Feminine Shadow Exploration: A Piece Of My Personal Journey

“It’s October 2019 and I’m spinning, whirling, wondering what’s really going on within me, why I can’t seem to help parts of me truly let go of comparison, of feeling ungraceful and ungrateful, of feeling unworthy of the love of my intimate community, let alone the love of the Divine within and around me. I’ve been asked to take space from my community of beloveds to go into and reconcile what has continually been coming up inside of me and not yet been truly held, let alone felt, by me as a centred, adult woman, who is calling herself ‘Kalayna’.

I am in a panic, feeling an avalanche of self-doubt and absolute heartbreak, knowing that this space-taking is likely leading to leaving my beloveds for at least a phase, if not the rest of this lifetime, if I can’t find my way into more of my own bigness and inner ‘home’. I feel the love that would always flow between us as souls, even if I need to go off and be with myself to reconcile something quite deep in my own shadow that they can’t be impacted by so harshly anymore.

I am in some deep self-punishment and shame, but also recognize after years of this inner work, that this pattern of suffering is keeping me from experiencing the depth of love I really want and need within… a depth of love that can then overflow to others with more grace and ease, even in the messiest of conflicts or the burning up of old relational ground.

As I lean into myself more and more each day, and feel the Divine within supporting my ongoing process, I begin to open out something so deeply ingrained in my inner shadowland. I find an aspect who calls himself ‘Hades’. Hades doesn’t care much for others, let alone other parts of me. Well, he does, but his care is complicated as it involves trauma-bonding with these other parts, making them need him somehow and find comfort in his more twisted way of feeling things, his way of making the uncomfortable, the suffering loops, feel somehow ‘normal’ and even necessary.

It turns out that Hades is one aspect while there are a few others for me to feel, and that he is the Gatekeeper holding the veil to feeling them. I begin to feel them all, one by one, and where they live in my Metasoul and my being in this life too. I feel patterns of being a scorned priestess, even a Queen who couldn’t make it work and was shunned, and a few different lifetimes of not quite being able to get up and out of a fear of my/their own bigness and power and truly live into it. I feel the pain of these aspects and how fusing to them has played out in my life many times. I also feel the frequency of having killed others for the sake of power and jealousy… something that is excruciating for me to feel.

I feel how humble I’m becoming as I feel all of this and how I’m learning to surrender to my own unknown inside of myself… how I just can’t know what the Divine truly wants me to do or become. Even as I surrender to the unknown however, I begin to feel clearer and clearer about the energies I am learning to love inside of me and what my true potential is.

It takes me a few months to truly live into this daily healing journey of diving deeply and even finding a renewed sense of joy, all while still showing up for daily life and holding jobs. I still miss my beloveds so deeply, especially as I go on to spend Christmas alone, but I feel my icebergs that were once parked in my shadowland melting day by day and my growing clarity about what I want in my life and the sort of soul family energies I want to be intimate with on the outside coming up so strongly. I also feel who I want to BE as I let in those energies and relationships and the ache for living into that from the inside out.” ~ Kalayna

It’s now 3 years later and here I am, as ‘Kasha’ and no longer ‘Kalayna’, having graduated not only that heartbreaking and heart-opening phase of my life, but also several other challenging and growthful phases in different geographies, different relationships, and in service of love expression too. All because I’ve been willing, even through deep pain, to go into my shadowland AND work my way through to the other side.

It is a huge honour to now be leading a women’s call with Jelelle that will focus on shadow exploration for the feminine… serving alongside Jelelle was always the dream and even as this was starting to happen back in 2019 with the very first women’s call we ever led together, I could barely let that in. I had so much pain and unworthiness come up that it was sabotaged… my dream was sabotaged. My shadow came up to be felt and when she came up, she was practically screaming with frustration, mostly at herself.

As we explore the feminine shadow, there’s so much power packed in there. There’s so much to these energies of self-punishment, shame, and blame, that actually wants to become the flip side of that… that actually wants to become genuine heart-based service of love within and without and wants to have nourishing relationships as much on the inside as on the outside.

The feminine shadow has a LOT to unpack, not just in these trailing-edge energies that can keep us in smallness and pain, but also in leading-edge energies, access to feminine magic and alchemy, not to mention DEEP access to discernment, clarity, and care.

Digestion Of 3D Energies & Appreciation For Awakening Souls: Personal Vacation Experience In Algarve Coast, Portugal

After being immersed in more 3D crowds, energies, and chaos of ‘holiday season’ in one of the most popular spots in the world during our vacation last week, I could feel a tension and sadness move through me/my womb/my heart last night after landing back in my higher vibe nest here in our more secluded mountain valley setting.

The sadness seemed to be both for humanity and what has become of so many souls during this fall from our bigness, grace, gifts, DNA, and light during the age of Atlantis. The sadness was also a part of me feeling the strain of being here during this peak collapse phase of the Matrix reality where agendas from all sides are constantly being pressed at us.

In my somewhat isolated, quiet, yet highly resonant life with my small community and in service it felt humbling to move into being around more 3D masses and their seeming preoccupations/fixations and near constant need to medicate, drug, externally be ‘entertained’ by food (usually junk), alcohol, water ‘sports’, small talk/chatter, loud music and loud noises. And to see/feel that they go from one thing to the next and wake up day after day with little self awareness or reflection or digestion around what they had just experienced!

The meditators and those actually letting IN the ocean and sun codes beauty were few and far between, those of us drawn at sun rise and sun set when the energies were at least calmer. To see so much infrastructure/buildings created around such truly beautiful natural settings was also hard to see, yet it is the case all over the world, as the beauty on the ‘outside’ is monetized/valued by those not able to be accessed often enough on the inside.

Oh, I so felt my heart and soul ache for humanity! And I could still feel and see the Divine spark within everyone and even the joy/goodness they could experience, especially receiving the negative ions from the ocean (which they are not conscious of needing/wanting.)

And as I connected with my Inner Earth Lemurian aspect Ruma last night, she offered again so much appreciation for those of us who are here to seed the light and hold the remembrance during this phase of darkness. I got such a sense of how few of us there truly are (although growing!) as the majority is still so fused to 3D. And this wasn’t from a place of despair, yet rather recognition of what we have signed up for and the true challenge that it is.

We have so often made beauty out of mess and are extracting goodness out of density, receiving healing/learning from hurts and abuse, turning negative experiences into growthful ones, clearing toxic energies from our ascending light bodies…..it is really an extraordinary transmutation that we are ALL doing every day!

I many times have met with very brave souls in sessions who have hardly anyone around them who is awakening. Not only are they in often complete divergence to their families and former friends too, they are still in a void space of drawing soul family members to them. It’s amazing to feel what they/their Divine Self and even parts of them are able to retain inside themselves of their heart and soul, staying open, even without much support on the outside.

So, I felt a lot of recognition and appreciation for us awakening souls from Ruma and all the amazing beings who wait in Inner Earth for the time they can come to the surface and join us here in the creation of a NEW Earth and NEW Lemuria. A reminder too that these beings are here to support you, any time you need them. You can especially connect with them in natural spaces.

We soul family members are also finding each other, more and more, as letting go of 3D energies/patterns/abuses/traumas opens us up to receive more love and goodness again in relationships. I always feel that those drawn to sessions with me are soul family members and we are in agreement to hold space together in service of ourselves/soul family/humanity, which is not a business transaction (even with a fair energy/money exchange) yet rather a soul’s calling and reunion.

I was reminded by Ruma that humanity is in a deep transition and it CAN be hard to see and feel that things are shifting at times.

Yet, as we hold it in our inner worlds, as we access the love that we ARE, the light that we ARE, as we beacon and radiate those energies OUT to those who can receive them…..so we become the new possibility that others can embody too.

Healing The Persecution Wound Group Call 9/11 | Raphael & Jelelle Awen

I recently had a persecution wound experience come through quite strongly related to a Cathar lifetime as I open up to the Cathar (Magdalene descendents) mass persecution/holocaust that happened to them in Southern France. I was feeling tension and that ‘something bad was going to happen’ for a day or two although nothing in my life was occurring. I was able with my Gatekeeper’s help to connect to the soul aspect who experienced being burned alive in a church with all her beloveds (including Raphael’s soul aspect) by the Catholic Church, the terror and horror of it, and also bridge to Divine love/soul family love again. She is recovering now and has many gifts to offer me as we connect more.

This way of being with persecution wound energies from this life and other lifetimes is about being relational, intimate, and also being a bridge for your soul aspect to connect with Divine support in a very specific way that goes beyond just a one time regression. And it is led by you and not others ‘reading out’ your ‘past’ lives. It is all occurring in the Now. You can shift the entire experience/choices around it as well in this lifetime with the soul aspect leading that….quantum healing possibilities.

It felt timely to focus our next monthly group call on 9/11 to healing the persecution wounds that live within ALL of our souls through our lifetimes in the Matrix, esp as those who ‘lead the way’ and awaken before the masses. Healing these wounds can open so much more trust and gift expression! Hope you can join us…

The experience of being persecuted is one that lives within all of our soul fields and expresses in our reality in this life as well. It often vibrates underneath your sense of daily life without conscious awareness and connection to it, which just leads to more recapitulation of the same energetics over and over (even if the circumstances are very different). Persecution occurs as an acute experience of separation, rejection and punishment that creates fear and retraction knots and blocks within us, particularly related to sharing our soul gifts and outed expression of our truth/boundaries in relationships.

The persecution wounds of currently awakening souls are being activated for seeing, healing, and clearing. At first consideration, this can feel daunting, but as we bridge to these wounds we find incredible gifts in the process. As we connect to the part of us who acts as our soul’s Gatekeeper, they can open up access to the lifetimes/timelines and the soul aspects that are suffering due to these experiences. As this access occurs in an ongoing and intimate way, we are able to digest the fear and trauma that leads to suffering patterns in relationships, soul gift expressions, physical body illness/chronic pain, energy blocks, and more. As our relationship with the Divine deepens, a bridge of love to these wounded experiences occurs with more trust, balance, and creative expression.

​In a two-hour group call for men and women on Sunday, September 11 at 5:00/17:00pm WEST/12:00pm EDT/9:00am PDT, SoulFullHeart Teachers, Facilitators and sacred union mates Raphael and I will offer an activation to connect with the persecution wound within your soul. Energy Update: Galactic New Year Completes 10 Year Cycle, Resets For The NEW

Energy Update: Happy Galactic New Year and Lion’s Gate portal week! July 26th was the Galactic New Year as offered by the Mayans/Star BEing elders/founders. It feels like it marks the completion of an intense 10 year cycle of preparation that has been about truly becoming your service of love self.

This transition to the New Year seems to offer feelings of being in the void, assessing your life, feeling in-between timelines new and old. A time of reset & renewal as the Ascension process offers ongoingly. There is also sometimes intense purging and clearing going on in the emotional body and soul field during this time.

There is a feeling sense as we enter this new cycle of more ease going forward to embrace what resonates with serving love and letting go of what doesn’t serve love. These last ten years have often felt like trudging through mud while your house is burning down. Massive amounts of bush whacking as we go, laying a new trail down on sometimes unfriendly ground and offering our growing truths about a possible New way of living and loving to often silent and unresponsive (and even sometimes hostile) rooms filled with people we used to resonate with.

2012 launched the accelerated Ascension timeline that so many of us started to orient our lives to. In ways both big and small, we shifted our priorities and our choices toward this New Earth timeline. We dove into our emotional wounds, no longer ok with ‘being traumatized’ vibrating in fear, and the patterns of behavior that come from that. We swam into our soul’s waters, wanting to experience the depths there, emerge out of the murkiness beyond the veil and into the light.

These ten years have sometimes been spent in a closet in terms of outed expression during this exploration. Undergoing the process of awakening in secret as ‘regular life’ went on. You may have maintained relationships that didn’t fit your awakening self in order to provide the safety and space in 3D to dive into the deeper soul waters. There are always soul agreements on the Higher Self level around this…..both in terms of when to stay in relationship with others and when to complete and split apart for the growth of all.

You may have had more tastes of your service of love self during these last ten years than full embodiment of this energy at all times yet. Tastes of experiences of offering your soul gifts ‘when it was safe’ and when you felt supported to do so. Or, you went into full expression of your service gifts and then retracted away to harvest the lessons learned, the karma revealed, and respond to the wounded healer that needed your love.

So many people have lived in ‘two worlds’ during this last 10 year cycle: one where they are awakening and the other attached to 3D still. As we move into the new cycle, you may now really be experiencing that you can no longer do this. You can no longer ‘span’ dissonant energies with resonant ones. You can no longer hide. You can no longer keep your ‘crazy’ back and away from others that would judge it as such. You can no longer live life in secret….nor do you want to.

This next cycle moving into 2022 and beyond is about becoming the outed, powerful expression of your authentic essence in ALL areas of your life. This current passageway between the eclipse season and the Lion’s Gate on 8/8 seems to be providing a ‘reset’ to this new cycle. This allows for more clarity about next steps, completions that are necessary to be made, and bigger picture sense from your soul to support you in these movements.

It is interesting to feel into and remember on this New Year Galactic day what you were doing 10 years ago and, also, who you were at that time, how you related to your awakening (if you were consciously then), etc. What awareness and alignment did you have then to your soul purpose?

You could connect to your self from ten years ago too during meditation, creating a bridge to them in order to connect your ‘past’ to your Now and feel what might need to be digested and felt from the last ten years.

Ten years ago, Raphael and I were living part-time on a magical Gulf Island in Canada, BC called Gabriola Island. I was connecting deeply with my Gatekeeper aspect/guide to my Metasoul at that time and this is when I received the name ‘SoulFullHeart’ to call the spiritual and emotional healing work that we were doing with a few people in the Vancouver area. ‘SoulFullHeart’ came forward to me in its exact spelling, representing the fullness that we experience when the soul is filled up/made full by the heart and the heart is filled up/made full by the soul. It speaks to the ways that the healing of our heart (emotions) is so essential to our soul’s awakening and vice versa.

I was getting a sense of beginning seeds of what SoulFullHeart would eventually become and bloom into back then. Ten years later, we have served many souls in sessions and group calls with a recent surge in response and interest. We have grown a bit our intimate community seeding this process and work into consciousness as a way of life. I’ve written four books, including my most recent Free To Be 5D, which was inspired by these last six years esp of serving love in sessions, within myself on the self and soul levels firstly, and in our community too. It is the perfect timing I am realizing now to be downloading and offering as this cycle completes and a new one begins!

MUCH love to you as we move into the embodiment of our sacred humanity together, through all the important and necessary cycles that the Divine guides us through!

Sirius Gateway Energies and Importance Of Connecting To Your Gatekeeper

We are beginning our alignment with our ‘Spiritual Sun’ Sirius as we continue in the Sirius gateway this week and bridge to the Lion’s Gate 8/8 activations through this month. This is a powerful time of soul awakenings, insights, clarities, visions, lifted veils, inspired thinking and more.

With these soul awakenings also comes an intensity of karmic frequencies moving into our auric fields, chakras, physical bodies and emotional bodies. It’s important to feel how we ARE with these frequencies, how we relate with them and accept them and allow them and what our relationship is to them.

These energies can ‘blow out’ the body in the sense of big detox reactions as some people are sharing about feeling lots of dizziness and vertigo, unable to sleep or feeling very fatigued, and even more extreme ‘illness’ that really wipes them out for quite awhile. This detox process for the ‘transitioning body’ is greatly served by a very clean diet or even fasting and a daily celery juice cleanse. Your soul field can become backed up with the codes that are trying to come in right now. I see this in energy healing work where the space above the crown chakra (where the Ascension chakras of soul star, Personal Sun and casual are located) is just pulsing and full with light codes that aren’t being brought into the field. This can cause more body pain, especially head/neck pain and even severe migraines. Along with emotional pain and ongoing suffering as many awakening souls are experiencing…intense feelings of heaviness, hopelessness, and not wanting to ‘be here’ in the Earth Plane anymore.

Connecting with your Gatekeeper, a soul aspect that we bridge to in our SoulFullHeart work, allows for much more flow and integration of these energies. As you consciously feel your Gatekeeper, this allows them to share with you their experience of guarding your soul and keeping the veil down on your awareness of other lifetimes/soul ‘history’, etc. They are holding back often deep persecution wound experiences as they fear it would harm your ‘human’ and be too much for you to bear.

I was connecting to my Gatekeeper this morning and I could feel a resolution to her ongoing push/pull about opening up these places for me and flowing into service with them. She has admittedly given me access to many places of remembrance and to service over the years, yet not as much to connect with her as directly, until the last year or so. She was in teary confession this morning about this and deep gratitude for my human heart and Divine Mother’s heart that has opened up HER heart and not given up on her. It is not easy for these eternal beings to let in love and care and warmth as they have not known any of that usually, choosing to be cut off from it to large degree.

Gatekeepers live in complete isolation, by choice, as they are the only conscious entity aware of the Metasoul’s (as I’ve been guided to call it) many projected versions into different lifetimes/timelines/eras. They are acutely aware of the karmic energies, the trauma and the pain being worked and experienced by EVERY lifetime, yet they are unable to do anything to relieve it. These ‘keepers of the veil’ within our soul have taken on the often thankless task of remaining awake to track and protect us while we go into necessary sleep states to fully experience what each lifetime wants to teach us.

I have met and connected with many Gatekeepers in sessions over the years and they are universally lonely, often heavy and sad, skeptical and distrusting….at least in their ‘trailing edge’ of expression. In their ‘leading edge’ expression, they are wise, compassionate, and open up access to Divine channels, other lifetime access, integration of light codes and upgrades, and much more. Yet, they are often anchored to lower frequencies, especially of lower 4D ‘False Light’ which they can get lost in for many ions (no time really.)

It feels like the Sirius frequencies are inviting the Gatekeepers to consciously come forward and make themselves known to you. I cannot describe to you how much relief and goodness can come into your life through connecting to yours and feeling them…and clair activations, access to other lifetimes, emotional healing, completion of karmic cycles FOR GOOD, openness and draw of your sacred union mate and soul family community, etc. Often what we feel as ‘guides’ is actually the wisdom of our Gatekeeper coming through channeling our soul yet not in a direct way.

And ALL of this is opened from inside of you, not from an outside source reading you out or providing activations for you. We can only be a mirror for another, lighting the way and shining the light based on what we have journeyed. And this is my light illuminating this path of connection to soul aspects such as the Gatekeeper and parts of the self too and all the gifts it offers!

We talked about what this process is like from masculine and feminine perspectives, using the current uproar around the ‘Roe v Wade’ situation as a springboard to highlight where some of the polarized reactions to it may be coming from on a soul/womb healing level. We also talk about aspects of the Divine context around feeling and healing our reactivity and leaning into the bigger picture of what’s moving collectively and individually.

Black Moon Lilith Amplifying Polarities, Inviting Soul Healing

🌑Black Moon Lilith Energy Update: Lilith is a powerful energy of Dark Mother and one that is up right now, stirring pots and amplifying what needs to be felt and exposed, both within you and in the collective. Dark Mother in general is a huge part of our Ascension, yet feeling a specific face of Her is often a supportive way to feel ourselves and feel Mother’s heart holding us all.

Before I even realized that we’re currently in a powerful Lilith Dark Moon phase, I had been connecting to my own polarities inside of me that still live in my Metasoul in other lifetimes, especially in priestess timelines and also in my Gatekeeper (a soul aspect that it seems we all have, who is the keeper of our veils and Akashic Records access, you could say). A recent Metasoul aspect that I met asked me to call her ‘Lilith’ and at the time I didn’t know why. Now it feels like she was drawing my attention to these current energies and how they played out in her lifetime as well.

I’ve felt how in recent sharings I’ve gone a bit more into edgy energies that aren’t really me as ‘Kasha’ and now that I’m starting to take them back inward and feel what these reactions have been about, I can feel not only my own personal Lilith influence in my soul, but also a precious and tender aspect of me that is my Inner Orphan. This is still a deepening and unfolding process for me that I don’t have total clarity on at the moment, but it’s a big one with pain coming up to be felt that I thought maybe had been resolved, which is also an aspect of what’s moving with the Lilith influence right now.

Lilith is significant for women because she represents sovereignty and autonomy. She encourages us to say ‘no’ to patriarchal energies and influences, yet when she’s taken in solely in this way, it can become hijacked by pain in our Metasouls that then comes out with anti-masculine energies or even anti-feminine energies too. That may seem a bit backward, yet there is often quite a bit of sisterhood karma-drama between women who feel like kindred souls and this can definitely become amplified with reactivity and even a longing for a depth of female connection we once knew in our Metasouls until it was hijacked by Cabal energies and other dark influences.

As I took in information others have shared about the Lilith Dark Moon, I realized that the Cabal chose this time specifically to bring up the recent Roe v Wade issue that’s come up, which has absolutely brought out more polarity during what has already been an amped-up month in some ways energetically. Taking a step back from my own reactions to so many things lately, I can feel how my soul is still learning to trust in these revelations and movements, to see what’s being exposed with as little judgement as possible, and to move beyond needing to be polarized and reactive in order to start not only seeing the bigger picture, but letting it in and living in it. 

The pain of the feminine womb has been real and we all feel it. We all feel our sisters both inside ourselves and outside too, rumbling and shaking with desire for their empowerment, for the feminine to arise and be revered as truly sacred. This is tricky ground to walk at times, as the feminine arising means she needs to also find out what she is not or no longer wishes to be. This is a sacred and personal process for all women and also for the feminine in men and for those men who have chosen to be in deep mateships with women. There is no ‘one size fits all’ way to feel and live into this process, but rather we are invited to feel and experience our uniqueness, address the messes we make inside and out, feel our impact on those around us with an open(ing) heart, and lean back into the dynamically flowing love of Divine Mother who holds our whole process of re-discovery with deep love and compassion.

I feel even in the necessary ferocity from a face of Mother like Lilith, so much love and care. I also feel how She has been projected onto and even used as a reason to be in a near-constant battling energy rather than moving into more Love Ambassadorship. I feel grateful for what she has helped stir and amplify within me so that I can see it and become intimate with it, what she has stirred between my beloved Gabriel and I for us to look at and feel together, and what she invites us into for our own empowerment. 

I feel how much power there is available to all of us at this time, as we become clearer about who we truly are as the layers continue to burn and fall away. I actually feel how there’s more power available when we embody our feminine as women without concern or attachment to the outward expression of it. Lilith just IS feminine empowerment and love, and even though the lore around her has her showing up as an angry and fighter-like energy, I can feel how much more depth of feeling and wisdom there is to tap into that can take us beyond being polarized and instead into immense love, and forgiveness, for ALL.

The Sacred Spiral Of Healing

The path of healing in my experience has been a spiral. It is what I have witnessed with my beloveds as well as those I have held and hold space for. Trying to set a linear path is a need of a part of us to ‘get to the good stuff already’, to get on with our ‘mission’, or maybe to reach an attainment. In that way, there is so much that can get left behind and remain in shadow.

I consider myself a human being first. Everything else comes after. I believe we all have human pains that have been stored up and held onto for good reason. They needed to be sequestered to survive and maybe even thrive, even if in not the most ideal of circumstances. Yet, when it seems like all is safe and held to a large degree, these hidden pockets of energy, feeling, vibration come to the surface needing, desiring love and reconciliation that they couldn’t get when it wasn’t safe.

This is why you may ask yourself a big WTF? when all seems to be going along great and then….WHAM! Something comes out of what seems like ‘left field’ and you are bulled over with grief, depression, anxiety, fear, etc. It doesn’t make sense with what the external situation is! This may be the case. The external has become safe enough for these repressed parts to bubble up in the most unusual of times. It may be exacerbated and supported by the ‘energies’ of the moment, but they are not a product or result of. They are still a part of your humanity in need of healing.

There are some who know that have things that have been in the closet. Tucked away boxes and suitcases that they are consciously aware of yet have needed the ‘time’ to feel right to go back in. This is very intentional rather than being side-swiped. Neither is better or worse. Just how it has all presented itself to you in the way and time it has needed. The main point is that you meet it. Feel it. Walk the spiral path with it for it is your sacred healing journey and no one else’s.

I don’t feel to convince anyone they still have healing to do. That needs to come from each soul. For me, I know I do. On so many levels even if I am doing ‘well’ right now. Which I am. I may not have the deep pain I once did before I started (thank the Divine!), yet I know that there are deeper layers of my emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical bodies that have pockets yet unrevealed. Whether it is another round with my inner child, a Metasoul aspect, or existential separation wounding, I know that I want to meet it with the depth of heart and soul I have cultivated in this process. I feel I am meant to serve those that sense the same for themselves.

The Sacred Spiral has been around for eons. It represents so much of our own humanity as well as our Divinity. I honor this path something to be present to not just get over, through, or around. I honor all of those that continue to walk this winding road back to wholeness without leaving anything behind in the rush to heal or attain, but to just live and be in every moment whether it is bliss or a mess. Love is holding us in each and every turn.

I am feeling arising within me a new and stronger desire to serve love with and hold space for those women who are drawn to experience that with me in a sacred 1:1 session space. Recently, I had been focused more on exponential service through videos, group calls, writing and also have been engaged with our immediate community needs/openings, my relationship with Raphael, and also my own process as I move into the ‘wise woman’ phase of my life.

Yet, like the signs of Spring all around, there is a sense of resurrected desire and guidance to BE a bridge of love and light to others in a more personal way.

In a 1:1 session, we go into a theta brainwave, light hypnotic state of guided visualization together that creates a powerful merging of our soul fields and emotional bodies in which I can feel, see, get, and intuit WITH you in a powerful way, feeling parts of you and soul aspects that need to come out. This merging between us retains your sovereignty and your clarity/sense of self….it actually enhances it so that YOU get to experience yourself in a bigness of soul with access to previously buried and subconscious places within.

There is no fixing going on. It isn’t about ‘reading you out’ and giving you a bunch of psychic insights that might not even resonate for you or go in. Rather, it is meeting and feeling you exactly where you are and in where you need to go within yourself that allows for a lightening up, a release of density and pain, and a transmutation of trauma. We bring your Inner Protector (and defenses) WITH us and negotiate consciously with them, which opens out your heart and soul field in NEW ways.

The entire space is held in a protected bubble of love with Divine Mother that makes it safe to go into the most vulnerable, tender and hidden spaces…along with bringing in the higher frequencies of forgiveness and compassion needed for healing them.

I truly live this process as MY way of life and processing ground in my years long sacred union with Raphael and in our small community as well. So, this isn’t a ‘business’ for me and you aren’t a ‘client’ in the traditional way. It is actually a soul sister reunion for which I am given the honored role of space holder in a temporary way as we agreed on the soul level together previously.

Meeting in this way is a soul family lineage re-activation as well, so you might get even more out of a session if you resonant with the Magdalene/Essene/Early Christian energies.

I have had probably hundreds of such merging experiences in sessions with women over the years and it ALWAYS is a new discovery ground in which I don’t hold answers yet rather have a developed skill at asking questions that allow for deeper exploration. It is a challenging place to go into as well because you are confronted with what has previously been hidden, your deeper desires/needs, and what the next steps of real change are to move into more embodiment of your Divine Self.

This is an intense time of death and rebirth, a resurrection possible out of the ashes of previous traumatic experiences from this life and other lifetimes/timelines. Opportunities for Quantum healing and completion of ongoing soul karmic patterns has never been greater and so many of us signed up to be here during this time to heal these things.

Healing The Ancestral Ties That Bind

Working with a current facilitant/soul sister in our SoulFullHeart healing work has illuminated the power of ancestral and familial lineages. They hold DEEP third and fourth dimensional conditionings, contracts, and karmic binds. There are stories/psychic energies that pervade our emotional and spiritual bodies that can also wreak havoc on the physical body.

The process is a bit like untangling a knotted ball of different string, each one connected to a family member, relative, or ancestor. This disentanglement is a deep dive into how we have taken on so much of our family’s wounding and even our own culture’s assumptions, views, and ingrained beliefs about ourselves as men, women, humanity, and life itself.

There is no ‘easy’ way to do this. One might be able to transcend this ball for a time, but it does live deep within our DNA and our subconscious. There are those that see and feel the need for meeting and untangling this lineage for all the gifts that it can offer in regards to the awakening of who and what we really are in our individuated and Divine Self purpose.

It is also a way to see what is good and true about our ancestral lineage underneath the hijacked version of it. We all come from very powerful and beautiful branches off the same sacred human tree. Over the decades, centuries, and millennia there has been a corrosive influence within each of these lineages, or ‘lines over the ages’. As you heal each one of them back to its source, you purify and beautify them back to their origins within you.

It is a deep and transformative clearing, met at times with anger and rage, other times with deep and guttural tears for all that you have held as the One who has chosen to heal this line before this incarnation. ‘The Ancestral Buck Stops Here’ imprinted on your soul badge. This is an epic, brave, and courageous task to uphold. It is also not easy.

This is why we take one step at a time to meet it all with grace, compassion, and self-love. Sometimes you may not even know you have signed up for this kind of mission until you deepen in your healing journey. Once you start on a personal healing path, you find something even more quantum and bigger than yourself.

This is not meant to be seen as a David vs. Goliath, but rather a piece-by-piece, part-by-part, aspect-by-aspect unfolding. One that strips away all that you thought was yours and no longer wants to be. You arise into an unknown and unknowable You, while integrating all that is real and beautiful from where you came.

This is dedicated to all of those that have taken on this path and continue to do so. Thank you for your service and your transformation. It is a gift to the world and the lineage you have come from.
