Owning The Dark And The Light Within

Men Of The Soulfire.

We’re being asked to take a formidable journey.

This journey is one that most wouldn’t even come near considering.

This journey is to go within and uncover every part or aspect of us that is suppressed or hidden in some way, having been forced to take up residence in the back alleys and dark side streets of our consciousness.

It’s much more appealing to take a journey of some kind that is external to us and that will give awards for the service and care of others.

These aspects of our soul and suppressed parts of the self are not difficult to find. They are becoming more and more outed and visible every day. The difficult part is finding the courage to own that THIS IS YOU.

Giving a homeless person some spare change feels good and acknowledges that ‘were it not for the grace of God, there go I’, but what we’re being invited to feel is something quite different from that.

This homeless person before you is you.

The homeless consciousness that bulges in our cities also lives within each of us. It is the entire declaration of literally one half of our being to be evil, wrong or unwanted in some way.

You don’t go on for too long before that disowned reality takes the life of the host.

Which brings us back to the majority who are not yet capable of taking this inward journey of reclamation, reconciliation, and restoration.

When you are unwilling to bridge your light and your darkness, you go against the grain of your soul. The soul is here to awaken to the duality of light and dark that it finds itself in. When that purpose is thwarted or postponed in this dimension, the soul wants to go back to the light to regroup, and the soul by necessity must take the body with it, as they are the same thing in different expressions.

We see this on maybe the grandest scale yet with the very understandable denial of those that signed up to be a part of the experimental medical trials of the past two years. I feel that this is all a very telling manifestation of the disowned parts of us, collectively and personally that wanted to leave the planet and the human experience sooner than later.

The awakening masses want to out the blame onto the dark evil drug companies who are controlled by dark evil agendas and elites bent on unspeakable evil, again understandably so…

But a deeper understanding is that all of both light and dark, what we went on to be sure and label as good and evil, ALL was birthed out of oneness source.

Love picks up the tab for it all.

Now we see not only WHY but WHO is asking us to take this journey within. It is your soul as divine expression that wants to know itself and be reconciled to itself in the deepest dualities that it created.

The darkness is you, and therein you will find your deepest reconciliation to life and love itself.

There is no other real path for relief. There is no other awakening from the nightmare. The glorious light that you are can only be found and known as you equally embrace the darkness within.

Sovereignty Within

Men Of The SoulFire.

It is your birthright as an individual, as a fractal/template of the Divine to be your own SOVEREIGN FREE WILL BEING that lives by your free will, meaning you do what you want, when you want and how you want, for the highest expression and benefit of everyone and everything in your life.

Essentially, whether we realize it or not, all of us are already expressing as this NOW, and always have been, even if we don’t know it yet, even if we learned to play small and victim to the powers that we perceive and that we authorized to be over us! This is one form/expression of our free will and sovereignty configuration, albeit at a low frequency.

Giving away our power, to others that we allow to dominate over us, whether consciously or unconsciously, is the only way an other can have any power over us. All authority only and ever arises from the individual, and is limited to that individual’s domain of influence. There is no other source from which power can arise, nor is there any such thing as true authority OVER an other. Presumed authority over an other is illegitimate and has no grounding in the higher heart of the universe. This bully kind of false expression of power uses a kind of dark magic manipulation of illusion, presumption and dominance of the free will of both the perpetrator and the victim.

In the higher heart way of the universe, the way of pure love, the sovereign individual expresses in a similar way as source consciousness itself, where all things arise from the free will power and essence of that mystery source energy that underlies, templates and fills all things, and is directed to the well being and thriving of all involved.

All of this means many different things, but the key one we are invited to focus on is that YOUR LIFE AS IT EXISTS/EXPRESSES TODAY IS YOUR CREATION.

That’s a lot to take responsibility for and can make for a lot of shame triggers if there are things in our lives that we regret or lament, as we all do at different times and situations. But this power and responsibility is a double edged sword, for it can also be (AND IS) your hope of deep and profound change at the core of your being.

This awakening to and responsibility for your true power is a deep remembrance of your divine essence, one that took many lifetimes to remember, piece by piece, experience by experience. We are learning to cease from the dynamics where we forfeit our power to any other that we’ve projected onto as having power over us, including governments, pharmaceutical ‘experts’, friends and family, spiritual teachers, and even to false Gods.

We find that we don’t need to ‘take back our power’ as much as we realize our power simply by no longer giving it away. Our power becomes ‘re-homed’ in us.

Learning how to express as a sovereign being is something that only occurs in relationships and circumstances involving others, be it a friendship, a family, or a member of a community of any kind. Sovereignty implies community (a relationship to others) as it’s impossible to be an individual without existing in some form of community as they are part and parcel of the same thing.

Sovereignty operates where one accepts the full authority and responsibility for their lives in relationship to all others in their lives as their birthright and divine blueprint as an individual.

So then, a sovereign being is one who possesses the power to act as their own supreme or ultimate power in any and all relationships.

Even if you choose to comply with a governmental law or edict, fearing reprisal for non-compliance, you come to realize that that is only and ever and always your choice that is at play, your power in action. You’re the one doing the choosing for your own reasons. This realization alone makes for a deep beginning of life changes and choice points that transmutes the fears underlying your relationships with others.

Doesn’t that sound juicy? It does to me! Sign me up for some more of THAT please!

So HOW then does one go about practically realizing and embodying this personal sovereignty more and more?

This change of your relationship to your true sovereignty is a core shift that begins an inner transformation of the power dynamics that have been occurring INSIDE OF YOU, FROM ONE PART OF YOU TO ANOTHER. From there, it naturally flows to your outward relationships with all of life.

No other will own your new found freedom or be able to dictate your relationship to it! This is a pearl of great price that you can never lose.

Gabriel Amara and myself are hosting a men’s group call on this subject on Sunday, November 27th that will lead you through the discovery of an inner reality, a ‘you to you’ reality where different parts of you are playing both ruler and subject separately. This can make for a polarized tyrant and victim dynamics held on the inside between parts of you that have not known anything else. We will introduce you to the process and experience of showing up for these parts of you, how to begin bridging to them, their realities. From that, you can discover how with deepening relationship to these parts of you, you literally transform the ground you walk on. And again, all of this FROM THE INSIDE OUT.

How Spirituality and Growth Differ

Growth and becoming spiritual can be far from the same thing.

Growth is hinged on the quality of your intentions and responding with your deepest courage and integrity to the choices before you, in the sacred life before you as you currently know it.

You can become quite spiritual through a long list of practices like meditation or yoga. But the practice doesn’t determine growth, but rather the why behind what you are doing, irregardless if it’s meditating or feeding the dog.

We’re invited now to sift through our intentions, which is the real leverage point of our desired growth. Clinging onto or coveting spiritual routines and attainments can actually be detrimental to our growth.

Sort the intent and you may just find that everything you choose to do in life is equally spiritual. Then you can literally do whatever you really want and find growth traction, and be having too much fun in the process to be beating yourself up with another spiritual discipline.

The Liability Of Reliability

We’re at a place now where honorable traits can fast become liabilities.

I had a dream last night where an old friend from my past, who, if he was known for anything, was known for his reliability, his willingness to sacrifice for others in need, his expression of care. Underneath it all, though, was a big resistance to change, and I suspect, the garden variety fears of embracing his next growth into his bigness, that we all face.

I can feel where he an I, in other lifetimes, were side by side in these kinds of changeless codes of honor, especially in service of a King. It became a deeply embedded safety and way of being in the world.

In this life, I managed to embrace deep change sooner than he, and that made for the end of our friendship, but not our larger soul connection. Who knows what lifetimes he may have done the same for me?

Isn’t this true of all of our relationships? The part about our larger soul connection?

We are all players in each others learning and growth grounds, and so much of that happens by comparison. In comparison, we get to see ourselves, feel ourselves, embrace and try on new ways of being in life, in love and in this world, and even in others beyond this one.

Staying stuck though, isn’t where our souls want us to be right now.

It’s time to embrace the changes before us. What might feel like reckless abandon to a part of us, wants to be lovingly, and step by step, negotiated inside of us; feeling each part of us and their needs and reactions to the changes before us.

The improvised beatitude for this time is ‘Blessed are the flexible, for they shall not be broken’. I’d add to that, ‘Blessed too are the broken, for they are open to healing’.

So, it’s all good in the larger picture. The larger picture is a picture of love being all there is, where everything in being reconciled to itself and every part is found to be aspectual to that love. The love of all, with all, and through all.

The love you are. The love I am. The love we are.

This photo below was taken from last week during a visit to the Coimbra University here in Portugal. The expression of the architecture, both in its achievements and its message feel to be about values from times long ago, as buildings all around in contrast are just succumbing to the relentless graffiti strewn on them by a generation in deep change, and a necessary rebellion.

Feeling these architectures though, can really be a time travel experience into our Metasoul of lives lived in these energies, lives that are actually still being played out in the now, that await our feeling reconciliation of them, into our healing and expanding hearts.

Beauty Beyond Measure

Beauty beyond compare.

It overloads our senses and we don’t know what to do with it.

Somehow beauty often triggers an impulse to do something.

But there is nothing to do with beauty really, as far as achieving the beauty is concerned, where beauty has already taken care of all of the doing.

Beauty simply wants to enter into being and it wants to do that with you. Beauty wants to experience you as you in turn experience it. Before before beauty, in a face-off kind of show-off.

We’re often stuck to show up for that, and somehow, knowing that we’re not quite getting it, we do the next best thing.

We photograph it.

Somehow, we know that there’s so much more here to feel than we can feel in the moment. Hopefully, we can capture some of that beauty, preserve it for the partaking of later. We take in what we can physically in real time, and the rest, we delay into a recording, an impression upon a light sensor, stored away in pixels of digital memory, for the later time of our choosing.

Strangely then, at that moment of our choosing, the image re-presents the beauty and re-presences the beauty, and the senses that were on overload in the real time experience can now somehow take in the light codes incrementally, and be changed by them nonetheless, …and possibly even more than the less of when the photons actually made their recording that formed the graphic image, …and the original overwhelm now gets to be transmuted into all the time and space needed to fully digest what couldn’t be earlier.

Memory is like that. The image along with the imagination is often all that’s needed to feel what couldn’t be felt while in the presence of such overwhelming beauty. Feeling unlocks the beauty. The beauty is now multiplied in the heart as it is combined with time and presence.

The beauty gets to complete the path it wanted to walk with us. It gets to transmit its message in whatever ways and times that we can receive it, coinciding with our need.

Beauty gets to let go into you and I, again and a-gain, a shared gain of multiplied experience, reverence and bounty.

What images are waiting and wanting to be replayed in your imagination, the imagium of transmutation where light codes complete their trajectory and deliver to you their payload?

Yes, you have lots of imaginating to play with don’t you?

A little back story to this photo:

Here in my sunset hour walks in our village this past week, looking left and right into the tiny lanes that usually get walked right on by, I was struck by a flower pot of gorgeous sunflowers.

But between me and it was a locked gate. I hoped to encounter the owner and be ready to utilize my few words of endearing, but well botched Portuguese to gain access to the courtyard containing the well tended golden flower.

But even at sunset on a couple occasions, there was no one to be found. Lots of people elsewhere, but none here.

I did however find my landlord, Paulo, sitting 2 doors down at the bar along with Jorge, the bar owner, and moments later, I found myself following Jorge, key to the locked gate in hand.

George looked on as I photographed. I told him I’d be ‘cinco minutos’ to which he nodded, smiled, but stayed out watching me. I fumbled with focus lock and exposure adjustments, straight on and angled views, burst mode, macro mode, etc on my new iPhone 13 camera, but surely the essence of the flower itself was muted by all these urgencies at hand.

So I too, am not much further ahead than you in the experience of this flower. I didn’t even touch it, or smell it, or just put the camera away and take it in, I realize now.

Maybe together we can decipher its codes and reveal the mystery of what it still wants to say to us?

The Window Panes Of Our Worldview

Out of each of the window panes of our worldview is a picture that not only are we looking at, but the picture is looking back at us.

What we interpret from what we see is what we are beholden to. What holds us has us temporarily ensnared in its grasp.

What we see stirs emotional flow and feeling, which is all a form of the divine moving through us, asking to find a home in our expanding hearts.

Moving quickly from one scene to the next, often too quickly for those sharing the same view with us, we are seen as deceived, that is beguiled by the new view. An inevitable loss occurs as we change the lenses theough which we look at, see and feel the world.

The ones we know as the companions of our company must also morph and change as each of us has our own sacred timing around how long we need be beholden to a particular view as that view asks to have its full way with us.

Superpower Initiation

The initiation into your superpower realization of your being involves getting intimately acquainted with all the parts of you who feel not-so super powered.

When you feel into it, the stark question arises if it would even feel that great really to be a superpower while having parts of you feeling separated, alone, insecure and afraid?

What would be the point of possessing and expressing some kind of superpower while at the same time still possessing parts of you who felt completely disempowered?

It seems like the only point of that kind of a superpower would be to mask and medicate the disempowered parts, and who knows all the pain that would cause?

What fun would there be in that really?

When I feel this yearning to express my superpower, if I’m honest and transparent about it, I must admit that it’s quite a rumble inside of me and really always has been on some level. Some aspect of me wants to change the world and be world renowned for it, and then go on to change it some more. It does feel like it has an ego aspect to it, and of course it does! How could I chose and surrender to being a being in individualized expression of the All and the Oneness that we all share, without playing with my own identity.

We’ve vilified the ego as the great deterrent to our spiritual awakening, when on a deeper level, it feels to me now, that the great deterrent to our spiritual awakening, aka as becoming a superpower, is actually more about our resistance to having an ego.

We left something behind to participate in egohood. We were completely without ego, one with the divine, but there was no you or I to appreciate that. Appreciation requires otherness, comparison and something more than oneness. All oneness is aloneness.

You can only increase joy and pleasure in your life if you are in acknowledgement and reverential in some way of what doesn’t feel like joy or pleasure. Joy and pleasure, like every other thing requires what is not that thing in order to know itself, to have definition, or in other words, to have ego.

Without ego, you are just plain boring to yourself and the world. When you are nothing but ego, you are just plain annoying to the world. You, the superpower you is the bridge between these dualities, creating dance, flow and magical aliveness.

In going inward this morning, I was invited to feel into these pieces some more, to see where they wanted to take me. We all have so much potential, that all of our wrestling and wrangling with ourselves and one another can be traced back to the challenge of integrating this experience of being both infinite and finite at the same time.

It would seem more than half of the structures are no longer lived in, except by creatures other than the humans who built them. This couple in this photo express the goodness of being together at all stages of love and life. The cool thing was that the man had some music device in his pocket playing while they walked, like his inner teenager had a ghetto blaster!

The Masculine and ‘Man’ifestation

The masculine so wants to make something happen, often unaware that a greater happening is moving through them. Often the urge to make or to force something to happen is in resistance to this greater happening.

We’re built for happenings, for sure, but how we participate in the happenings is where it changes everything.

We ARE, before we set out to lift a finger or intend anything, one big happening. All of this powerful life force of being, long precedes any urge to create or make ourselves ‘useful’.

Out of tune and time with this worth that we are, we set out to restore a feeling of power.

You see, the thing is, you are made to feel powerful. Every cell and fiber in your being knows this.

But when the heart and mind are conditioned to feel otherwise, we’re left floating in a vacuum, and will often do almost anything to return to a feeling of power.

I woke up today with an urge to do like six things, and then part of me lamented that the doing of them might conflict with the time available, or they might not produce the anticipated reward. Then when I tune in Yeshua as a beloved guide, all of the above reminders come flooding in.

He continues, quite passionately I might add…

You are this aliveness of divinity. It moves through you, sometimes like seasons and sometimes like lightning storms. You are the mystery of the divine, divining through time and space and matter and circumstance.

As you open more and more to this wonder of what you already are, you become more and more of what you already are. You no longer need to become something to convince yourself of power, but you steward the power that has always lived in you.

You become what you already are. This is the essence of manifestation. A manifest is a description of something already in possession, like bringing things up from the hold in a ship below.

‘Man’-ifesting is expressing something that you already hold.

Tuning into this holding of who and what you already are is where the feminine principle comes in.

The feminine knows how to allow things to arise in flow. The true feminine makes things erect without doing anything, but by simply being.

However long this all takes to make this kind of switchover really doesn’t matter compared to the fulfillment of coming into this reality more and more. Granted, parts of us are understandably impatient, and so do want to ‘get on with it’ sooner than later.

Thank god for them too, or we just might never get anything done around here!

Anyways, that’s a good morning from me, and Yeshua too! I hope it finds you in a phase of stepping more and more into your essence, and embracing every part of you who feels conflict or failure in this ground of manifestation.

Realigning With The Infinity Of Our Being

Infinite anything is really quite scary to parts of us.

What do you do with all the flour in the world? Yet, with a cup of flour, you can bake a yummy cake?

How do we enjoy or find pleasure in the infinite?

We are in our essence Divine expressions of infinity, or said another way, and possibly, yet even more profoundly and simply as well as scary, we are infinity.

I find parts of myself having been so conditioned in the measurable kind of exchange; where you get so much of this, for so much of that, to be feeling disoriented and even unhappy at times to be emerging more and more into this new world of infinite beingness.

It’s really strange though, because this infinite beingness is something I have wanted and prized even, having seen it though through the eyes of commodity and comparison. Then, when this new relationship with life begins to materialize as more and more as a default way of living, it definitely (de-‘finitely’) calls for some integration!

Yesterday, I went out to do a few hours of painting for our landlord, something I did as a career for over three decades. It was easy, peezy on one hand, all too familiar, humbling on the other hand to be ‘earning’ a fraction of what I usually once earned. I had this strange feeling of not really caring what I earned or didn’t earn, like it made no difference to me, which is of course very different to the me of yesteryear who liked to sit in a coffee shop early in the morning, adding up and prognosticating on a week’s profits.

The energy for all of that was so built in then, it just seemed to come out of the woodwork. I had to discipline myself to leave room for other things in my life, and not be a workaholic. Part of me was willing to be balanced, mainly because this part of me realized that I actually achieved more measurable and fulfilling results when I did so. It was all about the measurable quantities, whether of money or of joy, and everything in between.

So how does, particularly the masculine aspects of us transition from this relationship with the finite to the infinite? What would the joys and rewards look and feel like in a world immersed more and more in the infinite, in the ‘indefinite’, the undefined?

Do things like ‘results’ even come into play, and how do we relate to them when and if they do?

Love without boundary, love without measure, love without condition, all speak to this essence of who and what we ARE. We are this infinite being that chose to have a simulated experience with the finite. Here is where the divine is literally having this experience and learning through us.

We relate to this as an initiation, to be initiated out of the finite into the infinite. And that’s a really good word for it, because it is very initial, a beginning all over again. We stumble and fall before we ever walk, and the parts of us conditioned to results and professionalism and expertise can feel very frustrated in the transition, the trans-initiation.

We have to be willing to span two worlds, one that gave us much reward, where we were able to readily and even effortlessly marshall our energies in service of a goal and reward, to a world where results just emerge without our finite wrangling and dealing, where the result doesn’t bring the same assurances and pleasures in the ways that it once did.

It often feels like falling as this new world arises and the old one falls away. All our instincts are to restore balance, but balance isn’t what it once was.

What the equivalent of walking even looks like in the infinite world is difficult to measure or describe or to name the price for. All of measuring, description and costs per measure kind of realities don’t have traction here.

What does have traction here is a feeling. This feeling is a feeling of homecoming, of being Being. Of being reunited with the essence of where you started out from. Some big relief to all of the above described dilemma shows up in feeling awareness that the infinite expression of who and what you are actually PRECEDED the more immediately recalled experience of your time in the finite.

You are this big of a being to have dialed in this full range of being.

Now, we are in a place of being enabled to hold space for the parts of us in transition, to feel every frustration, every fear or anxiety that surely will and does arise in the process of trans-initiation. You were fully initialized into one world and now a whole new world calls for your initialization.

This is a particularly poignant feeling to be feeling of the day of the Lion’s Gate cosmic portal where the energetic alignment is in full support of transitions.
