a template of embodied, vital, and even practical spirituality that is connected to all living beings and our home as Mother Gaia.

Inner Earth Lemurians are available as bridges for us during this intense completion of the dark night phase of humanity within the Matrix….as we emerge into the light again. Lemurians provide the codes we need to upgrade our DNA, move into our ‘super human’ gifts (such as those displayed by Avatar Lemurians such as Yeshua), expand our consciousness in all areas of life, and heal traumas on emotional/mental/physical/spiritual levels. They remind us of our capacity for updates in all areas of life…such as immortality, living on light, highly conscious relationships and community living, intentional procreation, etc.

Raphael and I are co-hosting our monthly group call for women and men over Zoom to provide a transmission of Ascension codes from here in Glastonbury/Avalon (the heart and third eye chakra of Gaia) where we have been receiving activations from the Lemurians, especially through the ancient standing stone circles here. We will talk about how the Lemurians have been waiting for thousands of years for those of us on the ‘surface’ to raise into a higher consciousness so that they could emerge out of Inner Earth (where they live in 5D communities) and join us. We will share our personal journeys and experiences with them and the guidance we have received around leaving Glastonbury in July to form a NuMu sustainable community in Portugal.

During this call, we will guide you in a meditative journey to Inner Earth to visit with the Lemurians and bridge to your aspect/guide/ambassador as well. Our Inner Earth Lemurian soul aspects/brothers/sisters named Ruma and Ruhaniel will join us as a template of the sacred human ascension process and providing messages/guidance to us all. The Stanton Drew Standing Stones & New Earth/New Lemuria Codes

It is truly an honor to go to these sacred sites here in this magical Somerset region of the UK, to feel the soul frequencies that are activated by the geography, and the unique opportunity that it brings up as a portal to more Divine Self embodiment. Yesterday, we went to visit Staton Drew stone circle…the 3rd largest stone circle in the UK…dated to 4,500 years ago yet of course it could be much older when you go beyond 3D archaeological timeframes.


The stones were immediately greeting and ‘chatting’ at us, like they did at the Avebury stone circle (which we will return to soon.) The stones here seem to form a communication network grid for inner Earth and for galactic communication, linked to North America through the root system of the old trees there (such as the Redwoods, Douglas Firs, and the Cedars) and energetic vortexes such as Sedona and Mt. Shasta.

There are still 26 stones at Staton Drew in various stages of being intact, some chipped away at or knocked down by farmers over the years. I am noticing that there is a definitive masculine or feminine tonal frequency to each stone….the ones you want to cuddle and hug are usually feminine providing support and grounding. The ones that you lay palms on or want to climb are often masculine, with strong activations.


The biggest treasure at Stanton Drew is the still-intact smaller circle of about a dozen stones, which we were all drawn to sit in the middle of together. We sat in meditation and could immediately feel the connection to Inner Earth and the Lemurians living beneath it. The inner earth Lemurians are those who survived the fall/floods/earthquakes and went into Inner Earth to create 5D communities there. They have provided us on the surface with superfood seeds, quartz and andara crystals, various other technologies and more to be released when we are ready. Raphael and I have connected with them before and their template of what how we could live in sustainable, high frequency community on the surface is very inspiring.

We channeled their personal and community messages to us through some Lemurian ambassadors and then passed out for awhile laying in the sun. It was quite activating and rejuvenating! I look forward to going back there again to hear/feel/see whatever is ripe to come up.


The 800 year old St. Mary’s Christian Church we visited afterwards was not quite as clean energectically, yet it was still amazing to feel a church that old still intact and hosting Sunday services.

3D Matrix Shaking Up To Wake Us Up

There is an intensity in the world right now that seems to be in a constant ramping up and amping up. It feels like we are in a pressure cooker set at its highest temperature and cooking speed. I see this reflected in the current events happening in 3D right now, how it can feel to parts like it is ‘one thing after another’.  I am also seeing this in my personal process. It feels like there are so many threads up for healing and completion, other timelines bleeding through, and past relationships coming up for deeper completion. Basically, anything that cannot come with us into the New is calling our attention inwards if we are choosing to go there.

In my own process I am feeling how overwhelming this can get for my parts, especially the Inner Masculine parts like the Inner Protector and the Gatekeeper. They feel like they are wanting to set a self-loving, discerning pace to our process and for us, even as they may use ways of protecting and suppressing us that do not feel that way. I feel them trying to navigate all of what is coming up through a very limited lens created in the 3D way of life, that teaches us to avoid rather than meet what we are feeling.

Inside myself when life sparks things to feel and digest, and with so much anger, injustice, fear, pain and confusion coming up to be felt, I feel an inner struggle at times. I feel a struggle between taking care of myself and my parts, and caring about the world and feeling what is moving within it as the 3D Matrix shakes up, breaks up, and is collapsing. 

For so long my parts approached healing and Awakening as something that needed to be done and quickly because they felt there was ‘something wrong’ and that they needed to ‘be fixed’. This created an intensity to how my parts would approach how they felt, a searching, a seeking which was not discerning or self loving. This has created more to heal and digest with them. I sense that happening for us as a collective now too, with Covid, the things happening in the US now, all that is being revealed to us. As we search for answers, deeper meaning and to fix it all, it feels like our parts can get caught up in it all without any space for digesting how they feel about it too. This creates more for us to digest around how we treat ourselves through this whole unravelling.

Through my own deepening with my parts through the SoulFullHeart process, and as higher frequency Aspects of my Metasoul are coming in as I digest the trauma of my 3D self/parts,I am feeling guided from within to take a more gentle approach, a more self-lovingly paced approach to what information I am letting in and how much my parts can actually feel and digest in one go. I am being offered and it feels like an invitation for us all, to move above these Matrices, to look from an overview perspective, which feels like it can happen more as we digest how we feel and the trauma our parts have experienced in 3D. 

This is not a bypassing of what is going on in the world or in our personal processes. I see the image of birds flying high and scanning the waters, which look like the 3D/4D matrix grids. As the bird we can choose where and when we need to go in and fish or be in the waters. I also feel the image of a mermaid, who can dive deep into the depths when she needs or wants to, yet can also enjoy being at the surface, being in/flowing with the ever-changing motion of the ocean with trust in the waves and the ones she is meant to catch. I feel how this picture allows us to go into feeling as and when we and our parts feel strong enough to do so, rather than them having to be led by expectation, guilt or shame. I am feeling these themes coming up at the moment to feel and it is not easy to digest. I feel more and more how much space and tenderness we need around us to feel all we are being called to feel.

A self-loving pace to feeling, healing and digesting feels so important, especially as it feels like the collapse of the 3D matrix will keep getting more intense for us all. I feel us knowing inside when and what we need to go into, to feel for ourselves and in the collective, that what we need in life finds a way to present itself to us. We do not have to keep digging for the healing or the answers anymore. It feels like everything is being revealed to us as needed, and like this is a time of great Illumination for us all now.

I am experiencing through digesting and healing the trauma of my parts and Metasoul how more and more of these higher frequencies aspects are coming in to support me and have always been here supporting me, even as I could not feel them. I feel the energies of Golden Earth, Lemuria, the Pleiades, all wanting to support us and help us through these intense transitions, offering that we do not need to suffer in our suffering if we choose not to. Even though we will be where we need to be until we no longer do, this is a very soothing and accepting perspective that I love in SoulFullHeart. The complete Love and acceptance of where we are at, the trust in our own Soul and its timing, that is validated and encouraged through this process.

I feel we can all bring more Love into the process at any time even if we find ourselves in the deepest, darkest, densest places within ourselves and within the collective, Now. Allowing ourselves to slow down, digest, and feel as we go, feels like it will truly help us all and offers a break for the higher frequencies of Love to come in. To go INside more and more often for our answers and support, rather than look outside as life in 3D has taught us, feels like where we need to go and where we find the torch to guide our way into the New, to illuminate what needs to be met and moved through for each individual. I feel this will be needed more and more as we transition through this 3D collapse and all that is being revealed through the process.
