Sacral Chakra: Divine Self Embodiment Video Series W/Raphael & Jelelle Awen

The sacral chakra is like an engine, powering our creativity, our aliveness, our sexuality, our emotions, our inspiration. So much energy moves through this chakra and the womb/hara space that holds it…enough energy to birth ideas, creations, and entire worlds. Our sacral chakras can become ‘full’ with other people’s energies, fears, projections, resistances, and 3D programs/conditionings…even their passions rather than our own can occupy this space which then block and suppress, flatlines, our life source vitality.

In this video, Raphael and I are playing our 432 HZ tuned crystal sound bowls and especially the sacral chakra (D Note). The meditation that comes through us invites you to open your sacral chakra through the womb area for women and the hara area for men/women to connect with the Divine Mother’s womb and Divine Father’s hara/power center.

An invitation to feel ALL of your desires, sensuality/sexuality, emotions, and creative alchemy being conceived, released, and received with Divine in surrender, trust, and flow. And, to feel your upgraded sacral chakra providing ongoing support and transmission.

We tune into our Divine Self embodiment and Divine Union codes for sexuality, creativity, desire and transmit through light language and toning/singing together in healing harmonies.

And we recode together, we affirm together: I am Divine desire. I am Divine sexuality. I am Divine creativity.

This is the second video in the Divine Self Embodiment Chakra video series, where we offer a recoding/upgrade transmission for each 3D Body/Energy Field chakra to 5D frequencies of light body. This provides a templating for each chakra to upgrade, yet also activates on a cellular level the imprinting of the light body. Our Root Chakra at the base of our spine offers a deep connected feeling to Gaia, a sense of being grounded and totally secure. Parts of you can feel chaotic, tense, insecure, and anxious when your root chakra is blocked. The anxiety stems from a lack of trust that life is secure and all your basic survival needs will be answered, usually coming from an experience of not being cared for and connected to in childhood. This can also be existential, where your spirit and soul energy are struggling to fully come into and trust expressing through your body, resisting incarnation in some way.

In this video, we are playing our 432 HZ tuned crystal sound bowls and especially the root chakra bowl that activates/clears/opens your Root chakra (C Note). The meditation that comes through invites you to chord into the center of Gaia and feel ALL of your basic, survival needs being met by and with the Divine in surrender, trust, and flow And, to feel your upgraded root chakra providing ongoing support and transmission.

Raphael and Jelelle also tune into their primordial aspects that are deeply connected to Inner Earth and galactic seeding of Earth/Founders as well…who we call OmMa and OmPa. We transmit that energy through light language and toning.

And we recode together, we affirm together: I am Divine surrender. I am Divine trust.

All Seven Chakras: Chakra Meditation And Sound Healing Series

Per request, this video is a compilation of all eight videos that I recorded in my daily Chakra Meditation & Sound Healing series last week. The 1hr 20 minute video includes a sound transmission from a 432HZ tuned bowl with a specific resonant note playing that corresponds to each chakra: the root chakra, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown.

In the final part of the video, we tune into all of your chakras as I’m playing all the sound bowls that activates/clears/opens all of your chakras. This video would be great to play as you are falling asleep as well, just letting the codes come through as you drift into theta/delta states.

Root To Crown Opening: Chakra Meditation And Sound Healing Series

As I share this final video in the series, I can feel how I have been changed by it, by showing up each day to journey into the Divine retuning/recoding of these precious energy centers. I’ve been connecting to and working with the chakras for many years now, yet I feel like they arose anew for me by feeling them/seeing them as the Divine does. So much love for both the capacity that they can express and also for the densities/blocks/plugs they may still contain!

I can feel how you may be drawn to one particular video and chakra for a time….and then moving organically onto another depending on what phase you are going through. Or perhaps listening to all of them at once, which we will offer a video soon for that.

I’m grateful for the Divine inspiration that guided me to offer this series and for the inspirations that come in the future that serve love within me and with you as we embody our I AM on all levels.

NEW Arcturian Healing Chamber Guided Meditation Video w/Music | Binkh & Jelelle Awen

The Arcturians are our friendly neighbours and star family who are in a high dimensional frequency offering multidimensional healing frequencies to humanity during this time of our great awakening. Me and my Arcturian aspect Binkh provide a bridge in this guided meditation for you to connect with the healing chamber that is waiting for you! You also meet your Arcturian guide/aspect who offers messages/visions for you to take in.

The Arcturian healing chambers are available any time that you need the energetic/sound/light support for emotional, spiritual, chakral, mental, and physical healing. They also offer detox from toxicities/densities and upgrades and galactic activation codes. It was so sweet to see as I was guiding this meditation that the Arcturians are standing by the ’empty’ chambers waiting for their human counterparts to join them!

I do recommend giving dedicated time to this with earphones and laying down. You will most likely fall asleep at some point (as the conscious mind ‘shuts off’ to let the unconscious mind be recoded), so it’s good to be in a comfortable position when you listen to it.

Crystal Singing Bowls Chakra Clearing Sound Meditation W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

Chakra Clearing/Activation With 432 HZ Crystal Singing Bowls –

So excited to share this! My first meditation and activation with my new 432 HZ tuned, chakra, crystal singing bowls recorded early this morning (that’s why it is dim in the video)! I just got them yesterday yet my Metasoul is being activated and the understanding and remembering of them is coming through already from other timelines (especially Atlantis and Lemuria) with help from my Arcturian aspects too.

My dog Koda sweetly joins me in the background, grounding in the energies in his unique way. He hasn’t left my side since I started playing them and seems very soothed by the sounds, even falling asleep during this video!

The healing frequencies of these sounds moves beyond the mind so I encourage you to close your eyes and go within as you listen to them. They work on physical, spiritual/chakral, mental, and emotional levels. I start the video with setting an intention of transmitting compassion, self healing and self love through my heart to yours. You can set and hold in your heart your own intention for what you’d like to receive from and with the bowls.

I then go through striking each of them three times to activate them and ‘wake them up’. Then I go through each tone as it relates to the chakras, starting with the upper chakras (personal sun, soul star, and crown); then the third eye/forehead/pineal gland; then the throat and causal (back of the head) chakras; then the higher heart chakra; the solar plexus; the sacral; and finally the root.

Tune into each chakra as the tones are being played to align your frequency with this ‘pure’ one. You might notice a sense of dissonance as you do this as the chakras come into more balance.

I then blend different tones together by playing the bowls at the same time….feeling where I am guided to go. Bringing it back to the ‘root’ over and over to allow for grounding.
