Energy Update: Upcoming 12/12 Gateway/Full Moon Supporting Revelations & Completions

As Raphael and I were on a wonderful hike in the woods yesterday, we digested together about how a year ago were going through a brief, yet painful separation from each other. It was the first time in over ten years that we purposely needed to spend time apart to feel into what we wanted in the relationship and in our lives. It was a shock to be going through that crucible as we had just moved into our spacious house here in Victoria and into what we felt strongly was our higher timeline. There was much to be happy about, yet the truth of undigested and trailing edge energies between us from this life and mostly from our soul bonds/binds in other lifetimes needed to be felt. The higher frequencies of New Lemuria here in Victoria supported the flushing up of these energies.

We eventually reconciled until another separation period was necessary in March of this year. This one lasted for a painful and intense six weeks in which we even felt into moving apart from each other permanently. We thankfully came back together from these separations with renewed desire and commitment to be in the union. We fell in love again with each other in an arising way and with parts of ourselves too as the inner sacred union through parts work became a very important lifeline.

Yet, also, we came together with more clarity about what we needed from each other going forward to best serve our personal growth and SoulFullHeart too. As Raphael has been sharing lately in his videos, the growth edge of moving into co-leadership is something that we are in ongoing process with together, especially as we heal and feel into other lifetimes and karmic dynamics in our leadership expressions (which most people never get into or become conscious of at all.)

I am feeling how the energies since the 11/11 portal and through the 12:12 gateway coming up is one of supporting completions to open UP new beginnings, especially as we move into the New Earth Energies of 2020.  Energies of completion CAN be challenging to be with as they can feel so much like everything just isn’t working anymore, falling apart, or crumbling. Which, if it has been anchored to something that is no longer serving you, they ARE collapsing in order to make room for the new. The completions can be big (such as with a relationship completion, career and geography shifts, etc.) yet, also, they can be more subtle as we also let go of habits, limiting beliefs, previous knee-jerk reactions, suffering patterns, and more. 

The codes available for 12:12 (also supported by a full moon) assist with revelations/clarities and then the letting go in order to prepare for NEW beginnings in a NEW year. It can be more difficult to let these codes in if there is a resistance inside from parts of you to surrendering to the death/rebirth process and blocks to trusting the overall outcome of it. Your Inner Protector may want to keep you in a safety and comfort zone, even if you are consciously unhappy or frustrated, rather than take a risk into the unknown. I feel that loss can be our greatest teacher. It wakes us up from our routines and our habits. It forces us to go within and reconcile with ourselves. The grief and mourning connect us with a deeper appreciation and gratitude for what we are letting of and completing.

This 12/12 gateway is also connected to Christ/Sacred Masculine and Magdalene/Sacred Feminine consciousness. Yeshua and Magdalene can provide an infusion of Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine energies now to support the going in deeper or the leaving or completing. They provide a template of sacred union that activates our inner feminine and masculine. This inner union helps to heal inner polarities and fear dynamics that can keep us stuck and not able to let go.

The 12/12 gateway offers another opportunity to move into our bigness in ALL forms of unions and especially those from within us….from one part of us to another!

Energy Update: Strong, Five-Day Planetary Wave Moved Through

Energy Update: The year-end, decade-end energies are amplifying along as we move closer to the 12/12 portal, winter SOULstice passage and upcoming solar eclipse on December 26. The Schumann/Gaia resonance has been relatively quiet recently and solar wind speeds have been normal with no geomagnetic storms, although some are forecasted for December 8th or 9th.
 
However, I felt there was something going on in the cosmic energies and discovered that a five day planetary wave moved through recently creating some noctilucent clouds in New Zealand. Noctilucent clouds or night shining clouds, are tenuous cloud-like in the upper atmosphere of Gaia. They consist of ice crystals and are only visible during astronomical twilight.
 
“Planetary waves are enormous ripples of temperature and pressure that form in Earth’s atmosphere in response to Coriolis forces. In this case, a 5-day planetary wave is boosting noctilucent clouds over Antarctica and causing them to spin outward to latitudes where NLCs are rarely seen,” according to spaceweather.com. A planetary wave feels to me, on an intuitive level, to be a response to the intense light that has been streaming into Gaia’s atmosphere from the Great Cosmic Sun to support Her Ascension and ours as we move into a new decade and higher timeline. We have been receiving strong amounts of cosmic rays to activate our DNA, even as the occurrences of Solar flares/flashes is low right now during this current solar minimum phase.
 
A planetary wave feels like Gaia is shuddering, moving the energy through and around Her atmosphere. Similar to how Kundalini energy feels as it moves up and down your spine. With this shudder, we also have the opportunity to receive this energy into our auric fields, into every chakra, and to receive a boost of cosmic and galactic consciousness energies.
 
You may be feeling the impacts of this planetary wave on your body, along with the other energies that are moving through as we complete this year and decade. Light-headedness, dizzy, difficulty focusing are some of them, along with interrupted sleep patterns and head/neck/shoulder pain.

Energy Update: Grand Finale Experiences Of 3D Energies

Energy Update: The completion of a year AND a decade and an important seven year cycle that started in 2012 offers a significant marker for us all. So many of us awakened at initial and then deeper levels during these last ten years. This decade has offered us the waking up to 3D reality, to really coming to understand it and feel it on the outside in what we have known as reality and from within as embodied in the parts of our 3D Self.

We have become intimate with the survival frequencies of 3D that are about conforming, fitting in, doing work to live, obligation and duty in relationships, keeping up appearances and maintaining self image through material gains, medicating and bypassing emotions, staying guarded and defended, etc. And, hugely, underneath it all, we have discovered the previously unfelt fear that flows like a river beneath the 3D Matrix that all of us have been born and bred into.

The energies now, in this final month of the decade, have a ‘grand finale’ feeling to them expression of those 3D frequencies. Wherever these 3D energies live inside of you and in whatever ways they show up in relationships, you may be feeling that acutely right now. You are being shown by your Higher Self where fear still lives in your life, where the attachments are that are based in fear, where fear is more dominant than love.

This showing you can be intense as relationships complete, geographies shift, jobs end, timelines collapse…sometimes suddenly in a feverish moment of crisis and sometimes gradually and quietly over time. There is a peaking sense to this exposure. Peak fear, some have called it. The experience of this can seem unbearable at times and overwhelming. It can bring up hopelessness and despair that nothing is actually changing. It can bring up anxiety and even panic attacks as the distrust (fear of love) is invited to move into trust and surrender.

Sadness and mourning, even depression, hold funeral services to honor and let go of what has been experienced and invested in 3D consciousness during this decade. The versions of you that have existed in these 3D timelines are getting ready to let go, ready to die, ready to ascend, ready to integrate into the growing authentic expression of your essence. There is space to be made for the grieving so that nothing is bypassed that would allow for the simmering of more distrust and more protective layers over your heart.

The walls really do want to dissolve with love as we move into 2020. The revelation of these walls is the phase you may be in now. You can become aware of and connected to your Inner Protector, a masculine energy that has constructed these walls, that guards your heart and keeps younger parts of you and your feminine essence ‘safe’. The Protectors/Gatekeepers (protectors on the soul level) are invited to shift from guard to guide, to drop the weapons of defense to become ambassadors of love. First is the revealing and the seeing and the showing of them that is happening now. Then is the loving of these protections and understanding that they have HAD to be here and have been absolutely necessary to survive.

2020 is inviting us to move beyond survival and into thrival, as a collective and individually. The grand finale of surviving on fear fumes is the energies moving through now.

We can honor what 3D offered us in experience and all that we learned and how much we grew. We can let it complete and continue to move into something beyond it. We can increasingly experience life AS love and ourselves as well and offer that, beacon that out, to all those who can now receive it. We can connect to the bigger picture, so that it becomes easier to experience the current difficulties and revelations.
We CAN trust that ALL of these are necessary revelations and completions that move us into more and more embodiment of ourselves as Infinite Love in sacred human form!

Bursting Out Of Your Cocoon During Awakening

Awakening……..you are outgrowing that previously necessary cocoon. That safety place to bake, to ache, to create. That place removed, sometimes isolated, sometimes feeling dark void space. The void, though, is alive with your death and your rebirths.

You have been surrendering to the process of BEing the transforming caterpillar until now. Tucked into the birthing space, sometimes gestating, sometimes thrashing, sometimes searching for a deeper and wider understanding. Sometimes missing your previous forms, shapes, and ways that were in the known.

You are becoming more comfortable in the unknown. In the space where Infinite Possibilities pose no obvious limits.

You are BEing created as you are creating the life and the higher timeline life that you most want and desire. The timeline shimmers like a mirage in the distance, yet it comes ever closer with every choice of love. With every choice to love even fear, even darkness, even densities, even differences.

The timeline of your highest purpose to serve love comes closer with every shift of heart from comparison to inspiration; from judgment to compassion; from taking to sharing; from polarization to unification.

You are BEing created as your Butterfly Self….to eventually emerge, to burst out of any kind of safety or limits, to always be growing.

You are BEing the metamorphosis into your arising Sacred Human in fleshy form. You are ready to be born. You are ready to spread your wings.

Now…..you are ready to FLY!

Navigating Relationship Completions, Timeline Collapses & Shifts Podcast (Video & Audio

Here it is…the fourth episode of our weekly SoulFullHeart Experience Podcast! In this one, Gabriel Heartman and I could have talked for awhile about this topic as we are living through it right now…..navigating relationship completions, timeline collapses, and life shifts. This is such a big and deep crucible of growth for so many of us right now as we move into 2020…as we learn how to surrender to the necessary death/rebirth phases that the Divine offers us WHILE feeling the parts of us in mourning and the full range of emotions too!

In this fourth episode of our weekly SoulFullHeart Experience Podcast, SoulFullHeart Facilitators Jelelle Awen and Gabriel Heartman talk about navigating life transitions, relationship completions, timeline collapses and other shifts.

This period of time leading up to the New Year of 2020 (especially during and after the 11/11 portal) is sorting out what vibrational is ‘coming with you’ and what doesn’t fit or match your higher timeline reality. This sorting out process can be experienced as something you are in cooperation with or that it is happening ‘to you’ depending on your level of conscious choice in the process.

We recommend connecting to the parts of you that been involved with and attached to the previous timeline experience or relationship. To feel the mourning and grief of letting go, along with the other feelings such as frustration and hurt that come up during completions. We also talk about the benefits of having a higher level context about the shifts and changes, what karmic clearing may be going on and necessary in your Metasoul. This allows you to be able to feel Divine trust and surrender to it rather than feeling like life is ‘doing something against you.’

Energy Update: Mixed Feeling Energies With Digestion Of Post-Thanksgiving Experiences

Energy Update: In these post-thanks-giving energies for many of you who celebrated yesterday, there is perhaps a digesting going on…..and not just of whatever food you consumed. Whatever you experienced yesterday during your thanks-giving day is now UP in your emotional body to be processed, especially if you are still in the experience.

Maybe you were overflowing in gratitude. Maybe you were in the middle of intense family dynamics or friend situations that were difficult to be in. Maybe you were somewhere in-between or flowing between the two in moments. 

The energies definitely felt ‘mixed’ yesterday, as they do on all major ‘holidays’ it seems. As the collective energies come together and unify to celebrate something (even if only in one country where not all participated), there is a heightening of the collective experience. What was amplified felt like energies of push/pull….both the desire for connection and resistance that sets in from the actual experience of what can be dissonance. 

It shows what could be possible if we ALL focused our attention and desire on a New Earth experience of Unity and resonance. It shows what could be possible if we ALL let go of 3D frequencies of fear, competition, black/white, etc. and moved into our higher hearts of love and compassion. It shows how connected we ALL actually are in the quantum field of Oneness.

There was a spiky energy feeling to yesterday that seems more settled in today, which has more of a hangover feeling to it. There was a sense that others were on a trigger edge and could push or kick out at you if provoked. Even as there was the sometimes efforting of feeling grateful, the resentments from previous experiences of suppressed truth telling and even current suppressions may be bubbling and roiling beneath the surface, especially for awakening souls. 

There is often a triggering and flushing out in the emotional body of all the previous holiday experiences and the parts of you who are sometimes still in them. Memories can flood your space as parts of you remind you of them.

Laying low and to yourself may feel like the most self loving thing, connecting with the neutrality in nature and with Gaia, coming back into YOU where the grounds are known and safe. Catching up with yourself and what you are feeling, coming back inside.

Your experience yesterday may have brought new clarities about boundaries and even completions, especially within relationship grounds. Timelines with others are rumbling BIG time right now and being immersed to feel into what you want or don’t want with someone, where you resonate or don’t is the opportunity these holiday immersions can bring. They offer a ‘marker’ for you to feel who you were (even perhaps before awakening) and who you are becoming.

ALL That We Experience As Life Is Given And Held By Love For Love

ALL that we experience in life is given in love, held by love, for love…..a powerful mantra to take in and live by. Feel the parts of you (such as the Inner Protector and Inner Punisher) that feel life is against them and you could offer these messages to them from your Higher Self/5D sacred human self:

Life is not ‘doing anything’ to you, yet rather is WITH you in this experience of growth. You are not cursed. You have not been abandoned by the Divine. You are not being ‘tested’ to earn the Divine’s graces and love.

ALL of it that you’ve experienced is a gift for your growth. Your Higher Self (the source of your individuated soul or also what we call the Metasoul) has orchestrated and planned with MUCH love what you will experience here in 3D.

Choosing to be here now, during this time of transition and shiftings, to 4D and beyond IN the human body is a brave choice. To contribute to the Ascension movement at this time is not a sentence or punishment, yet rather a sign of the strength of your soul and proof of your BIGNESS.

Gaia is not a prison planet, in the sense that you have no choice in being here and no escape……in the sense that other fear-based BEings have captured you and you are ‘stuck’ in the matrix that was necessarily created for the experiment into duality and polarity to succeed. It is actually an honor to be incarnated on Gaia at this time of such great transition and many souls were eager to experience the quantum growth and completion of soul cycles/patterns that is now possible.

This has ALL been in collaboration on the higher levels. Higher vibrational frequencies of love and Oneness have been purposely suppressed; contrary feeling senses of fear have been amped up and polarized. This was chosen not to enslave you, yet rather so that you may come to remember again that you have ALWAYS been free.

Your Higher Self has given you much support to be here in this challenging experiment and experience. This support is WITHIN you. This support is available through soul family bonds. This support is available through your Star Family. This support becomes accessible as you awaken to your Metasoul expressions and many timelines for which your Higher Self has projected out. Meeting with, reconciling karma, sharing gifts together with these other lifetime selves (not ‘past lives’ as they are in the Now)…this brings you into MORE sense of wholeness again and unification.

This grows your 5D sacred human self that is embodying and integrating these higher frequencies as you are unanchoring from 3D realities by healing the woundings and traumas parts of your fragmented 3D self have experienced during it. As you heal these traumas, you no longer draw traumatic life situations to push up and trigger your undigested feelings.

There can be the end of experiencing spiritual battles going on for your soul or ‘good against evil’ or ‘light against the dark’ or vice versa. All such battles cease to be in your reality when you LOVE the energies inside yourself and your Metasoul that are polarized to each other. When you love the dark, the Reptilian, the narcissist, the abuser/predator, whatever is seen and been in shadow, then it can transmute to light and its TRUE essence as love. Battling anything on the outside stems from unreconciled violence inside and a lack of trust that it ALL comes from love ultimately and will return there.

You can invite the dark to transmute to love WITH love….this invitation leads to reconciliation, to integration, to transformation. Battling (inside or out) doesn’t transmute back to love as someone always loses in some form…..even as they ‘gain’ in a higher sense from the experience, yet there is a cost of harm being done or experienced.

ALL that we experience in life is given in love, held by love, for love….and so it can be as parts of you experience and trust this more and more from within you!

One my deepest joys over the last years in service has been to connect and bridge women and parts of them to experience the heart and love of the Divine Mother. It is my great and humble honor to provide this bridge, as they develop and cultivate their own connection more and more to Her as well by feeling the parts of them that may resist it. This connection to Her offers compassion and forgiveness to heal the feelings of being judged, not being worthy and wrong. Connection to Her offers loving support to heal the feelings of not being seen and the pain of not being initiated into our soul purpose expression. Connection with Her provides heart courage and soul strength to heal the fear of change, the unknown and the death/rebirth process….and SO MUCH more.
 
It is still, to this day, the Divine Mother’s energies that hold me, support me, guide me, and teach me as I continue in my process of embodying Her in whatever deepening ways that I can in the moment. It is the best and most comforting feeling for me to feel myself as Her daughter, Her sister, and Her student…I get to lean into that without being diminished in any way.
 
It is Her template that reminds us of what it is to an authentic feminine. Her template activates the Divine spark within us to express that more and more AS ourselves.

Into The Trauma, And Beyond!

Much of spirituality and emotional healing is based on the healing of trauma. From this life, other lifetimes, and with galactic connections. This is probably some of the most important work we do in healing our wounding and growing closer to our essence. My recent process, however, has helped me realize that there IS healing that exists beyond the trauma.

In my most recent session I connected with both my inner protector and a new gatekeeper. My inner protector is the part of me that helps get me through daily life. He is the one that can hold very 3D and physical/mental tasks. My gatekeeper, on the other hand, is the guide I can lean into when it comes to opening out my soul connections and gifts.

As I felt my protector first, he was overwhelmed and trying so hard to deepen my process and make it more meaningful. But deepening my healing isn’t his responsibility. I haven’t signed up for much trauma this life and the metasoul healing I’ve done so far has healed almost all of what I have signed up for. So this part’s job has shifted massively from protecting to resting and trusting.

This new gatekeeper, who I am calling Damien, is a much higher frequency and has the key to unlocking the rest of my soul that goes beyond the trauma. He can show me the gifts, the positive experiences, the magical and deep journeys that allow for more love and cohesion between all aspects of myself.

Going through this process has helped me realize that we don’t just have to be here for trauma healing. We can go beyond – deeper into who we want to be and what we want to build for ourselves. We can grow closer and closer to essence until maybe we are even done coming back as human.

In order to get to this place we must trudge through muddy waters, deconstruct all that we have believed to be true about ourselves, love who are parts once were and dream about who we want to be. We must find the worth, do the work and stay in the room with the darkest and most difficult parts of us. But each ounce of love we take in, each connection to the Divine and each step towards forgiveness brings us through our trauma and into the “beyond”.

Beyond self consciousness, beyond fear, beyond anger, beyond anxiety and depression, even beyond much self awareness at all. The “beyond” to me is pure love, essence, passion and service.
