Energy Update: High Speed SOULar Winds Invite Need To Breathe & Rest

Energy Update: This is the second day that Gaia is within a stream of high speed SOULar winds, up close to 550 km/sec in the moment. “Earth is entering a stream of solar wind flowing from a sprawling hole in the sun’s atmosphere. First contact with the gaseous material on Nov. 20th produced an outburst of auroras over Scandinavia. NOAA forecasters say there is a chance of G1-class geomagnetic storms on Nov. 21st as Earth moves deeper into the stream. If such a storm materializes, auroras could descend into northern-tier US states such as Michigan and Minnesota,” according to spaceweather.com.

As usual with high speed winds, you may feel heightened clair sensations, especially in third eye and clairvoyance and visualization capacities…that can be accompanied by headaches or dizziness. I feel often that the pineal gland is particularly activated by these winds. Sometimes all over body fatigue happens too as the cells receive the increased geomagnetics and adjust to them, finding stability and balance. Interrupted sleep patterns can be common too, feeling both wired/amped up and tired.

Processing and healing movements have been going DEEP lately before and after the 11/11 portal. You may feel drawn now to some lighter activities, celebrations, and time connecting in Gaia and in sunlight itself as possible. Getting ‘fresh air’ in whatever ways help to digest and breathe. Taking time for breathing and letting in goodness/joy can be as important as doing the deep dives…and make them more possible to be integrated.

Shedding Layers Formed Through Shadow Mate Relationships

Shedding more layers as we move through the 11/11 to 12/12 passageway on an ongoing basis. THIS is a strong and powerful molting process, operating at the deepest levels and layers of our individuated Metasouls AND also our Soul Family Monad Groups. The shedding is of skins that are no longer needed, no longer can be ‘worn’ in a comfortable fashion, no longer fit who we are becoming.

This shedding process is painful at times. Parts of us become necessarily attached to these layers, skins, masks, and protections. We NEED them until we no longer do. As they dissolve away, this is usually in response to loss in our lives, to things that have fallen and given away, to letting go, to separations and to completions. This collapsing of timelines is happening at accelerating levels as we move into the higher frequency 2020 Clearer Living/Loving timeline.

This collapsing of previous grounds is happening in relationships especially, so that we can then see what binds and ties have been there that no longer serve us. Soul Family Monad Groups are shaking out with shadow mate bonds dissolving, along with the previous agreements that held them together. A Shadow Mate is someone who IS in your Soul Family Group, so you are deeply bonded to them on those higher levels. Yet, their purpose is usually to represent your shadow so that you can see it, experience it, and therefore heal it. This can be represented in the usual narcissist/empath experience with your shadow mate holding the narcissist polarity. It is seen in romantic relationships with quite a lot of back and forth, push and pull, and inability to settle into resonant grounds together on a consistent basis (even as there IS love and passion there.)

Outgrowing shadow mates is an important phase in ongoing awakening, as usually the transactability with them is fairly toxic, even as it brings so much growth. Making them a ‘villian’ or a ‘bad person’ in your life though is to miss the bigger picture of their purpose. They show their love for you and their dedication to the healing of the soul family group BY serving in this polarizing role. Someone has to, as it is the experience of duality that allows for the healing of it and return to more neutrality/less polarization. The shadow mates also offer a deep opportunity to move from resentful grudges to forgiveness.

A soul can be a shadow mate AND a light/love soul mate too, especially if they are consciously working on healing their OWN shadows. Letting go of a shadow mate (and this is not just romantic yet also friendship, spiritual teachers/healers, siblings, and other birth family member bonds) is a catalytic death and rebirth process with much to feel in every phase of it. Landing in a place of forgiveness and compassion toward ALL relationships in your life and how they have served you allows for the dissolving of any karmic, toxic binds in your Metasoul that would capitulate the need for Shadow mate-based relationships.

An important phase can be connecting with the parts of you that have experienced the relationship and allowing their thoughts and emotions (no matter how charged) to be FELT by your compassionate essence. There can be quite a suppression of truth telling in these kinds of relationships and a lot of it backed up in the emotional body leading to depression, anxiety, inability to set boundaries, etc. As all this is felt with the parts of you who need you, depression can move to passion, anxiety to trust with an ability to bring your truth and set boundaries.

As you hold a trust and honor for all those souls who have agreed to journey with you, no matter what the experience has been like, you are able to move into a much higher frequency of perspective around them. You are able to communicate with their Higher Self as well, to understand more about the relationship and WHY it was experienced the way it was. Whenever you connect to the higher purpose, so you BECOME it and are able to offer love where previously there was mostly fear.

By understanding, loving, and feeling your OWN shadow more (both from this life expression and especially in terms of your Metasoul’s legacy expression), you don’t need the outside experience of it in the same way. I am feeling guided lately to offer 1:1 bridging sessions again to women who are new to the SoulFullHeart process and aren’t in ongoing sessions with me. I’ve been taking space from doing this (only meeting with those women who I had already been meeting with on a regular basis) since August and it’s provided some more time for reflection, working on SoulFullHeart projects like my new book, launching the women’s monthly group, our weekly podcasts, and more. This was after three years of pretty full space holding schedule and so the ‘break’ was good for me, my relationship with Raphael, and for downloading even more clarity about next timelines for myself and for SoulFullHeart, including the clear vision of serving/living in both the U.K. and Victoria, Canada starting next year sometime.

Yet, the ‘call’ to serve love IS who I am increasingly becoming. It is just something I ‘am’ rather than something I ‘do.’ It is not done for the result of earning money, even as the money I ask for provides a necessary energy exchange of intention and also is still needed in our current money-based timeline.

I can feel quite clearly too that there is MORE need coming up for support and a higher perspective…and for a WAY to dive in deeper to heart and soul grounds that actually transmutes it from fear to love in an embodied way.

As the Awakening process accelerates and amplifies for those of you on the path for awhile (even those currently offering their own healing paths/services), it can be SUCH a comfort, support and validation to receive support from a soul who has been on the journey as well in ever expanding out ways. I have been in a place of Divine trust and surrender, passionate inspirational flow most moments, deep sacred union intimacy, soul fragment integration, and healing emotional body of most triggers/projections/reactions for awhile now. Energy Update: Moving Through Passageways to 2020 Clear Vision/Living

Energy Update: The rumblings of 11/11 continue a week ‘after’ the powerful gateway opening. I get this sense of a continuum of gateways with markers starting at 8/8, 9/9, 10/10, 11/11, 12/12 and then into 2020. They form a kind of interconnected HIGHway leading to the HIGHer. Each marker has been a passage, a moving through denser energies in order to vibrate in a higher frequency. This is leading to becoming more porous even as you are becoming more grounded into your body.
You may be settling already into your higher timeline revealed during the 11/11 portal or finding that there are still calibrations and even detoxifications to prepare to embody it more. You may have been prepping for it ahead of time so you could anchor in right away. Or NOW you are being energized by the 11/11 frequencies, they are illuminating what supports your essence and what does not.
2020 feels like wide open possibilities, truly anchoring into the New Gaia energies, collectively more and more (at a slower rate of course.) Yet, personally, if you are taking in these words, your rate and pace is ‘ahead’ of the collective. You have chosen to lead and to serve, to show the way, even if it feels murky at times, hard at times, more fear than love at times. That you ARE feeling, that you ARE awakening, that you ARE conscious of the Ascension process that is happening IS your service to others who have not woken up to this yet. In the Quantum field of Oneness, you are holding their awakening until they can claim it for themselves in this timeline.
Your willingness to continually feel and heal your traumas from this life and other lifetimes IS your service….not that you are in a perfected, absolute state before you can serve. You being in the thick of it, the process of it, in the transition of it WITH consciousness is showing the way for the rest of the collective, those souls who have signed up to awaken this life especially. You desire to grow fuels their desire to grow and also motivates the rest of your Metasoul fragments to wake up and heal as well (which then leads to quantum karmic healing and completion/resolution of soul patterns.)
Your capacity to lean into your own Metasoul, your brothers and sisters from other lifetimes/timelines, and into Divine guidance and love IS your service too. Allowing the unification of your soul fragments to come back together and form a team for you and with you. Letting go of the old way of self sacrifice and tuning into what is actually self loving, comes from self worth, and serves YOUR heart to overflow.
We are on our way into 2020….clear vision is possible in deeper ways, in expanded ways, and in ever more embodied ways. These passageways leading up to that clear vision, clear living and clear loving are sacred and important. Allow space for whatever needs to be felt and digested right now….even as tuning into your soul’s higher purpose here.

Energy Update: 11:11 Portal Opening Energies Offer BOOST Into Your Higher Timeline

Blessings and Love to you as we continue in this 11/11 portal! The codes, downloads, upgrades/activations (ALL!) available on these powerful days leading up to and beyond 11/11 provide a boost to awaken, to support, to clarify, to motivate, to inspire, to enliven, to encourage, to catalyze. The degree and depth you let them in is, as always, UP to you and what you (and parts of you) are ready for and wanting.

You may be feeling today, November 12, a lightening up in your heart space, in your physical body, and in your overall energy as well. Prepping to go through this portal felt similar to preparing to giving birth. There was some uncomfortableness, tension, purging, and feeling ‘taken over’ by the process at times. After giving ‘birth’ to the NEW you yesterday during 11:11, you can now BE with the higher frequencies coming in, receiving them into your heart, letting them enliven you.

There were timeline collapses in relationships, in jobs, in money situations prior to the 11:11 portal, starting even a month before it as well. The aftermath of these collapses, the ‘ash in the air’ reality experience of it, is something you may still be going through. Mourning and grieving ARE important, yet too is moving into more trust and joy that ALL loss right now is serving your higher timeline.

Your purpose of serving love is probably becoming clearer. This is meant to clarify with the 11/11 portal as MANY souls will be needed to support those newly awakening and those already awakening and those even leading too! The most important service of love right now could be to yourself and your own healing, so that you can eventually overflow to others from a place of self love and goodness. You are serving then from a place of genuine and embodied overflow, rather than self sacrifice or burden or over responsibility.

Yesterday, we gathered as a community to feel into the 11:11 portal and what it was offering us as a community and as individuals. We felt there was a clear delineation going on from the previous timeline anchored in a denser frequency (although fairly subtle at times) and what the portal was offering as a jump/boost/movement into the New one. There was a feeling of support for the expression of our essence, rather than our strategic/3D anchored self.

We each four stated what we wanted to ‘leave behind’, what we wanted to ‘take with us’, and made declarations and “I AM” statements for the 11:11 portal, receiving each other’s words into our hearts and into our collective as a group too. The sense of alignment between us, meeting on the ‘other side’ of the portal’s gateway, was very clear. And we felt the souls that are engaged in the SoulFullHeart process right now moving along with us in a deeper way as well.

Then, we went out had a wonderful day on the town together taking in the fall beauty, sharing a vegan meal, and doing some warmer clothes shopping. 11:11 unified us in intention as it feels like that is what it offers us individually and collectively as well.

This is a powerful process to engage in right now with these Infinite Love energies supporting you.

Take the space during these 11:11 portal days to go within. To be with the inhale of Gaia and the outflow of the Universe. The inhale of OM and the exhale of Ma (the Divine Mother) is my favorite mantra to feel connected to All That Is and my own heart too.

Take the time and space to FEEL yourself, your emotional body flowing like a river, and the deeper emotions that rumble and flow that can be harder to get to. Reach BEyond your mind and the content and details of everyday to connect with the Divine as the source of YOU and of ALL.

Let in what is offered JUST to you with so much love from your higher self, guides, the Divine……..and feel yourself AS Infinite Love!

Energy Update: Prep For 11/11 Portal Openings Happening NOW

Energy Update: Moving forward toward the 11:11 portal on Monday…it’s getting closer now. The number 11 is a master number……inviting us into deeper levels of embracement of our intuition, awakening, and soul gifts. If you see 11:11 and 1:11 appearing in many ways and forms, it can be a code from your Higher Self to activate your next level awakening. It can be a signal from your Star Family that a deeper connection with them is going to be nourishing and available to you. It can be a waveform from the Divine reminding you of your essence as Infinite Love.

The energies over the last month, especially since 10/10, feel like they have been preparing us for the movement toward this ‘next level’ portal of ascension personally and collectively. The more consistent waves of spiked frequencies in Gaia’s resonance are moving Her vibration UP as bridge for us to elevate our own as well. Serving as a kind of ramp up before 11:11. SOULar winds and geostorms are coming in at regular intervals now too….sacred masculine and feminine codes bringing us into more balance and less polarity.

This is a time of feeling the karmic fears that live in your Metasoul about moving into expression of your soul gifts in order to serve love. There are experiences of persecution for expressing your soul gifts from often many timelines that need digestion and integration. I see this many times in sessions as the feelings of wanting to hide, retract, and remain invisible in this life are pointing to these deeper traumas on the soul level. These soul traumas are capitulated in this-life experiences of rejection, misunderstanding, and criticism…..especially from birth family and previous social circles.

11:11 is an invitation to FEEL and HEAL these traumas, especially the ones that ‘ended’ in violent death. Connecting with your Metasoul aspect that is LIVING OUT these scenes in real time (not as the ‘past’) can really help to transmute and release these frequencies. The fear that was previously stuck and vibrating strongly can then shift into love again and self empowerment. The gifts that this previously traumatized Metasoul sister or brother has for you can then flood into your soul space again…lighting up YOUR gifts and providing courage and bravery for the expression of what you are here to offer.

This is a momentous time that so many souls who have been awakening and ‘working on themselves’ for a long time are being invited (we could say ‘pressed) to start serving love in whatever ways that means for them. Time to start SHARING from their ever healing and expanding out heart space. Many of those who will be newly awakening very soon will definitely need the bridge provided by you as parts of them struggle with cognitive dissonance, deep despair, and confusion as the 3D culture moves into more collapse.

The veils are thinner than ever before to allow for this clearer seeing and remembering of these other timelines. 11:11 offers next level inner connection, star family connection, Divine connection in order to connect with others in a flow that is not about self sacrifice yet rather serves BOTH in the giving and the receiving!

Energy Update: Body Detox & Light Diet/Fasting Support 11/11 Light Body Upgrades

Energy Update: As we near the 11/11 portal, the body moves into a need for less food, higher frequency food, and overall more pure, less refined food. The ‘lighter’ you can eat, the more you can let in light. Light foods are those with a high water content, super foods, and not processed or refined in any way if possible. Following a light diet, which means ‘way of life’, supports the 11/11 upgrades that are coming in already.

It is also a good time for fasting and bringing in much more prana energy into your body to ‘replace’ the food. Fasting allows for a complete reboot of your body and leads to heightened states of altered consciousness, connection with the Divine and your Guides, lifted veil experiences, activation of your clairs, etc. Fasting can be about only drinking water for as long as you are guided to do that….or just drinking superfood smoothies and/or juices. Or, just not eating foods that are denser and of lower frequency. Your body will guide you on what it needs to take a break from, which may be temporary, or may end up being a lifestyle change.

There is a pattern of detoxification prior to these gateways as the energies coming through are of a higher vibrational frequency. You may be experiencing detox symptoms in your body already such as light headedness, nausea/stomach upset/indigestion, fevers, body aches/pains. These of course come up if you are also water fasting or fasting in other ways as you start feeling guided to ‘let go’ of certain foods. Common foods to let go are eating any animals or animal byproducts, gluten, refined sugar, vegetable oils, refined salt, etc.

Digesting the killing and suffering frequencies that come through when you eat animals or animal byproducts can be particularly difficult during these high frequency portals and gateways. Indigestion can be common as the light body rejects these denser energies, wanting fuel that comes from love, not pain. This is a way to feel into eating only plant-based, from an energetic perspective, along with how your Inner Child feels about it, which is usually a strong aversion to hurting any living, sentient being. These high energy portals can be a good time to make the transition to plant-based, reduced calorie and living on more prana energy as well as the support is there for it. 

Detoxification is the clearing out of your every living cell to make more room for light. What clears out can be years-long behaviours such as smoking or drinking alcohol to excess or eating processed foods. These denser energies are released through the cells, often coming ‘worse before better’ in terms of expressing as flare ups, break outs, etc. Yet, our bodies move increasingly into their own wisdoms, their immortality, and their health. Our glands upgrade, our bones upgrade, our organs upgrade, our DNA upgrades.

11/11 is an opportunity to support this upgrading process, this activation of your light body’s intelligence through a necessary detoxification process. Support is providing the best, highest frequency energy that you can to your body through high vibe foods, sound healing, energy healing, emotional body healing of traumas, soul healing of karmic patterns. Support is loving your body as much as possible through rest, baths, whatever movement/exercise feels right. Support is healing the unworthiness or judgements you may have toward your body so it can arise into the light again.

It is important to hold ALL decisions and choices about diet and food with love, not judgement or ‘shoulds’. As you allow love for your body to lead the way, it becomes more able to receive the adjustments and shifts that you are making. The energy you feel toward and about your body is the most important fuel it receives.

Energy Update: 11/11 Codes Offer Infinite Love Experience Through Sacred Union

Energy Update: 11/11 codes are ALIVE already. All codes from Divine Source offer Infinite Love and the receiving of it, becoming of it, reminder of it AS our essence. To align with receiving of these Infinite Love codes is to feel (primarily) the densities, the traumas, the fears, the blocks to becoming this love so that they can transmute and clear.
 
11/11 also offers a preparation for sacred union codes to draw your Divine counterpart mate, deepen your current sacred union, complete unions that aren’t transactable in sacred ground, or illuminate the grounds of your inner sacred union between your inner masculine and your inner feminine. Next month, the Christmas/Winter SOULstice/12/12 codes of Christ Consciousness and Magdalene Consciousness come streaming in.
 
11/11 is our preparation to become these sacred union codes within…healing the polarities that exist inside, the inner relationships between masculine and feminine that have needed to be more polarized and densified (this is the template we received) and are NOW ready to move into more union and balance.
 
In this moment of, yes, afterglow, I am in so much gratitude for the connection ground that I get to experience as an outer sacred union with my beloved Raphael Awen. As captured in the photo below, it was so wonderful to let our Metasoul connection channel through into the present on Halloween/Samhain. We were surprised by how fluidly and naturally it came through after the work we’ve done to integrate and embody these soul energies. This was not just ‘dressing up’ as something, yet rather letting our soul essence shine through.
 
The deepening and richness of our sacred union connection is revealed and exposed over the YEARS, getting better and better actually. Not deadening, yet enlivening. Not flattening, yet enlivening. Not polarizing, yet unionizing. We are moving into deeper embodiment of our King and Queen energies together, beaconing out to others to join our kingdom of heart and soul healing….. and it is SO exciting to feel this grounding into our emotional bodies in a healthy way too! Many lifetimes/timelines are coming together for us in this one!
 
This coming together of many lifetimes into this one is a theme of 11/11 and going into 2020 as well, when so many of the karmic patterns our souls have signed up for finally complete and heal. For many of us, this is our final lifetime to choose a denser 3D reality to incarnate into in order to heal and grow.
 
Our work in SoulFullHeart with the Metasoul aspects opens up bridges to these other lifetimes, allowing for integration, soul gift exchange, and quantum healing of soul trauma. We lift together the previous veils of amnesia to gain quite easy access to the lifetimes that most need your love and attention. This allows for identifying the soul themes and patterns that are playing out in this life and other lifetimes.

Metasoul Timelines Coming Through On Halloween: Personal Sharing

Halloween was an opportunity for us to channel and tap into energies in our soul to express and allow ‘out’ for an evening. Raphael reigned as King Arthur from our porch, giving out candy with huge generousity and presence to over 300 children! A community bonfire raged right across the street, which added to the feeling of teleporting to another timeline.

I got to bring forward my inner Priestess and Queen too…remembering how it is walk in the woods with a long dress and sleeves, feeling feminine in a regal way, making sure there was enough food, warmth, magic and fun for everyone.

Nic joined us again for the evening, adding his unique, fun, and open hearted joy to ours and with Raianna, they made a sweet and lively Elven pair. Gabriel channeled his Victorian, Steampunk self, both dapper and a bit madcap.

Feeling grateful for the community feeling that extended beyond our little SoulFullHeart den last night….and hopeful for a taste and glimpse of what New Earth community could feel like.
