Soul Turn Trajectories and Shifts Going On

So many of us are going through very important ‘soul turns’ right now, as I have come to call them. A soul turn is a significant shifting in one lifetime of your soul’s patterned learning trajectory that has been in place for many, many lifetimes. This lifetime is one for which so many have chosen to be here on the Earth Plane during this time of Ascension for the opportunity to experience soul turn shifts for ourselves and complete cycles of incarnational suffering.

A soul turn is moving beyond previously unconscious karmic binds, ties, and contracts. It is letting in resonant love as the main form of growth rather than from experiencing traumas in order to grow. It is shifting from going through suffering in order to wake up… to feeling and healing all the cycles of shame/punishment/judgement suffering cycles within you and in your soul that then leads to awakening.

It is shifting from drawing repeated traumas in order to see/feel them to TRULY transmuting these traumas into love again so you no longer need them. It is experiencing bonds with others that are based in love and not shared trauma.

Lifetime after lifetime, our soul chooses the situations, set ups, narratives, and companion souls to play the ‘roles’ of both support and shadow that will offer the most growth and learning for us. We take this on for the Divine, for our soul families, for Unity Consciousness, and for the ALL. We represent both the experience of and recovery from sacred wounds such as those held in the collective…the Fall of Lemuria, Atlantis, Avalon…the Matrix imprisonment experiment, the hijacking of our sacred feminine expressions and the Divine Mother experience, the distortion of the sacred masculine into patriarchy and more.

As we become conscious of the trauma patterns from this life and feel the parts of us that hold them, we are able to truly become free beyond them. The traumas no longer act as magnets in our emotional bodies and soul fields drawing MORE traumas to us for us to see and feel. Trauma, suffering, and pain is always a portal to self discovery and remembering…until we no longer need it to be.

It is now possible to become fully conscious of our soul’s experience and lift the veils that have previously been in place around this. We can now turn our soul away from suffering and toward love. Our Divine Self is able to defuse from the punishing/protective/wounded/defended parts of us and say ‘no’ to any situation, circumstances, and pattern that repeats our suffering. Sometimes we are still veiled to a situation and need the learning experience, yet the reason for drawing it becomes conscious much more quickly and then completed.

It is time to let go of suffering patterns and move into the experience of LOVE holding your life in ALL areas of your life. You are ready now to move beyond the previous veiled limitations. You no longer need to replay traumas & draw new ones….you are ready now to transmute them all back into love & experience goodness!!

This download is coming through in more clarity recently and is being illuminated/backlit by community experience, my personal process and in ongoing service sessions too. I thought I would share for you to see/feel what resonance you may feel with this and sense of where you may be on this spectrum in this moment.

Gifted with personal will by the Divine as we incarnate into deeper densities of expression, esp in 3D, we have certain phases of relating to and expressing this personal will. ALL phases are truly sacred and needed for our soul growth and learning.

3D Personal Will Domination base – In more 3D orientation, personal will is about ego gratification and surface level/material/five senses filtering. There is more wounded masculine expression (for men and women) with drive and motivation connected to personal gain/focus/achievement. There can be a battling and fighting frequency, a competitive edge, a sense that forces/energies/people are ‘against’ you in some way. Actions are done for the purpose of personal gain and there is a doing, results-based orientation to life.

Relationships are codependent, birth family hooks remain based in 3D frequencies (and wounded ancestral lineages) of obligation, duty, rebellion, manipulative, judgement, etc. Intimacy with self is absent along with truly vulnerable and authentic intimacy with others.

Connecting with parts of your fragmented 3D self (such as Inner Child, Protector/Controller, Inner Teen, Inner Punisher) can facilitate the awakening out of and unanchoring from this base of 3D personal will with bridging to your soul, guides and Divine Self.

4D Awakening/False God Submission Will base – As you awaken, there is a shifting in consciousness from all about the ego self to being about something much bigger. Your soul’s consciousness attainments and soul gifts from other timelines/lifetimes start bleeding through, yet so do persecution wounds, separation from the Divine wounds, embodiment struggles/illnesses, existential fears and more. There can be a strong resistance in this phase to giving up the 3D ego Personal Will to the Divine and tendency to polarize into good versus evil viewpoints and ways of seeing the world (a Matrix hijack).

There can be a fusion to the Gatekeeper (soul guardian/Divine bridge/karmic field bridge) in which this energy becomes the self, a sort of take over or possession in that way as the 3D ego self vacates and is deconstructed. Previous careers and means of earning money are let go of, yet can be replaced by suffering loops of scarcity, poverty and lack.

There is an increasing desire to surrender your personal will focus to the Divine and yet a strong likelihood that this will be hijacked by a False God/False Light energy, coming usually in the form of teachers, groups/cults, abusive or codependent soul mate relationships and karmic soul family configurations. Many souls are currently in this phase and learning a lot from it, even while experiencing some intense suffering during it (dark night of the soul phases, lone wolf isolated phases, etc.)

Differentiation from your Gatekeeper and conscious karmic healing connections with soul aspects being a big piece to opening up true Divine love access.

Divine love surrender base – In this phase, you are increasingly surrendering your self concepts, perceptions, motivations from this life and other lifetimes to and with the Divine. You feel supported by the Divine in all moments, even those that bring difficulty and feel genuinely grateful for them. Your focus is on being an instrument of Divine service love peace expression without ego attachment or false constructions to fuel or try to control outcomes in life.

Your intimate relationships with yourself, your Divine Counterpart Soul Mate (pair bond reunion) and soul family is truly nourishing and affirming, offering karmic and emotional healing completion from this life and many lifetimes. While there are still lessons and learning to explore together, the codependent grist and suffering grounds have shifted to goodness, joy, deepening, and growth together.

This Divine love base is supported by continual connection with your Divine Self (which is hardly a self at all compared to the 3D self), upgrading your body to light body vessel to live on light and love, giving up and letting go of 3D and even 4D based constructs, prayer and connection with the Divine, healing of False Gods/Gatekeeper fusions/soul aspect karmic playouts, setting boundaries and letting go in relationships as needed.

I am personally blessed to be experiencing more and more of my daily reality in Divine love surrender and service of love embodiment. It is an ever ongoing journey and I feel honored to support and mentor those who are drawn to it and to me/us as a community in this phase. It’s a tall order for sure and a gifted opportunity in this Ascension lifetime!

Tipping & Turning Point In Awakening

This is a tipping and turning point for so many awakening souls it seems, especially as we emerge out of the 10:10 portal (“1” of new beginnings and the ‘O’ of the void space) and into the eclipse passage and then through 11:11. This is a potent time of year for death and rebirth and for tensions held at the cellular level to be revealed and resolved.

This year feels even more heightened with peaking Matrix/war/Great Reset agendas, personal sufferings/traumas, housing/survival based struggles, money tightness and scarcity, relationship issues/completions/break ups, false light/teacher community abuses and collapses, body illness/symptoms….ALL of it coming up against a place of intolerance to fear and our Divine self/sacred humanity embodiment. Anything fear based and in shadow is wanting to be transmuted by and with love.

I’ve felt an upgrading process going on for myself recently too, illuminated by a visceral and cellular trauma clearing at the physical and emotional levels triggered by a real life situation here. I really had to BE with these energies and emotions, allowing them and feeling directly the part of me who was experiencing them, using them as a portal, and offer a loving and compassionate heart space for this part to sink into.

After some necessary guttural tears (those that come from deep in the gut, deep from the womb), digestion with Raphael, and an ambassadorship to the source of the pain (in ‘other’ form yet still just a reflection of me), I feel another degree in my seat of centered self, in goodness in my life and in a current flow of increased service. A fear knot that was drawn this life yet comes from a soul source (as always) is dissolving as I respond to the tension that needs my attention.

I wanted to share some wisdoms/soul guidances that came through me and in collaboration with other bright souls in intros, sessions with me and during our community gathering in the last couple weeks…you can feel what resonates for you too:

– Sometimes you need an ‘outer home’ that represents heaven, beauty, and is a truly safe sanctuary for you. You need this for a phase of time to remind you of what is possible. And, then, sometimes this home is ‘taken away’ from you, sometimes suddenly and in a way that can leave some trauma (in this case it was during a sudden flood). This is actually a reminder and a recoding that ‘sanctuary is within you’, ‘safety is within you’, ‘beauty is within you’. Feeling the parts of you who have focused outward and feel trauma when this ‘home’ is taken away, you can invite them into the sanctuary of your heart.

– Inner masculine and Inner feminine dynamics are being illuminated in relationships that have been limiting in some way. Not necessarily abusive or outright toxic, yet rather the more subtle kinds of misalignments, outgrowing previous soul contracts, and lack of resonance in awakening that can take years to fully be ‘done’ with. The masculine feels so much pressure, tension, control, inadequacy, and protection over the growing sense of dissatisfaction, unhappiness, and hurt in the inner feminine who just wants MORE and isn’t able to get it in the bond esp as he retracts away.

His need to be needed hits her want to be wanted and a polarization occurs, collapse of vulnerability and intimacy. Inside and outside, this is a tense place to live long term and eventually it runs out of ground as mercy and compassion leads to completion on the outside and resolution on the inside.

– The cycle of suffering itself becomes the addiction, not the outward behavior of abusing food, alcohol, work or in relationships. The loop of the inner punisher (working out of a hijacked need of self protection) judging and controlling the inner child, which crushes them into a shame place, an unworthiness place, and a hurt place. Which just leads the Punisher to up the ante on the suffering loop, drawing life circumstances and relationships that amplify and reflect this. Feeling and connecting with both parts of the looping, coming in between them with compassionate self love, allows this cycle to complete on the inside and outside.

– There is increased desire coming up to offer service to others and follow soul purpose. This is meant to activate in an overflow of love as you awaken or parts of you can become too isolated, too self absorbed, too oriented to ‘self’. Service to others in a clean way (not false light/ego gratification or for money-motivation or to control/have power over others) can only arise as the inner and outer personal relationships are healing from traumas, protections, and projections. Moving from trauma bonds to resonant bonds.

True service is a reflection of the depth of intimacies in your life, not a compartment for which you ‘show up as a professional’. In the overflow of nourishing relationships (inside and out), you are able to then overflow that love to others in service WITH them as a mirror of the goodness possibilities.-

– At some point, the ‘parts work process’ has to drop away so that the Divine Self embodiment can occur and deepen. It is a temporary bridge, very helpful for a time, yet can be crutch to the degree there isn’t deeper Divine surrender and leaning in. Even beloved mentors and teachers (including me of course) can only hold a mirror, not be substitutes for deeper going into your own embodiment initiations in which your soul ‘takes over’ from there.

3D/4D/5D Body Layers, Codes & Clearings

Intense cellular clearing/upgrades going on post equinox and with the last supermoon of 2023 as well. I shared yesterday about this and many of you seemed to resonate with the experience of detox symptoms such as fever, headaches, tiredness, loss of appetite/indigestion, etc. I experienced this myself a couple days of ago and needed to respond with extra rest, fasting (still in process of this on some level), and just allowing whatever density needs to move out of my 3D body in order to receive the soul upgrades that are ready.

I wanted to share this download and framing that came through me during our recent gathering retreat, doing multiple quantum energy sessions on souls who have been doing our work for awhile, and seems to be mirrored in my own experience as well of the ongoing upgrading process for the body ‘vessel’ from 3D to 5D. When I felt each person’s body, it came through as layers or fields stronger than ever before. I’ll describe them here, it’s a bit long but I think helpful in locating as/if it resonates for you:

3D Body Layer – The densest level of physical manifestation that has been programmed to reality and filter through the five senses. Cells are carbon-based, often filled with constant influx of toxicities from our hijacked water, air, soil, and food. 3D Body holds the 3D self trauma from this life, parts of us such as Inner Child, Inner Teenager, Inner Protector, Inner Mother/Father can be ‘stuck’ in this body layer, looping in suffering.

3D Body manifests illness, injury, addictions, emotional/mental ‘disorders’, and aging. It needs constant detoxification and purification in order to upgrade, which it can receive through ongoing phases of fasting, urotherapy, clean eating, pure spring water, deep emotional/shadow work with 3D self parts/ego to clear trauma and dominance, sound healing, daily grounding on Gaia with bare feet, yoga/other body movement, breathwork/pranayama, meditation.

3D programs/fear thought forms have been: I am fear. I am separate. I am dying. I am only what I can see/hear/smell/taste/touch.

New codes are: I am love. I am whole. I am alive. I am connected. I am beyond my senses.

4D Body layer: The 4D body is the next level up from the physical manifestation or the astral body, usually only accessed in dream states by most people. 4D body is our bridge to the karmic consciousness field and is often anchored or stuck there, looping on the same trauma/karmic patterns and lessons from lifetime after lifetime, stuck in the denser soul family lineage field as well. The Matrix plugs originate here, sourced from the Reptilian self entwinement, False God programs and there is a hijack of the true chords to the 5D body.

4D Body manifests what feels like or is experienced as entity/psychic attacks, chakra plugs/blocks, implants, dark night of the soul, deep suffering loops, scarcity/lack, etc. The 4D body holds aspects such as the Gatekeeper (who holds access to all the bodies), archetypal aspects from many lifetimes playing out ‘roles’ such as Priestess, Monk/Nun, Queen/King, karmic mate, and Lower D Star seed/galactic aspects, Reptilian Self, and more.

It needs quantum energy healing that works with the Gatekeeper directly, sound healing, chakra clearing of all fields, matrix unplugging/deprogramming with the Reptilian Self, Conscious connection and shadow work with your Gatekeeper/soul aspects, meditative/shamanic/astral healing journeys and bridges/retrievals.

4D programs have been: I am unknown. I am alone. I am trapped. I am attacked. I am fear.

New codes are: I am known. I am connected to the ALL. I am free. I am safe. I am love.

5D Body layer: Previously not accessed unless leaving the body in a Near Death Experience or at death, now able to be brought in and embodied as 3D/4D bodies are healing. 5D body is the light body, and your merkabah for multidimensional travel while in the body. Lives on light/prana/energy with no need for physical food or for sleep, can teleport, levitate, bi-locate and more. It doesn’t age, feel hot or cold, have injuries or illness.

5D Body is chorded to the Cosmic/Divine Mother womb for the feminine and the Cosmic/Divine Father Hara for men. The 5D body is our bridge to the Ascended Masters (who become us through the 5D body), soul family monad, counterpart/twin flame soul mate, and our Metasoul consciousness (above the karmic field) and I AM Love Divine source essence. 5D Body needs us to ongoingly detox/purify the 3D body and consciously lift the veil and heal the 4D body in ALL lifetime incarnations so that it can come more into our consciousness on a cellular level (not just conceptual.)

5D codes are: I am love. I am home. I am Divine. I am ALL THAT IS. I am beloved. I am whole.

Darkest Before The Dawn Collectively and Individually

We are moving through the darkest before the dawn phase, peak fear and peak sense of separation before love can finally be let IN by more souls. As the Matrix agenda/programs of control and restriction start up again in more obvious ways, the chaos of the great bifurcation of choosing love or fear for humanity continues.

Soul choices also continue to peak now and over the last three years…choosing to awaken and ascend into the unknown of a liberated and love-based future on Gaia…….or to leave the body/Earth Plane now……..or to consciously conform to the Great Reset agenda (esp as it becomes more and more obvious).

Those anchored to the 3D consciousness Matrix can still be motivated by fear, to make choices that at their core are about a abandonment of self wisdom and Divine guidance…..connected to a deep fear of physical body death or of being rejected by others or of ‘getting in trouble.’ Fear is ultimately an unstable energy to serve as ongoing motivation and has to be constantly energized in a punitive way. And the cost is stress, ongoing anxiety, distrust, depression, body illness/injury, relationship issues/abuse, scarcity/lack, etc. that doesn’t get resolved or answered by conforming to the fear.

The parts of the 3D self that are still hookable to this peak fear/separation programming on the outside have also internalized these energies. The Inner Punisher voice and energy is represented by the outer authority’s overreach and control. The younger aspects are caught in a shame reaction that separates them from their innate innocence and goodness.

You may feel this dynamic as an awakening soul in a much deeper and more subtle way. It is such a celebration truly if you are no longer swayed by the outer authorities and their control/fear manipulation agendas. Yet, even if you say ‘no’ to this 3D fear motivation, parts of you may still be energizing these inner judgement/shame loops of ongoing suffering.

The karmic knots and Matrix plugs/binds from many lifetimes vibrate, wanting to be loved and to be resolved. The soul aspects bleed through with their persecution wounds, their unresolved guilt, their survival modes & fight or flight realities. Roles as both persecutor and victim come up to be completed.

All this bleeding through of the soul may drop you into what feels like quite a dark night or ‘rock bottom.’ Suicidal feelings come up as there is no more 3D to ‘go back to’ or egoic things to construct and the new hasn’t quite taken deeper root within you yet to be drawn. Despair is a heavy and constant companion, even when the light of goodness comes in.

For you, then, there is nowhere to go BUT UP.

You are starting to feel that it is time to let your soul take over with its momentum to feel and heal. To connect consciously to higher dimensional soul aspects and guides who can provide support. To seek mentoring/guidance from those unplugged from the false light teachers/way showers who have walked through this shadow of the valley of death and emerged out into the light of a new day within themselves. To be with soul family who can reflect the resonant values that your soul is reminding you that can form into the deepest of intimacies and bonds.

Love becomes your primary motivation as you unhook, dissolve, and unplug from these fear agendas on the outside and the inside.

Love motivates you to respond to all parts of you and soul aspects (even those anchored to 3D consciousness still) who need to feel hope, trust, and bridging to new realities beyond fear.

Love motivates you to serve, to be a beacon of light/hope/love for others who are in their dark nights and shadow valleys.

Love motivates you to be in union with the Divine, with yourself AND with others….leading the way to a new dawn within yourself and for others too.

Sacred Union Dynamics: Masculine Wants To Be Needed; Feminine Needs To Be Wanted

The masculine wants to be needed.

The feminine needs to be wanted.

This is a sacred journey of polarities that sometimes is a crash and sometimes is a dance. Sometimes is a bliss and sometimes is a mess.

Neither is wrong in what seems to be this common core, underlying desire nor in the wounding that results in the human experience of it not getting met consistently.

As the masculine encounters being criticized, being judged, being tugged on, being controlled, being put demands by the ‘feminine’ (which is really more of a wounded masculine energy inside a feminine), then he retracts or he fights. He ghosts or he defends himself.

He is swimming in inadequacy if he doesn’t feel that he is meeting her needs….or especially if he feels like he has failed her in some way. He becomes often unable to speak this, to share these feelings with her….as if in speaking it, he is offering the most terrible confession.

As the feminine experiences being rejected, being unclaimed, a push-pull of desire for her by the masculine, she then attacks and blames with her inner masculine coming out to fight….or she crumples into core unworthiness and feeling so hurt that she is fused to the young child, the inner teenager within her. She is drowning in this hurt yet often can’t bring this vulnerably and in a way that can be felt by him.

This dynamic is not just from this life, yet produced from the original source wound of our separation from the Divine. And, downstream from that, separation from the counterpart pairbond that exists in our soul family monad of our other half holding the opposite polarity of masculine or feminine.

Variations of reactivity from when this core wounding gets triggered by each other play out in SO many ways. Yet, at the heart of it is a feminine who has felt rejected by her masculine and is still reeling from it. And at the heart of the masculine who has both been birthed by the feminine and yet also feels how with this capacity he doubts if she could ever really need him in any way.

As we feel this dynamic within us….from an Inner Masculine with our Inner Feminine, we are healing this polarity from within FIRST and primarily. We experience huge heart chakra expansion as these parts of us come into union. She forgives him for what feels like rejection even as she starts really getting how his protection of her has been his form of claiming. How he has always wanted her, just has felt inadequate to her.

And he forgives her as he feels that she has always needed him, yet doesn’t want to be suppressed by him or protected so much that she can’t be free, experience life, dare to get hurt, dare to risk and dare to dream. She DOES need him and he is worthy to show up for this.

And the Divine Father and Mother aspects show up to support each in the experience of receiving infinite love, infinite worthiness, infinite claiming by the Divine. The empty cups that lead to lashing out, defending and protecting become filled by this Divine love. And the feminine becomes more of a reflection and an embodiment of this Divine Mother energy in her unique expression. And the masculine becomes a reflection and embodiment of Divine Father energy.

As this sacred union happens within, so you can experience this on the outside with a mate who holds the other side of this polarity for you. You can be with the parts of you, both masculine and feminine, who get triggered by the deepening intimacy, the deepening mirror, the deepening challenge that if offered by TRUE sacred union when all grounds of relational transaction are coming together.

Also from realizations stemming from my relationship with Raphael as well and the phases of brief separation that opened out into more union and deeper understanding of each other.

Feels like this also speaks to a collective unveiling that is happening in the masculine/feminine dynamic in relationships and within…getting to the core of the separation wound created from the experience of polarity between us in which also so much desire for reunion also exists.

Compassion for each other can arise in this space and also forgiveness for self and other.

Inner first, then outer approach allows the horizontal ground between the partners to be more clear and have more space.

In this space, resonance can move, desire can move, attraction can move, and most importantly, love can move.

Renewed Push of C and V Matrix Narratives W/Need for Soul Guidance & Social Resonance

Matrix intensities are increasing, along with a heightened pressure again of the more outward implementations of the Great Reset agendas. There is a renewed push through the mainstream media of the C and V narratives with potential lockdowns, travel restrictions, mask wearing coming…and V campaigns promising to address the ‘new and latest’ deadly variants, etc.

So much ongoing personal discernment and intuition is needed during this phase of our Ascension. Every choice point needing to be grounded in your soul’s higher guidance and trying not to succumb and comply with 3D social pressures and fear programs/conditionings, especially as it relates to anything being recommended by 3D authorities.

The latest round of ‘wildfires’ is also a more blatant and tragic pushing forward of the agenda. These fires, esp in Maui, really seem to be anything but natural yet rather very calculated energy weapons being used on specific desirable geographic locations (that often have energy roots/grids to Lemuria) that are planned to eventually become 15 minute smart cities. Eventual restrictions on what we eat, how we live, how we travel, what we wear, where we go, how we ‘act’ on social media, what we share, even our private thoughts….all of this is part of the bigger agenda. This is not hidden or any kind of theory, yet rather shared at every one of their meetings, in various books they have written, and on official websites as well. All of it is presented as for the good of humanity and the planet. On one level of presentation, it can seem even acceptable or rational in a strange way. Yet, seen and felt from a higher perspective and from the discernment of the higher heart….. the control, tyranny, and depopulation elements become clearer.

I have been guided that ultimately ALL of it is part of a sacred phase for us, even this current and ongoing darkness, however it manifests. There are many soul lessons being learned through these crucibles and many souls are waking up that haven’t in many lifetimes of being in the Matrix reality since the fall of Atlantis/Lemuria. The bifurcation that is occurring inside of the soul and in social relationships is a necessary one to ultimately move into a higher timeline.

I continue to feel that THIS is the lifetime ultimately in which this Matrix and hijacked reality will collapse and that is why so many of us as way showers/star seeds/Magdalenes are here now. Yet, also, that that collapse will have a messy phase for all of us, including potentially much loss of human life. There can only be a rebirth if there has been a death and loss, it is the natural cycle of life that we can surrender into.

On a soul level, each soul chooses their ways and means to experience being in the body here and this phase of Ascension. Each soul plays their part and role, even what we could see as a dark role. Even choosing to comply or follow the narratives is a sacred choice for that soul. Trying to save or rescue anyone, convince anyone of the darker agenda, argue and defend against it…. doesn’t offer a means of true love exchange, surrendered centeredness within, and is usually futile anyway. You can become a beacon instead to those who are ready themselves to move through this.

I hold a love ambassador’s perspective and in my daily life continue to make self loving choices related to my social, physical, emotional, and spiritual well being. I respond to those who ask me specific questions, are curious to learn more about these matrix agendas, and also want to unplug from them within their own soul field.

My ways of navigating this phase are about remaining very connected to Divine/higher D soul aspect guidance; continuing to connect to soul aspects/parts in my emotional body/soul field in a conscious way; being social only in VERY resonant soul family bonds (including in my sacred union with Raphael); living in a place that offers an abundance of natural resources including clean spring water; staying outside of the 3D control grids as much as possible; saying ‘no’ to the V and continually detoxing my physical vessel through fasting/urotherapy, etc.

This is such a delicate and tender phase to be navigating together. The Divine’s heart of compassion for us is so strong and present.

There is light even in the darkness.

There is love that is stronger than the fear.

There are souls who are resonant with your choices and you will find each other.

Each of us can arise like a phoenix from the ashes.

Accessing the Divine spark within you allows for the ongoing navigation of this challenging time.

Lion’s Gate & Supermoon Portal Energies: Dissolving of 3D/4D Matrix Codes

It feels like there is a BIG dissolving of 3D/4D matrix codes/karmic binds from within going on during this Supermoon and Lion’s Gate portal! Supermoons always illuminate and amplify the matrix frequencies, even as we can also connect to the authentic lunar energies too. You may be feeling a more acute need for rest & self care as alignment with Gaia, the Sun, and Sirius brings in next level 5D codes & supports us to illuminate and clear at deeper levels the 4D matrix, esp from within.

Last night, I felt as if I got ‘dropped’ into the lower 4D grid, a place of quite heaviness, tension, bleakness, despair which I am getting more access to as I go into a few days now of fruit/smoothie fast and toxicities purge out of my body. Not a pleasant place to be, and yet very necessary to journey to for the soul aspects who need the bridging and feeling there….for humanity sometimes as well as a love ambassador.

I had been feeling and holding space for a grief process too brought up by more clarity for myself and us as community around what we are offering with SoulFullHeart, leading to necessary completions and ‘clearing the room’ in some ways. You may be feeling a process of thinking about/feeling others that you’ve had deep relationships with, esp counterparts, coming into your field again. Holding space for any remaining fear, bitterness, charge, attachment…with the parts who may need that bridging to move into deeper stages of letting go.

As I was up with buzzing head (like a sugar/caffeine high) last night, I could feel the density of the collective being pushed up, illuminated, seen, and exposed. This exposure process has been going on for the last 3.5 years and the V narrative seems to be building up as well with more V injuries/deaths happening, bringing more awareness to the darkness humanity is living in. There is also ongoing exposure of the false light in spirituality and how that shows up/is revealed in scandals, abuse revelations, dissolutions, and more.

I was able to digest this lower 4D drop in experience more in my daily bath (with urotherapy) and I could feel my Inner Earth Lemurian Ruma there with me and my Sirian aspect Sela as well.

We were in an ‘in between’ place/dimension where I could be with their higher frequency energies in an easier way for my body and heart.

I felt them offering love, support, hope, and goodness for me and for humanity as well. All my chakras opened UP in response to their energies and I felt my soul consciousness expand again. I felt their reminder that there is ALWAYS light and love there, even in the darkest feeling states. Having both journeyed through collapses of their worlds and resurrections/ascensions of them into higher consciousness states, Inner Earth Lemurians and Sirians are able to transmit the possibility codes of how to navigate through the darkness to emerge into the light of humanity’s ascension.

It’s a powerful time to go inward, to rest, to fast, to ground, to connect to these soul aspects…to upgrade your body vessel so that it can hold and respond to the codes that want to come through. The veils are thin, the access is fluid, and Divine support is there too from these higher dimensional soul aspects too!

Energy Update: Completing Karmic Binds/Codependency In Relationships

In pre-8/8 Lion’s Gateway window, supportive energies are coming in to illuminate dynamics within and with others that may be sticky, suffering, karmic, dark and off the radar in some ways. Your sense of being ‘done’ with certain energies and patterns in your relationships may be peaking and coming in with clarity for you now.

Karmic binds are particularly being highlighted and strained right now….what no longer serves your awakening soul is just not having an appeal anymore. What has been looping for many lifetimes is running out of ‘gas’. Parts of you may still be tied in through habit, routine, money/financial binds, codependence, vows (from other lifetimes) etc. That is where connecting with the part of you directly that is tied in and WHY they are can be a deep negotiation ground allowing for setting boundaries and/or taking space/completion that serves BOTH of you.

An interesting piece seems to be a misplaced loyalty to some of these 3D anchored souls that were ‘there for you’ when the dark nights came in, when the soul aspects/timelines were bleeding through, and they ‘helped’ in their own way. Often this help comes in the from of judging you, being ‘worried about you, wanting you to go get help that doesn’t align with your soul, etc.

There can be gratitude for what they provided that was probably a soul agreement anyway between you. Yet, to stay in relationship now and ongoingly, CAN be a shrink for you if you are needed to hide yourself, your spirituality, your light, your truth, your bigness….ANY aspects of yourself in order to keep them feeling comfortable with you.

Feeling gratitude and yet not being bound by the past fragilities and arising now into your strength, your truth, AND your side of the agreement to actually let them go. This is an interesting piece of it too….3D anchored souls NEED to choose on their own soul awakening during this bifurcation and Ascension process. Not under your influence, yet only by your inspired leadership that also can let them go and unattach so they can make their own choices now….as you make yours. This is actually a mercy to them as it is to you.

The emotional maturity it takes to navigate this way comes from feeling parts of you like your Inner Teenager who can grab and cling; or push away/ghost; be passive aggressive and withhold from the person your truth. Withholding ALWAYS leads to more hurt feelings, rather than sparing anyone anything…it is a backed up energy that just gets more charged within and over time.

The soul maturity it takes to navigate in this conscious way in relationship comes from the ongoing unplugging from the control Matrix/reincarnation grids and veils of amnesia that have kept us in these cycles with soul family members for so many lifetimes. Ancestral line healing, connecting with soul aspects directly, and working with your Gatekeeper allows for the soul field to open up and clear/dissolve/process these binds and unhook from them.

So much energy can be freed up from no longer going into this hiding with yourself and others…it takes a lot more energy to hide and withhold as you are ‘going against’ the current of Ascension that wants to bring humanity into pure and true transparency in ALL areas.

Now is a time to complete cycles that no longer serve your arising bigness. Now is a time to be honest, transparent, open and current inside yourself and with others. Now is a time to risk being judged and rejected by others in order to experience a deeper resonance and connection with soul family, soul mates and with the Divine.

ALL the courage you need to navigate this way is within your soul field, within even these parts of you that have been stuck in immaturity out of undigested wounding. You become it as you transact within you and with others.

Celebrating Two Years In Portugal W/Golden Light Codes & Crystal Clear Waters | Checking in With Jelelle Awen Video Series

In this Checking in with Jelelle Awen video, I share about celebrating and honoring our two years here in Portugal and what it has meant for me and us as a community to be here with the supportive golden light codes and crystal clear waters. I immediately felt welcomed here to port-of-grail in body, heart and soul and the strong Marian/Divine Feminine energies, which continues to deepen to this day, esp now that we are gardening here and connecting to the fertile soil. I feel how our NuMu community vision can happen here in these grids that are already being energized by awakening ‘eco-immigrants’ from all over the world drawn to this region.

I also share about a soul aspect connection that has started opening out connected to a Lusitania timeline, which was the ancient Celtic tribal communities that made their home here in Central Portugal and other regions that we have been drawn to. My gatekeeper has been calling herself Lucia for the last year so a bridge was already being formed to this soul aspect which I am now getting more clarity about. Excited and curious to see where this connection with her takes me!
