Energy Update!! The energies leading up to the Winter Solstice/Conjunction have been intense…some of the strongest that I have felt before! In this video, I share an energy update with my sense of the energies going on as we head into the Winter Solstice and Conjunction of Jupiter/Saturn event on Monday, December 21st. I describe how you may be experiencing these energies on emotional/physical/chakral levels as they are ‘preparing’ you to move into a New Age for Humanity’s Ascension.
There is a sense of masculine energies moving from wounded expression into sacred masculine expression collectively and within our inner masculine through a forgiveness process. Energy Update: My attention is being turned toward the cosmic in the last couple of days, which I haven’t been tracking as much in the last months due to so much going on in my own soul family activation process since coming to Avalon and what has been happening collectively in current events as well. This draw toward the galactic usually signals there may be more activity going on, including a next round of activations and upgrades through the usual sources.
There are most likely some strong solar flares coming as an ‘awakening boost’ for humanity’s consciousness as we currently go through the deepest densities of the disclosure process. These may be provided by AR2786–the biggest sunspot in years! This sunspot is now forming light bridges that are bright fissures ~15,000 km long, about as wide as Earth (pictured). These light bridges may be preparing to erupt into solar flares as they are highly explosive or they may disintegrate, according to spaceweather.com.
It feels like cosmic support is coming too in the upcoming full moon lunar eclipse happening on Monday, November 30th and the subsequent total solar eclipse on December 14, 2020. An eclipse window is usually a powerful time of clarities, galactic consciousness openings, and revelation of our next timeline manifestations. Both eclipses won’t be visible to very many of us physically, yet can be tuned into virtually to experience a powerful download!
I can already feel the energies building toward the winter solstice as well, December 21, 2020, with a sense of anticipation/importance about this date growing in the Ascension community. This winter solstice offers a powerful conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn, which happens once every 20 years. I’ll be feeling into this winter solstice event more with my guides around what it specifically offers us in terms of our ongoing embodiment of our Divine Self process during Ascension. These cosmic activities feel like they can be a huge support right now during this dynamic and catalytic time! Parts of you may be feeling quite a range of emotions during all the ups and downs post-Election and with Covid restrictions/lockdowns becoming more intense again. There can be moments of huge excitement about FINALLY things being revealed and more souls waking up from the Matrix of mainstream conditioned reality. And, then, frustration at the controls being put even tighter in place as a ‘last gasp/last stand fight’ by these Matrix/Cabal energies. There can be hopelessness and even despair connected to that as well, that you may be feeling as a collective empath that have been vibrating within humanity’s collective emotional body since the fall of Atlantis/Matrix takeover.
Hold space for yourself as first priority….feeling what support and loving heart response parts of you need as navigation (not to transcend yet rather to FEEL it ALL). These cosmic sources from ‘outside’ also provide DNA and code activations from inside that allow access to a bigger perspective. Connect to the quantum field of Unity Consciousness within yourself as a new ‘anchor’ rather than 3D polarized reality.

Energy Update: Now the sun wants to get in on the action of upgrading as well, along with the Schumann/Gaia resonance regular spike fluctuations and the start of the 2020 Crop Circle season with two amazing formations offered to us recently!
Yesterday, there was a flurry of solar flares released from the sun, which is very unusual right now in the middle of the deepest solar minimum period of the Space Age where sunspots are usually non-existent.
“One of them, an M1-class explosion, was the strongest flare in nearly 3 years. The source of the activity is now turning toward Earth as it rotates into view over the sun’s northeastern limb. The sunspot might already be decaying. If so, the flares will subside just as the region turns toward Earth, and the quiet of Solar Minimum will resume,” according to spaceweather.com.
The strongest flare in three years coming in this NOW is not too surprising given the global awakening event we are currently experiencing with Covid. The sun’s activations are downloaded from the Great Cosmic Sun and provide Divine Masculine frequencies to support the healing of the wounded masculine/patriarchal expression that has dominated humanity and our culture for so long.
The 3D/4D Matrix disclosure and collapse process is reaching a fiery peaking of contention with diverging timelines really being exposed now. Energies of solar activations can help with the awakening and opening up of the inner masculine to receive Divine Feminine compassion, forgiveness, and acceptance that is needed to resolve these divergences. It is challenging to feel the violence and fear that have been exposed these last months, yet, it is also what is real about 3D life here on Earth. It needs to be exposed in order to be healed.

Energy Update: Reboots ongoing as we move into completion of only the first month of this catalytic 2020 year! These reboots seem to be allowing for ‘offline’ moments of access beyond the control Matrix at 3D and Lower 4D levels to those soul aspects/fragments of us that are ready to unplug. I wrote and shared about the rebooting of the Lower 4D/AI Matrix as connected to our Reptilian selves and the mutual liberation available for those that were ready to heal and release from the programming here and here.
This reboot seems to bring up head/neck/shoulder/jaw pain and discomfort as the causal chakra (radiating from the back of the head/upper spine area) comes ‘online’ and awakens then encounters the plugs and helmets, etc. that are still plugged in on the 4D level to the Matrix. People have shared with me many positive, inspiring, and surprising experiences as they connected to and unplugged their Reptilian Aspect through this teaching and guided meditation, which creates a bridge of compassionate love and ambassadorship to this energy within your soul who often needs it most and is usually bleeding through the strongest through to your body/life experience:
The other layer of rebooting going on is related to the wounded masculine/patriarchal frequencies of the 3D/Lower 4D Matrices. This rebooting is pushing up densities of trauma to be felt and loved on the physical/emotional/energy body levels. You may be feeling this is in sudden and strong waves of outrage, hurt/mourning/grief, and desire to speak your long suppressed truth ‘to’ the patriarchy rumpling from your soul. The densities moving through the body can particularly impact the womb space area for women, shifting and intensifying or delaying our menstrual cycles and hormone levels, and blocking sexual desire flow with distrust of the masculine.
Felt from the soul higher level, the dominance and prevalence of the patriarchal energies since the fall of Atlantis/Lemuria has been a key element of keeping the Matrix in place. Suppression of the Divine Feminine and the powerfully catalytic and passionate energies of feminine intuition, heart-based feeling, and unity consciousness awareness that She brings forth has been needed for us to immerse more deeply into this 3D experiment into the more polarized frequencies of our separation choice from the Divine.
Yet, as so many of us have felt for years now, it is time for the Divine Feminine to arise again! It is time for Her energies to soothe, comfort, and offer forgiveness to the wounded masculine and show and remind him of the necessary role that he played in the bigger picture. In the heart of the Divine Mother, he is and has always been forgiven. Receiving this love allows the masculine to remember who they are in their bigness, their strength, and, most especially, in their kindness.
The Divine Feminine within us can arise as we connect lovingly and compassionately to our own wounded masculine within….in the form of our Inner Protector, Inner Punisher, even our Inner Mothers can hold this energy of wounded masculine as a legacy and family line passed down to them. Resting and holding space for parts of you can help in the transition during these reboots. Minimizing taking in 3D density if possible such as choosing high frequency foods as fuel or even fasting; limiting social interactions; not pushing work or to-dos; spending time alone in meditation and in nature. What is the next ‘edge’ of your growth that you’re standing on, looking at, feeling into, right now?
Now that July is more than halfway over, looking back on it I can feel how not just for me, but for those I’ve been serving or interacting with, there have been many new growth edge invitations presented to each of us. Some of these invitations have come in the form of wakeup calls and other times they’ve been much softer. In either case, ongoing invitations into change and deeper healing abound.
The opportunity is always there to just keep feeling what those next steps are. As the fears come up you have the power to empower yourself by feeling the parts of you that are afraid. You also have the power to feel your courage rise even WITH the fear, as your desires continue to awaken and move you into the new.
For me… I’ve had some new life steps to take and it’s been very emotional for parts of me that have been ‘quite fine’ with the comfortable and in some ways have even avoided or tried to bury their own desires for the new and unknown. Just yesterday I managed to manifest (very quickly) another job that, while 3D in nature and focus in many ways, also is lighting parts of me up with possibilities and a new focus for service other than directly holding space for others.
I feel some fears arising in parts of me yet I also feel how being out in the world more in this way will help me be a beacon to those I come across in a way that isn’t solely virtual. I get to meet people during every shift… and while I’m no stranger to the challenges of anything to do with customer service in any form, I also feel how each person I interact with becomes another opportunity to feel who I am now and my own next growth and healing steps.
The alchemy and creativity that life wants to offer you can only truly be let in it seems, through being willing to take chances and feel into opportunities as they present themselves. This doesn’t mean you don’t get to also say ‘no’ to what’s offered, yet it does mean that each choice you are willing to make even to say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ does truly fuel your currently unfolding life phase.

I’ve been hearing from so many souls about the intensity of the gateway we just journeyed through….starting from the 12/12 opening through the SOULstice, Full Moon, and Christmas and finally seeming to settle down yesterday into more soothing, comforting and grounded frequencies again. THIS was a mega death-rebirth gateway, meant to illuminate whatever needed to complete and be let go of so that we could arise into our new forms in the new year.
Timelines seemed to collapse instantly during this gateway, bringing feelings of shock and awe and deep mourning. Some souls even chose to pass out of their bodies during this gateway, as the veils between worlds was lifted and the suffering of their physical and emotional bodies could no longer be tolerated consciously. Mediumship gifts were also amplified during this gateway, so loved ones in your soul field could connect with you deeply and profoundly, leading to more mourning and letting go on both sides.
Relationships especially just couldn’t seem to find traction to run on the old ground as the disconnected, toxic frequencies of their trailing edges were being heightened. I experienced this myself with Raphael during this gateway, which he has shared about too. It was as if the trailing edge of our ten year union became SO illuminated that we could no longer ignore, divert, or cover over it with the very real love transaction that we have together. We had to confront it, let go of the previous bond through separating our daily living reality, and see what (if anything) remained of the bond afterwards.
This was one of the most intense crucibles that I have been through and certainly that we have been through as a couple. So many tears of grief, mourning, and reconciling of hurt/owning my side too as I let go of the old ground that held both leading and trailing energies. I felt so held with love and trust during this process though…..through support from this amazing community (especially spaceholding with Kalayna), connection with Divine Mother and Divine Father, and through connecting with parts of myself in a very deep way. Feeling and prioritizing my inner sacred union between my feminine aspects and masculine, turning their attention back toward each other was so touching for me and supported my teachings about our sacred unions within needing to be the overflow to our sacred unions with others.
Raphael and I landed in the bliss mess of our inner worlds again, reconciling both shadow and light. We are finding now that surrendering to this process is bringing new love frequencies to an arising possibility of our next phase of sacred union together….that will definitely be different from our old union. The old grounds just can’t be inhabited anymore or energized as there doesn’t seem to be any support for them.
These kinds of death-rebirth cycles are in order to prepare for the New….New Gaia, New Sacred Unions based in self love health and not codependency…New Everything. Our highest timelines are vibrating strongly now and the Divine is moving us through whatever is necessary to get us ready to BEcome them in 2019.
I feel the Divine acknowledging that THIS was a tough and challenging gateway with so much appreciation and admiration for ALL of our courage and bravery to heal our hearts/souls, to choose the higher timelines, and to continue to BEcome love in our human bodies.
I am appreciating to be on the ‘other side’ of this one, enjoying the new heart and soul spaces that are opening out, and trusting wherever love wants to take me next….

There is a sun spot that is growing in size and increasing into SOULar flare activity too the last couple of days. I’m sharing about it as you may be sensitive to flares and the sudden energies they bring into Gaia and our atmospheres. “During the past 24 hours, sunspot AR2715 has almost quadrupled in size, growing two dark cores larger than Earth. The active region is now crackling with low-level solar flares ,” from spaceweather.com.
Feels Divinely timed for this sunspot with the SOUlstice gateway bridging into Lion’s Gate on 8/8…esp. since it is a ‘solar minimum’ phase ‘usually’ for sunspots/flares. There is no ‘usual’, however, during this amplifying, accelerating, and fast tracking Ascension phase where waves of SOULar energy have been coming and so many of us sense many more are on their way.
The extra influxes of SOULar energies ARE needed as a boost for those of us already on this path…and as a wake up for the many souls that have signed up to awaken this life. Such a universal way to deliver these upgrades/activations/codes through the source of LIFE for us on Gaia.

All the love waves coming in from Ascension energies really want to show you is where you aren’t loving yourself or being kind to yourself and your parts… especially the ones in shadow.
All the body reactions, all the resistance to change, all the emotional up and down-swings… all of the thick soupy-ness of your non-resonant relationships… all of this is being shown to you by LOVE itself as a powerful mirror with an equally powerful challenge to start taking the steps to experience your life AS love, starting from within you!
Abuses from inside of you that are reflected outside of you are highlighted so you can feel your need for love and the love you aren’t actually moving inside of you or between you and others. This is a big thing too and can be subtle at first until you realize what’s going on and find the courage to see it, to feel it, and then to make some changes.
You can’t escape the love pouring into you from all sides through these energies, and especially during these times of immense SOULar activity and activations. With every wave comes bliss and joy potential and with every drop of love-water, out must come the not-love-oil stored within, not so blissy or joyful to feel, but always leading you to more love for you and your parts if the readiness is ripe enough to take the journey.

HIGH Schumann resonance since early this morning of April 23rd! This is Gaia’s vibrational frequency….which used to hover around 7.8 HZ and is now been going UP in spikes reaching even 50s (I believe, maybe higher too) for the last year. It feels to me like this is the actual ‘proof’ of Gaia’s continual ascension out of 3D frequency and into 4D and beyond. Conscious states have vibrational frequency. This is why listening to high vibrational music UPS your frequency, alters your consciousness, and connects you to higher dimensional BEings too.
I feel this sweet sense that this resonance spike is also in response to ALL of the love and attention that Gaia received yesterday during the Earth Day celebrations. All that love raised her UP……as love always does!
You may be impacted by the increasing Gaia frequency in different ways. It can create this elevation of mood, energy, sense of bliss and joy. It can also require some acclimation and bring on a feeling of being ‘ungrounded.’ This makes sense as Gaia is the frequency, our home frequency, that we tune into and ‘ground’ to. Her raising UP might be disorientating until we get more used to it.
Going inward and asking to connect with Gaia’s current frequency can help with this calibration. You can also connect to Her ever evolving vibration through the grounding cord that extends from your base chakra to deep into Inner Earth/Gaia. There is also a Gaia chakra about two feet below your feet that you can activate and visualize swirling and being cleared with white light. Doing this can synch you up more with Her again in a way that also raises your personal frequency too. And helps with the collective integration too!
Gaia is yin energy ultimately and all about INtegration. It feels like Her frequencies are increasing too to assist us with the integration of ALL those SOULar activations that we received last week from the SOUlar winds, geomagnetic storms, and shockwave too. THAT was a lot of upgrading and activating to come into all of our bodies and especially it felt like our chakras….moving them into the formation of what I am seeing as three chakra vortexs: personal sun, higher heart, and Gaia.
