“This shedding process is painful at times. Parts of us become necessarily attached to these layers, skins, masks, and protections. We NEED them until we no longer do. As they dissolve away, this is usually in response to loss in our lives, to things that have fallen and given away, to letting go, to separations and to completions. This collapsing of timelines is happening at accelerating levels as we move into the higher frequency 2020 Clearer Living/Loving timeline.”

Questing With Our Questions Into the Quantum: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (Sept 30, 2019)

This week, we celebrate the end of September and the beginnings of October. The fall season is taking hold and with that comes a whole slew of new/renewed questions we can ask within. A few of these questions SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator/Co-Creator, Raphael Awen, addresses in the leading article this week. He specifically brings up the questions of infinite possibilities, the life you’re living now which may feel like it is in some sort of stasis, and how we can relate these questions to parts work, which we offer through SoulFullHeart sessions:

“How did infinite possibility get swapped out for infinite impossibility?

Could it be that this has everything to do with parts of ourselves who have so mastered the art of creating the world they actually want, albeit a small, narrow and safe world, while other parts of you so ache to break free of this pattern persistence in your life?

Has one powerful part of your being scripted your life with a scripture of its own, and you are just now awakening to it; through your feelings of confinement, through your desire to break your unquestioning allegiance to this scripture; through your desire to awaken from what feels like the bad dream that another part of you feels your life has become? And to let the chips fall where they may?”

There will be an online Group Transmission led by Raphael and Jelelle Awen in October. The focus of this group on Saturday, October 12th at 10am PDT is to learn more about the light body activation process that is ongoing as our carbon-based, 3D conditioned/programmed physical bodies transition into crystalline, living on prana/light energy bodies. The process of this seems to come in phases and cycles of detoxification of 3D chemicals and toxic food digestion energies along with activation on cellular, DNA, levels. They will especially focus on what the best fuel as food is for the light body to support its transition.

Jelelle Is Transitioning Out Of 1:1 Sessions To Focus On Group Facilitation: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (Aug 26, 2019)

As we all continue our digestion of the Lion’s Gate energies and what moved through and activated, we’re all being invited to keep inhabiting our next steps in our lives, healing journeys, and offerings of service of love. Giving Your Inner Teenager What You Needed As A Teenager

Holding the Inner Teenager inside of you means having an experience of holding yourself during a time in your life when all you wanted and didn’t want, sometimes at the same time, WAS to be held. To be understood. To be felt and empathized with. Not fixed or caretaken, but to be seen in your bigness and challenged in it healthfully and heart-fully, without pushing or poking or prodding but with an arena of safety constructed for the necessary explorations and explosions.

You needed and wanted space, room to grow and feel and explore…. permission to BE in and with the angst, the sadness, the longing for something you could not even name at times, and even the joy and celebrations that wanted to come up too that almost equally could not be felt with you by those around you that you looked up to.

All of this still lives inside of you in a part of you that asks for attention and love in different ways… a part of you that still may be the dominant energy in you at work, in relationships, even in your role as ‘mom’ or ‘dad’.

Often times this part is so repressed that they become deeply depressed and anxious too. Their transition from child to adult was never honoured for the wrestling match it actually IS. This ‘wrestling’ experience is a struggle and rebellion against while also capitulating to 3D conditioning and energies. It’s also an experience sometimes of being stuck in a 4D limbo and ‘void’ space while looking for something or someone to show up enough to help you move into the higher frequency that you somehow remember yet maybe at a distance.

Your arms and heart are the bridge to this part of you that the adult you can show up to construct and hold, piece by piece, with permission granted by this part of you to begin that process. There are many cosmic movements happening this month and energetically it’s been quite intense so far, serving to amplify what needs addressing within and the movements towards your Higher Timeline that are becoming even more possible.

Featured this week is an energy update from SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator, Kalayna Solais. She shares a bit of her own process in downloading and digesting the energies of this month and where they seem to be leading:

“The ‘black moon’ at the end of this month, in addition to what I’ve heard is a super intense phase of many planets going retrograde, means that we are being asked to take some leaps into new timelines for ourselves. These leaps are not expected to be easy. The need to ground into ourselves, our bodies, our hearts, is big right now. Grounding in by feeling parts of you in reaction to what’s coming up is important and helpful.”

Raphael and Gabriel turn on the camera to introduce their new weekly series Digesting Disclosure. In the series Gabriel and Raphael will bring a heart-open and expanded consciousness to the topics and issues within the Disclosure arena. 

They will focus less on the content and more on how we can all relate to the information we are being presented with. It is to feel what is occurring within the heart and soul of each of us in the reactions to what is transpiring and what is on its way. Gabriel and Raphael talk more about this in the video.

The second video is from Kalayna Solais, offering some brief teaching and sharing along with a new guided meditation as part of her ongoing ‘Discover’ series.

She writes:

“I decided to create a video about healing heartbreak through parts work/the SoulFullHeart process, highlighting how it has been helping me and offering a guided meditation to help you connect to the part of you that is the most heartbroken right now (if you’re going through your own mourning process). I share openly though not in great detail yet (I’ll do more of that in another video and in some future blogs, I think) about what I’ve been processing around my recent completion of a Sacred Union romance.”
