The recent solar eclipse brought Raphael and Jelelle Awen their very first experience of visiting a crop circle in person! This visit offered a transmission of connectedness to Star/Mu family along with a sense of being held and taken care of. Jelelle shares more about their experience in this week’s featured article.

The crop circle represents something powerful about 5D consciousness and living in 5D, which is an ongoing process for all of us on Gaia. Tomorrow, June 13th @ 5pm BST, Raphael and Jelelle will be offering a group transmission/meditation call over Zoom about this very topic. This week, we’ve been digesting the different energies moving throughout the whole Coronavirus/Cabal Collapse situation happening right now. Read the latest edition of the Museletter here.

Featured this week is a piece by Jelelle Awen, who outlines and digests deeply the different timelines happening right now on the 3D, 4D, and 5D levels of consciousness. She offers that it’s important to not dismiss any of them as they are truly all playing out right now:

Meeting your ‘Inner Orphan’ part of you is a sacred process that has been coming up for many souls lately. In this issue’s featured article, SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator, Raphael Awen, shares open-heartedly about his own experience with this process and how it opened out for him:

“I simply tuned in Yeshua as a beloved guide, and dialed in a Golden Earth setting, and there in the magical outdoors, was Yeshua crouched down about 8 or 10 feet away, holding upright a (soon to be) eager toddler, who he then let go, as this beautiful baby focused his gaze on me and began to take his first steps crossing the space between us. Midway across, the name Bartholomew came as plain as day. I received him into my arms, and he readily received me. I intuitively knew that this Bartholomew would change my life, that holding him would require all the rigors of true parenthood and presence of being that this Orphan would need to transmute the pain in his heart, allowing both him and I to shift our destiny and to embody what we intended when we set out on our journey of ‘leaving’ the Divine.”

Even with this longing, there is also the experience of these connections often resulting in competition/envy, not being seen/felt/appreciating and just overall sense of relational challenge to show up for them.

Questing With Our Questions Into the Quantum: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (Sept 30, 2019)

This week, we celebrate the end of September and the beginnings of October. The fall season is taking hold and with that comes a whole slew of new/renewed questions we can ask within. A few of these questions SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator/Co-Creator, Raphael Awen, addresses in the leading article this week. He specifically brings up the questions of infinite possibilities, the life you’re living now which may feel like it is in some sort of stasis, and how we can relate these questions to parts work, which we offer through SoulFullHeart sessions:

“How did infinite possibility get swapped out for infinite impossibility?

Could it be that this has everything to do with parts of ourselves who have so mastered the art of creating the world they actually want, albeit a small, narrow and safe world, while other parts of you so ache to break free of this pattern persistence in your life?

Has one powerful part of your being scripted your life with a scripture of its own, and you are just now awakening to it; through your feelings of confinement, through your desire to break your unquestioning allegiance to this scripture; through your desire to awaken from what feels like the bad dream that another part of you feels your life has become? And to let the chips fall where they may?”

There will be an online Group Transmission led by Raphael and Jelelle Awen in October. The focus of this group on Saturday, October 12th at 10am PDT is to learn more about the light body activation process that is ongoing as our carbon-based, 3D conditioned/programmed physical bodies transition into crystalline, living on prana/light energy bodies. The process of this seems to come in phases and cycles of detoxification of 3D chemicals and toxic food digestion energies along with activation on cellular, DNA, levels. They will especially focus on what the best fuel as food is for the light body to support its transition.

Jelelle Awen and Kalayna Solais will be leading another virtual women’s group towards the end of October. The focus of this SAFE group on Sunday, October 27 2019 at 10:00am PDT over Zoom is to provide a continuing conversation about what the sacred feminine is and isn’t, plus the process that is needed (both to let in and to let go of) for more embodiment of the sacred feminine. Jelelle and Kalayna will teach about sacred feminine embodiment from their own years-long exploration into it through working with women in session space….plus, working with parts of themselves (both masculine and feminine), Metasoul (soul fragments) from other lifetimes, and the Divine Mother as a beloved template and bridge.

On Tuesday, October 8th at 6pm PDT, join Raphael Awen and Gabriel Heartman in person for a FREE guided meditation and sharing circle! They will lead you in a powerful, high vibrational guided meditation. Raphael and Gabriel will be leading the guided meditation, as they have for people around the world in session space and through video sharings on metaphysical websites and on the SoulFullHeart Experience YouTube channel.

There will be another online Group Transmission coming up in November with Raphael and Jelelle Awen. The focus of this group on Saturday, November 9th, 2019 at 10:00am PDT is to learn more about the Ascension codes that are coming in through cosmic energies (from sources such as our Sun, the Great Cosmic Sun, other Planets/Galaxies, etc.) and from Gaia and Inner Earth as well. We will also talk about what codes ARE and how to bridge to your personal experience of them as images, sounds, number sequences, etc. We will also talk about the parts of you (such as Inner Protector/Gatekeeper) that need to negotiated with to bring the codes into your field through the crown chakra and what the fears/resistances can be to doing that stemming from other lifetimes/timelines.

We will be having another four-day community gathering this December 2019 for the Winter Solstice. The gathering starts at 10:00am on Wednesday the 18th of December and goes through 5pm on Saturday the 21st (each day’s events are from 10:00am until 5:00pm).

Jelelle Is Transitioning Out Of 1:1 Sessions To Focus On Group Facilitation: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (Aug 26, 2019)

As we all continue our digestion of the Lion’s Gate energies and what moved through and activated, we’re all being invited to keep inhabiting our next steps in our lives, healing journeys, and offerings of service of love. In this week’s Museletter, we have a special announcement from Jelelle Awen as she shares about her transition away from 1:1 sessions and more into group facilitation:

Energy Update: Elevated SOULar Winds & Gaia Upticks

Energy UPdate: They are calling them ‘weak’ and ‘minor’ but that is really relative to how sensitive you are to cosmic energies. ‘Minor’ SOULar winds have been hovering around 400 km/sec the last two days, blowing into Gaia’s atmosphere, enough to cause auroras in places that can still host them at this point in the season, according to spaceweather.com.

The Schumann/Gaia resonance has had some fluctuations as well….spiking upwards in what looks like half hour intervals at a time today. Gaia upticks along with higher geomagnetics can be felt on the body and chaka and emotional body levels esp for those awakened to their cosmic DNA connections and the ongoing upgrading that is going on.

Interrupted/shifted sleeping patterns….staying up WAY later than usual, sleeping more hours in a day, not sleeping very well or deeply, intense dream states…all these can be experienced during these energy waves. An overall feeling of being tired or worn out can accompany them too. I feel also an impact on hormonal levels with extended PMS symptoms too.

I feel an overall sense of more heightened activation after what seemed a quieter period of digestion and even highly refined bliss states (especially after the intensity of March’s death/rebirth gateway). This is more a general feeling sense rather than being connected to anything specific going on….a continuing escalation as we move deeper into the shift from 3D/lower 4D matrix living and into upper 4D/5D and higher New Gaia experience of yourselves and life.

As always, with any kind of elevated energies, self love and care goes a long way toward BEing with them. My general suggestions are salt baths (YES! Every day for me!), favorite crystals and stones (whatever you are drawn to), high frequency music, super foods/vegetables/fruits, rest, going inward, connecting to your ascension chakras/star family/guides, grounding with Gaia.

Honoring & Grieving As We Complete Our Sacred Union Relationship: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (Mar 25, 2019)

It’s been a week of digesting some waves of letting go and letting in… featured this week is a piece by Jelelle Awen and Raphael Awen too, as they transparently and vulnerably share about the completion of their 10 year marriage and beloved Sacred Union. In this writing, they share their appreciation of each other and what they had, even as they walk out a deep letting go of the romance. Their experience of Sacred Union is a powerful template for a new way to be in relationship and in a romantic bond. As Jelelle writes,

“We always held our sacred union as a moment by moment choice….not like a ‘death till us part’ vow…..not something that would bind and tie as in 3D marriages. Yet, rather we entered into each moment transacting with the bond between us that would arise to serve love to each of us…..or wouldn’t. To be in a sacred union like this is to feel always that something is ‘at stake’ even as it becomes more and more comfortable to be truly vulnerable and intimate with each other. This kind of sacred union asks you to always keep deepening the sacred union within you in order to be able to transact it with each other from a place of overflow. And sometimes, too, it also asks you to commit to that inner sacred union with complete devotion and focus for a phase of time.”

There is much NEW on the horizon as well, as Jelelle and her daughter Raianna Shai plan a major relocation to Europe in the coming months with a focus on serving love in different geographies. More details on this as it unfolds.
