We have been experiencing blessed momentum into the New since January 1st..the codes of this 2024 year offering Reunion and Unity within, with the Divine, with beloved mates/counterparts, within our community and expanding out to those in our field and in proximity. I’ve been offered over and over by the Divine that THIS is a year where so much of what we have seeded with SoulFullHeart comes into harvest.

I’m experiencing this richness and depth, this Divinely endowed gift, in every moment of this ‘month’ already, amazed that only three weeks have passed as each day opens up new places to expand into on the leading edge of my being, inviting any trailing edge resistances, fears, and doubts to shift into being held with love. All of it seems to dissolve again and again into the heart of Divine Mother, embraced, felt, and transmuted.

I feel like an even more open field of love consciousness beyond what is known as ego, in response to love as it is called ‘service’ and yet it is more like just me in my essence of embodying Her heart and light more.

Sessions are even deeper initiations into the source of whatever energies/parts/aspects need attention and love, including the Divine Self. I feel honored to be fuller in this response to service than I have in a few years, humbled by what is able to move as these brave women open up their hearts and souls for collaboration, discoveries, transmutation, and healing together.

And Raphael and I are sharing this love source field in surrogacies with our beloveds Kasha, Raianna and Bianca here all month as well, with the timeline of our fivesome merkabah completing soon when two beloved souls join us here starting next month. Kasha was with us for three days for a light mycelium/mushroom journey (more to share soon what that has offered us!)….opening us all up to take in more deeply a Mother Mary shrine at the nearby Mont’Alto Sanctuary (a mountain vortex with a history of Mother Mary visitations/mysterious appearance of her statue and then disappearance). I feel it has even more powerful and grounded heart chakra/Divine Feminine tones than the Tor in Glastonbury and we’ve been blessed to live in the aura of it for over two years.

Captured in the video below is our raw, devotional movements, moments, tones, and words while each lighting a candle for Her, tears of joy letting in Mother’s love, sharing Her message, and receiving Her grace as individuals and as a couple.

And we were sharing this love source field during the beautiful women’s virtual circle that we had on Sunday night. Kasha and I explored the healing journey of the Daughter within us and I offered a framing that came through of this process….inspired by my own and women I’ve served.

There is the necessary phase of individuation and maturation from birth mother for which parts work is so helpful to navigate. Then the phase of lifting the veil on the karmic field with your Gatekeeper, that opens up for you with soul aspects from multiple timelines as you lean into Divine Mother AS her daughter…She lights the way out of the darkness and helps free your soul from the false God/Light traps and loops. There is then the ongoing arising into embodiment of Divine Mother, a humbling experience yet can only be truly claimed by self love and worthiness to receive it and become it. And this is a cycle that repeats itself with different phases and stages ongoingly.

Kasha and I also flowed through a sound healing and meditation journey to connect with your Inner Daughter as related to your birth mother…then a higher frequency bridge transmission to Divine Mother came through me with messages from her reflecting your worth and Her unconditional love and support.

Seventh Year Anniversary Of Group Calls & 2024 Intentions Group Call 1/7

Our first group call together teaching, leading a guided meditation and responding to participant sharings was SEVEN years ago now. I remember feeling so nervous before it, like a stage fright feeling, and then it just dissolved into the service of love space that always seems to open up.

We were in our simple and (often) quite noisy in the background apartment in Mexico back then…..so grateful that it went well and that people actually showed up. We even had to provide instructions on how to download Zoom because people were barely using it then! And, I used to script and write out our guided meditation before hand and we would read them during the call!

And, now, several years and hundreds of group calls later with hundreds of participants from ALL over the world covering a WIDE ranch of topics/transmissions/parts-soul aspects, we are feeling a maturation and deepening of our service together in this form of gathering community online for two hours. We are more spontaneous, freed up beyond needing to teach much mentally, and more engaged with just responding to what comes from others in the moment. And it is all in flow with the moment and barely stretched out at all, the addition of the crystal bowls has opened up the space even more beyond the mental.

We experienced this last night during our 2024 transmissions group call, the first for this new year. Everyone who attended had come to previous calls and/or is in ongoing sessions with me or Raphael, so that deepened the SoulFullHeart energy transmission (although those new to us and the process are welcome to attend/purchase the recording).

We asked everyone to share in the chat what their intentions for 2024 are in terms of the Divine Self BEING essence that they want to embody more of. And then, what their life looks like to support that essence (such as geography, relationships/including counterpart/Divine union mateship, service/livelihood, etc.)

The responses were so rich, eloquent, and resonant for all. Raphael and I then shared our intentions for this year (as a couple and individually) to be received and land in the group energy….to be in more seat of embodied service, to grow SoulFullHeart esp in offering to men, to expand out our bond and sexuality!

We then played our crystal bowls and offered a meditation/transmission to connect to the 2024 portal as a bridge to this Divine self essence embodiment intention. Healing harmonies flowed out of us as well, along with light language.

We then had sharings from some on the call on video and in the chat. Big celebration check in with our current SoulFullHeart new (in this phase anyway) couple Raianna Shai and Jasper Meadows as he plans to join us in community next month!

The sacral chakra is like an engine, powering our creativity, our aliveness, our sexuality, our emotions, our inspiration. So much energy moves through this chakra and the womb/hara space that holds it…enough energy to birth ideas, creations, and entire worlds. Our sacral chakras can become β€˜full’ with other people’s energies, fears, projections, resistances, and 3D programs/conditionings…even their passions rather than our own can occupy this space which then block and suppress, flatlines, our life source vitality.

In this video, Raphael and I are playing our 432 HZ tuned crystal sound bowls and especially the sacral chakra (D Note). The meditation that comes through us invites you to open your sacral chakra through the womb area for women and the hara area for men/women to connect with the Divine Mother’s womb and Divine Father’s hara/power center.

An invitation to feel ALL of your desires, sensuality/sexuality, emotions, and creative alchemy being conceived, released, and received with Divine in surrender, trust, and flow. And, to feel your upgraded sacral chakra providing ongoing support and transmission.

Root Chakra: Divine Self Embodiment Video Series W/Raphael & Jelelle Awen

Our Root Chakra at the base of our spine offers a deep connected feeling to Gaia, a sense of being grounded and totally secure. Parts of you can feel chaotic, tense, insecure, and anxious when your root chakra is blocked. The anxiety stems from a lack of trust that life is secure and all your basic survival needs will be answered, usually coming from an experience of not being cared for and connected to in childhood. This can also be existential, where your spirit and soul energy are struggling to fully come into and trust expressing through your body, resisting incarnation in some way.

In this video, we are playing our 432 HZ tuned crystal sound bowls and especially the root chakra bowl that activates/clears/opens your Root chakra (C Note). Arising Into The Seat Of Your Own Healing Abilities & No Longer Outsourcing Your Healing To Others

One thing I am seeing more as my service gets fuller lately and I receive referrals from other healers (which I am VERY grateful for!) is an upgrade happening/needed in how we approach and relate with energies/parts/aspects. The old paradigm is to see things in good vs. evil, light vs. dark, spiritual warfare consciousness in which you (or healers) are fighting things that seem to be attacking you. In my experience, ANY energy that we try to fight will defend itself and just lock down harder. Its survival instinct kicking in.

What these energies/parts/aspects that can feel so dark, heavy and painful REALLY want is to be loved, to feel your curiosity, to receive a bridge that allows them to express what often are very important messages, information, and processes they have to offer you.

The repeated attempts to have ‘someone else clear your field of negative energy’ or ‘give you upgrades/remove implants/etc.’ probably won’t work anymore as you are meant to step into and arise into the seat of your OWN healing capacities. While you are outsourcing your own access in this way to someone else, you can’t respond in enough soul bigness for these ‘negative’ energies to actually respect you and lean in.

Many love ambassador souls are being activated right now, as you are deeply needed during this Matrix collapse/dark force interference completion point. In this activation, there can be a ‘moth to the flame’ experience of these energies/parts/aspects in increasing intensity. This has probably been the case since you were a child and your inner child holds that intensity of experience usually in some amount of trauma.

You are here to seed light in the darkness (as true in many lifetimes), and it can be easy to get lost in the darkness too with 3D density and matrix hijacked reality. Parts of you start feeling like they ARE the darkness (fusing to it), rather than here to serve love WITH it.

So many souls are at a tipping point to truly anchoring up and out of the karmic/false light/false god field as their access point to higher consciousness, yet still being a bridge to it…and into the higher dimensional 5D metasoul field which is ‘above’ it and vibrates in love, not fear.

Rather than feel overwhelmed by these energies/parts/aspects that have been polarized to darker frequencies (in order to grow and to learn), I feel curious, my heart opens up wide with Divine love and I can assist you to feel the same way, no matter the intensity of experience you have had with them (if you are truly ready and meant at the soul level to make this shift). I also assist you to separate from these energies/parts/aspects so that you can have a relationship with them rather than just be ‘dropped into’ their suffering (very important for aspects from other lifetimes/timelines).

I don’t see people in terms of what they suffer from…so not as victims in that way who need me to save them or ‘help them clear something that they can’t’. Yet rather in terms of what their capacity is on their leading edge of being to provide their own healing. I see you as the Divine sees you and help you see/feel/relate with yourself (and ALL parts of you) that way too. As the Divine has offered to all parts of me too!

This doesn’t invalidate the very real experience of suffering loops of pain/heaviness/fear that many parts/aspects are in right now and some for many years. It truly hurts my heart sometimes to feel what esp. deeply gifted and empathic women have signed up to endure this life, often without any support or reflection of their bigness.

We can validate the parts who are afraid and why, tuck them into your heart, and also bridge as a Divine self to the energies who most need it.

I am here to assist with this soul turn, to provide a support/mentoring/model ongoingly for those in my soul family who need it and a mirror of your Divine Self/Love ambassador essence to come in so that you can embody it more. I trust that we signed up to be in this together, in energetic exchange, and often important karmic clearings occur for me as I am always growing and learning too.

It is about putting down the swords, and opening our hearts to bridge to all that wants to be seen and felt with love. Illuminate, rather than fight. Feeling compassion, rather than fear.

12:12 Portal Offering Dynamic Access To Parts/Soul Aspects & Body Upgrades

It is SUCH a dynamic time in relationships with others and within as we enter the 12:12 portal energies of unification and healing separation! Lots of access to feel these separations, fear stuck places and karmic binds. I’m experiencing a vast range of places to go of discovery in the emotional body, soul field and physical body/light body upgrades.

I’ve been honored to hold space with women in a fuller way in sessions lately, and also to be in ongoing connection with Raphael to our Pairbond Source Field, collaboration on our (what is now feeling like) a three book series sharing our sacred union journey together (pic below is us in our daily conversation/check in together with our cats Ravyn and Leo), and we’ve been hosting/facilitating our daughter Raianna the last few days as well.

These are some themes/places/parts dynamics that have come up recently in sessions that I’d like to share here as it can helpful for resonance and inspiration:

– Focused bonding and ongoing connection/differentiation with parts of the self/soul aspects really offers such a powerful way to digest traumas/triggers/reactions and negotiate life choices, creating a centered Divine Self that can hold and respond to self and others. Relationships, esp those with heartbreak/betrayal/non-resonance tones and false twin flame, are providing a rich ground of exploration into these parts of self such as the Inner teenager, Inner protector/Punisher, Inner Mother or Fierce Feminine/Inner Kali, Inner son/daughter and the dynamics between them that are being mirrored there.

– The Gatekeeper, as the keeper of the veils/guardian of the all the soul’s timelines, is going through a time of increased sense of loneliness and isolation, tiredness of being alone in it all and wanting to experience being a bridge to the Divine again rather than lost in the False God frequencies. I’m seeing them coming forward to be felt and seen, wanting to upgrade out of the old programs of the karmic field and into the Metasoul Field (higher level unity consciousness.) and soul family.

– Shame pockets that are kept in place by ongoing Punisher/shame looping (often about the two most triggering areas of money and sexuality) are coming up to be felt, offered love, compassion and forgiveness. Feeling the part that is doing the punishing/judging and the part that is receiving the shame allows this to resolve and come out of hiding.

– Orion aspects are coming through right now, to heal the will-based/warrior energies that these Earth seeders have been trapped in with the Matrix hijack. These aspects feel very ancient, shamanic, and have deep, primordial wisdoms to share. I’ve been connecting to mine the last few weeks and in a session too.

– 3D body detoxes/purges/clearings are needed now as light body upgrades come in. Detox includes from toxic foods, C and the V shots, hormonal imbalances, somatic/body storing of trauma, and more. Fasting, urotherapy, juicing, super food plant supplements, yoga/body movement, grounding with Gaia, and sound healing help detox the 3D body and support the light body.

There’s much more I could elaborate on with all of these so let me know if you have questions about any of them and I can share additional resources from our SoulFullHeart library and other places as well. I am finding there is such a wide range of things coming up as this Ascension process goes on and awakening occurs on deepening levels for so many souls!

The overall coding is to BE a love presence, without judgement, as a bridge to any parts of you and soul aspects who are needing you….so many gifts open out from this connection!

Journeying To The Counterpart Pairbond In Sacred Union/Twin Flame

My beloved Raphael and I have been journeying lately to our Counterpart Pairbond source field together and separately as well, asking for guidance/messages/support for deepening in our bond together and in service expression. An angelic guide Ariel came to us recently, who is the gatekeeper and bridge to our Pairbond, the original source of our masculine/feminine entwinement and separation.

We both see our Pairbond as separated from the torso upwards and yet entwined still at the lower half, wrapping like snakes around each other, like the energies of Kundalini, the dragon ley lines of the Tor (or sort of like the painting below by Lorraine Sadler). The two upper halves are undulating around each other, coming into union again and then dividing again, over and over in an infinite loop.

The Pairbond source field seems to be the dimension above the soul family monad groups and ‘under’ the Archangels. It is where the first split off of individuation happens for us as souls, where masculine and feminine expressions divide into two separate halves.

Separating out of the pairbond is the masculine half then incarnating into so many timelines/lifetimes and the feminine half incarnating as well. This separation is a source of deep, deep wounding for us. The masculine feeling inadequate to truly provide for the feminine that has helped create his new form yet aching to be ‘free’. The feminine feeling rejected by the masculine’s need for independence and yet compelled to respond to it.

I believe this is what people are tuning into when they name someone as a ‘twin flame’, yet they tend to be too literal about it, mislabeling karmic soul mates as counterparts (who actually prepare you for the counterpart), and use it to justify all means of codependent behaviors in toxic relationships. The counterpart pairbond is actually a much more subtle division that when we are reunited in the physical invites us into healthy, mature relating that is both deeply committed and unattached/surrendered at the same time.

Life change can happen suddenly and abruptly in counterpart reunion as everything that doesn’t serve the bond falls away. All transaction of the bond in terms of nourishment levels, timing to be together, purpose of coming together, etc. is surrendered to the Divine ultimately and not about ego gratification or attainment. Connecting to the Pairbond brings up deep feelings of humility and gratitude, over and over again inviting you to heal with compassion for yourself and your counterpart whatever gets in the way of its loving transaction.

Sometimes there is reunion between the counterparts in a specific lifetime; sometimes there are many reunions in different lifetimes, configurations, roles, relationships, etc. (and even switching gender expressions) in order to work out karmic patterns/clearings.

Ariel offered that EVERY soul has a counterpart at the pairbond source field level. It’s just the way the Divine wanted to play with polarities and dualities when It started to be curious about that. More counterparts are in reunion this lifetime than before in a “Matrix/3D anchored” lifetime as there is so much possibility now for healing, for reconnecting, and for service to the Divine. Counterpart reunion frequencies are also needed right now to assist humanity’s ascension out of 3D and into 5D.

Raphael and I both feel a deep validation and appreciation for our ongoing reunion this life through connecting with our Pairbond source field. And, a renewed desire for creative expression together. We’ve been guided to write the story of our sacred union journey, going back to 18 years ago when we first met, sharing about the three years before we finally got together, and our experiences during 15 years of marriage.

The book will be written from both of our perspectives, channeling the parts of us who were going through whatever phase they were then. We would love to release and publish the book on our 15th wedding anniversary, March 28th, 2024.

Writing this together is a way to celebrate the ongoing bliss mess reunion that we get to be in this life, after so many lifetimes of hiding, pining, dying, and suffering over each other. So many lifetimes of experiencing the separation between us with seemingly no hope of being together.

Inner Masculine & Inner Feminine Dynamics

He can be critical….but really, he doesn’t mean to be. He can be frustrated…but that is from so long not being heard and recognized. He can feel like a ‘task master’, but he doesn’t want to punish, yet rather to keep life on track. He can feel overly protective and distrustful, but what he really wants is to ensure that the tender parts of you are not hurt and harmed again.

What he wants, this inner masculine within, is to be honored for ALL that he has done to block negative energies, to buffer the chaos of birth family/the Matrix/dark forces. He wants to be forgiven for the times that he could not protect you from hurts, from lessons, and from traumas that you were meant to experience on a soul level. He wants collaboration with your maturing feminine essence, to feel like her beloved partner and truest soul mate. To feel like you truly need him.

She can be critical too….but really, she doesn’t intend to be. She can be immature and reactive, but what she needs is to be felt in all that she has been through with an open and curious heart space. She can be lost in her dreams and in her romantic ideals and in her fantasies, but she REALLY wants is to be met and matched by him, their deepest ethereal love grounded in daily reality.

What she really wants, this inner feminine, is to respond to his masculine leadership with openness. She wants to feel desired, cherished, appreciated, seen, respected…for the FULL range of her expression from her truth telling passionate Queen, the death/rebirth alchemical capacities of her Creatrix, the tender compassionate nurturing of her Inner Mother, and the deep primordial wisdom of her Inner Crone.

As a Divinely loved space is held for both of them by your Divine Self, your inner masculine starts showing up in his most attractive and attentive form. And your inner feminine in her most responsive and collaborative. They can go from being in charged polarity to each other (often in completely different ‘compartmentalized realities’ within you) to being in flow, in collaboration, in connection, and in negotiation.

This inner masculine and inner feminine dynamic is the one that I have felt and seen so many times over the years in myself and in others in sessions too. As this dynamic becomes conscious and the inner feminine and inner masculine are connected to and felt by you and in sessions, the sense of inner peace, inner goodness, resolution of suffering loops, healing of trauma/karmic cycles, draw to more nourishing relationships, etc. truly is profound.

The Divine holds the space for this exploration of sacred union within, which allows an overflow of a transactable and nourishing sacred union in a relationship with your counterpart mate too. So much of this inner dynamic plays out in relationships as well, and remaining unresolved, leads to codependence, suffering, emotional/physical abuse, blocked intimacy, and more.

I experience now with Raphael, my beloved mate of many years, that he is ‘my masculine’ and I am ‘his feminine’ after many years of working with these energies and parts within us. This allows for a healthy and deep transaction together that also opens up much compassion and harmony between us. It allows for a true reunion of masculine and feminine after what had been split apart at the higher levels.

Your inner masculine holds the ‘codes’ for the experience of sacred union with a mate as does your inner feminine. Now is the time to activate those codes, water those codes, and love those codes from within you to experience in a deepening way yourself as Infinite Love in a human body.

A common question that comes up in intros with me for those interested in 1:1 sessions is, “Does working with parts of the self and soul aspects cause even more fragmentation?”

It’s a reasonable question that I find is usually coming from the Inner Protector part, who can be resistant to opening up access to the parts and eventually the soul field. The resistance comes from them usually feeling overwhelmed from the reality of fragmentation ALREADY within us. They are often tired from the vigilance of protecting from perceived and ongoing threats, from trying to prevent any more harms and hurts to the younger parts of you, and also from feeling like there may not be enough YOU there (as a Divine Self) to hold what would come up and out of these parts and soul aspects if allowed space to express.

We are already living in a fragmented reality, first out of the Divine and then out of our soul family monads and eventually fragmenting out of our own individuated soul source (which we call the Metasoul) into so many different soul aspects/timelines/lifetimes. And in 3D, we are born into a fragmented reality, and the fragmentation in parts of our self and personality is a result and reflection of this.

We don’t create the fragmentation in our SoulFullHeart work, we acknowledge it and relate with it. We name it, get to know it and work it in. We cry together, we laugh together, we are challenged together and we heal together.

Eventually, through the process of engaging in group calls and sessions, the fragmented reality of the 3D self comes into more integration and wholeness as each part just naturally moves into more of their leading edge expression and out of wounding, hurt, lower dense frequencies of trauma anchoring (usually kept there by the Inner Protector’s overprotection and projection of wounding/immaturity onto them!)

As the 3D self truly unanchors from this traumatized reality then the Gatekeeper (the soul’s protector) can open up access to the lower 4D karmic field (where the traumatized soul patterns live out over and over) and eventually your consciousness becomes anchored into the 5D Metasoul field, where these patterns are resolved and healed.

All of this leads to more and more feelings of WHOLENESS, even as you are being with these parts of yours and soul aspects in dialogue, in heart space holding, in shared tears together. I have experienced this myself so many times over the years…that truly being with and feeling a part of myself or soul aspect allows for more return to my centered self.

In SoulFullHeart sessions, we create a safe, compassionate and curious space to allow the reality, feelings, truth, and voice of these parts to come out….and we start FIRST with the Inner Protector who gets to share about what their resistance to accessing the parts/soul aspects, although also they are VERY ready to rest as well. I as the facilitator asks them questions and draw their energies out from you….and you feel your Divine Self able to respond to them and other parts of you too, for perhaps the first time being separate from them. Your Divine Self becomes much more clear and present to you as well in your energy, as the bridge to them eventually becomes the essence that you embody.

There are def. some people who are not stable enough inside to go on this deeper dive into the parts/soul aspect reality so, for them, the process could be destabilizing. They usually aren’t guided to reach out to us in that case, finding other ways and means of healing. And this is also why we check in with the Inner Protector to make sure that there is a readiness of stability within for this.

Yet, if you are drawn to what I am describing here, then you have probably created enough base of center, enough Divine Self essence access, that your Inner Protector/Gatekeeper feel you ARE ready for this next step and upgrade for yourself and soul.

As I am doing more intros and sessions with souls new to the process lately, this is really reawakened my heart to the goodness of this SoulFullHeart way of being with the self and soul. It is MY way too of responding and living and being in relationship with Raphael all these years too. I am happy to share this with my soul family who are drawn as well.

I am seeing that some souls who have been long awakening this life (and have often done so much work, wow!) are really ready for a tipping over into deeper expression of their soul purpose expression, soul family/mate reunion experiences, moving beyond scarcity/stuckness/lack/body pains…and into goodness, abundance of love, nourishing relationships and more.

It is really is time to move out of trauma being the growth ground and goodness being the way of experiencing life (while still growing in response to it!)
