Bridging Sessions To Bridge YOU To YOU

Powerful, life changing….but, most importantly, empowering. These are the energies that we provide and support in and with you during 1:1 healing sessions with a SoulFullHeart Facilitator. YOU are the healer of your own inner world and the manifestor of an outer world that matches that healed state. YOU are the space holder that can provide the digestion of trauma that parts of you from this lifetime and other lifetimes most need.

During 1:1 75-90 minute sessions over zoom and in person in Victoria, BC (until August), we set the stage for you with our experience and lived in relationship to the SoulFullHeart process. We support you to discover how it can help YOU to heal yourself. YOU connect to support systems that have always been there for you, such as Star Family and Divine guides, even if you haven’t always been conscious of them. We offer when it feels like a specific part/aspect is coming forward and then collaborate with you to discover that part and the traumatic scenes it may be stuck in/looping in OR timeline bleed through that is happening.

We take a wholistic and systemic view of your life…..ALL areas of it…..emotional, physical, mental, financial, spiritual, environmental and social. Nothing gets left behind or out of the exploration and YOU discover the gifts of not leaving any area (or part of you) behind.

Sessions are $55 USD/$77 CAD minimum donation for 75-90 minutes over zoom or in person in Victoria, BC! We also offer a monthly group over zoom and a closed group on FB for community support and interaction, plus a monthly group session here in Victoria. We look forward to hearing from you!

Moving Out Of Resentment & Into Forgiveness, Starting From Within

We are being invited to move into frequencies of open hearted remorse AND forgiveness at increasing rates now. Moving out of bitterness and resentment, not as a bypass of these feelings, yet with an acknowledgement of the parts of you that feel these denser, edgier things and WHY. Discovering the why source of the resentment (hurt covered over by self protective rage usually) inside of you allows for an accelerated movement into vulnerability.

Our Inner Protectors can get ‘parked’ in resentments with a looping pattern of shame and blame (both inside of us and toward our ‘perpetuators”.) The Inner Punisher joins in to the ‘fight’ and can build quite a strong case to keep the resentments boiling and toiling….often for years after the actual circumstances and conflicts.

But there is a cost to holding onto resentments, bitterness, grudges, etc. remaining inside of you. The cost is to the depth of which you can experience returning to love essence frequencies again. The cost is to the sensitive and precious Inner Child who literally feels heart break at ANY of these harsh and fear-based frequencies transacting toward them (this is what was so often experienced in childhood.) The cost is to experiencing your BIGNESS that can forgive in an instant both yourself and others.

These bitternesses/resentments are 3D and lower 4D frequencies that are aching for healing and transmutation now…especially as they live inside of the wounded masculine within us all and the collective. Holding onto these perceived resentments may feel like a ‘win’ in the moment to the part of you defending itself….yet it is ultimately a ‘loss’ for love transaction.

This process of forgiveness has to start from within. Going within to feel where the resentments exist and shimmer between parts of you allows for less projection of this outward toward others….and less drawing of situations that bring this up and create this energy with others. Resentments can run deep between an inner mother and an inner father for example, as often templated by birth parent relationships. Also between an overly protective Protector/Punisher part and an Inner Child/Teenager there can be big resentments.

This playout can also be HUGELY karmic, with many patterns of this expressing out in many timelines/lifetimes in different scenarios of betrayal, persecution, murder/killing, etc. Connecting with your Metasouls (soul fragments) in these lifetimes and really feeling/healing their experiences of these cycles can lighten up the experience in this life too and the drawing of more situations like this.

Being an ambassador of love to these inner relationships and other timelines/lifetimes experiences, offering much diplomatic and compassion space holding for each of these parts of you allows them to let go and truly move on.

We are ALL being invited to let go of the old hurts and the old patterns of shaming and blaming, both inside and with others. The Divine Mother offers a beautiful template of this forgiveness that also embodies remorse and compassion.  Lean into Her energy as She offers forgiveness and compassion to ALL parts of you and you can then extend it toward yourself and others too.

Energy Update: Intense Catalytic Month Completes As We Move Into Digestion & Integration

Energy Update: As March is close to completing and this is our final 333 code day today, there is probably much to digest and integrate for you of the HUGE energy month that all of us experienced. This month of March offered three 333 days, strong geomagnetic storms, the Equinox passage during the Supermoon, CMEs and even SOULar flares, striking auroras, and a huge Schumann/Gaia spike wave up to 150 HZ.

These energies from Mother Gaia, from Father Sun, from Mother Moon…..they are working on us at the cellular level, at the emotional body/psyche/subconscious levels, at the galactic consciousness levels, at the Metasoul levels. These energies are inviting us to go in DEEP as needed to these places that were previously shrouded and cloaked in order to see them and digest and integrate them. In order to unanchor and let go of the denser trauma and karma energies that keep us in loop patterns in this life and other timelines/lifetimes too.

There can be very specific connections made from within in all of these areas as you allow your Protector/Gatekeeper to become the guide rather than the guard. I have seen so much more readiness in sessions lately for souls to lift their veils of amnesia to a deeper degree and go into a fuller state of remembrance from both this life (especially early infancy and childhood) and other lifetimes/timelines as well. To remember is to be empowered….to move from ‘I don’t know’ to curious self discovery that leads to receiving answers allows you to put more pieces together of your own soul’s puzzle.

All these energies seemed to have a purpose to them also of collapsing our denser timelines anchored still to 3D/lower 4D realities and moving us into our higher frequency timelines of serving love. This was in dramatic ways at times with very significant relationships completing and geographic shifts becoming obvious or happening as well. Sometimes this was in more subtle ways for which a light shifting supports a bigger transition and transformation to come. Sometimes this is mostly internal as a deeper movement emotionally and spiritually allows for outer action and choice points to become clearer.

I am letting this timeline collapse transmute whatever needs to that was rooted in fear or wounding from inside of me…..just being with parts of me in the grieving, letting go, and even waves of resentment and new dawning clarities of stuckness and shrinking. I am dissolving with love the karmic binds in the Metasoul too, in the pair bonds that are changing too as we do.

The interesting thing about this month’s energies are that while this has been going on for me, I also had my busiest and fullest month EVER in service for sessions, in person and remote. It has been a mystery at times HOW I could be going through so much loss and yet also feel my heart and soul so present to serve others. I feel that actually these timeline collapses can open you up hugely, break open your heart to another degree and you are actually MORE sensitive to others. And more intuitive as well, is what I am experiencing. This service has actually helped with the integration of all these energies and the letting go process. To experience my service of love self is a reminder of WHY these shifts are happening.

As you surrender to these timeline collapses as they appear in your life, as you go into them…..you discover NEW layers of trust and surrender in the Divine. You basically have to, in a way, as the alternative of feeling like the Divine is punishing you or making you ‘pay’ just doesn’t last long and doesn’t feel supportive to the shift that is going on.

This is now a phase of integration and digestion as the cosmic energies look to calm down for the next couple of weeks (although it is unknown what the Gaia resonance might do!) The integration process can be supported by bringing these codes/energies into all of your Ascension chakras. Salt baths, yoga, eating superfoods, anything that supports the body in vital health allows for more integration. Digestion of the emotions that come up can be facilitated by connecting with parts of yourself in a conscious way.

HUGE support from our star family, Divine guides, and Higher Self aspects is available to us as we so bravely continue to align with our higher timelines in order to serve the ongoing transition into the NEW. Energy Update: CME Brings In Strong Geomagnetic Storm

Energy update: Ready for more SOULar activations? We got some breathing space yesterday from all the cosmic/Gaia energies that came in during the last week and now we are receiving MORE. A coronal mass ejection (CME) is coming in today, March 23, causing stronger geomagnetic storms and auroras.
 
“NOAA forecasters say there is a 75% chance of geomagnetic storms on March 23rd when a coronal mass ejection (CME) is expected to sideswipe Earth’s magnetic field. Storm levels could reach category G2, which is moderately strong,” according to spaceweather.com.
 
The CME is the result of the SOULar flare that we had on March 20th that lasted for nearly an hour. The SOULar flare happened during the Supermoon Equinox gateway….offering us a powerful combination of Divine feminine and masculine energies. CMEs are more like a steady stream of energies rather than a blast experience like a flare….yet the impacts on the inner magnetics can be similar. Dizziness, lightheadedness, not feeling grounded, being ‘wired tired’, interrupted sleep patterns…all that.
 
As always, take care of YOU during these geomagnetic storms with loving attention to reactions and triggers that come up for parts of you. What energies are you surrounding yourself with and engaging with? Are they resonant or are they dissonant? Do they offer a healthy and useful mirror for you or are they repeating patterns of suffering and even abuse?
 
As our inner magnetic poles shift along with Gaia’s, dissonant and even toxic frequencies that could previously be transmuted and tolerated no longer can be as there just isn’t even charged polarity inside to match them.
 
Keep yourself in a stream of loving energies….inside with the Divine/Star Family/Higher Dimensional soul aspects….and outside in your relationships too with soul family/sacred union connections.
 
All these cosmic/Gaia energies are inviting us to feel how we no longer need to replay and draw new traumas….NOW is a time/phase to heal and transmute the previous traumas back into love again!

Energy Update: Solar Flare/CME & Supermoon Reveal/Heal Karmic Polarities

Energy UPdate: Even as the energies of the Supermoon and Her lunar gaze continues to beam bright and steady, SOULar energies are bursting into our atmospheres! Yesterday, during the EQUInox, a SOULar flare lasting more than hour burst from a new sunspot on the sun’s surface. It sent minor waves of ionization rippling through Gaia’s upper atmosphere and caused some radio brownout in some parts of Europe and all of Africa! The SOULar flare also produced a coronal mass ejection (CME) hurling into space. The energies of the CME should reach us on March 23rd with geomagnetic storms coming in as well, according to spaceweather.com.

There is much fear-based reporting about this from 3D news sources, proclaiming SOULar activity as bringing in ‘hell on earth’ and those kinds of energies. It feels rather, to those of us connected to the Ascension process, that these energies actually offer Heaven on Gaia….even as there is possibility of transitional timelines and phases that may be challenging as everything restructures.

I smiled when I took in this information today as it SO feels like energies being offered of cosmic coupling and coming into more union after so long being polarized. We were receiving SUCH strong Divine Feminine codes of shadow illumination and revelation of more fear-based/karmic healing timelines with this Supermoon. She seemed to invite us to go deeper into our shadow wounds, especially those connected to the ‘opposite’ gender and our feminine/masculine relationships within and with others. She was unsentimental in this mirroring, yet loving in the space holding as we continue to process what came up.

And the sacred masculine energies of the sun flared up and in to offer counterbalance to these feminine energies. SOULar flares are unusual right now, being in a solar minimum phase, and the timing of this one is just PERFECT. No accidents here, this is Divine alignment happening for and with us as we move into the next, accelerated phase of our ascension. This could be, yes, a precursor to the main event SOULar flare that so many feel is coming.

Aspects from other timelines (galactic, Atlantis, Egyptian, Avalon/Camelot, ‘Ancient Greece/Rome’, etc.) are coming through strong right now too as the veils continue to get thinner and thinner. Yesterday I had a powerful priestess shaman from Orion come booming into my reality, at first creating headaches for me, banging her drums to get my attention…….until I could BE with her and connect with her. These are not ‘past lives’ or just ‘guides’ or ‘negative entities’…these are so often fragments from your Metasoul (individuated soul source) that are wanting/ needing your attention in order to come into union again.

This Metasoul sister of mine is named Wooba and is in much pain of anger and resentment toward men, leader of a matriarchal society. We are already beginning to go into gift exchange together where I share my more tender heart space toward the masculine (inside and out) and she offers her shamanic gifts/powers to me. This conscious gift exchange with our Metasoul aspects is what allows for healing of karma and digestion/integration of these intense energies that come through from these often violent and troubling timelines.

Take MUCH loving care of you on all levels as these energies continue to activate, integrate, calibrate, and sometimes discombobulate….all with the purpose of returning us to wholeness again!

Energy Update: Powerful Supermoon Invites Us Into EQUInox From Within

The moon sees me and I see the moon…went to sleep by Her intense light and woke up to Her bright like a star in the sky. Our third supermoon in a row and the final one for this year, She is tucked as close as She gets to us and to Gaia. She is beaming down in MEGA style with moonbeam codes to take into our calibrating and crystalizing cells and chakras.

This Supermoon coincides with the Equinox….bringing in spring here in the Northern Hemisphere. The Supermoon energies seem to amplify the EQUInox energies, which are quite activating usually anyway!

The EQUInox offers energies bringing us into balance…even if that means going OFF balance in order to come back to center again. OFF balance can mean letting go in order to let in, to arise our phoenix selves that are more in aligned trust with the Divine, to see and feel our shadow selves with much love…..as I wrote about yesterday.

SOULar codes are super powerful right now too….as I’ve been taking them in for hours each day since it is finally warm here. Spring! Getting tan again! Digging in the dirt for the first time in many months, I felt the sun codes on my back/face/arms/legs (Divine Father support) and Mother Gaia close again….in my hands, walking barefoot in the grass, leaning against her trees.

I’ve been guided to eat light right now….just green smoothies and some fruit….cleaning out the body and digestive system in order to let in more love! Lots of activation and clearing of the solar plexus chakras as Divine will and personal will come into EQUInox too. Clearing of the heart and throat chakras too with galactic family support to unanchor the Inner Child from 3D living and traumas and come more into EQUInox union with star family again.

All these cosmic expansion and high vibrational energies invite OUR expansion too…into our higher timeline selves in ALL areas of life. Coming into EQUInox from within between our masculine and feminine aspects…coming into balance as we heal the polarities from within.

Arising Of Our Phoenix Selves During EQUInox Passage

Swirling and twirling emotions as we move deeper into this EQUInox passage. Ups into bliss and Divine surrender peace and downs into agitation, anxiety, sadness. Coming into balance offers a look and feeling sense of what has been tilted, twisted, reaching, grabbing, overly needing. This passage offers a reflection of what has been overly protective masculine and suppressed feminine…..from inside and in relationships too.

This mirror is being held with SO MUCH LOVE by the Divine. I’m feeling new and richer degrees of tenderness especially from Divine Mother for those of us long on this path. In sessions, I feel especially Mother Mary coming through very often to hold and comfort the previously traumatized Inner Child. She is inviting them into Her lap to receive nurturing and understanding to heal the frequencies of abuse that they received. This is SUCH a wonderful energy to feel move through my heart space to these precious inner children that need it so much.

Divine Mother is so supportive of us as wayshowers too…..ALL we have unearthed, uncovered, led, journeyed into, healed and transformed. Even as She offers the next and the next, there is so much honored for where and who we are in this NOW. Never judgement, yet She will be unsentimental in showing what needs to be seen that is no longer serving us.

Those fires to burn it away are hotter than ever before…..with more soothing and deep calm as balm offered than ever before too.

I’m personally going through quite a passageway of transformation with significant life shiftings too that I’ll be sharing more about soon as they continue to digest and integrate inside of my heart space. There is a feeling sense of deeper self discovery, even after so many years of doing this…and a sorting out of what has been ‘me’ and what is the arising, new service-of-love me. There is moving into more self love even as the mirror of revealing what needs to be seen is stronger than ever and often offered at an awkward angle.

What has previously been able to maintain and sustain no longer seems to have the same ground that it did as it transforms, collapses, and burns away. Even the once so beloved is being outgrown as what was once a womb becomes too limiting.

THIS is a powerful time of transformation that aligns the recent surges of Gaia’s frequencies, the SOULar winds and geomagnetic storms, and the upcoming Supermoon too. Cosmic Feminine and Masculine doing what they can to template the NEW sacred human in ever more balance.

Energy Update: Significant Schumann/Gaia Spike Wave Just Moved Through

Energy update: What a Schumann/heartbeat of Gaia spike wave THAT was! It lasted about 24 hours starting on March 16th and peaked at 150 HZ and is finally tapering off the last few hours on March 17th. I’m not sure, but I think that is the highest spike recorded (baseline used to be 7.83 HZ)! Interestingly, the last time we had a prolonged wave like this it was one month ago on February 17th! That was also right before a Supermoon.

Someone asked me if this rise in Gaia frequency was a good thing for us. Well, if you think about how good it feels to listen to higher frequency music and be in the ‘room’ with it….it is similar with this. The music of Gaia is rising and we get to be in the room with Her as it does.

This raises our consciousness. It also seems to help with thinning the sometimes thick veils of amnesia that can remain around processing traumas from 3D experiences this life….and from remembering other timelines/lifetimes. And from connecting to your galactic consciousness/star seed DNA/star family.

All these veils have been necessary. Until they aren’t anymore and then they become more and more permeable and porous. This is so that you can transmute the remaining traumas with lots of love. So that you can reconnect to your star family and heal the abandonment or undigested terror/fear from visitations (that felt like abductions). So that you are can heal quantum karmic binds and ties and patterns that your Metasoul is now ready to move beyond.

Gaia is our mother, so She is helping to birth the new world consciousness. Raising Her frequency in bursts like this is one of the ways that She helps us….and Herself actually. There is also star BEing help with this in the Inner Earth cities.

Grounding IN with Her can help to navigate these higher frequencies as your body adjusts to them. Interrupted sleep cycles, head/neck/shoulder pains can all be signs of adjustment and calibration. Salt baths, dips in fresh water, toes in the sand or soil, hugging trees….connecting to your root system chakra that is connected in pipeline style to Hers can all help with this.

You Are Never Alone: Message From Your Higher Self, Angelic Selves, Star Being Selves

We know it has been hard and IS hard in so many moments. Moments where you want to give up. Moments where you want to ‘go home’. Moments where you are consumed by pain. Moments where your heart feels like it is breaking. Moments where your tears fall and sobs shake your body. Moments where the sky feels so dark and cloudy and overcast with unexpressed pains.

We feel you in this and we see you in this. We are with ALL of our hearts with you in this. It has been so hard for you at times, this journey of forgetting, this traveling road of separation. This road has many curves and dips and turns. We see all these with you, we witness how you crawl at times. How you lay at times. How you feel like giving up at times.

Yet, your heart beats on. Your desire lives on. Your need for love echoes strong inside of you. You do not give up. Your soul carries you forward.

We watch you crawl through glass at times and yet you keep going until the way is clearer. You fight your way ‘back’ to your heart over and over and then, the fight rests and you are just moving forward because it is what you are called to do on your way to remembering.

We know that you often feel like you are alone. How you feel sometimes that no one else understands and no one else gets what is happening to you and how you are changing from who you used to be. We feel for you and this struggle that you sometimes go through alone. We feel your loneliness and we ache for you in it.

Yet, this we offer……that you are NEVER alone. Your eyes may see no one else. Your heart may feel sad and alone. Your birth family might reject your changes and who you are becoming. Your friends may not come along. Your mate may not come along or get what you are awakening into. But, you are NEVER alone. As we are always with you and we will NEVER leave you.

We feel how you sometimes think you are wrong or unworthy. How you feel that the struggle and suffering are what you deserve. And we want to offer to this part of you that this is NOT the truth. You cannot do anything wrong. You cannot BE wrong. We want to offer to this part of you that you ARE worthy of love, you ARE worthy of awakening, you ARE worthy of connection.

We feel how you forget that you ARE love. You forget how you ARE infinite possibilities. You forget that you ARE infinite awareness. This forgetting was part of the process, the experiment, that we all agreed to. We are here watching over you in the forgetfulness and we feel how you ache to remember again. And, it is TIME for you to remember again.

If you are resonating with these words, then we invite you to connect with us. Reach inside for us. Find us INSIDE. You don’t have to look outside of yourself. You don’t have to look to others, unless you feel that you want and need to. You don’t have to be at a special place of attainment or have special gifts. You are special just as you are. We are RIGHT HERE inside of you, ready and so eager to connect with you.

We are the aspects of you that you feel are ‘too much’ or you have forgotten or you have disconnected from. We are the aspects of you that are from and of your soul. We are the multidimensional aspects of your BEing. We are your angel selves. We are your star BEing selves. We are your spirit guide selves. We are your Divine selves. We are your other lifetime-Metasoul selves. We are your shadow selves. We are your councils of light selves. We are your star gates inside and your portals inside and your star dust selves inside. We are your crystalline body selves and your crystalline chakras merged into one. We are your merkaba and your inner gridwork connected to Mother Gaia’s new gridwork.

Connect with us and we become you. We merge into you more and more and in that merging the feelings of loneliness, the feelings of pain, the feelings of separation, the feelings of unworthiness, the feelings of despair and suffering, the feelings of wanting to die….ALL of it can and will move with this embracement.

And someday, we will become ONE, more and more, and your sense of you will keep changing and changing until you don’t really have a sense of you anymore as you just ARE. You just ARE the Infinite Love and Possibilities and awareness that you were meant to be in human form.

We love YOU and we wait right here for you, inside you. Come and get us with an open heart and we will become one again.

Energy Update: Geomagnetic Unrest Offers More Need For Divine Trust

Energy Update: Geomagnetic unrest happening today and tomorrow as SOULar winds come into our atmosphere from the huge hole in the sun’s surface. Auroras are expected too. SOULar winds right now are creeping up and starting to accelerate, which maybe you are already feeling on physical and emotional levels? It’s like an amping UP feeling.
 
Waking up in the middle of the night and interrupted sleep/REM cycles seem to be an aspect of increased geomagnetic activity. Intense and vivid dreams as well with veils thinning overall in BIG ways lately between dimensions, timeline possibilities, and other lifetimes. So much is bleeding through and it can be overwhelming at times.
 
We are prepping already for the Equinox combined with our last Supermoon of the year happening next week. I can feel the energies building UP in swirls and gusts in a way, creating a passageway. These are big energies that can collapse current lives/relationships/careers/geographies and arise new ones.
 
Overall, there is a sense of SO MUCH trust in the Divine during this time that is available as/if you connect to it. Feeling and being with the parts of you that are in anxiety (both existential and situational) allows it to move into more Divine trust and surrender. We are going to need a strong grounding in Divine trust in the bigger picture of Ascension as more rumblings and purges and clearings happen in 3D and lower 4D realities.
 
I’ll be writing more soon about lower 4D and the ‘stickiness’ of it….how it can be challenging to rise your consciousness above it in order to offer love and compassion to the energies/aspects/beings that seem ‘stuck’ there. There can be many cycles of suffering in this stickiness sense of being attacked, being punished, things being done against your will, that there are energies that can be outside of the Divine/truly evil, etc. These feelings are actually signs of parts/soul aspects being ‘stuck’ in this hell reality that need your love and compassion.
 
As the SOULar winds blow in as prep for the coming Equinox, allow Divine trust to fill your heart and soul in the places that it can. Transmuting traumas from this life experiences and lower 4D esp experiences opens up this space to experience yourself AS love that can respond to all of it WITH LOVE.
