In this week’s featured article, SoulFullHeart teacher and co-creator Jelelle Awen talks about how parts of us will want to hold on to 3D anchors even as we are awakening in order to feel comfortable, stable, and safe. She describes the ways in which these 3D parts tend to “normalize” life by having the same frequencies in relationships, keeping the same 3D job that doesn’t serve our passion or leaving these jobs to rely on birth family which can also be limiting to the new openings that you’re experiencing on the soul level. She illustrates what it feels like to let these anchors go in the last passage:

“It IS possible to experience life as an arising wonder. Every moment open to the surprises and mysteries that could unfold if you can let your relationship to others AND to life and to love arise anew for you. The usual and normal give way to what Infinite Possibilities might bring to each circumstance and how they might be changed into the unexpected and even magical. In this arising wonder relationship to life, you no longer experience boredom and, when you do, you can feel the part of you that is still wanting to anchor to 3D life in some way and WHY they are. These textures of arising wonder happen when your higher self consciousness can come into your body, expanding your heart and opening your mind beyond ‘business as usual’ and into the sublime magic of All That Is.”

Love was a major topic of inspiration this week as well. SoulFullHeart facilitator Kalayna Colibri shares about loving these parts of you, the desire for love underneath 3D frequencies such as war, and the growth from a new journey of love. SoulFullHeart Facilitator Gabriel Heartman unearths the legacy of family wounds that he inherited and shares his experience of feeling and healing it. Wrapping up the week, Raphael Awen, SoulFullHeart co-creator and facilitator, feels the importance of feeling. Whether it’s strong feelings, not wanting to feel or even not being able to feel in the moment, these frequencies are all valid and are waiting to be noticed.

In this week’s featured article, SoulFullHeart Facilitator Kalayna Colibri describes what connection with an Inner Protector, an aspect of your 3D self, feels like and what it looks like as that part transforms with you through feeling them and healing other parts of yourself.

“As you heal, the need for a strong Inner Protector lessens and dissipates. Impenetrable walls and defensive reactivity turn into healthy, porous boundaries held with love and self-worth. The Protector changes form, helping you to transform as well, allowing for greater, sweeter intimacy with self and others that may challenge you in good ways at times. Ultimately it’s a process of letting more love in, for that is really what the Inner Protector is afraid of… love flowing into you and permanently changing all that it has worked to maintain up ’til now.”

SoulFullHeart Facilitator Gabriel Heartman and Kalayna both connect with their 3D selves in this week’s writings, as well as their Inner Teenager (another important aspect of the 3D self.) SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter: The Sacred Ground Of Being Popped Into And Out Of 5D

This week’s museletter features Gabriel Heartman’s digestion of calls for help in regards to the pain felt after being popped in and out of 5D frequencies.  It is a set of circumstances that we have heard of before and it felt important to feel it through the SoulFullHeart lens and give it a larger context as well as a compassionate look at why souls may have chosen to go through such an intense experience.

“Now, how it got to be this way can be easily, and understandably, taken as it being done to you by someone else. You could ‘blame’ a negative entity or a teacher/healer’s etheric malpractice happening to you.  Once you have submitted to the status of victim, you have lost your power.  So, first thing, you must take power back.  Realize that this is all being conducted by the Higher Self, not as a punishment, for love doesn’t punish, but as an opportunity to reclaim the buried and lost parts of yourself before taking off into deeper conscious territories of experience.  This is a big one to let in and be with for it grants the courage and conditions to make the next steps.”

We continue our journey into developing a clearer path for the SoulFullHeart process and our writings are beginning to wrap around these clarities.  The importance of the healing of the 3D Self and Emotional Body has felt paramount to the continued maturation of our hearts and souls into higher consciousness.  Included is the very first SoulFullHeart Experience live stream recording that will continue every other Sunday, the next being today at 11:11am CST via Facebook and YouTube. SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter: Seeing, Feeling, and Healing The 3D Self

“In SoulFullHeart, we are spending much time and energy right now creating a more standardized process to navigate this 3D, 4D, 5D self exploration, differentiation WITH you of the 3D/4D/5D self and then relate this to ALL seven areas of your life: emotional, spiritual, mental, social, physical, financial, and environmental. Through weekly sessions with your SoulFullHeart facilitator, you would feel together where the 3D self shows up and how, what the next places are to grow your emerging 4D self, and even what specific life changes you want to make related to what you discover to move you more into your highest timeline/5D self expression and life.”

The writings in this week’s Museletter were largely inspired by the newly structured process of SoulFullHeart that we are creating with blends of both masculine and feminine energies. We have all engaged in writing letters from our higher selves to our 3D/4D/5D aspects of ourselves and the importance of connecting with our 3D selves in particular, has been revealed this week after writing these letters. In the featured article, as quoted above, Jelelle describes how the 3D self can be stuck in fear and resistance to love which plays out in the seven areas of our life. As we awaken, our 4D selves desire to let in more love, which challenges these 3D resistances. Connecting with your 3D self feels like the launch pad for further awakening and expansion in your being, all held by your higher self and the divine. Feeling the pain and the fear through parts work allows these frequencies to be transmuted and brought along during ascension.

In addition to Jelelle’s digestion of this new framework that we’ve begun to create, Gabriel and Kalayna have also shared beautifully vulnerable writings about their connections with their 3D selves and what illuminations have arisen from them. Raphael has a unique perspective on the new process by feeling into the larger idea of what spirituality means to him including a clever exercise of “making up your own spirituality” in minutes. Another topic touched on by Jelelle are the intense energies of the recent hurricanes and various weather patterns. She feels into the invitation that these events have provided us, which are to transition away from a 3D way of living and not to feel victim to our circumstances. Gaia is supporting death and rebirth to move into a higher timeline and consciousness overall.

SoulFullHeart Museletter: Highest Timelines Possible

This week was an explosive week of clarity around what we are as an emoto-spiritual offering.  A whole expansive structure has been illuminated and is in current development and refinement.  It has been an infusion of some masculine structure within a feminine intuitive container.  Here is an excerpt from the featured article by Gabriel Heartman that encapsulates this vision:

This week was another incredible week for the ascension of our species and each of us individually who have signed up for this amazing journey.  Raphael tunes into AA Metatron to feel the gift and epicness of the celestial movements that have been occurring culminating in the total solar eclipse.  The energies coming in are meant to effect us both collectively and individually.  Bringing us to our greatest heights in expressing our greatest desires.  Energizing us with the codes to take us to our very next steps if we are willing to feel and heal all we need to on our way there.

What a week this has been!  A huge opening into a new phase of support and guidance into a glorious time for humanity.  The Lion’s Gate portal is open and two huge eclipses have sent many of us into a plethora of emotions.  Jelelle Awen received a major download from Metatron around the invitation of this new timeline.

“As I tuned into the energy of this gateway and asked Archangel Metatron about it, the main piece I received was that it offers a ‘Unity Abundance activation.’ The Unity activation is from within primarily…an invitation to unity between each of our aspects and parts WITH each other. The unity within of masculine and feminine healthy frequencies to move out of wounded and congested expressions of the wounded matriarch and patriarch that have played out for so long. The unity offered as we become conscious of our Metasoul/other lifetime aspects and bridge to them ourselves and WITH each other. This bridging is what heals the polarity within our soul field and our emotional body. Polarity exists between opposing energies that have not yet found or discovered the unifying energy of LOVE that unites all things together.”

This is a Mega month of increasingly intense energies coming in that feel like the path we are on is narrowing, a feeling of a squeeze in our emotional bodies.  The feature article by Jelelle Awen feels into the context of what is happening “out there” as it applies to “in here”.  What are the energies trying to message to us, help us feel to transform into a new reality that is not about suppressing anything but fully feeling what is true for you in the moment and how that can lead us to very catalytic changes.

“Just like a seed that is sitting in the soil, we have this untapped yet preset potential. The seed can only see itself a seed until the right conditions come in to alter its reality. The water of real love comes pouring in and around. It begins to shift inside and make changes. It does not resist its ultimate destiny but it must push through some dark and difficult terrain. It has become something new. Its outer shell has popped and it is more genuine nature comes through.”

This week features Gabriel Heartman’s writing about how we have all chosen this very life we are living as a means to learn and grow into MORE than we have allowed ourselves to be convinced we could be.  The use of the seed to plant analogy is a simple yet effective one to describe our journey into 3D for this very reason.

SoulFullHeart Museletter: Disclosure Process Is Accelerating

This week’s Museletter is busting at the seems from the love that wants to make its way to your heart! The featured article by Jelelle Awen digest the recent crop circle creation in Cley Hill, England.  She takes the meaning in through the SoulFullHeart perspective and applies it to our own personal and collective disclosures of deep healing.  We are all One, and as we each make our own personal journeys we are thereby effecting the greater whole.  The graphic representation shows us that we are all connected in an infinite world and we are being supported by the various beings that have a deep love for us and our ascension.
