Solar Plexus Chakra: Divine Self Embodiment Video Series W/Raphael & Jelelle Awen

Solar Plexus (Power Center) Chakra Divine Self Embodiment Video: Our Solar Plexus Chakra located at our navel is the seat of our sense of personal power where healthy self confidence, empowerment, and action combined with soul guidance/Divine surrender can be accessed. Unhealed and undigested unworthiness, shame and fear from this life and other lifetimes, plus abuse/persecution wounds from False Light/False Gods in the soul field can block and suppress, clog up your Solar Plexus Chakra. This can lead to feeling sluggish, lacking energy, inability to set healthy boundaries (advocating for needs/desires) and inability to focus/be intentional.

This is the third video in the Divine Self Embodiment Chakra video series, where we offer a recoding/upgrade transmission for each 3D Body/Energy Field chakra to 5D frequencies of light body. This provides a templating for each chakra to upgrade, yet also activates on a cellular level the imprinting of the light body. Healing The Persecution Wound: No Longer Allowing Toxic Inner & Outer Relationship Dynamics

Deep clearings recently of the persecution wound that lives in us all as we’ve had so many lifetimes of holding frequencies of healing, light, and love for the collective. Seeding light in the darkness. Holding the higher codes of union remembrance from higher timelines on the Earth Plane…millions of years in Lemurian golden age, the golden age of Atlantis before the fall….and golden ages on other planets and in other galaxies.

The persecution wound seems to come up in personal (esp. birth family) and in service relationships most strongly. The feelings/reactions/triggers that can come up in parts of us around being misunderstood, not seen, hurt or abused, rejection, ‘kicked’ energectically, feeling shame and unworthiness pushed up. That strong instinctual urge and trauma response in ‘being attacked’ to defend ourselves, to fight, or to flight.

And sometimes we need to go many ‘rounds’ into this dynamic with a soul who has signed up to hold this persecution mirror for us (often reinforced by the ‘narcissist program’ as I call it). We need to go into repeated attempts to clear the karma there, to transcend beyond the ‘roles’ of persecutor and victim into the open field of love where no wrong can truly be done from one to another.

I’m feeling personally a soul turn completion of a sacrificial pattern with souls who have played the persecutor role for me (sometimes very literally in certain lifetimes). My soul tendency is not toward fighting or defending myself yet rather toward large hearted forgiveness and desire to arise into the new grounds.

This can be a good thing for an ambassador/healer/teacher….yet, my soul aspects and parts this life and others have given too much in the sense of over holding, care taking, extending myself…a sense of making up for the light and love of the Divine that I can connect to if others are struggling to feel that themselves.

It has almost been a ‘survivor’s guilt/unworthiness’ piece where my Divine access is given away without enough personal needs criteria, esp in lifetimes where personal needs weren’t even considered or connected to (such as being a nun or priestess). Being a bridge to the Divine is an aspect of this, of course, and yet being that without a personal cost to me and being in humble worthiness/advocating for self is a piece I am healing this life.

I am now tuned into that I can forgive in the higher levels as I feel Divine Mother’s heart of compassion flow through…and yet can’t transactionally allow into my life those who cannot take accountability for the harm they have caused (sometimes going into amnesia about it even happening), who continue to project dark agendas without looking at their side/go into curiosity around where these are sourced from, who don’t feel genuine remorse over harms caused, who gaslight or invalidate feeling impacts of my parts or their own, and who aren’t continually surrendering into Divine guidance and trust as best they can and have access to.

I am bringing my truth in directness with care and offering mirrors/challenges as needed in response, yet I am also complete with holding space for this often toxic dynamic in myself or soul field, in service work, in personal relationships/community, or for the collective. It has been a blessed gift to me to have these experiences and I’ve learned a lot, even when difficult and painful.

I also felt a deep love ambassador process recently by bridging in meditation to a Grand Inquisitor energy in the karmic field….a Gatekeeper/Punisher who is reinforced and supported by the Matrix energies. This Inquisitor immediately expressed remorse and asked for forgiveness and as he received it, he started to transmute from all bloody, dark and heavy….. to wearing golden robes of light with all blood washed away. Waves of forgiveness from Divine Mother flowed over us both and he started transforming into masculine discernment and truth telling without need to persecute or expose anyone. And I felt a release of wounded feminine feelings of being hurt or harmed by this energy.

With this movement, I could feel how this Inquisitor had been ‘showing up’ over the years in different ways to get my attention (originally in the form of my parents), so that I could reconcile my relationship to this shadow, which is also within my own soul field too. None of us has truly only been a victim or only a persecutor nor parts of us either.

It feels like there is a big turn happening for the awakening and ascending masculine in this way…both in men and in the inner masculine in women. The old patriarchal grounds of being the exposer, the inquisitor, the edgy truth telling, the tyrant, the abuser..they are falling away as Divine Father offers a template of truth telling to men and women that is direct yet with care. Provokes what is needed and yet doesn’t do damage. Leads with transparency and authenticity while being sensitive to impact on all.

The truth of our being AS love reveals itself as the polarities heal. As the fear moves into love. And sometimes as we no longer allow the repeated cycles that don’t serve us or others to continue (if they aren’t meant to).

ALL of the experiences in relationships are sacred, both the bliss and the mess. Felt as portals of self discovery, they open out into growth and deeper feeling experience of BEING love in humbly worthy sacred human form.

Embodiment of Divine Mother Phases & Blessings At Her Shine (in Mont, Alto, Portugal) | Raphael & Jelelle Awen & Kasha

We have been experiencing blessed momentum into the New since January 1st..the codes of this 2024 year offering Reunion and Unity within, with the Divine, with beloved mates/counterparts, within our community and expanding out to those in our field and in proximity. I’ve been offered over and over by the Divine that THIS is a year where so much of what we have seeded with SoulFullHeart comes into harvest.

I’m experiencing this richness and depth, this Divinely endowed gift, in every moment of this ‘month’ already, amazed that only three weeks have passed as each day opens up new places to expand into on the leading edge of my being, inviting any trailing edge resistances, fears, and doubts to shift into being held with love. All of it seems to dissolve again and again into the heart of Divine Mother, embraced, felt, and transmuted.

I feel like an even more open field of love consciousness beyond what is known as ego, in response to love as it is called ‘service’ and yet it is more like just me in my essence of embodying Her heart and light more.

Sessions are even deeper initiations into the source of whatever energies/parts/aspects need attention and love, including the Divine Self. I feel honored to be fuller in this response to service than I have in a few years, humbled by what is able to move as these brave women open up their hearts and souls for collaboration, discoveries, transmutation, and healing together.

And Raphael and I are sharing this love source field in surrogacies with our beloveds Kasha, Raianna and Bianca here all month as well, with the timeline of our fivesome merkabah completing soon when two beloved souls join us here starting next month. Kasha was with us for three days for a light mycelium/mushroom journey (more to share soon what that has offered us!)….opening us all up to take in more deeply a Mother Mary shrine at the nearby Mont’Alto Sanctuary (a mountain vortex with a history of Mother Mary visitations/mysterious appearance of her statue and then disappearance). I feel it has even more powerful and grounded heart chakra/Divine Feminine tones than the Tor in Glastonbury and we’ve been blessed to live in the aura of it for over two years.

Captured in the video below is our raw, devotional movements, moments, tones, and words while each lighting a candle for Her, tears of joy letting in Mother’s love, sharing Her message, and receiving Her grace as individuals and as a couple.

And we were sharing this love source field during the beautiful women’s virtual circle that we had on Sunday night. Kasha and I explored the healing journey of the Daughter within us and I offered a framing that came through of this process….inspired by my own and women I’ve served.

There is the necessary phase of individuation and maturation from birth mother for which parts work is so helpful to navigate. Then the phase of lifting the veil on the karmic field with your Gatekeeper, that opens up for you with soul aspects from multiple timelines as you lean into Divine Mother AS her daughter…She lights the way out of the darkness and helps free your soul from the false God/Light traps and loops. There is then the ongoing arising into embodiment of Divine Mother, a humbling experience yet can only be truly claimed by self love and worthiness to receive it and become it. And this is a cycle that repeats itself with different phases and stages ongoingly.

Kasha and I also flowed through a sound healing and meditation journey to connect with your Inner Daughter as related to your birth mother…then a higher frequency bridge transmission to Divine Mother came through me with messages from her reflecting your worth and Her unconditional love and support.

The sacral chakra is like an engine, powering our creativity, our aliveness, our sexuality, our emotions, our inspiration. So much energy moves through this chakra and the womb/hara space that holds it…enough energy to birth ideas, creations, and entire worlds. Our sacral chakras can become ‘full’ with other people’s energies, fears, projections, resistances, and 3D programs/conditionings…even their passions rather than our own can occupy this space which then block and suppress, flatlines, our life source vitality.

2024 New Year Energies: ‘Bloom’

‘Bloom’… this is the word that comes to me as I feel this year of 2024. I feel it personally and I feel it for those I’m close to as well. I feel it globally somehow too, despite the death and destruction still taking place, ending many lives and upending many more. There’s no doubt we are living in dark times which need to be reconciled with, and yet… still I feel and see the ‘blooming’ process taking hold for all of humanity. 

What I see is a lily sprouting up from burned up ground. I see the explosions, the blood of war and mess of what we choose to put each other (and ourselves) through. I feel how even in this scene there is love holding it all, longing to reunite us all on a higher plane even if we can’t or won’t find our way to reunion on this denser one where suffering manifests the most.

Those of us who are empaths can feel lost in all that’s going on at times, especially as parts of us feel concerned for how others are going to survive what they’re enduring. We also feel rumbles through our souls of a familiarity with the pain they’re going through. I especially feel this at times when I’m talking to my international English students online and they share about what’s going on in their worlds/countries. My heart breaks for them and their loved ones, and it doesn’t matter much in those moments that we may not share core resonance around the context of it all. 

When I check in with the Divine about this sense of ‘blooming’ and the state of the world, the answer I receive is this…

“There is always room to bloom. It is a choice for each soul to do so even when it seems that humanity will not ever learn to love itself and all is hopeless. It is actually in these peak times of great suffering and loss that the answer of ‘surrender to Divine love’ comes forward the most.

Many of the most beautiful stars in the galaxy shine brighter when the darkness surrounds them. Your time of blooming is a sign of hope and trust that the most profound shifts are happening in the heart of humanity, though it seems like the opposite is true.

This year is an opportunity to be planted firmly in resonant and supportive soil, to choose to bloom where you can truly grow and be in reunion with others who want the same experience for themselves… others who also want to bloom and be a beacon of love for every aspect of their soul, every part of them, and for others as well.”

It feels to me like we’re being invited deeply into our own inner worlds, to truly find our way of ‘blooming’ there and also alongside others. This is what brings us to our next level of care, of love, of compassion for ourselves and others. This is what helps facilitate the deeper and deeper shifts in the heart of humanity from the inside out, this year and beyond.

Root Chakra: Divine Self Embodiment Video Series W/Raphael & Jelelle Awen

Our Root Chakra at the base of our spine offers a deep connected feeling to Gaia, a sense of being grounded and totally secure. Parts of you can feel chaotic, tense, insecure, and anxious when your root chakra is blocked. The anxiety stems from a lack of trust that life is secure and all your basic survival needs will be answered, usually coming from an experience of not being cared for and connected to in childhood. This can also be existential, where your spirit and soul energy are struggling to fully come into and trust expressing through your body, resisting incarnation in some way.

In this video, we are playing our 432 HZ tuned crystal sound bowls and especially the root chakra bowl that activates/clears/opens your Root chakra (C Note). The meditation that comes through invites you to chord into the center of Gaia and feel ALL of your basic, survival needs being met by and with the Divine in surrender, trust, and flow And, to feel your upgraded root chakra providing ongoing support and transmission.

Raphael and Jelelle also tune into their primordial aspects that are deeply connected to Inner Earth and galactic seeding of Earth/Founders as well…who we call OmMa and OmPa. We transmit that energy through light language and toning.

Arising Into The Seat Of Your Own Healing Abilities & No Longer Outsourcing Your Healing To Others

One thing I am seeing more as my service gets fuller lately and I receive referrals from other healers (which I am VERY grateful for!) is an upgrade happening/needed in how we approach and relate with energies/parts/aspects. The old paradigm is to see things in good vs. evil, light vs. dark, spiritual warfare consciousness in which you (or healers) are fighting things that seem to be attacking you. In my experience, ANY energy that we try to fight will defend itself and just lock down harder. Its survival instinct kicking in.

What these energies/parts/aspects that can feel so dark, heavy and painful REALLY want is to be loved, to feel your curiosity, to receive a bridge that allows them to express what often are very important messages, information, and processes they have to offer you.

The repeated attempts to have ‘someone else clear your field of negative energy’ or ‘give you upgrades/remove implants/etc.’ probably won’t work anymore as you are meant to step into and arise into the seat of your OWN healing capacities. While you are outsourcing your own access in this way to someone else, you can’t respond in enough soul bigness for these ‘negative’ energies to actually respect you and lean in.

Many love ambassador souls are being activated right now, as you are deeply needed during this Matrix collapse/dark force interference completion point. In this activation, there can be a ‘moth to the flame’ experience of these energies/parts/aspects in increasing intensity. This has probably been the case since you were a child and your inner child holds that intensity of experience usually in some amount of trauma.

You are here to seed light in the darkness (as true in many lifetimes), and it can be easy to get lost in the darkness too with 3D density and matrix hijacked reality. Parts of you start feeling like they ARE the darkness (fusing to it), rather than here to serve love WITH it.

So many souls are at a tipping point to truly anchoring up and out of the karmic/false light/false god field as their access point to higher consciousness, yet still being a bridge to it…and into the higher dimensional 5D metasoul field which is ‘above’ it and vibrates in love, not fear.

Rather than feel overwhelmed by these energies/parts/aspects that have been polarized to darker frequencies (in order to grow and to learn), I feel curious, my heart opens up wide with Divine love and I can assist you to feel the same way, no matter the intensity of experience you have had with them (if you are truly ready and meant at the soul level to make this shift). I also assist you to separate from these energies/parts/aspects so that you can have a relationship with them rather than just be ‘dropped into’ their suffering (very important for aspects from other lifetimes/timelines).

I don’t see people in terms of what they suffer from…so not as victims in that way who need me to save them or ‘help them clear something that they can’t’. Yet rather in terms of what their capacity is on their leading edge of being to provide their own healing. I see you as the Divine sees you and help you see/feel/relate with yourself (and ALL parts of you) that way too. As the Divine has offered to all parts of me too!

This doesn’t invalidate the very real experience of suffering loops of pain/heaviness/fear that many parts/aspects are in right now and some for many years. It truly hurts my heart sometimes to feel what esp. deeply gifted and empathic women have signed up to endure this life, often without any support or reflection of their bigness.

We can validate the parts who are afraid and why, tuck them into your heart, and also bridge as a Divine self to the energies who most need it.

Raphael and I are excited to offer a new video series together starting tomorrow, January 1st. In this Divine Self Embodiment Chakra video series, we will offer a recoding/upgrade transmission for each 3D Body/Energy Field chakra to 5D frequencies of light body.

This provides a templating for each chakra to upgrade, yet also activates on a cellular level the imprinting of the light body. And, supports the detox and clearing necessary for the 3D body/energy field as well in its experiences of inflammation, indigestion, injuries, and illness. The Divine self vessel of vital health is what is needed to hold the higher frequencies of light and love that are possible now and going forward in this Ascension process.

Raphael and I will play our 432HZ (Divine frequency) crystal sound bowls, plus toning/light language/singing/chanting that comes through from our Divine selves to yours. We will also offer a brief guided meditation and I AM Divine Self code affirmation specific to each chakra.
