Now is a catalytic time of transition and change in the 3D world. This is offering opportunities for souls that have been on awakening and healing journeys (and even in service to others) to move into their Next Levels in ALL areas of life. I am seeing in sessions that all the ‘prep’ work, all that GOOD work that souls have done in healing themselves over years and even lifetimes, is able to be leveraged and harvested right now to move them into deeper embodiment of their higher timeline.

Mutual Liberation Continues as 4D Reptilian and 3D Human Matrices Switch Over To 5D: Coronavirus UPdate March 20

With so much being reset in humanity’s 3D Matrix with the Coronavirus seemingly being used a smokescreen to divert from activities that are assisting with this process (as I’ve been sharing about), I’ve been curious about how the Reptilian AI 4D Matrix has been impacted. I checked in with Simone my Reptilian aspect, who has been serving as an ambassador to her species for several years now to help those that are ready to leave the Archonic programming and discover their true essence again. I have also served many women in session space with Simone (who keeps changing her name!) where we have liberated their Reptilian aspects together, unplugging them, and reminding them of their Divine essence. It is always a touching and very inspiring process!

Simone and other Reptilian sisters/brothers offered me reassurance in January that the Artificial Intelligence program that created/projected both the 4D Matrix AND 3D one was being reset and offered to upgrade by a ‘love virus’ to shift its program from suppression and control to liberation. She actually used the word ‘virus’, which I find quite fascinating now! I can see now that their 4D Matrix needed to start shifting first in order for humanity’s to follow afterwards.

This is what I was offered back in January, “My Reptilian sisters told me that there is a dissolving happening of their One Mind Matrix and many more of their species is choosing to disconnect from humanity and Earth, to let us go….and go to the planet that has been offered to them that fits their make up better. This is significant movement for them and, therefore, for humanity as well. This process of the Matrices of control dissolving on all levels is a significant aspect of our ongoing Ascension process. In 5D, there is no need for control matrices any longer.”

I feel that the letting go of humanity by the Reptilians on a deeper level is what we are seeing now. We are ‘landing’ in our own timeline now, many more souls awakening to the 3D Matrix reality (in whatever ways they are meant to come to that discovery), and that this is already and ultimately leading to a major shift in how we experience daily living toward New Earth/5D frequencies. Now that many more souls (and their Inner Masculine) are freed up from the daily grind of work and staying so busy, they can start to turn inward, connect with their families, begin to ask important questions about the meaning of their lives. Many more souls have the opportunity to awaken as a result of being ‘freed’ from the Matrix in this way.

I have been sharing about a mutual liberation process for a few years now that is needed on both levels, humanity’s reality and the Reptilians, and to move out of an ‘us against them’ polarized consciousness that just keeps us stuck in fighting and battling an ‘enemy that is suppressing us’. As I check in with Simone now, I get the same message. To check in if our consciousness is drifting toward fighting anything, an enemy, or lashing out in outrage. This is easy to slip into as parts of us search for The Answers and The Truth as to what is ‘really going on’ with this coronavirus as it is impacting so many of us at once.

Simone showed me a cozy bonfire in the middle of a battlefield (felt like a lower 4D space). This bonfire is a beacon to those who are ready to come sit by it, receive its warmth, and come in from the cold energies of so many lifetimes of the 3D polarity experiment. It is around a bonfire such as this one that the resolutions and the negotiations can occur. The Reptilians seem to be shifting more into this space while humanity is moving more into the fighting/waking up stage of liberation. I don’t feel any judgement around these phases from the Divine….just the ultimate invitation to move into ambassadorship, peacefulness and centeredness, groundedness in our hearts and beings.

I can also see many light BEings surrounding and supporting this bon fire, energies that I recognize as Arcturian, Pleiadian, and Sirian as well. These BEings are connected to us collectively and intimately as Star Family and can provide a stream of support and reminder of our galactic consciousness during this time of transition. They are beaming in codes of Infinite Love to remind us of our Divine nature.

The energies I am receiving from them is the same as they have been for many years now…They are here, they have never left us, and they deeply desire for us to be free on ALL levels and move into our sacred humanity. They are also inviting those of us who have been woken up to these realities for many years to step into more service and sharing, to be a bridge for those that will understandably be uncertain, afraid, and shocked by what is being revealed and the death/rebirth process of their 3D Self.

Going within to access YOUR soul’s truth, your soul’s support systems, and your higher timeline serves to guide you during this time in the ways that are of the highest good for you and therefore ultimately the collective too. Taking in too much of ‘outside’ perspectives may require going back inward to digest and land back in what you feel is more resonant for you. Landing back in your heart, in your soul, and in love!

Swing In Bliss Mess Emotional States: Coronavirus/3D Matrix Switch Over Energy UPdate March 18

I wanted to share this as it came up in a session today with a sweet soul and I think what she offered here so captures what many people are feeling as we go into deeper phases of the coronavirus death-rebirth ‘experience’.

She shared something like,”I get off the computer and go outside and I’m fine. Going to the store, seeing how people are reacting than I feel like I need to freak out or panic more than I am. This virus is triggering up remnants of what we need to clear, survival things, and our bodies want more food and more safe. It is a strange time. I’m caught in between….out in the garden, I feel blissful. There is a quiet there that has not been there before and it feels so peaceful. I just feel so happy. And then I come inside, get online, and part of me is just like, ‘Oh my god, I’m dying.’ How did I go from bliss to suddenly afraid I’m going to starve to death?”

I offered to her that I felt this swing in emotional states is totally understandable considering the potential triggering and need for digestion that is going on here for the collective and for each of us on a personal basis too. There are many awakening souls/empaths/sensitive types that would feel a bliss about the quietness that this social ‘quarantine’ is offering many and inviting them into. As the world quiets and slows down as it has never really done in our lifetimes, then so does the collective energy grid that usually vibrates so strongly with doing and busy 3D frequencies. And also there is a bliss rush from the sense of renewed soul purpose and reason for being HERE as we feel an intuitive sense of significant switch over from the 3D Matrix to lay the grounds for more New Earth systems.

And, as she offered, the virus can also trigger our collective/personal survival fears and concerns at a very core level, the ‘mess’ inside essentially. If food and security has been a source of ‘love’ in your birth family (sometimes the ONLY real ones), then going without either of those can bring up another layer of insecurity and even terror/panic for parts of you. If people around you are triggered in this way at usually a deeply unconscious level, then it is ‘catching’ to that degree as your empathic heart (usually your Inner Child) feels them and tries to transmute their fear.

Where we went in the session is what I would recommend for all as well…connecting to the parts of you that are on guard right now, those that are feeling fear and panic in moments, offering them love, communication, reassurance, and connection. This is not about providing promises or guarantees, as so much is unknown right now. Yet, rather, the space and invitation to feel whatever is real without judgement.

There is also an opportunity to bring in and bridge to the parts of you and soul aspects that hold the deep abiding trust frequencies in you, ones that are anchored in 5D already, in the Divine and in love. For women, it is the stillness inside, the peacefulness, the surrender and sense of goodness toward ALL of life. There is a Unity Consciousness frequency that is above the 3D/Lower 4D Matrix One Mind fear frequency that provides a deep sense of belonging and community support while we go through this together. As we connect to the parts in fear (and not resist them, deny them, medicate them, transcend them), they actually become bridges to these higher dimensional aspects of us. As we hold space in this way for ourselves, we can offer the same to others in pain, fear, and trauma in a NEW way. In a more authentic way that isn’t caretaking them to deny something inside ourselves.

This is a time of vast unknowns and infinite possibilities. I can see quite a few timeline potentials rolling out right now. I am choosing to place my energy and put my magic toward the one that feels the highest and best for me and for ALL. Some would call this ‘wishful thinking’ or ‘creating my own narrative’, yet, to me, that is exactly what we have the power to do!

As we embody our emotions and ALL aspects of ourselves, we connect back to the magic that we are capable of without denying the shadows within and no longer needing to go to battle with any aspects of ourselves or others.

Feels like the time to allow and accept the full range of our reactions. Becoming curious rather than condemning. Moving into self discovery rather than self judgement. Finding our places of resonance within and with others rather than vibrating in contention.

Connecting with Gaia reminds us of the catalytic nature of death and rebirth cycles that She is always and forever in surrender to. Gaia provides us with Ascension codes that support our ongoing growth pains and gains too. Sun codes also offer a wonderful infusion of sacred masculine trust and necessary action. Getting a balance of feminine/masculine energies right now as we move into the EQUInox tomorrow supports more balance inside between doing and being, which helps to navigate ALL this change going on!

Coronavirus As A Smokescreen For Major Reboots & Mini-Collapses In The 3D/4D Matrix

When feeling into this current supposed β€˜pandemic’ of the Covid-19 strain of coronavirus, there has often to me felt like β€˜there is no there there.’ Meaning, I couldn’t sense the substance of it, the heat of it. It felt like air or, rather, a billow of smoke rather than the actual fire. The more tuned in you are to your own authentic reality and your emotional body, the more you can feel when something is β€˜real’ versus a fear projection triggered by outside sources.

As I checked in with my guides and some alternative/disclosure/awakened news sources, I could feel the smoke of body death fear start to clear and the trigger in humanity’s collective experience of plagues in other timelines began to dissipate. It is at a peak triggered fear in the moment and so it can be challenging, especially for empaths, to move through this layer in the collective emotional body (and in their own souls) to feel their truths, their hearts, and their purpose to serve love.

Even with the strength of the collective fear energies that are needing to be cleared right now, many awakened souls seem to be remaining in their centers around the truth of love and the bigger picture of Ascension that is going on. This is where the β€˜inner work’ foundations really start to become embodied in response to what is needed on the outside.

What I’ve been offered about this virus and what feels true to me is that it is actually a smokescreen. Its purpose is to create diversion so that the next phase and stages of collapse of the 3D Matrix can be implemented without creating even MORE fear and mass panic in the 3D collective. China has an important role in the next phases of rebirth, especially to lead the emerging out of the old money systems (debt based to a new world currency to eventually service-based exchange).

Supposedly there was an attack on China in the Wuhan region from the Cabal, Illuminati that was then needing to be covered up (because of how difficult that would be for 3D mainstream to accept) for which the virus provided the means of doing that and also reason to shut down the entire country to β€˜reboot’ the system as it was cleaned up.

Italy was also needing this mass smokescreen as many elite and powerful members of the Vatican are being arrested/detained following the issuing of hundreds and thousands of sealed indictments that have been recorded now for many months. Italy has been a β€˜hotbed’ of much of the 3D Matrix beginnings, going β€˜back’ to the Roman Empire. The country itself shutting down is a way to cloak these happenings from people while this offers a brand new rebirth for it to emerge out of the ashes. Some of others who are deeply involved in the Cabal (including some celebrities, business leaders, etc.) are apparently also being publicly β€˜self quarantined’, which is actually being used to cover their detainment for now.

Other countries now following and falling like dominoes to restrict travel at their borders, declare national emergencies, encourage people to stay at home and β€˜self quarantine’ are all aspects of the overall reboot process. When I feel into this, I can feel the actual love for all of us that is going on here even as it can bring up feelings of being controlled, limited, and helpless for parts of us.

It is really up to each of us in terms of what feels right related to going out and even travel at this time as the energies may continue to peak into a necessary fear place in order to purge it (exactly what a virus does.) Being out in public may be uncomfortable for those of us who are very sensitive to energy and remaining in safe places/shelters, doing inner work to feel and clear fear, sending love to the collective as ambassadors, etc. may be how we can best serve as this wave moves through. I am getting the sense that much of this will be cleared in the next few weeks.

This is the time we’ve been waiting and preparing for our entire lives. This is WHY we are here at this time of humanity’s great transition. For those of us who have spent YEARS awakening to these realities, it is time for us to truly step forward to lead and serve love.

The phase of needing much support from and with other resonant souls feels like it is passing now even as it remains an always available life line. It is time to trust your own soul’s bigness and step into the light to guide others in whatever ways you are called to do that.

Many unawakened souls are still in a deep fog about this, believing whatever is told to them, disconnected from the Divine (just temporarily), and in a genuine panic and fear state. Even those who have been awakening can get caught up in the peak fear to whatever degree they are still plugged into the Matrix at the soul, unconscious levels.

Fear is a portal offering a way to self and soul discovery and is not β€˜bad’ in that way. It has been a necessary result of this separation experiment from the Divine in order to return back to source again. If you are understandably feeling fear over these changes and the unknown that they bring, becoming compassionately curious about it and going within to feel what parts of you are feeling and what timelines also may be triggered and bleeding through can be very helpful. Immunity arises from serving love, from moving into your soul’s purpose here, from healing fear from this-life and soul levels too. As you share from this immune place, you are actually offering a vaccine to others who are ready to receive it. This is then the β€˜spread’ of a love virus, rather than a fear-based one.

Seeing how quickly fear can spread, Imagine if it was love instead.

Still digesting the IMMENSE (for me) response to this status update yesterday on my facebook feed….563 likes and 786 shares at this moment and climbing! 11 words that seemed to hit home for so many during this transition time. This is ‘going viral’ I believe, in a good way. I’m sharing about this as it really shows that people WANT to feel love as the answer and can see what humanity can generate as a whole when focused on something. So, yes, imagining love motivating ALL this action and response offers us a template of how New Earth can form out of the ashes of the previous forms.

I will be sharing an energy update soon in the next couple of days with my sense of what is occurring with this virus from the 3D/4D Matrix level and in terms of ongoing Ascension as I tune into it more with the Magdalenes and other guides/Metasoul aspects. The virus seems to be mostly being used as a smokescreen to cover for some pretty big and ultimately good shakeups in the 3D matrix systems. And also seeming to allow a very necessary financial reboot to occur in phases and stages. The virus itself is of the Divine (as all of them are) and serves its purpose in that way. Ultimately it feels like the sign of collapse into rebirth that so many of us have been waiting for to go to the ‘next level’.

We are feeling a personal impact of course in the sense of how our travel plans to Europe to leave at the end of April may be impacted. Yet we are also landing in trust and flow around it, riding the wave, and also trusting Divine timing around moving there. This collapse is important (the financial collapse occurring is even more important) so we are surrendered to waiting it out in whatever ways are needed and serving love in the meantime.

There is an opportunity during this time to be a beacon of light to others, to step into what you have learned and cultivated and remembered from your soul….to BECOME a way forward for those in fear and panic into love.

Energy Update: Supermoon Amplifies Collective/Personal Heart Openings And Activations

The moon is near, so near…..closer in our skies than at any other time of the year. Shining down and brightly to light up the shadows that may remain. The first of three Supermoons peaks today, March 9th, with two more Supermoons following in April and May. The lunar energies are associated with the Divine Feminine and the feminine within us all, serving to illuminate what needs to be processed and digested in our heart spaces, our emotional bodies and our soul fields…both personally and collectively.

Collectively, there are BIG movements occurring in the heart spaces of 3D Matrix β€˜reality’ with the Coronavirus pushing up fear of physical body death, authority and control systems getting β€˜tighter’, and overall sense of powerlessness/restriction. Lower 4D/archetypal energies are being triggered too. The unconscious pain places of ongoing suffering, fear, suppression, manipulation, distortion, the difficult symptoms of the polarity experiment. The pain and suffering from the experiences of perceived separation between masculine and feminine and from the Divine are coming up for love and healing.

With THIS MUCH collective movement, being a sensitive and empathic type of soul can be quite challenging. It can be difficult to track what is YOURS. And, this just seems to be amplified by the Supermoon energies that unify us through the collective experience of them with Higher Heart activations. It can feel like to parts of you that you will β€˜go down’ with all of the fear that is coming up to be processed, expressed, and lived in by others.

The cries of the world, the cries of the womb, the cries of the innocents…all this crying and it feels sometimes as if the weeping from it will not end nor the suffering cycles possibly complete.

There is a powerful bridge being offered at this time to allow a way through and above the collective river of tears. This bridge is within your soul, offered by your soul/star family, and provided by the Divine Mother’s love for you.

This bridge is your turning inward to feel yourself, your inner world, parts of you that need you, and the cries from within you as the FIRST response. This bridge is allowing the Divine Mother to embrace you, care for you, nurture you, and forgive the parts of you that need it. This bridge gives you access to 5D Golden Earth/Gaia frequencies when you need to be reminded and remember the possibilities.

As you feel and heal the cries from within your own heart and soul, you can more digest those of the collective. You are no longer drowning with them, yet offering a lifeline of love and a beacon of hope from a healing heart and soul that is finding its way through.

Self love and care are important right now. Notice what energies you are allowing in your field, especially with so much heart sensitivity, and if it is serving YOU to receive them or not. Receive the Divine love that you need, filling up your cup, filling up your heart in whatever ways serve you!

Coronavirus As A Portal

I haven’t watched or taken in much mainstream news about the spread of the coronavirus, interestingly named considering it is the sun’s energies being offered through coronal holes in its surface providing us with much sacred masculine activation during this phase of Ascension. Even choosing not to take in the 3D news perspective and energy, I can feel the growing fear, panic, and sense of powerlessness growing around it within the collective. I can feel it, yet I am not of it.

Whenever there are reactions of fear, there is an opportunity to discover what it is actually about within your own soul and consciousness. One of the deepest fears we can have as humans when we still consciously feel separated from the Divine is of physical body death. Physical body death brings up a recapitulation of the original separation wound that is so painful. Anything that threatens our ‘lives’ in our physical body can then push up this fear. If we haven’t conceived of our spirit and soul beyond our physical bodies, then we are totally attached in consciousness to our physical experience and bodies. This is a good way of understanding what 3D consciousness offers….little beyond the physical experience.

From this place of 3D reality, something like the coronavirus feels very threatening and pushes up an extreme fear of body death and therefore Divine separation. There isn’t much sense of trust and Divine surrender in this perspective. There isn’t much connection and trust to the light body, subtle energy systems, and prana/chi/life force frequencies that can be brought in to respond to something like a stronger virus. Because mainstream medicine is reactive rather than preventative, there are so many in 3D consciousness living in extremely poor health and vitality, for which this virus can greatly impact and harm them.

As we feel from a higher perspective the soul’s choices here, we can start to tune into the bigger choice point and transition that is happening collectively. As I’ve mentioned in other writings, it is a time of ‘stay or go’ on the soul’s level as we move into a deeper phase and stage of Ascension. Those souls who want and need more 3D experience (as it does offer so much growth opportunity if you can emerge and awaken out of it!) would choose to leave the Earth plane now as it transitions to more 4D and then 5D Gaia experience. In this way, these souls may choose the coronavirus as the means to exit now.

Something like a virus is a portal for us to feel into our soul’s history and experience of viruses in previous lifetimes and timelines. From the black plague to other epidemic experiences, the reactions of fear and panic can sometimes stem from another timeline when these viruses were truly and deeply devastating to us and this wasn’t processed on an emotional body level. If you are finding yourself in strong reaction to it, this may be a place to go exploring to see if there is a connection for you in your soul’s experience.

I have been asked if it feels like this virus has been planted by the Cabal, Illuminati, etc. as a population control means or by the alliance to be able to collapse the world’s economy and bring in alternative currency, etc. Both of these feel possible and yet the interesting piece there is what reactions that brings up in you if either of those are the case. Feelings of outrage are also a portal to feel the parts of you in activist and protest modes that could, again, be from another lifetime. The invitation is to return to the Ambassador’s sense that we are ALL players in this Divine play and whatever ‘roles’ we are choosing benefit this experience. Offering forgiveness and compassion to others and self can help navigate this.

I’ve been mentioning the 3D/Lower 4D Matrix rumbles and reboots and this virus feels like an aspect of that. Viruses reboot and disrupt programs, such as the Lower 4D Artificial Intelligence Program running from the Reptilian 4D Dimension. Love is a good kind of virus that leads to mutual liberation for all of us. If we are trusting that ALL energies ultimately come from the Divine than even this coronavirus serves a purpose of love that comes from the Divine. The loss of human life, when seen from a soul’s choice level, becomes a sometimes necessary aspect of that.

I’ve also been asked if I feel tension or anxiety about my own future plans to relocate and travel in Europe starting in May due to the possible travel restrictions, quarantine, etc. When I feel into that, I get this sense of Divine trust and surrender that moves through my heart. If I cannot travel at that time, as much as I desire and want to, I do feel a sense of surrender inside me around that. Trusting the reboot process that is needed and that I am just a piece within that, I am in flow with whatever happens. I can serve love from wherever I am in the world.

My deeper sense is that the Divine desires for me to be in Europe for my own process and for the service opportunities of love that can be seeded there once Raphael and I are there. I really can only be in Now about that and will respond to whatever comes up in reaction inside of me if/when it does. Projecting worst case scenarios is so often what causes anxiety. If you are feeling anxiety about your future travel plans, you may feel into the part of you that is worrying about it and why they are. What are they not trusting? What can you feel with them that will help them move into more Divine surrender?

Connecting to Divine trust and surrender allows for a sense of flow through the sometimes turbulent times ahead. Detoxing from 3D energies within your body, bringing in more light, healing traumas at the self and soul levels can help to boost your immune system as needed. Remaining anchored in a higher consciousness frequency while bridging with love to all parts of you that need support and love can help ride the waves. As you find that sense of trust inside yourself, you can extend it out towards others as as beacon of peace, of love, and of possibility.

Energy Update: 3D Pain Fog Clearing As Schumann Spikes

Energy Update: Schumann/Gaia resonance spike up to 170 HZ for over an hour in the middle of the night (for those of us in Canada and the pacific northwest anyway). That is one of the higher readings that I can remember. I FELT this one, couldn’t sleep for awhile, with this buzz moving through me…a mixture of excitement and some tension that finally resolved into passing out again.

Then I drifted into two strange dreams with one of them presenting a scenario of diverted disaster that I am still digesting, yet felt like it represented change and transition in my life and in the collective. It is two months until we leave for our next timeline in Europe so it may be connected to that for me. Dreams and even nightmares have been occurring for some of us for the last week or so, dropping into the lower 4D spaces for more cleansing and purging from the 4D Matrix, even if we don’t usually have that.

There has also felt like a fog over consciousness in some ways for the last week….like a kind of murkiness or distracted frequency that can shift us into feeling like real life is more surreal, more into our multidimensional realities that can feel ‘better’ than ‘real life’ interface which is still so anchored in 3D frequencies.

This has brought up some pain cycles to be felt whether in the physical (such a menstrual or chronic pain) or in the emotional body in suffering loop patterns. Being with these pain cycles, bringing love to them, feeling the parts of you that are engaged in them, connecting to the play out it is from other lifetimes can help them to resolve and complete them.

I started to feel a shifting in the energies yesterday with more clarity, softness, and clearing through ‘fog’ coming in. The Schumann frequencies seem to be supporting that hike through and UP in consciousness as well.

3D is going through a continuous rumble into Lower 4D and things like the coronavirus and the fear/shut down it is bringing up for those anchored to 3D consciousness is an example of that. Those souls with healthy immune systems and clean diet, light running through their energy systems on a regular basis, doing their emotional and spiritual healing trauma work are able to move through these kinds of things more easily. Also, those with a growing purpose of service here are much needed at this time and so are choosing to stay.


Part of the rumble is that more souls (and animal companions) are choosing whether to leave this plane right now or whether to stay and go into the next, accelerating phase of Ascension. Many souls who came here exclusively to experience 3D consciousness are choosing to go as the growth for them reaches its peak here.
