Energy Update: High SOULar winds have been flowing through the last couple of days….in the mid to high 500 km/sec and still blowing (usual is around 250 km/sec). Maybe you’ve been feeling them? They can make you feel restless and yet VERY sleepy too and out of it….an awkward combination at times. Like trying to drink a bunch of caffeine to counteract a bone level weariness. I also associate head/neck/shoulder pain with these winds, although elevated Schumann/Gaia resonance can cause that too.
“A G1-class geomagnetic storm erupted on Dec. 28th, sparking bright auroras around the Arctic Circle. This storm was caused not by sunspots, which have been absent for most of 2018, but rather by a hole in the sun’s atmosphere,” according to spaceweather.com.
You may also be experiencing some body detox symptoms coming through on the other side of the powerful, catalytic SOULstice gateway. This gateway SHOOK UP so many structures, configurations and ways of life. With this shake up, all bodies can be impacted: emotional, physical, chakral/energetic, social, mental. Body detox can show up as colds, flus, aches/pains, fevers as the old energies flush out to make room for the higher vibrational frequencies. I’ve been experiencing that and finding that salt baths (Himalayan and Epsom), essential oils, Oil of Oregano and other homeopathic immune system boosters are helping the energy flush out so it doesn’t manifest in a full blown flu.
The other super helpful practice during these energy waves is yoga and light stretching. I’ve been hearing from so many souls about the intensity of the gateway we just journeyed through….starting from the 12/12 opening through the SOULstice, Full Moon, and Christmas and finally seeming to settle down yesterday into more soothing, comforting and grounded frequencies again. THIS was a mega death-rebirth gateway, meant to illuminate whatever needed to complete and be let go of so that we could arise into our new forms in the new year.
Timelines seemed to collapse instantly during this gateway, bringing feelings of shock and awe and deep mourning. Some souls even chose to pass out of their bodies during this gateway, as the veils between worlds was lifted and the suffering of their physical and emotional bodies could no longer be tolerated consciously. Mediumship gifts were also amplified during this gateway, so loved ones in your soul field could connect with you deeply and profoundly, leading to more mourning and letting go on both sides.
Relationships especially just couldn’t seem to find traction to run on the old ground as the disconnected, toxic frequencies of their trailing edges were being heightened. I experienced this myself with Raphael during this gateway, which he has shared about too. It was as if the trailing edge of our ten year union became SO illuminated that we could no longer ignore, divert, or cover over it with the very real love transaction that we have together. We had to confront it, let go of the previous bond through separating our daily living reality, and see what (if anything) remained of the bond afterwards.
This was one of the most intense crucibles that I have been through and certainly that we have been through as a couple. So many tears of grief, mourning, and reconciling of hurt/owning my side too as I let go of the old ground that held both leading and trailing energies. I felt so held with love and trust during this process though…..through support from this amazing community (especially spaceholding with Kalayna), connection with Divine Mother and Divine Father, and through connecting with parts of myself in a very deep way. Feeling and prioritizing my inner sacred union between my feminine aspects and masculine, turning their attention back toward each other was so touching for me and supported my teachings about our sacred unions within needing to be the overflow to our sacred unions with others.
Raphael and I landed in the bliss mess of our inner worlds again, reconciling both shadow and light. We are finding now that surrendering to this process is bringing new love frequencies to an arising possibility of our next phase of sacred union together….that will definitely be different from our old union. The old grounds just can’t be inhabited anymore or energized as there doesn’t seem to be any support for them.
These kinds of death-rebirth cycles are in order to prepare for the New….New Gaia, New Sacred Unions based in self love health and not codependency…New Everything. Our highest timelines are vibrating strongly now and the Divine is moving us through whatever is necessary to get us ready to BEcome them in 2019.
I feel the Divine acknowledging that THIS was a tough and challenging gateway with so much appreciation and admiration for ALL of our courage and bravery to heal our hearts/souls, to choose the higher timelines, and to continue to BEcome love in our human bodies.
I am appreciating to be on the ‘other side’ of this one, enjoying the new heart and soul spaces that are opening out, and trusting wherever love wants to take me next….

BIG peak energy wave in the Gaia/Schumann resonance over the last 24 hours, preceded by more activity prior to that! Over 100HZ and off the scale! Has been settling down the last five hours or so yet this happened when a lot of us in the Western Hemisphere were sleeping. This is a good time to receive these UPward codes, while unconscious and less blocked/layered over. You may find that you just crashed deep during this wave and had wild dreams….dreams that make some sense when you connect them to current themes moving through your life.
This big spike comes as the full moon energies from the longest full moon/night of the year are still resonating and swirling around us. THAT is A LOT of Divine Feminine support. Everything is heightened right now. Under the rays of the longest full moon illumination of the entire year, everything gets ramped UP. Especially the shadow….that which is ready to be seen and felt and embraced….finally….can reveal itself. The veils lift on this-life configurations and relationships. We can then see/feel/know whatever we need to accept and face in order to move on.
More sense of other lifetimes/timelines bleeds through during these powerful lunar stages too, which is also being amplified by the SOULstice and 12/12 gateway. Aspects/fragments from your same soul source (what I call the Metasoul) are not just now haunting you in dreams, visions, and through being drawn to certain movies and books. They are really being available to be felt and known. Their feeling realities may be flooding into yours, bringing despair, tension, trauma, anxiety, etc. You can drop into their timelines and form a relationship with them too, starting the inner connection journey, through working with your Inner Protector/Gatekeeper to open up the portals.

Those aspects in the deepest soul shadows are often connected to being the persecutor of others, the blind follower, the tyrannical and narcissistic leader. These are the themes that we all seem to ‘try on’ to see what happens. There are not just those prone to being narcissistic and those who are their victims as empaths. We choose these energies specifically to grow and learn from them….and choose also to experience BOTH sides of this dynamic. The charged energy against narcissists is often sourced from an inability to accept and integrate your OWN shadow that has these same frequencies. You drew these energies to you from others in order to SEE the mirror of them in yourself. The polarization between narcissists and empaths is another frequency that is ripe for healing in the heart of your own self acceptance and self forgiveness.
How we enabled, how we have shrunk, how we conformed to relationships is ALL being illuminated by these Divine Mother Lunar energies. She is there in ALL Her forms to provide support. There is courage available in these energies with Her. Courage for your masculine to take the right action that supports the heart and soul. There is also vulnerability available in these energies. Being vulnerable with your feminine clears the fear out of the courage and moves it from fighting/battling to healthy advocating.
Everything is heightened right now so be extra self loving and aware about what energies you take in and what you engage with. That can be challenging during a holiday season that (on the 3D level) conditions you to just ‘accept’ whatever dynamics are around you and even plunge into family ones that you don’t normal engage with. Make space for going INward, feeling and BEing with parts of yourself, and holding them through the stages/phases/waves of mourning, advocating, clarity/confusion and whatever else needs to come up.
This feels like a ‘final’ purge and clearing out to set up the higher timeline realities of 2019…truly a year that can be the manifestation of New Earth now in ever deepening ways!

Intense unsettled feelings….unrest and uneasiness coming up. These are being catalyzed by the 12/12 to 12/22 SOULstice gateway, which feels to be a powerful one. The schumann/Gaia resonance and SOULar winds are spiking right now, along with a comet that came very close to Gaia yesterday. These energies are contributing to the feelings of uneasiness that may already BE in your emotional body. They are often the Inner Protector, who wants to maintain ‘control’ over life in some way and is struggling to trust the Ascension process. Struggling to trust your soul. Struggling to trust YOU as a growing 4D/5D energy.
This can go deeper too….and is for many souls. The deeper feelings that are emerging out of the previous shadow lands of self and soul can be suicidal, crazy making, and deep despair too. These can be SO challenging to hold space for as life itself feels untrustworthy….existence itself, and the Divine and Star Family feel VERY distant or not real.
I feel this SOULstice gateway is also pushing up this deeper layer of feelings as well. Feeling so often like not wanting to be here, in 3D, in this density, stems from your Star Seed child…..who never felt like they belonged here anyway. They feel disconnected from star family with the necessary veil of amnesia coming in so that they cannot remember the visits with them during your lifetime. Or, they ‘remember’ them as traumatic and fearful abduction experiences that remain undigested. Until you can connect with them directly (if your Protector allows it), their feelings of abandonment, loneliness, unworthiness…. can run very deep.
Also, the Protector/Gatekeeper can feel just ‘done’ with the whole process of Awakening….as challenging as it can be in moments to move from SUCH density of 3D polarized reality into the more porous frequencies of soul. Feeling the despairs/frustrations/exhaustion of this parts of you helps them feel supported, starting to collaborate with you, brings in new energy and focus on the ‘mission’ of awakening.

There can be an over focusing on the detoxification of the physical body as connected to these energies….yet I feel them mostly working on the emotional body level (as connected to our soul field too.) The body symptoms are so often manifestations of this deeper trauma that needs to be felt.
So much love is available from the Divine Feminine energies of Mother during this gateway, including a full moon on December 22, to provide a holding and support for all this feeling.

How do you summarize an entire YEAR of dynamic and catalytic energies in one writing? I feel to just write from my heart as I feel into what 2018 has offered us in terms of cosmic, galactic, Gaia, and overall Ascension energies. I immediately see that there are distinct ways/means that these energies have been delivered to us. I would like to go over each of them and what I have noticed in general and how they seem to impact us on the physical/emotional/chakral levels as that seems like a good way to summarize what we’ve experienced in 2018.
SOULAR ACTIVITY – Our sun provides important sacred masculine ACTivations to us that offer a boost and healing to our healthy masculine energies of clarity, right action, and service of love. Healing of the wounded masculine is an important aspect of Ascension, for both women and men. The Great Cosmic Sun is the ‘upline’ for these codes, which are then delivered through our sun and downloaded into our Personal Sun chakra, which is about two feet above our heads. Sun codes are the most accessible, universal, and able to be received on a collective level by ALL souls, to whatever degree they can let them in.
We are in a solar minimum phase (very low sunspot activity), so it hasn’t been about solar flares and Coronal Mass Ejections (CMEs), although we have had a few of those. The main downloads and activations have come through high speed SOULar winds (up to 700 km/sec at times) as energy streams in from ever growing coronal ‘holes to make use whole’ on the sun’s service. These winds are becoming MUCH more common, often sparking beautiful and vibrant auroras in the higher altitudes. The Auroras ALSO contain important activations as a bridge of the cosmic to the physical, whether taken in etherically or in person.
Rather than being afraid of UV exposure and the sun, we are remembering now how vital a resource it is for us and our consciousness expansion. Letting in sun codes is actually food for our light body, especially at sun rise and sun set. The sun will be an increasing source of awakening as we proceed forward in the Ascension process, with many people feeling that a significant SOULar flare or CME energy wave (often felt as a ‘rainbow wave’) will be the ‘event’ that moves us ALL up to a higher consciousness level at once. I am seeing it more as a gradual process, let in by each soul at their own rate and pace. No question though that the sun is shifting and changing as a planetary consciousness and is a major source of awakening energies for us.
Common experiences with SOULar activations are of tiredness, along with more dense feelings of 3D as it gets pushed up to be felt and released. High speed winds can also create an off balance feeling as the geomagnetics increase, putting us ‘off center’. Emotions of irritation, rage, distrust, and anxiety can be triggered by the sacred masculine SOULar activations too as the wounded masculine flushes up and out to be felt and healed. Sometimes, too, the winds can lead to the thinning of veils between timelines and more multidimensional access/timelines bleeding through.
Assistance in letting in the SOULar energies comes from connection with your inner masculine in order to receive and let in the sacred masculine activations from the sun. You can do that through identification of your Inner Protector and other masculine energies, creating an inner sacred union, bringing feminine and masculine energies into balance. It also helps to activate and clean your Personal Sun chakra in order to flow the sun codes into and through your field.

Gaia/Schumann Resonance Frequency – Until the last few years, the resonance frequency of our planet Gaia hovered around 7.83 HZ. It is now common for Gaia’s frequency (measured as Schumann waves) to come in at 40 HZ and even spike up to 80 HZ at times! These spikes in Gaia’s resonance seem to correlate to the rise in humanity’s overall consciousness frequency and brain wave activity as well. I have been guided, especially in the second half of 2018, to track and share about the Schumann resonance as many sensitive souls are keyed into and impacted by these waves and spikes.
Common experiences with an elevated Gaia frequency are feeling ungrounded, here but NOT here, multidimensional openings, timeline bleed throughs, and suspended and missing time. Head, neck and shoulder pain is also common with elevated Gaia resonance, which seems to trigger activation of the causal chakra at the back of the head and galactic consciousness activation (sun codes can do this as well). I have been offered by my guides that Inner Earth activities and technologies are impacting the Gaia resonance frequency, created the ‘earth ringing like a bell’ phenom on 11/11, and the increase in often unexplainable seismic activity as well. I feel a sense of trust that these things are being done to raise the collective consciousness, which so needs the support and help to continue to move out of 3D density conditioning and anchoring.
Assistance with letting in the elevated Gaia codes comes from grounding the energies into your chakras, starting at the Personal Sun chakra and moving all the way down to the root system Gaia chakra. Important also is emotional body healing, purging, and releasing of trauma from both this-life and other lifetimes. Trauma creates a fear-based density that makes it more difficult for parts of you to receive Ascension energy upgrades, in general.
Here is a guided meditation to activate and integrate Ascension energies:
Gateways and Portals; Solstices and Equinoxes, such as 5/5, 8/8, 11/11 and 12/12 – Even though linear time is not ‘real’ in a higher dimensional sense, our human consciousness places a meaning on repeating number sequences. These numbers contain waveforms that activate our consciousness, providing often very needed upgrades and activations. Our Star Families also align to these gateways as well, providing a galactic and cosmic connection to activate our sleepy star BEing DNA, pineal and pituitary glands, and 5D anchored (and higher) light bodies.
Each of these gateways offers specific energies and codes JUST for you, based on what your current phase of Ascension is and what your Higher Self and Star Family feel that you most need. Lion’s Gate on 8/8 seems the most potent one, with a strong feeling of Ascension Christmas on that day and the days surrounding and following it. The solstices and equinoxes also offer waves of activations connected to the seasonal energies of Gaia and the collective consciousness as well.
Experiences of these gateways, equinoxes/solstices can vary depending on which one and what you are meant to receive from them. There is often a sense of receiving soul-based clarities, higher timeline experiences and visions, and easier access to soul gifts. They can also provide a purging opportunity for your light body with necessary detox and cleansing happening.
Assistance in letting in the energies during these gateways is to connect with the codes directly through meditation. Ask your guides/Higher Self/ Metasoul Aspects to provide you with what YOU most need during these gateways. Be open, surrendered, and trusting in the receiving….also feeling whatever fears and resistances come up connected to whatever part of you is feeling it.

Lunar activity – Full moons, new moons, and lunar eclipses – To counterbalance all this SOULar sacred masculine activity is the steady and reliable phases of the moon offering Divine Feminine frequencies of receiving, letting in, digestion, and integration of ALL these activations. These energies also illuminate what is in shadow within your emotional body/subconscious and Metasoul field as well.
Full moons offer an amplification of these Divine Feminine energies. This can lead to an intensification of especially the death phase of death/rebirth. Completions and letting go (especially of relationships) are served by and catalyzed by full moons. Supermoons, in which the moon is closest to Gaia’s orbit, amplify these energies even more.
Lunar and solar eclipses are powerful ‘events’ that offer unification of collective consciousness. As so many souls tune into them (especially total solar or lunar eclipses), the field of unity consciousness expands and is able to receive more of the codes being offered. Each eclipse seems to offer its own energy frequency that you can tune into and many awakening souls feel them as a ‘marker’ for next level phases of growth, awakening, and change in their journeys.

The methods of delivery may be distinctive, yet the overall purpose of these energies is universal. The purpose is to raise our consciousness frequency, to further the process of Ascension, to move out of 3D fear-based timelines and into higher ones. Even if these energies push up uncomfortable and even painful things for you on the physical and emotional levels, they ARE meant for the greater good, both individually and collectively. Even just tapping into this trust in the intention of them can help with the navigation and integration of them.

Energy Update: HIGH Soular winds the last few days….beyond 600 km/sec at some points when ‘normal’ is 300 and lower. There is a kind of magnetic matching going on with these winds so that they are not creating the usual geomagnetic storms.
Here’s more according to spaceweather.com, “For the third day in a row, Earth is inside a stream of fast-moving solar wind. Inside the stream, wind speeds are topping 600 km/s–yet there have been no geomagnetic storms. Why not? There’s a mismatch: Magnetic fields inside the solar wind stream are pointing North, the same direction as Earth’s magnetic field. “North” versus “North” prevents the type of magnetic link-up that leads to storming. “
This match in magnetics may actually be illuminating a mismatch inside of you and where polarities exist from one part of you to another. An example of a mismatch inside is when part of you may be stuck in a masculine suppressing/judging/guarding while another part of you (more feminine) aches for intimacy, vulnerability, and magic. This is often an Inner Punisher and an Inner Child dynamic that we feel in our process through helping you get to know BOTH energies and loving them back into balance again. It can be very challenging to BE in balance and experience your outer life in balance while inner polarities and wars are going on.
It feels like these current energies actually SUPPORT the experience of being in more alignment and what it’s like when inner north matches up with inner north. An interesting process to feel into as 2018 completes and powerful energies of completion, digestion, and NEW bridges to your higher timelines expressing in 2019 are possible.
Also, with high SOULar winds, there can be a feeling of consciousness dip more into 3D leading to tiredness, irritability, just sense of more density around you. Illuminating the 3D anchoring still going on inside and WHY…especially as connected to relationships of all kinds.
Matching and BEing in balance of energies INside and from other timelines is the opportunity we are gifted as this Ascension/Awakening process continues.
Energy Update: The energy from a CME (coronal mass ejection from the sun) is IN Gaia’s atmosphere’s today December 5th. CMEs are rare right now during this solar minimum phase, as sunspots are pretty much non-existent. This one was created by a filament of magnetism erupting from the sun’s surface rather than from a sunspot, according to spaceweather.com. There is a 45% chance of geomagnetic storms and vibrant auroras connected to this CME too as it jostles Gaia’s magnetic fields.
The CME’s energy feels a bit different from the now becoming usual high speed SOULar winds and geomagnetic storms created from a flow of energy from large coronal holes on the sun’s surface. The CME has the feeling of penetrating rather than just washing over us. Rather than in waves, it is more about a BURST of higher dimensional frequency. It can pierce in a focused way if connected to consciously. It contains a STRONG amount of energy all at once.
The originating source for our sun is the Great Cosmic Sun. Our personal upload/download flow to this source is our Personal Sun Chakra (as I call it), which is about two feet above your head/crown chakra.
You can connect to this chakra in meditation and ask the codes to download from the CME. It will probably feel like a warm (even hot) energy shower……bringing surges/tingles/ripples of energy through your body from your Personal Sun, down your Chakral spinal column, to the deeply rooted chakras connected to Mother Gaia. Feeling similar to Kundalini surges, yet more sacred masculine energy than Divine Feminine….wonderful for activation and clarities.
This CME may be a precursor to what so many have called, “The Event”, in which a large CME and/or SOULar flare emission from our sun is expected to bring enlightenment and awakening to many souls all at once. I still feel ascension as more of a gradual process, as has been offered to me by the Divine Mother. We are being offered much needed frequency boosts and surges in moments from cosmic sources and Gaia Herself. Yet, it is being drip lined into us, so that we can let it in over time and phases, calibrate and acclimate to it….rather than receive it in one ‘grand, sweeping moment in time’. This also acknowledges our free will and sovereign choices around the rate/pace of our own awakening individually and collectively.
Certainly though lately the energies have been amping UP and UP leading to possibilities of near instant manifestation, missing/extended time, and much easier access to other timelines/lifetimes. The veils between dimensions is thinner than ever. Negotiation with your Inner Protector/Gatekeeper can help with accessing/integrating these codes and energies….gives the physical body a much needed rest as well with less emotional resistance going on.

We are now IN the SOULar wind stream….bringing in accelerated wind speeds and heightened geomagnetic frequencies. Wind speed is and has been close to 500 km/sec (‘Normal’ is around 250 to 300.) This is a powerful stream as the larger canyon-sized coronal hole to make us whole is facing us in the moment. It’s producing really bright and vibrant auroras in the higher elevations, as you can see in the image I shared.
I am now like a person who can feel an ache in their joints when it is going to rain…I can FEEL tension in my head and neck when the geomagnetic frequencies are higher. This is both a blessing (an easy barometer) and a bit of a literal pain for awhile. Stretching via yoga, selenite cleansing, salt baths…. all seem to help move this tension out. Head/neck/shoulder pain is common with these energies too as those of us sensitive to energies can feel the ramping up.
More geomagnetics seem to increase emotional tensions too….the irritability, impatience….even moving into full on rage and outbursts. It’s as if the setting on your emotional reactions is turned UP and parts of you may respond with whatever needs to come up and out. Rage is suppressed passionate truth telling and often needs the outlet of being expressed and heard by you. These energies offer that opportunity.
I am digesting with my Star Family and Inner Earth guides the bigger picture of what is going on with the spikes in Gaia’s frequency waves, Gaia’s inner earth ‘ringing like a bell’ recently on 11/11, unexplainable seismic activity, increasing geomagnetic activity….all seeming to lead up to a magnetic pole shift possibility. This is not so much about finding specific answers and timelines/dates for all this, yet feeling how it is ALL held with love to bring about a much larger scale collective awakening and ascension! I’ll be sharing more soon what I am downloading about this….

INteresting updates from spaceweather.com on some SOULar winds, geostorms, and even a flare/CME that released yesterday (coronal mass ejection, which is rare in this solar minimum phase). The Great Cosmic sacred masculine is getting IN on the action, responding to Gaia’s recent pulses from deep in Inner Earth too.
From spaceweather.com, “Yesterday, Nov. 30th, a filament of magnetism in the sun’s southern hemisphere erupted, hurling a CME into space. NOAA analysts say the expanding cloud has an Earth-directed component. The slow-moving CME could deliver a glancing blow to our planet’s magnetic field on Dec. 5th, possibly sparking polar geomagnetic storms.”
And, “NOAA forecasters say there is a 70% chance of minor G1-class geomagnetic storms on Dec. 1st and 2nd when a stream of solar wind is expected to hit Earth’s magnetic field. The gaseous material is flowing from a wide hole in the sun’s atmosphere. This is a “coronal hole”–a place where the sun’s magnetic field opens up and allows solar wind to escape. We’ve seen this coronal hole before. It opened in June and, since then, it has been spinning around with the sun, lashing Earth with solar wind about once a month. The last time it happened on Nov. 4th.”
THIS feels like a boost of next level support to move into our higher timelines as this year called 2018 completes and 2019 begins. You may be experiencing your own completions and begins in your life, in relationships, in geographies, in careers….it’s a shifting, churning, and even burning time. Ash in the air as I’ve called it….while the confetti reigns down too. Soon it will be more confetti than ash as MORE and more souls choose their souls, their higher timelines….as they choose LOVE!
As always with high SOULar frequencies, be self loving and check in with your energy levels, your chakras, and how overall integration is going on for you.
