Energy Update: 3D Pain Fog Clearing As Schumann Spikes

Energy Update: Schumann/Gaia resonance spike up to 170 HZ for over an hour in the middle of the night (for those of us in Canada and the pacific northwest anyway). That is one of the higher readings that I can remember. I FELT this one, couldn’t sleep for awhile, with this buzz moving through me…a mixture of excitement and some tension that finally resolved into passing out again.

Then I drifted into two strange dreams with one of them presenting a scenario of diverted disaster that I am still digesting, yet felt like it represented change and transition in my life and in the collective. It is two months until we leave for our next timeline in Europe so it may be connected to that for me. Dreams and even nightmares have been occurring for some of us for the last week or so, dropping into the lower 4D spaces for more cleansing and purging from the 4D Matrix, even if we don’t usually have that.

There has also felt like a fog over consciousness in some ways for the last week….like a kind of murkiness or distracted frequency that can shift us into feeling like real life is more surreal, more into our multidimensional realities that can feel ‘better’ than ‘real life’ interface which is still so anchored in 3D frequencies.

This has brought up some pain cycles to be felt whether in the physical (such a menstrual or chronic pain) or in the emotional body in suffering loop patterns. Being with these pain cycles, bringing love to them, feeling the parts of you that are engaged in them, connecting to the play out it is from other lifetimes can help them to resolve and complete them.

I started to feel a shifting in the energies yesterday with more clarity, softness, and clearing through ‘fog’ coming in. The Schumann frequencies seem to be supporting that hike through and UP in consciousness as well.

3D is going through a continuous rumble into Lower 4D and things like the coronavirus and the fear/shut down it is bringing up for those anchored to 3D consciousness is an example of that. Those souls with healthy immune systems and clean diet, light running through their energy systems on a regular basis, doing their emotional and spiritual healing trauma work are able to move through these kinds of things more easily. Also, those with a growing purpose of service here are much needed at this time and so are choosing to stay.


Part of the rumble is that more souls (and animal companions) are choosing whether to leave this plane right now or whether to stay and go into the next, accelerating phase of Ascension. Many souls who came here exclusively to experience 3D consciousness are choosing to go as the growth for them reaches its peak here.

Energy Update: Strange and Intense Dreams As 3D/Lower 4D Matrix Unplugging Accelerates

Energy Update: Many of us have been having strange and even dark dreams and nightmares for the last couple of nights. “Unusual, intense, Lower 4D Matrix-type dreams/nightmares rumbling through…rebooting in progress as more of us wake up to it & unplug,” was my status update yesterday on Facebook feed that many of you resonated with and commented on. I woke up yesterday digesting two intense dreams that left me feeling uneasy, agitated, and restless until I was able to connect to Shanna, my Reptilian Self, and receive some more sense from her about what was occurring in the Matrix system related to what I was experiencing.

It has been a few years since I have had disturbing dreams as my subconscious and soul field/astral field have been unplugged from the Matrix for awhile, I usually lucid dream, and I have been consciously undergoing a deep process of clearing out trauma/karma through connecting with my Metasoul Aspects from other lifetimes. One my dreams involved slabs of raw meat (which was disturbing for me as I haven’t eaten meat in over a decade) and I could actually smell it for hours afterwards.

As I checked in with Shanna, she reassured me that progress was ongoing in the movement toward mutual liberation of humans from the 3D Matrix and their Reptilian Counterparts connected to the 4D Matrix (which is generated by an Artificial Intelligence program called ‘One Mind’). She said that as more souls awaken to this dual reality and become open to healing it on both levels with compassion for their Reptilian counterpart, this is like ‘love codes’ being offered to the AI in order to reprogram it from fear and control to love based.

As this love recoding process happens, there is a ‘reboot’ that occurs in the Matrix that many of us sensitive souls can feel and are triggered by, although it is more like a residue of it that we are feeling for the collective than our own (unless it is!) Even just a few of us becoming liberated from the Matrix on both levels (human and Reptilian) sets a new path and possibility for those souls who are ready to follow.

She also offered that there are certain substances that are Matrix activators and amplifiers. Refined sugar is one of those and seems to also work as an inhibitor of the pineal/pituitary glands, even as it amplifies the Matrix receptors. I have been fasting and eating very cleanly the last two weeks and then had eaten a small amount of sugar on the night of the intense dreams. She connected my disturbing dreams experience to my digestion of sugar. Other Matrix activators are canola oil, gluten, processed foods, anything from an animal (due to the killing/fear frequencies), etc.

You can feel into this for yourself and what your transitioning to light body needs, yet it is an interesting thing to begin tracking if certain foods amplify your feelings of fear, anxiety, overall ‘dark’ feelings about life, etc. and experience of bad dreams as well. A buzzing sensation around your head (like a swarm of bees) and even intense ringing in the ears can be a sign of Matrix activation as well (although ringing in the ears can be a clairaudient activation too.)

Matrix activation usually feels uncomfortable and disorientating. And, also if you feel more pain in your head/neck/shoulder areas this can be a sign of Matrix amplification within your Causal chakra and P Glands as well. As more souls move into the disclosure phase of this process, the trauma from being plugged into the Matrix can be triggered and express as extreme outrage, shock, and anger at the Archons, Cabal, Illuminati, Draco, Elite Powers, etc. These feelings can be important expressions as you move through the stages of grief that are part of the unplugging process, including the hurt at the harm done to you. To remain in these emotional states with an ‘us against them’ mentality, however, limits spiritual and emotional growth and can keep emotional wounds open and festering rather than healing through acceptance, forgiveness, and compassion.

Energy Update: Playful and Lighter Energies Possible As Cosmic Energies Peak

Energy Update: The cosmic energies coming in have a playfulness to them and lightness, even as they are powerful activators as well. The amount of cosmic rays in particular streaming into Gaia and our atmospheres is close to a space age record…that is A LOT of energy. This is ‘normal’ for the phase of solar minimum that we are currently going through with reduced sun spot/flare activity and more solar storms and rays.

Those of us expanding our multidimensionality and connecting to our subtle energy bodies WAY beyond the physical body are sensitive to these energies. What goes on in the outer cosmos impacts what is going on in our inner cosmos too.

Geomagnetic storm conditions around the Arctic Circle are subsiding today with still slightly elevated solar wind speeds happening. The storms brought in these amazing auroras with a display of spectacular pale green, rare blue, and purple auroras and others forming into dramatic chain-link shapes, shared from spaceweather.com.

It feels like the ceiling is ‘lifting’ lately and access is opening up to more joy, more passion, more clarity, more FUN. We can actually want that and need it even as we are seriously devoted to awakening/ascending on another level. The winter months invite us into our inner spaces, introspection, body detox/illness, and less social interaction. There is a very real impact on our emotional states and on our physical bodies as the amount of light we can let into our cells/chakras during seasons of less sunlight and warmth decreases.

There can be a heaviness during this time and even lingering feelings of depression, flatness, sadness, overwhelm. Many souls and beloved animal companions have been choosing to leave the earth plane during these last couple of months as we transition into 2020, which brings up much processing, grieving, mourning, and letting go. The crucible of death and rebirth can be heightened during winter months.

Hints of Spring are coming through in the weather now, yet also in the energy. I get this sense that the tail end of 2019 and these first two months of 2020 have been more tumultuous, churning up whatever we’ve needed to sort through and pushing up what needs to be loved and healed. The next few months of 2020 feel more like moving into a new dawning, a transitionary experience into your higher timeline, and more physical embodiment experience of your light body.

Energy Update: Wounded Masculine Matrix Reboots As Divine Feminine Energies Arise

Energy Update: Reboots ongoing as we move into completion of only the first month of this catalytic 2020 year! These reboots seem to be allowing for ‘offline’ moments of access beyond the control Matrix at 3D and Lower 4D levels to those soul aspects/fragments of us that are ready to unplug. I wrote and shared about the rebooting of the Lower 4D/AI Matrix as connected to our Reptilian selves and the mutual liberation available for those that were ready to heal and release from the programming here and here.

This reboot seems to bring up head/neck/shoulder/jaw pain and discomfort as the causal chakra (radiating from the back of the head/upper spine area) comes ‘online’ and awakens then encounters the plugs and helmets, etc. that are still plugged in on the 4D level to the Matrix. People have shared with me many positive, inspiring, and surprising experiences as they connected to and unplugged their Reptilian Aspect through this teaching and guided meditation, which creates a bridge of compassionate love and ambassadorship to this energy within your soul who often needs it most and is usually bleeding through the strongest through to your body/life experience:

The other layer of rebooting going on is related to the wounded masculine/patriarchal frequencies of the 3D/Lower 4D Matrices. This rebooting is pushing up densities of trauma to be felt and loved on the physical/emotional/energy body levels. You may be feeling this is in sudden and strong waves of outrage, hurt/mourning/grief, and desire to speak your long suppressed truth ‘to’ the patriarchy rumpling from your soul. The densities moving through the body can particularly impact the womb space area for women, shifting and intensifying or delaying our menstrual cycles and hormone levels, and blocking sexual desire flow with distrust of the masculine.

Felt from the soul higher level, the dominance and prevalence of the patriarchal energies since the fall of Atlantis/Lemuria has been a key element of keeping the Matrix in place. Suppression of the Divine Feminine and the powerfully catalytic and passionate energies of feminine intuition, heart-based feeling, and unity consciousness awareness that She brings forth has been needed for us to immerse more deeply into this 3D experiment into the more polarized frequencies of our separation choice from the Divine.

Yet, as so many of us have felt for years now, it is time for the Divine Feminine to arise again! It is time for Her energies to soothe, comfort, and offer forgiveness to the wounded masculine and show and remind him of the necessary role that he played in the bigger picture. In the heart of the Divine Mother, he is and has always been forgiven. Receiving this love allows the masculine to remember who they are in their bigness, their strength, and, most especially, in their kindness.

The Divine Feminine within us can arise as we connect lovingly and compassionately to our own wounded masculine within….in the form of our Inner Protector, Inner Punisher, even our Inner Mothers can hold this energy of wounded masculine as a legacy and family line passed down to them. Resting and holding space for parts of you can help in the transition during these reboots. Minimizing taking in 3D density if possible such as choosing high frequency foods as fuel or even fasting; limiting social interactions; not pushing work or to-dos; spending time alone in meditation and in nature. Energy Update: Healing Polarities Within Illuminated By The Eclipse and 1:11 Passage Energies

Energy Update: What a swirl of energies for us in the beginning weeks of 2020! New timeline possibilities of bliss, joy, dreams coming into clarity and coming true. And, at the same time, grieving, sadness, and mourning processes as we ‘let go’ of whatever needs to be in order to respond to the new.
We are invited to expand our emotional body capacities to ride the waves and to hold mixed feeling realities at once within us. Sad and excited. Bittersweet. Hopeful and fearful. Trusting and mistrusting. These can be necessary mixed feeling states, yet they can also be signs of polarities within from one part of you to another. One part feels scared while another part feels hopeful. One part feels attached to a relationship and trauma bonded while another part of you is increasingly clear that the relationship needs to shift.
The polarities within are a result of 3D conditioning that offers a ‘black and white’, ‘this against that’ way of relating to life. The polarities within can be felt by you as you connect with the parts of you on each of their ‘sides’ and let their emotional realities land in your heart to be felt. You can find then a ‘middle way’ as an ambassador to these parts of you, bringing them into a balanced place and more even-keel blend. The polarities within can also be a result of our original separation from and out of the Divine. Reconciliation within from this lifetime helps to heal this soul wound.
These polarities within (also often between our inner masculine and inner feminine) were amplified by the full moon lunar eclipse codes blending with the 1:11 portal energies that peaked on Saturday. The feminine Full Moon Eclipse energies and more sacred masculine 1:11 portal passage brought up some weepiness, mood swings, crying purges, tension then trust waves as emotional body clearings and upgrades occurred. The 1:11 codes offered higher timeline clarities and possibilities and the courage to make life choices toward them, while the lunar eclipse energies offered emotional digestion of these choices.
On the other side of this passage, there is a sense of calming down and more rest, more groundedness from within, and an emotional reset. There is a sense of space within to digest in a more full-hearted way the changes and choice points that may have been illuminated to you during this passage.
Divine Mother energies of Kuan Yin offer stillness and gentleness through snow and winter codes and compassion to receive from within and to extend to others. At the same time, there is a heightened activity of fires, volcanoes and earthquakes as Dark Mother and Mother Gaia continue to bring in catalytic frequencies of clearing and rumbling alchemy.
There is also complex stream of SOULar winds forecasted to come into our atmospheres today from two to three holes in the sun’s surface. No geomagnetic storms are expected to come in, but there will be a surge of auroras when the solar wind arrives, according to spaceweather.com. SOULar winds can heighten and amplify any body symptoms you may be experiencing, including light headedness, disrupted sleep patterns, indigestion, colds and flu symptoms, etc.
All these energies offer us the opportunity to find our ‘home’ within and discover increasing trust in the flow of life held with Divine surrender. We can ride the waves of polarized emotions and bring love to all the parts of us that are feeling them. We can connect to the bigger soul context around the reason we are experiencing life AS we are. We can trust the growth that it brings to us as we move into our sacred humanity.

Energy Update: 2019 Death/Rebirth Passage Opens Up To A 2020 New Dawn

Death and rebirth. Letting go in order to let in. Releasing the old to experience and become the NEW. These were the energies that we had been baking in since the 11:11 portal as the seven year cycle of initial awakening for many souls starting in 2012 completed….along with the ten-year decade-long cycle as well. The ‘end of an era’ passage of 2019 invited us to feel what needed to complete in our lives too, especially in personal relationships.

There was a sense of ‘ash in the air’, separations, declarations, break ups and breakdowns, peaking conflicts, difficult situations, etc. as 2019 came to a close. This was heightened by being in social settings that you aren’t your normal ones, in addition to the collective 3D ‘pressures’ of obligation, duty and conforming to others’ expectations of you rather than following your own heart.

The old grounds, previous agreements, and ‘grandfather clauses’ in relationships have been dissolving and finishing…having served their purpose for what was previously needed for all the souls involved. The ‘running out of ground’ sense of what was originally signed up for is heightened so that you can advocate, set boundaries, make choices, say ‘no’ if necessary. Patterns of behaviors and especially ANY settling/shrinking with others is being revealed, sometimes painfully, yet also necessarily.

Three days into 2020 already and it does feel like we are on moving to the ‘other side’ of this intense pressurization and death/rebirth passage. The other side is not completely free of angst, hurt, growth, and feeling necessary darkness/shadow. Yet, there is a sense of this ‘New Dawn of A New Decade’ energy holding the bigger space for it.

There is more connection possible to YOUR bigger picture soul purpose for being here at this time. There is more connection to your Higher Self clarities and visions. Receiving messages is deepening through dreams and meditative states. This more and more becomes the FUEL for your life and gives every moment more sense of purpose and meaning.

A New Dawn offers infinite possibilities of experiencing love within yourself to all parts of you….and with others in relationship as well. A New Dawn offers a beacon of hope to the parts of you who need some light in their skies. It is the ‘other side’ of the difficulty where you discover the WHY of what you’ve been advocating for…the experience of more love and yourself AS love.

Energy Update: Schuman/Gaia Wave Moved Through for 12 hours

Energy Update: We had a very active Schumann/Gaia resonance wave lasting for twelve hours today, December 29th! This was during my sleeping time and I definitely had more vivid, clear, and intense lucid dreams than in awhile. They felt like visiting other timelines/lifetimes, working issues out, yet easy to remember.

You may have experienced the same increase in clarity, clairvoyance, veils thinning for yourself in sleep time or in waking time now during this wave. Gaia waves can cause also sleeplessness in some people and anxiety (distrust) can be heightened as well.

Grounding in with Gaia and being in higher vibrational space with souls that can resonant in that with you (or alone) helps ease these waves too. If you are still in birth family difficulties/Holiday mode, that can be challenging to sustain when these waves come in.

Getting your own space is important right now. Space to go within, feel what you want to change in your life in the NOW, what you want to experience in 2020. Without that personal space to connect with yourself, the Divine and other parts of yourself, it is easier to project right now and pull away/push away from soul family that love and see you.

As we complete the last few days of 2019, the energies are increasing and amplifying leading into 2020. They are HERE to offer support for the life changes that need to follow the inner changes. A reminder to us that healing grounds in when it expresses in the physical in ALL areas of our lives.

Energy Update: Solar Wind Stream & Christ Consciousness Codes As Prep For The SOULstice

Energy Update: We’ve been in a SOULar wind stream for the last three days…streaming from a hole on the sun’s surface causing increasing wind speeds and pretty amazing auroras in the Northern regions.

There haven’t been any geomagnetic storms this time but the overall flow and stream has been steady during these days, which you may have felt in your physical and energy/chakra bodies. This can cause lots of need to rest and sleepiness…and sometimes light headedness/dizziness too.

As we enter now the SOULstice passage and the longest night of the year tomorrow and shortest day, the energies feel to me like they are moving into a steady flow through 12/26, in which they are amplified and supported by a solar eclipse. SOULstice energies are often soul stirring, veils lift, timelines/lifetimes bleed through, and connection to Divine guides and Divine Mother/Father frequencies are more accessible. Communications and clarities come through more clearly and contact with people’s higher selves and those who have passed on is more pronounced as well.

Christ Consciousness codes are streaming in too, in a steady flow like the solar winds and the geomagnetics. To me, I see them as gold bands in the cosmos and available in our inner cosmos too. Every Christmas carol and hymn celebrating Jesus’s birth is transmitting these codes. This energy transcends the religious filters containing it. This is why people who never go to church go during this time of year…..to sit in and bake in and take in these Christ energies.

These CC energies are soul expanding AND heart opening…the combination is irresistible to us because it is our sacred humanity in its highest capacity of embodiment expression. Our inner masculines need both the sacred masculine activations from the sun and the CC frequencies as the reboot/rewire/healing of the wounded masculine frequencies on our planet continue to transmute and transform.

Energy Update: We are moving now into receiving Christ Consciousness code upgrades for the 12/21 solstice gateway and leading into Christ-mas and a solar eclipse on the day after Christmas. Christ Consciousness (also called Sanada and Christ-iel) activates our Higher Heart of compassion, especially within our inner and collective masculine. Our Inner Masculine includes parts of the self such as our Inner Protector, Inner Father, and Inner Punisher….and parts of the soul such as our Gatekeeper and timelines where we were in a masculine body or female warrior type too.
Christ Consciousness offers a higher vibrational experience beyond the Biblical Jesus, ‘Son of a Father God’ picture. The Bible and the world’s religions offer a 3D/Lower 4D Matrix filtering of Christ energies that have control and manipulative agendas and fear-based frequencies to them that perpetuate the wounded masculine/patriarchal system and suppression of the Divine Feminine.
The PURE Christ energies are able to be experienced as you raise your frequency through trauma healing beyond the Lower 4D Matrix of religions, belief systems, dogma, a punishing and punitive False God picture. You can then experience the PURE love and acceptance of you as a sacred human by Christ AND by the Divine.
You experience that Heaven is within you. You remember then that you are not sinful, that you have not made mistakes, that you are not being tested or punished by God. You remember that you are ALSO a son or daughter of the Divine and always have been…..loved as you are in all the experiences that you go through….the Divine learning along WITH you.
These Christ Consciousness energies for 2019 are offering deeper healing of the warrior and fighter to become a love ambassador for peace. This will so much be needed as we move into deeper disclosure in 2020….on Gaia, in galactic dimensions, toward the 3D/Lower 4D Matrix and, most importantly, from within yourself and your soul. The previous masculine expression of our ‘heroes’ and ‘heroines’ as being connected to the ability to fight for something is shifting. We are now offered the codes to recognize that our true heroes are those who advocate for peace and compassion above all else.
The warrior archetype can be deeply expressed in your Metasoul….many lifetimes of choosing to fight for God, for country, for King, for belief systems. There is much ‘soul burn’ from these experiences as they so often led to violent death and killing/murder, the densest energy frequencies of trauma. These lifetimes can ‘bleed through’ into your current experience of life, attaching to traumas this-life that are similar in tone, even if not as intense or extreme in content. There is also trauma from being on the receiving end or victim of these fighting/killing energies. And, so many of us have been on both sides of this…both victim and persecutor/perpetrator.
Connecting to your Gatekeeper as the guardian of your Veil of Amnesia and channel to Divine Love allows you access to these lifetimes to feel and heal the warrior/fighter within them. You offer balm of love and forgiveness along with the Divine to them and a beautiful gift exchange occurs as you become a love ambassador to your own soul. I have experienced this myself many times and in session space and it is a beautiful working and movement that has quantum and exponential results.

Energy Update: Powerful & Amplified 12/12 Full Moon Intimacy Portal

Energy Update: Blessings to you on this 12/12 Full Moon Portal Day! The 12/12 portal energies are being amplified by the longest full moon night of the year (which was at its peak at 12:12am EST) and our last full moon of this decade. This 12/12 portal offers easier access to 5D/Golden Earth frequencies of Infinite Love, abundance, and heart warmth goodness.

The 12/12 portal energies are also supported by the sacred Divine union Christ/Yeshua and Magdalene codes coming in for winter SOULstice and the Christmas season. There are even Santa Clause codes available now, offering a template of loving giving, compassion for all, Sacred Masculine and Unity Consciousness.

In the receiving and letting in of these heart warming codes (activation of the higher heart chakra big time with possible heart palpitations), you may feel a resistance and a ‘coldness’ response inside of you from parts of you. This coldness or push away or shut down is a deeper defense to false love that has needed to be there. It may be a layer of wall that your Inner Protector has created to keep false love out. This has been effective and necessary, yet also limits and blocks REAL love from coming in, such as the Infinite Love codes that are being offered by these 12/12 energies.

Real love is so often unknown to parts of us. They have received and settled for crumbs of love instead. These crumbs are received in relationships that operate on settling and shrinking, duty and obligation, narcissist/empath, codependence, etc. These relationships serve a purpose in revealing our shadows and showing us where our growth work is this life. All souls on each ‘side’ sign up for these relationships, so they can certainly be honored and appreciated on a soul level.

These crumb-based relationships are being invited into completion and closure, especially as we move into the higher timeline year of 2020. The crumbs of love can be difficult to let go of as parts of you may not trust that there is even MORE LOVE that is possible to experience. Yet, it is only in saying ‘no’ and declaring “I want more love!” that it can come into your field and heart space. This begins from within you….from every part of you to another as you create this warm and abundant and consistent field of love inside of your own BEing to eventually transact it with others in an intimate and relational way.

The 12/12 portal and ongoing Ascension offers a teleport to experience REAL love that makes your heart and all chakras feel very WARMED UP again. It offers the experience of intimacy with yourself, to truly know and feel yourself and ALL parts of you from this life and your soul fragments/aspects from other lifetimes/timelines too. It offers intimacy with others where you can be REAL, you can be authentic, you can be vulnerable, you can be transparent. THESE are intimacy grounds…..that offer an into-me-I-see reality.

With this exploration into intimacy grounds, you may be feeling many tears, emotions, and emotional clearings/purgings. Let them move through, yet also be lovingly curious about them. Which part of you is feeling it and why? This question can greatly change your experience of reality from a disconnected place to an intimate one.
