Energy Update: Schumann Spike Wave For October 21, More Codes To Receive

Holy wow! Look at this spike wave in the Schumann Gaia frequency today! It has been lasting for several hours and is still ongoing. This graph is UTC timezone, so you can convert that to whatever yours is.

It’s interesting because the frequency has been quiet the last few days, yet I woke up with some head and neck pain. I checked the readings (one of my sources is here: https://www.disclosurenews.it/en/schumann-resonance-today-update/ and sure enough, it was spiking!

I could FEEL the codes coming in offering another wave of New Earth Now for our Gatekeeper aspects to integrate and let in as we are ready for them. As you relax into the downloading process, the more can be received and the less body reactions/pain/discomfort there is.

For me, it was holding session space today for a beautiful soul to feel her Inner Child, offering Mother Mary love and support…. and connecting to her Gatekeeper and his home frequency of Avian energies to allow more opening to star family connection. By the end of the session, ALL the discomfort in my head/neck was gone. Serving love brings in a higher frequency grounded in the heart which also seems to be KEY to receiving it.

Feel where any resistance may be in parts of you to let in the next phase of these energies and upgrades. Offering love to these aspects can open up lots more receiving!

Energy Update: G-1 Storm, Schumann UPdate, and Ascension Chakra Activation

After some days of more quiet energies (at least space weather and Gaia Schumann frequency wise)…things are ramping up more now again! There have been some waves of higher frequencies in Gaia’s broadcasting (you can see that below)..peaking at around 20 HZ. These almost feel like calibrations rather than the big peaks we were experiencing in the last few weeks.

You might not notice these fluctuations too much on your physical body or auric field, depending on how sensitive you are to these energies. If you are used to grounding into Gaia or doing grid work with Her, then you’d pick it up more subtly. You may feel this as a boost though….an overall ‘good feeling vibe’ that goes along with more integration of all those intense upgrades we were offered to the upper chakras recently.

There is also some geomagnetic activity although SOULar winds remain lower in the moment. “NOAA forecasters say there is a 60% chance of G1-class geomagnetic storms today, Oct. 19th when a stream of solar wind is expected to graze Earth’s magnetic field. The gaseous material is flowing from a northern hole in the sun’s atmosphere,” fromΒ spaceweather.com.As always with geomagnetic storms, you may feel dizziness/lightedheadness, shift in usual sleep patterns, head/neck/back pains, yet also increase in all ‘clair’ gift expressions too manifesting sometimes as ringing in the ears, increased visions/dreams, etc.

I wanted to mention something that I noticed in a galactic activation session that I did yesterday. As my client/facilitant and I checked in with her chakras, I felt how the upper three (the personal sun/stellar gateway, soul star, and causal) were all activated yet weren’t in steady flow down through her crown yet. I have come to feel/see these ascension chakras like tree branches above the ‘trunk’ of the main seven. Her trunk chakras were quite activated and connected to….yet the branches were either being blocked by her Protector/Gatekeeper (just out of uncertainty if she could ‘handle’ the upgrades) or just not very full and expanded.

She had been experiencing a lot of head/neck pain and tightness overall in her body with surges of energy too (as so many souls have been experiencing too!). Connecting to these chakras to allow more flow should help this. All sorts of codes/upgrades starting flowing into her field as we connected with these chakras and also as we negotiated with her Protector to let them in.

The personal sun is connected to personal receiving of these cosmic/universal frequencies. The soul star holds connection to your metasoul, other lifetimes, karma frequencies. The causal chakra connects to galactic activation, light languages, star family remembrance, etc.

Connecting to these chakras (in addition to your Gaia/Earth Chakra about two feel below your physical feed) helps to light up your 5D sacred human template…or your sacred human ‘tree’ we could call it. Visualizing your chakras as a tree can help with this too. I’ll be doing a guided meditation for this soon, yet here is one I have previously done with these chakras.

Accessing Your Lemurian/Atlantian Metasoul Aspects In The Now

Lemurian and Atlantis timelines are really coming through in the now to be felt and accessed! This is not β€˜past life’ energy at all, yet rather available and energizing NOW. This is not β€˜ancient past’ that happened many tens of thousands of years ago. It is in the present. It can be challenging for our minds to grasp this as we’ve been so conditioned toward linear time orientation in 3D culture. Our hearts and souls kNOW that this is true though….that it exists in the now…..the tears that shed and the energies that flow through when we access these timelines are powerful enough to provide ‘proof’’ of that.

Atlantean and Lemurian timelines can feel conceptual if you just read about them from others. Connecting to them yourself and to your Metasoul aspects (fragments from the same soul source) that are LIVING in them now as their reality can bring the experience of them into the visceral and real for you. β€œI’ve read about this a lot yet NOW it feels real to me.” I hear this often in sessions as we connect with these aspects in deeply emotional and moving/touching ways that are undeniable in the healing and transformation that they offer.

I am seeing in sessions that the bleed through of these and other timelines can create a β€˜twinning’ effect on your current reality. It is as if these timelines are sandwiched in with yours. This is beyond just an overlapping. What is happening to and with your Metasoul aspects in these other twinning timelines feels AS IF it is also happening to you. Your and their emotional realities are entwined too with much of their despair and pain flooding through to yours. In this, you really have no idea what is you and what is them. This can be very confusing and distressing at times since you may do so much healing work on your current timeline yet still experience pain and suffering without understanding the source of it.

There isn’t anything evil or negative in this twinning reality. It is a result of soul awakenings in our multidimensional consciousness. It is the thinning of the veils process that is happening during Ascension. What can be challenging is to figure out what is actually about you and your current timeline and what is from another one that you are twinning with.

We explore this in bridging and galactic activation sessions to create a separation from these timelines and connection with these Metasoul aspects. This allows you to be in gift exchange with these higher dimensional (often) aspects rather than in trauma/karma drama fusion together with them. This allows too for the completion of recapitulated karma patterns over and over again in multiple timelines playing out in your Metasoul.

Lemurian aspects offer us downloads of grounded Gaia connection, Unity consciousness IN the human body, and what our New Earth communities might look and feel like. Atlantean aspects offer us the opportunity to heal from shame/guilt about whatever our role was a soul is in the fall of Atlantis/Lemuria; higher vibrational soul gift expressions; and healing of patriarchal/hierarchal power structures. I kNOW this is the energies they offer through the many sessions I have done where souls have accessed these aspects of themselves with the same energies coming through each time. And, in my own process as well.

As you open UP to the multidimensional nature of your soul, you discover the gifts that are waiting. The WHYs and HOWs of your current life expand much beyond the present timeline context. You receive answers, clarities, and lifted memories that offer huge self empowerment as a reflection of your Divine nature!

Does Your Physical Geography Support Your Higher Vibrational Life?

It’s interesting to feel how physical geographies can activate us on a soul level. As our energy fields mingle with the morphogenic fields of the physical place, we form and shape shift to them. Because EVERYTHING Is energy, on an energetic level this is an automatic and natural process, happening over time, and we normalize it. It’s a survival strategy ultimately….the same one that parts of us (like our Inner Protector) take on to help us survive in 3D density.

It DOES matter where we live physically…where we walk, talk, sleep, meditate, gather, make love, shop, work. We are impacted by our physical environment in BIG ways related to our vibrational frequency levels and ongoing awakening process. Some environments support higher vibe level accessing and others do not. Those of us attuned to energies can feel this quite clearly and immediately.

It has been quite a process for me to surrender the last four years to being in a geography that, while naturally beautiful in many ways, didn’t feel resonant ultimately with my soul expression and energy field. I felt very guided to ‘exodus’ from Canada to Mexico four years ago (that was the energy of it). I felt pressed honestly to do it by the Divine, even without knowing much of anything about how to live off-grid and remotely. That experiment lasted 18 months before we moved into the city again. It was an intense growth crucible that shorn off many layers of conditioning and led to many awakenings, especially galactically and in my Metasoul.

I would not be who I am and where I am now in embodiment of my soul gifts, clarity of soul purpose, almost always feeling high vibrational energies….were it not for the crucible that has been offered by that geography shift four years ago. Now, though, as I take in an ‘easier’ and naturally higher vibe geography in beautiful Victoria, Canada…I can really feel the bubbling off I was doing of the denser energies around me.

I also immediately felt a Lemurian activation here in Victoria….as it feels like it was a split off from the Mu continent during the fall of Atlantis and Lemuria. I am starting to feel a new Metasoul sister aspect (a fragment from the same soul source as me) named Atta, who feels like what we would call ‘Native’. Just this morning, my husbandΒ RaphaelΒ and I were feeling a counterpart pairing in this with him connecting to Addam, a Lemurian Metasoul brother for him.

Lemurian energies are SO wonderful, like Heaven on Gaia, so connected and one with Gaia’s frequencies. It is such a joy to discover another one in my Metasoul. It feels like this activation is one of the reasons I was guided to come here. And I look forward to sharing these frequencies with you during Galactic Activation sessions and also sharing some guided meditations of Lemurian light language and energies soon.

This wouldn’t be possible to experience without the willingness to shift my geography recently and all of the shuffles and just plain WORK that it requires. If you are feeling the calling to shift your geography, follow that inspiration as it almost always promises to lead you to wonderful, new places inside of yourself too. And to experience activations in your soul that you couldn’t otherwise!

Energy Update: Moving Into Your Highest Timeline

Sweetest energies of your highest timeline are coming in to be received, downloaded, and let into your heart space! These downloads may come ‘in’ through your upper chakras first as inspired visions, vivid dreams, and grand ideas. Soul purpose clarities can flood through as you connect/merge with your star family, soul family, guides and Metasoul aspects from higher vibrational timelines. You start to remember as your veil is lifting WHY you came here and what you are to BE/DO here during this lifetime.

Then, the desire bakes in your heart as a fondness, a warmth that spreads through your whole BEing. You feel both excitement AND some anxiety as the passion mingles with trust…. pushing up any remaining distrust in parts of you to feel and love. You are invited by the Divine to surrender into this desire, letting it lead and alchemize in your life with less and less effort. This is how you kNOW that you are moving into your higher timeline because synchs, connections, and support come forward from all directions to assist you. It feels as if the heavens themselves are making it all happen WITH you.

I noticed that after some ‘quiet’ energy days, we are being offered more energy waves to support this shifting into our highest timelines too! The Schumann reading from the last couple of days shows a period of elevated frequency with a couple spike beyond 40 Hz at some points.

AND we are in an elevated SOULar winds phase again (in the upper 500’s km/sec) with a geomagnetic storm that came in the evening October 14th, according toΒ spaceweather.com.

As I flew over the United States and Mexico on my way here to Canada the other day, I felt the MAGIC of moving into your highest timeline as I am doing now. I could feel it in my BEing as a rightness, similar to falling in love yet at an even higher frequency. There really is an ease to everything as the details come together to serve the bigger picture.

It takes a focus, for sure, and sometimes some difficult choices of saying “no” to what doesn’t support the higher timeline. It takes a trust in the money continuing to flow, even if you aren’t sure from where. Sometimes it takes just pure physical work too, although the heart and soul experience this ‘work’ with joy! What better reason is there than LOVE to change your whole life around?

The bigger picture of serving love as you are connected to your soul purpose makes ALL of the effort worth it though as love brings more love and joy brings more joy!

Though some parts of me have needed to normalize being with you to be able to tone down the beauty and bounty a little, so as to not walk around with a weird grin in every moment, that weird grin really is there all the time.

I feel the magic in any moment that I’m wanting and willing to breathe it in deeply. It’s like escaping to a fantasy world, except that the fantasy is real, where all time feels like the first time, and strangely too, like the last time.

I was going to go find the poem I wrote for you before, but because you and I are both in such brand new phases right now, I wanted to write something that reflects our re-arising and reNEWing relationship, while honouring all of our phases together so far over the last few years and all of the challenges we have faced in ourselves and in our bond too.

I am truly, deeply honoured by your powerful presence in my life and the ongoing love and support you ripple out to me in many levels both subtle and obvious.

This year I feel β€œmama” as a different energy. You are my mother in the way that you guide, support, love and see me. You are kind to the parts of me that have yearned for love. You are real when it feels so hard to be so. You lead with so much integrity that I really feel seen through love’s eyes, not through a filter.

Energy Update: High SOULar Winds Lift Veils To Remember Your Soul Purpose

For three days in a row, we’ve been experiencing high SOULar winds….up to 600 km/sec when normal is around 250 to 300 km/sec. These winds blow in geomagnetic frequencies and PLASMA from a HUGE coronal canyon-sized hole on our sun’s surface. I’ve been following the growth of this ‘hole to make us whole’ (as I like to call it) for the last year and it feels like it is getting more and more charged UP and powerful. We’ve been in this stream for days so you may be feeling it on your nervous systems….wired AND tired, and still maybe pains in the head and neck area as we integrate the opening of our ascension chakras (as I shared about yesterday).

Although these winds and recent spikes in Gaia’s frequency CAN feel intense on the body/heart/chakra levels, they are meant for the raising of our consciousness. They are offered as a universal source of awakening to us ALL…..us all as Star seeds and Earth Angels and Way Showers. Every human soul has this capacity in their DNA to express in these forms (if it is the time for it and what they are here to BE).

The elitism in some spirituality can elevate this soul over that one, yet each one of us is an important spoke in the wheel, a fragment from Divine love source…..each of us has a sacred part to play in the grand awakening. Some of us have chosen to ‘go ahead’ and help navigate from there as we have specific soul gifts and experiences that help with this. That doesn’t make us better than others, yet rather on a different phase of the journey.

With all these energetic upgrades and activations, you may be receiving clarity about what YOUR role is in the great shift. You receive this from your Metasoul aspects in other timelines. You receive this from star family connection that lights up your Ascension/Galactic chakras and activates light languages, Unity Consciousness, reveals the BIGGER plan and dualistic experiment this all has all been. If you are still uncertain, confused, and even resistant to gaining this clarity, that may be your Inner Protector who is guarding you from that discovery out of fear for your safety and future potential hurts (that comes from past experiences of hurts and other timelines too.) Through connection with you, the Inner Protector shifts/awakens to the Gatekeeper of your Metasoul, offering a Divine love channel and opening to ALL timelines of your soul’s expression.

These energies are softening the defenses though and definitely thinning and dissolving the previously placed veils and even Star BEing technologies that kept things foggy. The veils of forgetfulness and amnesia are ready to lift if you (and parts of you) are READY for it. In this lifting you remember what you had chosen to forget and you truly MOVE into your service of love purpose here on Gaia!

Next Level Star Seed Activations Available Now

Star seed activations and upgrades are happening in response to these increasing surges of energy in Gaia’s frequency and currently a G-1 class geomagnetic SOULar storm! The last four days or so have brought us increasing vibrations from our home (this timeline anyway) Gaia’s broadcasting station, which I’ve been sharing about regularly. SOULar storms can increase polarities in Gaia’s atmosphere and ours too….allowing us to see, feel, and heal the polarizations that have played out from being in 3D reality versus the more porous frequencies our soul is used to. 10/10 through 11/11 offers a gateway/portal opening to these galactic frequencies too.

The upgrades recently are connected to our upper or Ascension chakras, specifically the Stellar Gateway or Personal Sun (as I call it), Soul Star, and Causal (back of head). These are chakras that fewer souls are aware of beyond the main seven. This upgrading causes the head and neck pains. These are similar to sleepy DNA strands that are now coming awake and into our awareness. Connecting with these consciously, cleaning and activating them, allows for light languages access, communion with your star family, and very importantly healing of Star seed abandonment wounding so that you can receive the supportive gifts of your star family. Connecting with them allows for a lifting of the veil so you can remember your galactic nature.

I feel that we are ALL Star seeds as humans here on Gaia….our DNA is a galactic soup of genes from many species from many planets. Revealing this mainstream will be an aspect of disclosure once it is felt ‘safe’ in terms of collective reaction. We are ALL hybrids in this way with some of us having more distinctive star being DNA/genes from others. Those of us with more star BEing DNA are being woken up ‘early’ to lead the way and help others adjust to the galactic awakening that NEEDS to happen as an important aspect of the Ascension process.

I am working a lot with the Star seed aspect lately in sessions. I have identified this part as holding the energy of feeling abandoned by star family, like they don’t ‘belong’ here on Gaia and with their birth families. The Star seed aspect can range in ages in every moment….from very young to older. The amount of visitations with star BEings that you signed up for (especially as a child) can lead sometimes to more trauma and even terror for the inner child related to connecting with star family (the inner child part is more anchored to 3D conditioning.)

If you have experienced full blown panic attacks in your life, it is most likely connected to visitation experiences that you didn’t know how to digest afterwards…this is what I am finding over and over in many sessions with people. Connecting with your Star seed aspect can help them to digest these traumas (esp the abandonment one) and hugely help to transform the panic and anxiety into trust, and depression and even suicidal thoughts/feelings into creative flow/soul gift expression and genuine joy in being alive.

The draw and pull to meet and connect with your Star Family is most likely increasing for you lately, as it is meant to. They will meet you ‘in the middle’ in whatever ways they can….showing up as animal guides and Angels is a common way. They will visit you most in dreams and in meditative states as there is no real need for visits in the physical, and most of them vibrate too high for our density here.

We SO need the support of our star families as we move forward in this Ascension. They provide the bigger picture for us, Divine love frequencies of trust and surrender, and connect us to our roots and coming home feelings. They can merge with us and give us tastes of Unity Consciousness. They actually help us BE HERE MORE in embodiment too as we accept ALL aspects of our multidimensional consciousness rather than reject any of it!

More Schumann/Gaia Spikes October 5-6: Are You Feeling Them?

More sustained periods of HIGHER frequency Gaia/Schumann resonance yesterday (October 5th) and today, October 6th…already!! As you can see from the graph, these spikes seem to come in around 14:00 or 2:00pm….I’m honestly not sure which timezone this particular graph is from as they measure from six different places in the world. Yet, the specific and exact timing seems to matter less as the vibration carries out in a non-linear way and you may feel it hours/days even weeks later.

As I am tuning into these fluctuations more and more in recent weeks (being guided to honestly, like Metatron has these graphs on a long scroll and is passing them in front of me to look at and study lol!)….I am feeling that this awakening activation works on a similar level as listening to high frequency music and sounds does on a regular basis. Raising our consciousness through the sustained offering of higher vibrational frequency, impacting our brain wave patterns…with Gaia being the broadcast center for it!

I’m finding that listening to high frequency/solfeggio tones/ASMR music is actually helping with the calibration and adjustment to these increasing frequencies. Sound bathing will very often relieve the physical aches and pains and especially ‘third eye’ headaches. It does feel like we are being calibrated to Gaia’s higher frequency as She also dips into and moves into 5D vibration. It feels like this is in preparation for ongoing disclosure and navigating the necessary rumbles going on in 3D to 4D timeline adjustments….politically especially. This rumbling transition pushes up denser emotions to be felt and processed: rage, shame, guilt.

Vibing in with Gaia happens as we raise our own frequencies too through emotional body healing, soul awakening, soul/star family connections, and physical vitality and health. Through connecting with ourselves and all parts of us too and caring compassionately about the reactions and feelings going on.

It feels SO clear that Gaia wants us to come along on this high vibe journey and adventure WITH Her!

Energy update: Another Schumann Spike Today October 4th

Another surge and spike up in Gaia’s frequency today, October 4th! A stretch of four hours as shown in the graph below, the bands of white stretching beyond 40 hz! There were some spikes yesterday too that you can see in the thinner bands below. I am feeling the impact on our energy bodies with these spikes…..and nervous systems, and even brain waves/activity. There can definitely be fatigue and tiredness yet, also, jolts and blots of increased focus, clarity, and passion!

There is a sense of leveling UP ongoingly in this now with these shifts and a universal offering sense of them. Similar to the SOULar winds that come flowing in from the ever growing coronal canyon in the sun’s surface with more geomagnetics coming from that on October 7-9.

Although I had not been tracking the Schumann resonance so closely before, it is now on my heart radar as another measurable to show the progressing Ascension process. And it can be useful to track your own experiences of energy ups and downs and ascension body symptoms connected to the waves.

I definitely get a nonlinear sense of these energies too, so you may not feel much of anything during them yet rather a delayed sensation in the days after. You may feel total bliss, openings, and goodness….or anxiety, low energy, out of it, and ungrounded. To each their own with these energies, I am fond of saying now as it leaves an opening for the sacredness of everyone’s journey and experience!

Respect and respond to what your body needs, what your energy body and chakras need, your emotional body too during these NEW calibrations to frequencies of energy we haven’t experienced before now!
