Energies Are Bringing Us Into Realness In Relationships

What used to be workable, what used to be a work-around, what used to be ALLOWED in relationships within ourselves and with others……this is all being stalled, stopped, and challenged with these latest energies. During this eclipse gateway especially and leading up to Lion’s Gate in less than a month now on 8/8, what has previously been anchored in shrinking, settling, and conforming is no longer finding the fuel to keep going.

NOW we are being thrust into more moments of being REAL with each other to see and feel what has been true and what has not. The standards and criteria of ‘healthy’ everything are being raised to the next level of 5D. What previously even could have passed as ‘healthy’ and ‘nourishing’ is NOW getting a next level nudge upwards.

Gaia is holding the space for this exploration if we want her container. Divine Mother lights the match to ignite what needs to burn. The ash in the air shows us what no longer is needed. Our inner exploration into our soul patterns around community and relationships especially illuminates WHY we’ve settled or cocooned or grasped out of fear for less than what we really want and deserve.

We are here to heal our separation wound from the Divine by experiencing Unity Consciousness again from within….as one part of us at a time and Metasoul fragment comes into reunion again. And as we live in soul family community together BY choice and with much intention toward being real, authentic, current, and transparent.

This is a tall order for all of us…yet our Higher Selves are so ready to support us to live this way in a NEW way too within and with others too!

Energy Update: Big Gaia/Schumann Spikes, Earthquakes Connection To Fall Of Lemuria, 7/7 Codes

Energy UPdate: Big spike in the Schumann/Gaia resonance today….reaching 110 HZ about four hours ago! WOW! The elevated frequency is still going on at this moment….and it’s 7/7 so more amplified codes/energies are coming IN to be received too.

The last three days have been higher Gaia/Schumann frequencies which you may have felt in your body….I experienced tightness and some pain in my head, neck and shoulders yesterday. I’m going to the ‘next level’ in my yoga practice so that was some of it, but I also wasn’t surprised to see that the Gaia resonance was elevated too as I have experienced it this way before. It’s as if the body is responding to Gaia’s shifts too….living them out in every cell and muscle.

I feel there is a correlation between the Gaia spikes and recent earthquakes in California and here in Vancouver Island. There is much energy released when these fault lines shift. I was offered by my Inner Earth Lemurian sister/guide Trista yesterday that the earthquakes are remnants from when the continent of Lemuria fell and collapsed about 12,000 years ago. The tension and even trauma from this collapse (which was caused by misuse of powers, energies, and conflict between Lemuria and Atlantis) live in these fault lines, which need to expand and stretch at times to relieve the pressure.

She said there is sometimes intervention from Inner Earth communities (for which there are hundreds of cities in Inner Earth including Telos, a city under Mt. Shasta, California) to create these earthquakes. Yet it is not for malevolent reasons, but rather to release some of the pressure on the tectonic plates. They choose areas of less surface population whenever possible to do this. It is like a controlled burn in that way. She offered that sometimes what we call “Cabal” or “Illuminati” forces are responsible for a quake, but usually they are either natural or facilitated by benevolent beings.

Earthquakes offer an opportunity to feel your Lemurian and Atlantian Metasoul aspects that lived during the fall and collapse of these civilizations. There is a trauma from this experience that I feel underlies much of what expresses as this-life reactivity, conditioned response, and even life choices. There can be a lingering distrust in the Divine and in life, and ongoing tensions about personal safety (usually expressing as anxiety about money) caused by this trauma. Experiencing an earthquake can trigger this trauma in your soul and BEing with it, connecting to your soul fragment that is living it out (usually in a repeated loop) can help to digest it.

Energy Update: July Is ALREADY Offering Rumbling, Strong Energies

Even though July is just beginning, you may already be feeling the intensity of energies that are available and ramping up since the eclipse on the 2nd…..maybe in your stomach, in your head, in your spine/back, maybe in ‘every living cell’ that is being activated right now. The chakras connected to these regions of your body are coming more in synch with the physical and whatever is clogged, plugged, and congested in both is moving out for healing and releasing. You may be feeling sleepiness that is not explainable or addressed by hours of ‘usual’ sleep time.

You may really be feeling these higher energies particularly in your stomach/solar plexus chakra. Your stomach rumbles and even bloats when the not quite right frequency of food/energy is offered. The more sensitive this process of digestion is on the physical level for you, the more likely that the energies are HIGH. More photonic light is available in these moments to download and let IN with less 3D food source needed. What calls to provide fuel is no longer based on cravings or comfort, yet rather about the purest energy available….superfoods, organic in-season fruits and vegetables, purified water.

The surges of energy are going to be and have already been HIGH in July leading into the peak energy of Lion’s Gate 8/8. These come in what is probably best described as ‘waves’, as there is a sense of crest/peak and then some receding/resting before it starts over again. These energies are working directly on and with Gaia…..and Her every tectonic plate and inner crest rumbles with the receiving of them. Fairly strong Earthquakes in California and here on Vancouver Island were shaking in response on July 4th…..with an elevated Schumann/Gaia spike coming through for about 12 hours today, July 5th.

If you are used to grounding with Gaia to a certain, reliable OM frequency, this is transitioning and variable now. What you ‘get’ when connecting with Gaia is the same sense of metamorphosis that you feel in yourself and your own process. It is the frequency of SHIFT that She is broadcasting now.

We are in an eclipse window, which always brings in stronger energies…..the first eclipse on July 2nd was a total eclipse of the sun in which STRONG energies of death and rebirth could be felt. We were offered our NOW timeline to fully feel into WHILE getting a feeling sense of our higher timeline emerging out just as the sun did again behind the shadow of the moon. The 3D self is experiencing sometimes profound shiftings inside of relationship to the 3D world they have created. Feelings of unhappiness, suffering, flatness, loss of purpose are being amplified…all 3D frequencies, are coming UP now to be felt so that ACTION can be taken.

Our next eclipse happens on July 16th, a partial lunar eclipse. The Moon should be about half-covered by the Gaia’s umbral shadow at maximum eclipse. This will be the last umbral lunar eclipse until May 2021. This feels like the Divine Feminine offering an influx of lunar energies to support Gaia in Her ongoing transition into 5D frequencies that includes a necessary phase of shadow revelation.

The ongoingly INtense energies in July will invite all of us to go deeper than we have before……into our 3D self, into our shadows, into our emotional bodies, into connection with our physical bodies, into our Metasouls/other lifetimes/timelines. This exploration will be held with MUCH love and support by Divine Mother, in whatever planetary, etheric/Divine, and even human vessel forms you most need/want to experience Her.

The Divine is turning the heat up……and She is there with Her steady heart to embrace the tender aftermath of this ongoing transformation into the NEW.

Crop Circle Update: Yin-Yang Unification Message During Eclipse

Crop Circle UPdate: There have been so many crop circles in the last few weeks that I haven’t been sharing about most of them because it is quite a lot to keep UP with. This is a powerful gateway/passageway we are going through in the moment, starting 5/5 and taking us through to 8/8 Lion’s Gate and our star families seem to be stepping up their efforts to communicate and transmit to us during it. During this passageway, connection with Star Family and Lemurian frequencies becomes MORE possible as veils thin more on the amnesia that has been necessary around their existence.

And, today, the day of the first total SOULar eclipse in two years in which the masculine sun and the feminine moon unify in a temporary moment, we get this……a yin/yang symbol appearing in a field in Poland! This is THE symbol I’ve been shown so many times to represent the balance and unification of light/dark and masculine/feminine. So timely to be offered today!

There is ongoing and increasingly heated debate in 3D about how ‘real’ these circles are with human teams creating some of them with planks and measurements. The way that the crops themselves look and feel seems to give away when Star Family tech has been used versus purely human efforts. It is as if the crops have been swayed into perfectly concise swirls rather than flattened and bent by planks. Plus you can feel the energy of the ‘real’ ones.

Energy Update: Total SOULar Eclipse Codes Are A Powerful Bridge To Your Higher Timeline

Energy UPdate: Eclipse energies have been ramping up!! I felt the momentum of the eclipse in my body yesterday as some tiredness moved through, out, and I had a deep pass-out nap that seemed to be starting the process of letting in the codes. With these major and rare celestial events, we can feel and see them in the Now moment, before they actually occur, without need to physically take them in with our five senses.

This one seems to be offering a bridge to multidimensional access to our Metasoul and bleed through of the timelines/lifetimes that most need our care and attention. As these timelines and our Metasoul sisters/brothers that live in them are felt and connected to, the traumatic timelines can be shifted and healed into a higher frequency. Just as we have that choice in our current timeline in every moment, we also can extend that possibility to our own soul’s experience in other timelines as it all happening in the Now.

This is our first total SOULar eclipse since the ‘Great American’ eclipse in August, 2017. I can still see and tune into that eclipse in my third eye space, available in the Now and ongoingly to be received and let in. Many souls felt a significant, Next Level shift in their lives after that eclipse. They felt new clarities of choice points and actions to take toward their higher timelines.

Although this eclipse today is only visible in its totality in about a 70 mile stretch in South America, its impact is just as catalytic as the last one. Maybe even MORE so as we are that much further in our Ascension process collectively than we were two years ago. Ascension isn’t happening in linear time anyway; it is occurring in each soul’s Now consciousness to be let in and received.

I highly recommend taking in the whole eclipse while listening to high frequency/solfeggio music as the transmission can be quite powerful. Bring the eclipse codes into your Ascension chakras as you watch it, starting with your Personal Sun/Stellar Gateway chakra (about two feet above your head) and flowing down to the others. Energy Update: Intense Reboot/Activations Going On As We Move Into SOULstice

Energy Update: The energies have been INtense! as we head into the SOULstice tomorrow….the longest day of the year and start of summer for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere and the shortest day of the year and start of winter for those in the Southern Hemisphere. You may be feeling quite tired/drained, experiencing headaches, breakdowns/breakthroughs, being overwhelmed, and just overall feeling ‘out of it’ right now.

There can also be feelings of drag, lackluster energy, just not being into doing or being part of anything 3D. Yet even the soul activities may be not be drawing your usual passion or energy either. Difficulty in focusing on projects can come up too, even on those that support your service of love expression. This is usually a sign of a ‘reboot’ and next level activation…..what has previously brought joy, fuel, energy no longer does in the same way as you move into another tier of our soul consciousness expression into physical embodiment here.

There is really then just BEing with these upgrades and activations as they are going on. Resting into them, letting your body rest if it needs to, not trying to do at the usual level. Connecting with your inner masculine aspects can help with this as they learn to rest and let in and surrender.

The Gaia/Schumann spikes have settled down a bit after two days of higher amplitude and frequency waves moving in. These spikes can amplify the body symptoms and emotional reactions too, yet I do feel (and have been offered) that they are happening as a support to our overall Ascension process and are coinciding as well with the SOULstice.

The SOULstice marks a passage in ‘time’, not real in a higher dimensional sense, yet important as a marker related to our awakening and ascension processes. Our souls know the importance of this seasonal transition and in many timelines we celebrate the SOULstice in special and meaningful ways even as our 3D culture does not.

Energy Update: Full Moon TURNS UP Your Higher Frequency

Energy UPdate: These are some powerful full moon energies! Raphael and I both were woken up in the middle of the night by the moon shining right into our window, hovering over the trees in a very synchronistic way (captured in the pic below.) As we took in the codes together, I could feel the intensity, the turned on-ness, the vibrancy of the fully bright moon. Surrounded by darkness, She forced your attention to Her, beckoned you to turn your gaze Her way…was like an irresistible force that you couldn’t deny.

This feels like the energies offered by this moon and by the upcoming SOULstice on Friday too. An invitation to TURN UP your frequency to a higher setting. To TURN UP your heart to a richer broadband of vulnerability and intimacy transaction. To TURN UP your body to a deeper state of vital embodiment. To TURN UP your soul access to a more fluid sense of access to ALL the timelines your soul is living. To become like an irresistible force in your own life that draws the attention and love of others.

TURNING UP is also about recognizing when and why you are turning down or out or lower. What frequencies are you turning down to in order to vibe in and keep and settle? What relationships require you to protect your heart space, thus lowering your frequency into defensiveness? What activities and jobs/careers are draining your energy rather than enlivening it? What undigested emotional wounding and traumas are still lingering that tune your energy to fear rather than love? What unknown karmic patterns in your soul are playing out, over and over, that draw and cause current suffering states in your life?

The exploration of these questions becomes SO important during highly activating passageways such as what we are IN right now….and going to be IN until beyond the Lion’s Gateway on August 8th. Energy Update: Gaia/SOULar Wind Surges As Prep For Upcoming Activation Gateway

Energy UPdate: Energies are accumulating and accelerating as we move into what feels like a powerful gateway of activations in the next couple of months. A minor stream of solar wind is buffeting Earth’s magnetic field today, causing geomagnetic activity just below the level of a G1-class storm, according to spaceweather.com. SOULar wind speeds are hovering in the high 400 km/secs in the moment. Solar winds always offer the opportunity for heightened awakenings, veil lifting, and extrasensory perceiving (activating the clairs).

The Gaia/Schumann resonance has been spiking the last few days continuing into right now. There was a significant surge upwards yesterday, June 13th, for about seven hours. You may have felt a heightened sense of frequency shift, a buzz, a lift….and sometimes a full body tiredness can accompany these modulations too. I’ve been in nature the last few days connecting with ancient trees and ocean shorelines, just deeply immersing in Gaia…. which can really help to acclimate to the frequency surges. I’m noticing more tiredness, need for rest/pace, and body aches in doing this, as Gaia’s shifts move into every cell in a deeper way.

It feels like the SOULar winds and Gaia’s frequency waves are preparing us for a power pack of energy ‘events’ coming our way. There is a full moon in a few days offering (as it always does) illumination of WHATEVER needs to be seen and felt. Energy Update: Ascension Energies Offering Healing From Fear/Resistance/Self Doubt/Unworthiness

Energy UPdate: The energies ARE as they have been….constantly inviting us to go to our next levels. To feel where fear still lives. To feel where resistance still lives. To feel where self doubt and unworthiness still live.

The energies of the sun and its Sacred Masculine activations through SOULar geostorms and CMEs and Flares and Auroras rumbles through our inner magnetics and inner skies. It reveals the polarities inside and where parts of us have become polarized in fear….they are invited to return to love through CHOICES and ACTIONS. To move beyond the fear of change and the unknown to align with your highest timeline. To complete relationships that don’t let you SHINE your brightest light because the other person is too afraid of their own. To shift geographies to those that MOST support you to feel like your authentic self.

The energies of the moon, waxing and waning each month….going full and going new…..She is the glorious witness in our sky. Ever present and comforting, She invites the resistance to receive the attention that it MOST needs to move out of tension. Resistance is still fear, it is fear caught in on itself, looping in suffering, unable to unwind and breathe and trust and surrender to Divine love. The moon shows us that these contractions into resistance are natural, until we are able to birth out into our own soul’s courageous expression.

The energies of Gaia, with Her spikes and Her waves….She is constantly shifting her broadcast signal for US. She is honing us home, vibrating in such patterns and waves that we can swim along with her or we can resist them, it is always our choice. She is asking us to ground into self love and worthiness inside of vital bodies…..that comes NOT from outside of us, not from any outward validation that others provide, not from performance and being ‘perfect’ to others. Yet, from our own core, innate, golden feelings of I AM GOOD JUST AS I AM. Gaia reflects this natural beautiful essence in every leaf, branch, soil, mountain, and lake for us to be in awe until we realize that we are actually seeing ourselves and our own beauty.

These sources of LOVE and LIGHT energy are here to reflect our sacred humanity. They will be ongoingly and at an accelerating rate providing this reflection, activation and integration in the days/months/years to come. These energies become our NEW normal. These energies become the NEW water in the fish bowl for which we as sacred human fish swim. These energies BECOME who we are…..as we ongoingly surrender to our own awakening and re-emergence once again.

Energy UPdate: High Speed SOULar Winds Message – You Get To Choose!

Energy UPdate: We are still in a stream of high SOULar winds….wind speeds have been staying elevated in the low 500 km/sec range for the last two days. Many people experience tiredness, disorientation, and head/neck/shoulder pain during high SOULar winds. Yet, also, there is the opportunity of lifted veils, active dream states, timelines bleeding through, third eye openings and Kundalini awakenings.

It seemed to bring an amplified energy to EVERYTHING….whatever your everything is right now, whatever stage and phase you are moving through in your awakening.

A strong message came through yesterday in a session to a beautiful woman who is struggling with relationship misalignment and lack of resonance (as SO many awakening souls are right now.) with her long-term male partner. The message to her from her Higher Self was, “YOU get to choose. YOU get to choose what you will put your energy into. YOU get to choose how and to whom you will offer your soul gifts in exchange with..including your romantic partner. YOU get to choose who you will resonate with and who you will become intimate with.”

This message of personal choice feels SO important as especially long-term relationships of all kinds reboot and try to find new grounds of relating. You are not the same person you were when the relationship started….you have probably grown quantum leaps since then. If your partner or friends or birth family is not ALSO choosing this kind of growth rate, it is actually your CHOICE whether to continue to be in the relationship with them. This choice to complete the relationship often serves both sides, as the other person is very often suffering in self doubt, inadequacy, and turmoil from the feelings of ‘not keeping up’ with you. And you may be growing weary of trying to teach them and reach them and tugging on them.

I feel these SOULar energies support the sacred masculine within us to help us make these very difficult choices in relationships. This is beyond ‘boundary setting’ yet is actually about rebooting and regrounding the entire base root of our relationality with others from codependence based on mutual wounding patterns to interdependence based on resonance and self worth.
