Go Within And Remember The Love That You ARE

Everything impacts your vibrational frequency; sounds, smells, foods, and especially the energy of others. Our 3D self (ego/mind fusion) has layered you over with densities, literal protection shields, so that you cannot feel how impacted you are by all these things. In this layered over place, you cannot feel how your vibrational frequency is going down. Or if it is going up.

The only way to feel this is to go within, to reconnect to your inner energy system, to your emotional body, to your 3D self (and other aspects). The ‘you’ that goes within is the version that is splitting off, differentiating from the 3D self and being infused with energies from your higher 5D self or Divine self. Your higher self is always with you, waiting to arise, like a seed in your consciousness that is waiting for the water of good energy and good love to vibrate more.

Your higher self may be mostly outside of you. It may feel like when you connect with it that it feels like you are reaching for something outside of you, similar to how it can feel to connect with guides, ascended teachers, and the Divine. And, that’s OK because the important piece is that these energies, while feeling outside of you, can still infuse you with frequencies that you need to raise your base tone. They offer you light codes to activate your light body to arise and start glowing, to begin the transition from carbon-based body to crystalline-christ consciousness body.

Eventually, then, you realize that your higher self is within you and IS you more and more. As are the guides that you have ‘channeled’ or looked to others to provide the messages of their channeled guides. Validation from outside of us, people who are embracing their higher self wisdoms and personal experiences, can be very helpful. It can light up things that need to be lit up. Support from others who have journeyed in places we want to go deeper can be very helpful to, along with a community to resonate with, like we offer in SoulFullHeart.

And, then, you return to you, back inside where the power is, where the Universe is, and where the only source of Love that you can ALWAYS count on is. Going within, exploring within, learning about what is within…..the message is the same in so many different forms and yet, when you are too much your 3D self, you may find many ways to not do this and not to begin this. Looking outward may be easier than looking within for your 3D self.

Try this, right now. Pause from facebook for a moment. Close your eyes. Become present to the moment. Become present to yourself. Feel what you are feeling. Check in. Feel where your energy is at. Feel any other people that have entered your ‘field’ while you have been online, as it is a virtual ‘room’ containing many energies that you absorb like a sponge.

Feel your heart, is it open or more closed? Why?

Breath in, Breath out. Feel the world that is YOU that is waiting for your exploration of it. Stay in this inner focused space for as long as you need to and as long as you like.

Here is a guided meditation from me that helps with cleaning, protecting, and activating your chakras. Or you can just use it as practice to go within, be in more yin stillness, and to track your energy.

Go in, go in, go in, daily at least, a few times a day ideally, for as ‘long’ as it takes if possible. Create the space in your life for you. Let go of that which does not support this going within process.

Create the space for Love and to remember yourself as the essence of Infinite Love that you ARE.

Going Within And Experiencing Oneness On The Winter Solstice

This ‘day’ is designated as Winter Solstice, marked as the ‘shortest day of the year’ in terms of hours of sunlight, and the ‘beginning’ of ‘winter’. All of these things are concepts or ideas originating in the mind, of course, layered over reality and labeling it as something other than Moment. In this Moment, there isn’t a winter or day, there is another moment to be within, to experience, and to live.

Yet, even feeling that as a deeper sense of reality, I wanted to feel into what this moment known as Winter Solstice is inviting us to explore or what the deeper message might be especially related to shifts and changes happening in our worlds- inner and outer, both within and with-out.

Since ultimately every moment is about Love, I begin by feeling ‘what does this moment called Winter Solstice offer about Love?’ The sense of less daylight, less sunlight seems to call us inward, into physical spaces of comfort with beacons of lights around us from the wonder of electricity and especially if you have chosen to live somewhere that has cold temperatures.

Yet, also the call inward is to the deeper places inside, the quiet places, the places of stillness, the places of great journeys, the places of tears, the places of joys. When Love leads into these inner places, the unknown opens up before you, bringing new experience after another as you discover the limitless nature of your internal landscape and all the aspects of your heart and soul that reside there.

For me today, I felt this call to go within, as I do every day, and my life is blessedly able to be given over to this inner exploration that then flows outwardly to teaching, writing, facilitating, just, well, loving others. Going within today, I found Oneness. I was holding some other people within my field, digesting recent interactions and wondering where they would go next and if these souls would go deeper with us into SoulFullHeart. I then felt a heart wave of Oneness, of union…with these souls.

I had been operating from the assumption of separation (as I call our 3D conditioning toward other people) and seeing them as outside of me as I explored future possibilities. As I felt the reality of Oneness light up in my soul through the merging with inner guides in Star Being form, the questions dropped, as did any bit of sense of separation from them. Suddenly I could feel how these souls were an aspect of me already. They already lived inside of me as an expression of me. It was a wonderful feeling and any sense of ‘future’ dropped as well because in the Moment we already ARE as deeply connected as we can BE. We are already LOVE expressing as Itself together.

I feel how we are individuals, yes, individual soul sparks of Infinite Love and sacred human BE-ings….and we ARE also already One, already in Union. Holding both is becoming more of my reality in relationship and it opens out beautiful vistas of possibility in every minute.

A crucial aspect of exploring and opening this relational ground out inside of me has been the journeys within where I am open to whatever needs and wants to come, where I am open to myself, and, therefore, become open to others in a new way too. I feel this is a powerful message to offer for the greater context of where we are in this time of transition from 3D reality processing to 4D and beyond. Holding this vibrational frequency of exploration about each other as One and yet individual could bridge separations that exist and connect those with each other who previously felt opposite.

Love to you on this Winter Solstice and may your journeys within bring you much bounty of self love, discovery, and new experiences of Love in the Moment…..

Making Heart Room For Your Mate To Enter Your Life

I felt him before we were together. I could lay in my bed and feel his arms around me, sense his heart beat flowing along to mine. I had conversations with him that were so provoking, the deepest of context, the most enlivening of content. My laughs responded to his smile, his wit, his humour with absolutely no meanness. All of his passionate energy focused on me, I unfolded in his arms and in his heart gaze, over and over returning to the essence of me through what he could see.

This is how it felt for me even before Raphael and I began dating each other eight and half years ago. Many nights before we went on our first date, I could feel his energy in my field as my ‘next and probably most important mate’. I didn’t know that it was him specifically but feeling into it now, it is so clear that it WAS him. And similar to how a pregnant mother begins building a nest for her new baby, I started to build a nest in my heart and in my life getting ready for him.

This all feels so romantic, this story of falling in love and being in love and arising in love, even many ‘years’ later still we are falling in love together. And, it is, yes, romantic. Yet, also, love like this with what is truly your heart, soul, and body mate is a challenging crucible. Often when this kind of love enters your life, much has to be let go of in order to let it in. All the furniture of your old life gets rearranged in rapid fire. Relationships get sorted out fast. How are you are going to let this intense new energy into your life? How are you going to make room? What fits with this soaring new enlivening, heart opening, and soul expanding frequencies and what doesn’t?

For example, within weeks of starting to date each other, Raphael and I experienced the collapse of the spiritual practice, paradigm, and group that we had been deeply involved with for many years and within which we met each other. I was a facilitator of this work for years, deeply committed to my process as was Raphael. And then, we were challenged to choose our new emerging love over that which we had previously placed our devotion, the group.

The choice was easy in one way as my heart and soul just knew there was no going back out of this kind of love. A love I had been wanting for so very long. So, I said ‘yes’ even without knowing if it would continue to open out between Raphael and I. All of the people in the group, my deepest and closest soul family at the time, no longer would be in relationship with me, so I had to let go overnight of so many previously very meaningful connections…..and of the paradigm and process which had felt like my soul purpose path. The heartbreak of this spiraled me into a dark night of the soul where I literally felt like I was splintering into many pieces, going crazy, and the only heartrails I could feel were the incredibly touching love with Raphael and a supportive frequency of support from the Divine.

Many other shifts and changes have come and been chosen over the years, catalyzed by the love that moves between Raphael and I. Geography, relationships, money earning, belief systems…we have let it ALL go many times over the years. Yet, we have always let go of it together. And, in some moments, we have uncomfortably held the possibility that our union too is complete and that we need to let go of it. Always our own individual growth is primary and comes first. Fortunately, so far, our togetherness has served our growth and so we keep on finding our way together.

My heart is opening in this moment in large part because of what I experience with Raphael on a daily basis. We are two individuals, yes, and we are also within a union of feminine and masculine. This, I believe, is truly possible for anyone who is awakening and healing their heart and soul woundings to open their capacity to give and receive love. This process sends your beacon out into the world, which your mate hears and feels.

I do believe mates are ‘already within each other’ as the poet Rumi offers. So it is inevitable that yours will find you and you will find them. And, most likely, your life will change in very significant ways once you do. In the meantime, you can prepare your heart and soul through truly getting to know yourself. Building your nest out of self love and beaconing your heart out to the world. Letting go already of that which does not serve the Infinite Love in sacred human expression that you ARE in preparation for the stunning reflection of your bigness that is to come.

Awaken To The Universe Within And Remember The Infinite Love That You ARE

Words are finding me this week. Words to match energies that are flowing strong after going inward to discover and integrate more of my essence, more of my inner wisdom, more my soul’s expressions that span no ‘time’ or fixed place. I have been ‘picking up’ pieces of my soul and human fragments for many years and recently the depth of breadth of this has expanded even more into the galactic realms. The biggest shift has been a sense of how it ALL originates from within and a deepening of looking inward rather than ‘out there’ for answers.

Validation for me over the years has primarily come from within and what I can viscerally experience for myself. Sometimes, then, too, I go looking for information to validate the experience, but usually I don’t as it isn’t the mental body that is leading here, but intuitive and heart-based wisdom. I am feeling how the energies that I have called ‘guides’ in the past have all been aspects of me and I am now embracing them as such. A star being named Binkh, I am now feeling is my star seed self, Archturian, and connecting with her is giving me access to a much expanded consciousness where time and space do not exist, my galactic roots, healing of trauma from being ‘abducted’, etc.

I have a relationship with her in a dualistic sense and I also AM her as well. I feel that eventually her energies will integrate into me, influencing and changing my outer personality to inhabit even more of my higher or Divine self. What I have experienced as Divine Mother and Divine Feminine frequencies in the past, such as Magdalene, Kuan Yin, Kali, Cassandra, etc. have been integrating into me since 2010 when I was reiki attuned. I felt them as ‘guides’ and as the ‘Divine’ and, yet, also, they were aspects of my soul frequencies or Metasoul. They are also archetypal, meaning available for all and living within the collective unconscious (more on all of this in future posts.)

As always, this personal shift also flows into what I lead and teach through SoulFullHeart, which is a fluid process and energy that shifts with every consciousness that puts their personal love, attention, and consciousness to it. My growing sense is the importance of the journey within, the journey to remember who we ARE as Infinite Love, to awaken the Universes that live inside of us, and to continue serving love in whatever forms call to us.

Embracing And Healing Our Fears To Experience More 5D Consciousness

“How do we dissolve and transcend fear contracts that we have created while in 3D reality so we can be clean for 4D and 5D experience?” This question was asked of me by someone to respond to from my perspective. This is probably a good time to offer that while I often have a strong sense of inner clarity, intuition, and guidance that comes from many years of inner work and soul integration, I also hold an open question about what I offer and do not claim to possess the Absolute Truth about reality. Only you can feel if what I am offering resonates in your heart and soul as a truth that you also are remembering and, therefore, we will find our resonance there.

The first place I feel to go in response to this question is the ideas that parts of us can have about fear. Our Divine or Higher self doesn’t have fear as it is a resistance to love and our Divine self is remembering that we ARE Infinite Love. Yet, in the process of remembering this and because we are so influenced by the cultural and societal conditioning and programming around us then parts of us are formed and created that hold fear or a very visceral resistance to love.

The way to heal anything is with love; it is the only frequency that can and does heal and transform energies. Resistance to love is healed with more love. Rather than resisting our fears, we connect with, get to know, and love the parts of us that hold the fears. These are parts of us that have been conditioned to a 3D reality where fear is expressed in politics, in religion, in society, in education, in many ways and forms love is resisted and not embraced. Our fear is actually trying to show us where our resistance is. When I feel fear I celebrate it (at this point, for me, after many years of this awakening process through parts work I don’t feel much conscious fear anymore) because it is showing me another place inside of me that needs more love. When I feel fear, I become very curious about where it is coming from, how it lives inside of me, and I go in deeply to be with it.

When I feel into the idea of ‘fear contracts’, it doesn’t have an alive frequency for me. It feels like a binding idea, an idea of old paradigm binds with legalistic roots. It’s not a word that I have used over the years even as I have felt deeply the fear that exists inside of bonds with others, which is what I call the ‘binds’ that exist. There can be many layers to these binds between souls, many cords of codependence, many chapters living out even in other dimensions and other lifetimes. Those that are most intimate to us are usually the ones for which we have the most grounds of transaction of both binds and bonds. These souls are also the most powerful mirror for us to see ourselves and both our trailing and leading edges.

If both people are engaged in a consciousness awakening and heart and soul healing path, they can be with the fear that comes up to intimacy (again, a fear of love), feel the aspects of themselves that are in fear of love, and come back to the mutual ground to process it. Going in as an individual, going in ‘vertically’ rather than focusing on the horizontal ground is so important here as it is the only place that we actually have the power to heal or transform fear to love.

I also don’t use the word ‘transcend’ as it can imply not feeling or not being in the body, not embodying our emotions and fears. Again, it is the embracement of the fears and shadow that heals them. Embracing without going into suffering loops is a delicate balance and one that I have needed space holders at times to guide me in, to be a mirror outside of myself so I can see myself. This is what we offer in the SoulFullHeart process through holding session space for others. The person is always holding their own process of healing fears, yet the SoulFullHeart facilitator is there to guide and support, not to fix, but rather to support. I believe that this support from a heart-open other person is critical to this process of healing fears and awakening to our Divine self. Also, to be in a community of others who are on the same path is hugely nourishing and transformative as well. I do not feel that we were meant to do this alone. It can be the fear of love and the fusion to the 3d sense of separation that keeps us in a solitary place around our healing, suffering, and not asking for support.

It can be very tempting to parts of us to just escape our ‘pain body’ (where our subconscious woundings live in heart and soul frequencies) rather than ‘go in’ to them. Parts of us are literally afraid that we will die or go crazy if we go there. These parts of us will use spiritual frequencies pulled from the 4D and 5D consciousness levels to bypass feeling these things. However, I feel that we cannot really avoid our own healing. It comes back around in a parallel lifetime to be faced and held. It is why we are here after all.

With this ‘inner embracement’ of fears it is not that they dissolve so much as the parts of us that hold them eventually integrate into our Divine self until we experience more and more Wholeness of Being and more sense that we ARE Infinite Love. We experience more and more the frequencies of fifth dimensional consciousness (and beyond) as we let go into what we really ARE beyond the fear.

Navigating This Time Of Transition From 3D To 4D Consciousness

If you are reading these words and drawn to them, you probably already experience most of your reality from a fourth dimensional or higher consciousness state or are in transition to being this. Dimensions are a vibrational frequency and what we have known as earth life has been mostly in the third dimension, denser frequency for a long time now.

Third dimensional frequencies are of separation, isolation, competition, sense of survival and lack (scarcity), five sense reality processing (only what the body and mind can see is ‘real’), logic dominating, attachment to religious and other belief systems, focus on differences, etc. Fourth dimensional consciousness offers more sense of Oneness, community, communion, beyond five sense reality experiences, soul remembrances, heart-based relationships, sense of abundance and gratitude, intuition leading, and openness to all while awakening your inner soul and heart wisdom. Fifth dimensional consciousness (as I have experienced in moments and more and more as daily reality) is an experience of telepathic communication, inhabitation of our light bodies rather than our carbon-based bodies, multi-dimensional overlapping, no linear time or space, Oneness sense of ‘one mind’ yet individual soul sparks too transacting in conscious relationshp, etc.

It feels like Gaia (as a consciousness in planetary form) is moving out of the third and into the lower fourth, which is shaking out many of the shadow playouts, government and financial corruptions, mass protests, etc. This seems to be the ‘event’ of December, 2012 in which it was the end of the world in the sense of the 3D consciousness that had held such dominance over Gaia began to shift. Many star beings and Ethereal beings are supporting this shift as they have long yearned for Gaia and her human inhabitants to shake off the suppressive and limiting consciousness of 3D to remember our essence as sacred humanity through more inhabitation of our 5D and beyond consciousness as Divine selves or light beings.

The ‘underbelly’ of human consciousness is turning over to be felt and ultimately healed. To whatever degree you are still connected to 3D reality, this turning over is going to push up perhaps strong feelings and reactions for you. The recent political presidential election, for example, seen through the perspective of a part of you that has been conditioned in 3D reality of government dominance and superiority, would feel hopeless, outraged, distraught, and many other feelings. This part of you has been conditioned to ‘believe’ in the need to turn over your authority to another and to be governed. You have been conditioned to project your parental needs onto outer authority (started with our birth parents) rather than feel your own inner authority being watered. You can feel this part(s) of you as a 3D aspect (which includes most of our mental activity and minds as well) and give it lots of love, curiosity, and non-judgment, and we offer in SoulFullHeart a healing process and supportive community to assist with your ascension process.

The re-minders that come from 4 and 5D consciousness to help the 3D aspects of us that are still in transition are that no one can govern or have power over us. If we ‘let’ them, that is still our choice. We create our own reality; we are our own Universes in that way. We are not powerless to anything, but rather have access to Infinite Power (heart-based) that is connected to our essence as Infinite Love. In the frequencies of Infinite Love, nothing that is not polarized to love can survive or is ‘real’.

As Gaia moves into higher dimensions of consciousness, many souls will choose (still their choice) not to go with Her as that is their path and process. They may leave their bodies, go to other 3D realities on other planets or reincarnate again with a new focus and openness to higher consciousness. I am not offering this lightly as I have felt for many years the intensity that this time of transition is going to bring to our world. I have shed many tears over the cries of the world and the suffering that exists in 3D consciousness. Holding what is going to happen with compassion and sobriety is important while not letting it bring down our own vibrational frequencies or spiral us into suffering loops. There will most likely be many body deaths, much violence and upheaval, and perhaps even the collapse of the industrial systems that we have become dependent on in many ways for our ‘survival.’

Those of us who want to stick it out through this time of transition and continue to ascend and awaken our consciousness to experience the New Earth are in for a very bumpy ride at times. But we have buffers in the form of our own choices toward raising our vibrational frequencies through service of love to others in whatever forms that looks like for each of us. We are wayshowers and here to help humanity get through this transitional time. The biggest gift we can offer ourselves and humanity is to claim this, continue to heal our hearts and souls to vibrate at a higher frequency, and decondition from 3D reality as a continual process.

New Earth or what we call “Golden Earth” already exists as a consciousness and can be ‘visited’ whenever we want to. It offers a watering of the world that our hearts and soul remember is possible from our previous experiences of Atlantis and Lemuria and in other dimensions such as Avalon and from other planets and galaxies. Golden Earth is more our home frequency and connecting with the tones of heart-based love, Ethereal guidance and love, going within always to look first for our answers and path will serve us during the experiences ahead that are going to be challenging and at times painful. Ultimately, trusting love as the only ‘real’ thing that there is offers a beacon to us, stirring us through the fogs and clouds of reactions and triggers, and landing us safely on the shores of our true heart and soul homes.

It All Comes From Within

Many intense days of body adjustments, realignments, DNA activating, frequency upgrades. I have been in a personal cocoon space to hold it all. I feel like this is all so important, this ascension process, and yet I already knew it somehow. I am remembering it. I have been ‘receiving’ messages, higher dimensional messages for many ‘years’ yet I never have called myself a ‘channeler’. Why? Everything has been so within. That is what has felt natural. Making a relationship with energies inside and calling them ‘parts of me’ has felt natural and yet, not, at the same time. It has felt temporary. A temporary way to connect. Because, ultimately, I am WHOLE as you are a WHOLE.

The voices and energies that I have ‘heard’ and experienced of the Divine Mother, Magdalene, Kuan Yin, Yeshua, Metatron, Divine Father, Star beings, Morgaine and others from Avalon, Guardian Angels, Daemons-Soul guardians…these energies have somehow come from within. I am starting to remember this now. The ‘travels’ to other dimensions, Avalon, Golden Earth (fifth dimension), and beyond have felt like they are from within my own landscape, which is as big as the Universe.

My mind is trying to digest what my soul already knew. My mind hurt all day trying to understand. My soul felt and feels at peace. The portals are within, the stargates, the high star councils, the star beings. All exist INSIDE. This is simple. And it is from this place that I have guided others to come from….inward, within….only from themselves can awakening, remembering, ascending arise and not from anyone else. It cannot originate from anyone else.

My mind is often looser, and it wants to loosen more. To let go of linear and perfect words, to let energy flow through me, even if it doesn’t make mental and linear ‘sense.’ To be free to let the energy flow that is from within me, the energy flow of (more and more) PURE love.

I have long felt I was a love ambassador. Yet, my mind thought thoughts that it was from me to others….me to star beings, me to humans…now I can feel that it is me to me that the ambassadorship Is. Me to me and because we are not separate, me to me is me to you. You to you is me to me.

My mind wants to know if this is ‘right’, the ‘right’ approach and feeling. Yet, it just Is, so it is what is remembered and, therefore, right. I don’t want to judge right and wrong anymore, or dense versus porous or awakened or not awakened. It is not what we really ARE, only what the mind has filtered us to be.

Letting go of judging, I had to be with the inner judger inside, be an ambassador of love to my mind and ego’s judgments. ‘Ego’ and ‘Mind’ can be judgments too, maybe new words will come to describe these energies, which are just energies of not remembering.

I feel grateful for what is flowing through. I want to jump in joy, my heart does. There is still much to remember but going within, inside, is natural for me. So, there, I am discovering what I am again. What I have always been. What I will more and more reawaken into….and YOU will and ARE too….

Arrival Offers Profound Messages About Consciousness And Alien Communication: SoulFullHeart Movie Review

She places her hand, palm up, on the glass, eager for contact, eager to feel the energy of the extraterrestrial being on the other side. She is trusting her intuition that she will be all right and the admittedly very strange looking being will not hurt her. All she wants is to communicate, to bridge the gap between what is expressed and what can be understood. She has already taken off the protective outer shell, the hazmat suit that the military made her wear. She is bare faced and open-hearted, ready to be an ambassador of what is unknown into the known.

She is Dr. Louise Banks, a lonely linguist played by porous actress Amy Adams, in the movie that we saw last night called Arrival. Arrival is the story of transformations that happen (both personally and collectively) to Louise and the global community when communication is initiated after alien spacecrafts land in 12 places around the world. Louise is an expert of language and communication and it is through her out-of-the-box and intuitive, feeling-based, yin- approach that the most successful communications and connection happen with the E.T.s. In contrast to Louise’s trust in the E.T.’s benevolent nature is the growing fear and suspicions of the military men around her and other countries such as China and Russia.

I wanted to write about this movie because I was personally guided to go see it as it would hold messages for me related to the awakening clarities that are happening for me and my roots and ties particularly to the Archturians. One of the messages I received from the movie related to the sense of help and goodness that many E.T.s have toward humanity, many gifts they would like to share with us, and their ultimate desire for co-habitation with us here on Gaia (once it is in higher fourth or fifth dimensional vibrational frequency so they can be here and so the shadow-based, negative entities and E.T.s are no longer able to resonate here). It was a message of trusting our heart’s intuition when relating with Ethereal and Extraterrestrial beings….to feel out if they are polarized to fear or polarized to love.

The other message from this movie is about non-linear time and non-linear language, both of which reflect the E.T.s consciousness level in the movie (which is at least fifth dimension or higher). As we move more out of 3D and even 4D, the true nature of our relationship to existence will emerge as being not of the past, present, or future yet truly of the NOW in which all things are happening in the same frame. The movie beautifully demonstrates how experiencing life more in the now impacts our personal decisions and our experience of our reality through a very touching story about Louise, another character, and her daughter.

The language of the E.T.s in the movie is not linear (one word after another), but rather circular, able to convey many concepts in the same moment. This also is a reflection of higher consciousness communication, which also will forego spoken or written language at all and be mostly telepathic. The movie touchingly showed how language can be unifying rather than polarizing, depending on where it is coming from.

It feels as if movies like this and T.V. shows are preparing us subconsciously and in the collective unconscious for more open contact and communication with non-human beings. More and more encounters are going to be happening as the forces that have been suppressing and keeping these realities veiled are collapsing (these forces are called the Cabal, the Illuminati, New World Order, in collusion with reptilian races (sometimes called Archons) and the Grey aliens. The veil is lifting, consciousness is ascending, and love is moving us all into a brand new era.

Experiencing Shifts From The Third To Fourth Dimensions

I feel like I am in two worlds at the same time…..walking around in third dimension, buying groceries, having tea in starbucks, connecting and talking with Raphael……then in fourth and even fifth dimensional consciousness experiencing frequencies of intense light, love, connection, multidimensional communion with guides, and a sense of innate self goodness. The physical settings are the same but the experience of that reality is much different.

I am still digesting an intense journeying experience that I had this morning to the earths orbit in which I met with a beloved non-human soul sister guide with deep tears of reunion and completion…such beautiful soul integration and realization of my galactic roots, letting go another degree of the pain body that I have spent so much focus and attention and love healing over the years. I will be integrating this movement and continual teaching that is being offered into my life by non-human and ethereal beings and offering of SoulFullHeart in a way that is current and transparent.

So much is shifting in the world right now as we move out of the third dimensional realities and energies of five sense-based reality processing, dualistic thinking, separation and loneliness, linear time, and fusion with the body-mind and the pain body (which holds our emotional and spiritual woundings). We are transitioning into higher consciousness frequencies – those of us that choose this anyway – of fluid time and space, less dualistic thinking, Oneness and connection, access to our deepest soul gifts, remembrance of our bigness and inhabitation of our multidimensional Divine self.

Even as this is a challenging phase to be here, it is also an incredibly exciting time to be here as so much possibility for new can arise out of the ashes of the collapse of the old, outdated, shadow-based and patriarchal world views, thought and behavior patterns, and ways of living. For those of us called to make this higher dimensional shift of consciousness, we are being pressed to let go of the old and let in the new….at an increasingly rapid pace.

Holding this with self love and care, feeling the reactions of all parts of us (the trailing edges of fear, insecurity, doubt, depression, rage, flatness) is important as we go into the unknown reaches of inhabiting the consciousness of our Divine Self.
