Light Body Detox Process: 3 Weeks Into The Medical Medium’s Celery Juice Cleanse

This pic is what your fridge looks like when you are doing a daily celery juice cleanse! This is a BIG contrast from what our near empty fridge looked like when I was doing an extended fast with no food for almost a month and Raphael and Raianna were eating very lightly as well.

It’s three weeks now drinking pure celery juice (nothing added to it) on an empty stomach first thing in the morning, following the process offered by Medical Medium Anthony William. It is a POWERFUL medicinal tonic that works on all levels and all bodies…emotional, physical, spiritual/soul, energy, and mental. I’ve been slowly going up to drinking now about 24oz in the morning yet that took the three weeks to get there and I take a full hour to drink it. Starting with about 4oz seems to work well to get used to it. I create a ceremony around it, sipping slowly, and also while I am in meditation to allow what the celery juice is sacredly offering to go in.

The digestive enzymes in pure celery juice clear out anything in your digestive tract; the sodium cluster salts dissolve all kinds of toxins, heavy metals, bacteria and viruses….even those that have been there for years and even passed down generationally. It is the most powerful electrolyte and pure source of Vitamin C available, crosses the blood/brain barrier to clear out heavy metals there and provides a deep cleanse of the liver (the workhorse of the body) as well.

I’ve noticed that there was an underlying fatigue, bit of brain fog and difficulty focusing while I was in the initial stages of drinking it, especially recovering from having strep throat a few weeks ago. Now, there are more waves of energy moving through with increasing clarity, focus, and spaciousness starting to come back. I didn’t have any PMS symptoms and my overall experience of my period was much better with fewer cramps and more energy overall. Healing reactions such as headaches, diarrhea, tiredness, body aches/pains, sore muscles are all possible as the celery juice flushes out toxins on all levels (similar to when you are doing a fast yet even deeper.)

I highly recommend drinking it and reading Anthony’s book about celery juice, along with the other Medical Medium books. I was guided to take them in after extended fasting pushed up a deeper layer of detox for me and I wanted foods that would support the clearing that needed to happen.

We are also following a low-fat/low oil, vegan, no gluten, no refined sugar or salt diet as well with good carbs that he recommends such as fresh fruit, potatoes, squash, leafy greens, and oats. I am also doing some intermittent fasting and eating during a window of seven-eight hours during the day. Ultimately, I am still drawn to living on prana/light as my main source of energy yet I am surrendered to the transitions needed along the way.

I do feel that the detox/cleanse phase of light body activation is crucial to be able to embody higher levels of photonic light and to support our bodies transition from carbon to crystalline. We have taken in SO many toxins….all of us and ANY of us living in the Matrix reality in this Earth Plane. Moving these toxins out of our bodies, out of every living cell, out of our DNA allows for the high frequency codes that are coming in for us to be received and embodied. There is also a detox needed for our emotional bodies and soul fields, which the celery juice also seems to support yet in a rate/pace that you can respond to.

Solstice 2022 & Crop Circle Update: Full Body/Ascension Chakra Activations

Solstice Energy Update: Blessings to you on Solstice, celebrating both the first day of summer and the longest day/shortest night of the year in the Northern Hemisphere! There is always something magical about the summer solstice as all of the sunlight/photonic light codes flood into us on this day.

And for those of you in the southern hemisphere, there is the beginning of winter and the shortest day of the year to usher in a phase of more self reflection, going inward, and grounding from within.

When I connected to the solstice energies in meditation today, I was taken to the Stonehenge circle in the UK at sunrise to join the souls gathering there in the Now. You can join in this gathering at ANY time and don’t need to go in the physical, which offers an even more pure experience of the energies to experience it etherically. We drove by Stonehenge many times when we lived in the UK last year and even from the freeway, you can feel the transmissions from it.

This Solstice has an energy of WIDE, OPEN skies seeming to represent the great awakening of expanded consciousness going on for so many souls. This great awakening has had many dark night moments along with intense soul activations; contentions and polarizations within and with others to feel and heal as separations open out into powerful reunions.

I could see streams of light from the Great Cosmic Sun anchoring into the stones, which always appear as an intact circle when connected to in a higher dimension as they still are there. The streams of light are then anchored into Inner Earth (for which there is a strong portal at Stonehenge). The Inner Earth Lemurians receive these streams of light codes and ground them into the heart of Gaia, who beams them out for ALL souls/beings/animals on Gaia to experience.

All souls connected to this Stonehenge portal today are able to receive these light activations that offer a full body, auric/Ascension Chakra/DNA activation. This is a reminder of both our galactic/cosmic/higher dimensional essence AND our Lemurian/Inner Earth roots as well.

As we receive these codes, our hearts expand open, our souls’ veils of amnesia lift and we move into MORE remembering of our bigness, our light, our Divine essence. There is also a unification frequency to these Solstice codes as we come into soul family community and twin/pair bond reunion.

The recent (and now rare) crop circle that appeared on June 19th above the White Horse at Hackpen Hill, Wiltshire, UK (a favored spot) also feels connected to the Solstice energies. There is a sense of movement with this formation and also of opening cycles even as they are closing as well.

Healing The Inner Punisher-Shame Dynamic Within You

In sessions with women recently, the Punisher-shame dynamic has been coming up for feeling and healing as it is illuminated in the loving and safe healing field that we create together. It can be SUCH an ingrained and deep dynamic that is largely unconscious and ‘off the radar’ for most people, even those awakening for quite awhile. It can create an ongoing sense that life is hopeless, heavy, confusing, bleak, and without consistent inner/outer movement.

There is ongoing suffering looping that happens when the Inner Punisher part of you is continually criticizing/putting down/creating doubt in other parts of you that respond in shame reactions, usually the Inner Child and Inner Teenager. This punishment/shame loop is an effective way of keeping you safe from moving into your soul bigness, risking hurt/rejection, and is a way to ‘match’ the punishing frequencies around you so that they do less harm. Many Inner Punishers over the years have confessed to me that creating this inner punishment/shame dynamic is the only way to survive it happening on the outside with others (usually caregivers/parents.)

I have discovered that it is one of the MAIN ways that Protector and Punisher parts keep us safe and is actually done out of an intense love for you (even though it can feel anything but loving). It is also a necessary acclimation to the Matrix reality, which runs hugely on polarized energies of judgement of self and others. The Matrix is about division, separation, and push-pull frequencies, so we are programmed and conditioned to them from birth, in addition to our social, educational, and family systems often energizing these frequencies as well.

In the SoulFullHeart process during sessions, we connect with your Inner Protector and eventually your Inner Punisher to create a feeling-based compassionate bridge to them. As you more deeply embody your Divine Self through the process, you are able to truly come to love this part of yourself and understand/feel WHY it has been creating this punishment-shame cycles within you. This allows the Punisher to relax into its TRUE essence of humble discernment and truth telling with love. Also, your Divine Self becomes loving parent to your inner child/teenager, and the Inner Punisher can relax into that as well and stop shaming them, allowing their natural joy, magic, and innocence to express more.

Many healers/teachers also operate from an unconscious ‘fusion’ with their Inner Punisher, which can create ongoing shame loops in their clients/followers. They are sharing truths yet there is a shaming frequency in them that leaves a residue for those receiving them. Usually they have not worked with and connected to the punisher/shame energies within them in a conscious way or unplugged from the judgement Matrix either. This is part of the False Light Matrix in spirituality that can keep it ‘capped’ in polarized energies and abuse cycles between teachers and followers.

I had a very strong Punisher-shame dynamic within me that took a conscious focus over the years to heal, including working with an Inner Mother/Punisher aspect for awhile. I was very self conscious with large amounts of self doubt and ‘drew’ Punishers on the outside to be in relationship with and as my teachers. I now experience little to no self judgement of myself and others in the charged frequencies that I once did, can share my truth/gifts without self consciousness, plus I am surrounded by others and in relationship with a mate who lovingly accept/see/get me. It can be challenging to love these Punishing parts of ourselves, yet with support and some necessary separation/differientation, they can transform to become very beloved aspects of ourselves.

Another Punisher/Shame dynamic can be from the False feminine punisher aspect that we call “Ursula”, named after the evil sea witch character in the Little Mermaid movie. Ursula is hugely plugged into the Matrix, energizing hijacked false feminine/evil queen energies, competitive, jealous, possessive, and very difficult to separate from unless consciously connected to. Through more Divine Self embodiment and connection with Divine Mother, she is able to unplug from the Matrix and express her unique and powerful energies of the Divine Feminine, plus open up more soul access/activation for you.

Light Body Detox/Activation Group Meditation Call On June 26| Raphael & Jelelle Awen

I am excited for our first public group call since March! Our recent extended fasting and deep juice cleansing experiences have brought many insights and activations that we would love to share with you! Hope you can join us live and/or take in the recording.

As you awaken and bring in more soul consciousness, your body needs to upgrade as well to be able to hold the higher levels of photonic light and energy. Your 3D-based body vehicle runs on denser fuel sources of processed/refined foods, medications/drugs, adrenaline/stress, emotional and soul trauma reactions, toxins, etc. Your 4D and higher body vehicle runs on purer fuel sources of clean foods, Divine love, prana, breath, joy, ease, flow, a healing emotional body and soul field.

In order for your 3D body to upgrade to your light body, an intensive detoxification process needs to occur in many stages and phases to release and clear the toxic overload you are exposed to ongoingly here in the 3D matrix such as pesticides, heavy metals, viruses/bacteria, steroids, chemicals in the water/air/soil, and much more. This detox process is one that cannot be transcended as the toxins will just be stored in the organs, glands, and cells of your body and released slowly over time in manifestation of diseases, long-term β€˜mystery illnesses’ and more. This also caps or creates a ceiling in your awakening and Ascension process as the body literally cannot hold any more light within it unless the toxins are released.

Holding this detox process with awareness and love through soul guided processes such as extended fasting, celery juice and other food cleansing, yoga/movement, breathing/pranayama and more is a sacred aspect of the light body upgrade journey.

There is also a detox process that occurs on the emotional body level in terms of the emotional/comfort/meditative relationship to food, cultural/family conditioning, and more. What has been generationally passed down to us and what our soul experienced in other lifetimes related to body trauma such as sudden death, being killed, suicide, and more is also stored in our physical bodies with processes needed to access, remember, feel and clear these frequencies.

In a two-hour group call on Sunday, June 26th at 5:00/17:00pm GMT/12:00pm EDT/9:00am PDT, Raphael and I will share about our experiences with the detox process of their 3D bodies (physical, emotional, mental and soul) through extended fasts and more, plus how that has led to more embodiment of our light bodies. Energy Update: Energies Lightening UP w/density and toxicity clearings esp on body levels

Energy update: Energies are opening and lightening up after some intense 3D/4D clearing going on the last few weeks! The purging energies of programs/toxicities post the 6/6/6 portal has been particularly intense, especially on the physical body level as that is our densest expression here on the Earth Plane.

It’s felt like a massive cleaning project of the physical body, on the deepest cellular level, even what has been carried in generational DNA from one generation to the next. It feels like galactic support for this to occur as we can’t ‘meet the galactics halfway’ if our physical body is too dense.

This massive cleaning is necessary for all the toxicities that we take in within the 3D matrix…our skies, our waters, our food, our soil….everything being sprayed and dosed with chemicals and toxins. As you really start to connect to the levels of toxicity within the body due to heavy metals, radiation, chemicals, and more…it is quite humbling.

Our soul consciousness CAN be so expansive and clear, esp when we access 5D and higher frequencies in meditation. Yet, also, there is the truth of what our body vessel has ingested here in 3D….this cannot be transcended or bypassed. Similar to the need to feel the toxicities/densities/programs in our emotional bodies and soul fields, our physical body holds a lot of these energies in the ‘shadows’ of the automatic systems that keep it functioning and even within the tissues of our organs themselves. There is actually an ongoing trauma reaction within our bodies, a heightening of immune response, from this too.

It is becoming clearer to me that no matter HOW MUCH meditating we do, there is still the density of the physical body reality that holds us. This is what we signed up to experience and our dense bodies are the only way our soul consciousness can survive here, like the space suits that the astronauts wear and would die without.

To feel SO MUCH love and appreciation for our body vessel is the ongoing invitation here, especially with the recent lunar eclipse and 6/6/6 portal. It is the divine feminine within us that can hold this deep loving space for our bodies without agenda, will power, and forcing anything. I trust where my attention goes and where my guidance goes and it has been A LOT about this body clearing/upgrading process since I was guided to do an extended fast of almost a month. Then, I experienced a purging of intense and unusual for me sickness and ill health with more recovery happening now.

Of course the bliss and joy sensations within the body are more enjoyable, along with the afterglow of powerful love making with your sacred union mate/twin (if you have drawn that.) Yet, the purging and clearing process is JUST as sacred as you surrender to it, even though a lot more uncomfortable.

I do feel there is so much intimacy possible with our bodies as we truly hold space for them to clear with much love and from following our guidance around diet, exercise, etc in a very conscious way. Programmed and unconscious eating, esp of processed foods and animals, can really keep the body vessel anchored to 3D in fear frequencies, where the purging/clearing process is capped.

Whatever you feel guided to related to your body vessel, to also feel the self judgemental/punishing energies projected onto it is so important as well. And how soul aspects in other lifetimes have related to your body (maybe as sinful or ‘lesser’) and feeling/clearing body traumas such as suicide, starving/freezing to death, intense illness/disease, etc. These soul frequencies impact your physical body this life too.

It is all so interconnected and if you’ve been guided to focus on your body, to clean up your diet, to cleanse/fast, or any other process, there is a BIG opportunity for upgrading into your light body right now.

6/6/6 Energy & Personal Update: Clearing Shadows Lurking In ALL Our Bodies (Physical/Emotional/Mental/Soul)

6/6/6 Energy & Personal update: The energies have been building up to the 6/6/6 portal tomorrow, which feels like it is already open. It’s been a bit challenging for me to tune into higher energies honestly with all that I’ve been going through of cleansing on a body-based level. That does feel like it is an aspect of these energies though…..clearing, purging, pushing up densities and toxicities on physical/mental/emotional/soul levels.

I get a sense of β€˜rehoming’ about the 6/6/6 energies, which have so long been hijacked by the Matrix to signify something β€˜evil’ or β€˜satanic.’ It is always interesting to feel what has been hijacked (such as Friday the 13th) by energies that truly ARE darker to suppress the light that wants to come through. There is an opportunity for Divine balancing from the 6/6/6 portal and high frequency upgrades as well. A reconciliation of shadow and light to bring into balance.

Sometimes the β€˜shadow’ is actually lurking within our physical bodies. I have focused SO MUCH on feeling, healing and being with the shadows in my emotional body and soul field consciousness for years now. That doesn’t mean there isn’t more there for me, yet my attention and initiations recently have been more about the β€˜shadows’ within the physical body that can lurk there causing ongoing health issues, chronic illness, disease, cancer, aging and more.

I did a juice/water only and no solid food fast/transition to living on more prana for nearly three and a half weeks. Overall, I found it easier than ever before with no hunger or physical food cravings, minimal detox reactions, and no emotional/comfort food desire reactions either, plus a sense of deep Divine Mother support and guidance. Yet, also, sometimes there are deeper toxicities lingering in our bodies that really NEED to come up and out that are pushed up by giving our digestive system a rest for awhile.

This happened for me over the last week, where I experienced a surge of strep bacteria along with viral symptoms moving through my body, centered on my throat area. The symptoms of very painful swallowing, low grade fever, muscle aches/cramps, fatigue, brain fog…they were intense for days especially during unfortunately our trip away to the ocean and even on my birthday last Wednesday. It was a big opportunity for surrender as I was clear right away that the fasting and bringing in more energy/prana etc. had actually brought the strep up so that it could finally leave my body after years and years of being dormant.

I had strep throat quite often as a kid/teenager and also in my 20s when I was a smoker to for many years. I’ve been clearing my smoking habit for many years out of my lungs, cells, etc. yet this recent one felt related to it as well, even my voice sounded like a deep smoker for a few days. The strep hadn’t really gone away and anti-biotics usually make it even stronger (that I took when I was younger) even though it goes into ‘hiding’ within different organs for a time.

I was guided to read every Medical Medium book by Anthony William that I could get my hands on and to immediately start drinking celery juice first thing in the morning. His downloads on our health, connection to latent viral and bacterial symptoms, and relationship to food in a very conscious way as medicine has been very supportive. I could feel the celery juice helping right away once I started it, along with salt water gargles, lemon water, and herbal tea.

I started feeling much better yesterday and today even better after a full night’s rest. All the white spots in my mouth are gone, swallowing is no problem, and other than a bit of lingering congestion in my chest, I’m good. I was also guided to start eating again lightly a few days ago so I broke my fast with miso soup broth (a good choice when you haven’t eaten for a few weeks), fruit smoothie, and eventually mashed potatoes.

I feel my next phase of transition to living on prana/energy/Divine Mother’s love, will be about continuing to deeply cleanse my body of any toxicities through the use of very select foods in a more medicinal way, including daily celery juice. Our body vessel really needs to be prepped and upgraded to hold the quota of light we need to live off and every step/phase during this is so valuable.

I do feel like the 6/6/6 portal relates to the cleansing of our homes, these various bodies that dynamically and multidimensionally provide us with the means to be here on the Earth Plane. We live in and with so much toxicity in the 3D Matrix, no matter how awakened or enlightened or high our frequency is.

We have ALL been impacted by these toxicities and being with them, feeling them and clearing them is such a sacred aspect of our Ascension journey. It can be very challenging and even painful to be WITH the experiences that these shadows hold, yet it is always worth it to feel the integration and openings afterwards.

Celebrating Pre-50th Birthday W/Beloveds

After quite a full day of responding to the responses to my post yesterday, welcoming dozens of new followers and friends to my page, setting up some intros and sessions…I THEN got to go to a pre- 50th birthday celebration party with my beloveds!

My birthday is actually next Wednesday, June 1st, but we celebrated early as a group because Raphael and I will be out of town on vacation next week to visit the coastal town of Nazere, Portugal. We haven’t been to the ocean since October, so we are def looking forward to taking in the negative ions and ocean codes there, plus just spending some sacred time alone together to bond and connect. Nazere has the highest and biggest waves in the world, although not this time of year!

It was so lovely to be honored last night by such an intimate circle of souls who resonate and know me SO well. Every gift, whether material or not, was just so perfect. My daughter Raianna Shai made me one of her stunning macrame creations that I proudly put on immediately! Bey Magdalene gave me a beautiful pashima scarf and other sweet items.

The highlight was Gabriel and Kasha singing me a song that they wrote about me! My goodness that was a lot to let in, I cried through most of it and then felt a flood of love afterwards as well. Letting in, breathing, letting in, crying some more to let in.

I really feel like I am rebirthing into a New me, esp with this ongoing fasting that I am doing that seems to be purifying my whole being and opening my heart up quite wide. Cellular cleansing and rewiring is going on, along with necessary detox too as my body upgrades.

I feel truly blessed and grateful for my life and those beings in it! And for YOU too, taking in these words and images, and celebrating along with me! ❀

Twin Flame/Counterpart Reunions: Love Is In The Air!

Interesting experience this morning of having a person copy one of my writings on FB and share it as his own without giving me credit. Kasha commented on his feed about it publicly in order to inform his readers and I PMed him personally asking him to either delete it or give me credit. His name is Mike Harrigan and it seems that he has a pattern of stealing other people’s writings, esp those who write about twin flame relationships, and passing them as his own.

I wanted to let you know in case you follow him on FB about this lack of integrity that is going on within him and therefore in anything that he shares, even his own writings. This feels to me like a classic Matrix hijack, where something original cannot be created and so is ‘stolen’ and passed off as original.

I feel passionate about what I create and especially this writing which tenderly was catalyzed by a brief separation and reunion with my beloved Raphael. It was poignantly and Divinely inspired which you can’t duplicate the energy of actually, even if you share the words as your own. I can also feel a detachment from it as well. Ultimately my words are the words of the Divine and the Oneness field consciousness that we ALL share.

I felt to honor this writing that many people are seeming to like when he ‘shares’ it by sharing it again here in MY field, where it was first born and bloomed. ❀

Love is IN the air! Reunions of pair bonds/counterparts are happening at increasingly accelerated rates as the previous veils are lifted and you can see/feel and CLAIM each other again. What once felt like very real and valid reasons to not be together; to be together yet not fully and completely; to not β€˜find’ or draw each other in the physical; to have push/pull patterns with each other….these barriers are now being dissolved by the Divine’s all consuming desire to experience reunion again.

The separations ARE as sacred as the reunions. The separations offer a full landing in self. What is learned and accessed within during this alone time is so precious and important to the transactability of the bond on heart/body/soul/mind levels once you do come together.

The deepening of the sacred union within you; the cultivation of connection between your inner masculine and inner feminine; this union within as a temporary experience of an internal β€˜opposite’ provides a template for your beloved when they return to you.

If you are currently single, you can trust that the process you are undergoing to heal yourself on all levels, be with the Beloved within, and connect to the Divine AS your Beloved is the most important ground you can navigate in readiness for sacred union with your counterpart. Surrendering the timing of that reunion to the Divine allows for an experience of joy, goodness, and even bliss in that singleness rather than suffering, angst, and pain.

This is the ongoing journey of sacred union…..being invited to LET GO of fear, distrust, wounding, and separation-based relationship templates from 3D. To feel and heal the deep pain of separation within you that we ALL have……the shock that reverberates within our very DNA and at a collective level from that original separation moment from your pair bond, your β€˜twin’ and counterpart.

The reeling feeling of being β€˜cast out’ away from your Beloved at the soul family monad level before you individuate into your Metasoul and the veil of amnesia comes down so that you can truly be an individuated consciousness.

The masculine torn away from his beloved feminine and she from him….seemingly severed in an abrupt way that was so unnatural in the moment…..shocking……and yet completely necessary to the ongoing unfolding of the Divine duality experiment.

And then, always seeming to be reaching again for each other with an active ache to BE in that union again….Reeling and reaching in repeated patterns, over and over, lifetime after lifetime….until the ONE lifetime where you choose to truly be together in full conscious commitment and finally complete the cycle of reeling and reaching.

THIS lifetime is the one that many pair bonds are choosing to come back together in the physical again. The ultimate reason is always for the service of love and to/with the Divine. It is not for ego reasons at the 3D level or even for the gratification of the individuals, although it is very nourishing to both.

It is during this time of Humanity’s Ascension, during this Dark Night moving into the Light of Day, during this time of Matrix collapse to finally be free again…..this is the NOW for which pair bonds are most needed to be again in union.

If you have chosen for this reunion experience as deeply connected to your service of love here and the primary WAY for which you will serve the Divine, you have probably felt the call to sacred union reunion for most of your life and felt your counterpart β€˜with’ you in a deep way, even if you have not met yet in this life.

You may experience this as a deep sense of missing something and that you are not quite β€˜complete’ even as you may experience great fulfillment and self love/worth in being by yourself.

My Process Of Transitioning To Living On Less Food and More Prana/Light – Day 16

I left the house yesterday after a two week seclusion in a ‘temple womb space’ here that has brought me to new depths within me and with the Divine. Raphael and I went to visit Bey where she lives in the nearby town of Coja, a sweet town near a river with cafes, park, and stores to visit. I felt guided to emerge out of the cocoon space that I have been in during these initial weeks of not taking in physical food and juice/water/dry fasting in order to transition to/calibrate to living on more and more prana/energy and less physical food.

Unlike previous extended transitions/fasts, this one has been easier from an emotional digestion place. All of my parts and soul aspects seem to be accepting and surrendering to the journey, which has taken lots of negotiation over the years as our relationship to food can be such an emotional comfort, a habit, an ingrained program, defining social connection, and much more for parts of us.

The only emotional reaction that really came up was when I went into dry fasting or not drinking anything for 12 hours. Then, I felt resistance and fear come up plus the first time of feeling truly dizzy and weak. I connected this to another lifetime and a soul aspect who had died of thirst in the desert under sad circumstances (more to feel of her in the future.)

I felt Divine Mother guide me to drink again and also go back on drinking juice the next day as well. And I felt how much I am truly holding this with Her in love and goodness for myself and my body, not in ANY energy of forcing, pushing, or will powering my way through it. A deep gratitude-based connection opened out with my body then and I could clearly hear and feel it, what it wanted, and what it was truly ready for….which has been a moment by moment feeling it out process.

Being held in self love and Divine Mother’s love is what allows the energy to flow in to supplement the food. There really does need to be a supplement that is connected to through various channels such as deep breathing, yoga, meditation, prayer….otherwise it isn’t possible for the 3D conditioning mind/body and just isn’t the time yet either. Divine timing and soul timing is a big piece of this as well.

Yesterday, I was amazed to feel these waves of goodness, joy, and magic in being outside at the park and even inside of a fairly noisy cafe. I was curious about what the people around me were eating, not desiring it myself to eat. Yet I was able to merge with their consciousness AS they ate it and feel what they did. Sadly, most people are not in reverence and joy when they eat food yet rather in an automated mode of ‘having to’ or medicating this or that emotion that they don’t want to feel.

Yet, still, I throughly enjoyed what I got to partake in this way, including gazing in awe at the gelato ice cream offerings and the Portuguese pastries too! Not with desire to eat them myself, yet to just take in the marvel of them. This was amazing and I so see how being around other people eating will not be a problem yet rather a joy (as I have heard from other people living mostly on prana as well).

I also felt much softer, receptive, and overall more feminine in my social space as well, which is made easy being with Raphael and Bey, two beings who truly let me in and see me. It was more acceptable within me to be quiet, to be still, to be in receiving mode. I love the feminine that this is bringing out even more!

There have been low energy dip moments and even moments of some muscle cramps, indigestion, detox etc. But, overall, the experience has been joyful and a wonder….a sign of it being right timing for me, at least in this moment. I even went through my period cycle last week with no PMS and way less cramps and hormonal dips, which is big for me as that was worsening in the last year.

I am not sharing all this to ‘sell’ you on anything or even to promote fasting for a phase for you, yet to offer what my experience has been so far. Your Divine Self will take in what it is meant to about it for you, be inspired or not, feel resonant or not….and see where that takes you. There are so many phases to this transition and ALL of them are sacred.

There is no goal or ‘end game’ yet rather more opening out into the Now and your own Divine essence expressing through your body vessel that is getting brighter, cleaner, and lighter.

Energy Update: Pleiadian Portal Offering Abduction Healing & Galactic Connections

The sense of support from our Star Families is amplified right now as we continue to go through Global Awakening events. This is a powerful time to receive galactic energies as the Pleiadian Portal is open through tomorrow, May 24th, plus the crop circle season for 2022 has begun with this one below!

This portal allows for stronger transmission of and receiving of Pleiadian Divine Feminine healing frequencies to support our ongoing death and rebirth phases. The Pleiadian energies are soft, beautiful, light; sound like the softest sing song melodies; look and feel like dolphins and whales swimming in the ocean and tropical beaches.

The programs that have kept humanity in a fear and battling place related to Star BEings is dissolving. The abduction programs have been particularly effective at suppressing our galactic consciousness awakening, reactivation of our galactic DNA (the DNA that mainstream 3D science labels as β€˜junk’!!), and inhabitation of our galactic genetics.

We are ALL star seeds in that way, ALL of humanity, yet with some of us having more galactic genetics/lineage/connection than others due to what our soul signed up to do and serve and which Soul Family Monads we originate from on the higher levels.

In a meditation journey, I was taken to Alcyone, a planet in the Seven Sisters of the Pleiades star system, and to a crystal city there that I have been to before. The crystal city (it has another name that I can’t pronounce) is a stunningly bright, quartz crystal feeling, high frequency city that offers a template for how life could look and feel here on Gaia as well as we move into 5D. Every occupant in the city is WELL cared for with all of their needs met.

I have lately been feeling more connected to Leeza, my Pleiadian Aspect, and also with Binkh, my Arcturian Aspect. I have been offered that both the Arcturians and the Pleiadians are amongst the MANY friendly and benevolent Star Beings hovered in Gaia’s orbit during this time of Humanity’s Great Awakening and transition to New Earth.

Both of these are offering healing frequencies to Humanity as a support to let go of 3D conditioning/programming/trauma. As the Matrix control systems collapse on both 3D and 4D Levels during this Event, there is more opportunity for us to receive these healing frequencies and upgrades.

As I connect with these soul aspects in the Crystal City, they provided me with more sense of the abduction programs as I had personally been programmed by them for most of my life until about six years ago. The abduction programs have been downloaded from the 4D AI Matrix and then projected into us through our Reptilian Self entwinement.

These programs create sensations of horror and terror inside of our Inner Child about E.T.s and visitors from other planets. They even produce feeling sensations and memories of being abducted, taken against our will to their ships, sometimes impregnated with hybrid babies being created, physically examined in harsh and unfeeling ways, and much more by non-feeling and even cruel Alien Beings.

Mainstream 3D Entertainment has further programmed us to go into fight or flight mode around β€˜Alien Invaders’ and the mainstream military-industrial complex and Cabal/Illuminati/Elite fed these fears with war mongering programs and β€˜need to protect/defend’ our dominion energies.

I got the sense strongly that these abduction programs have especially been offered to those Star Seeds with strong galactic ambassador frequencies and capacities. I personally needed to have this undigested fear in my emotional body and subconscious about β€˜being abducted’ in order to immerse more into 3D life until I was ready to awaken beyond it and into my Galactic Ambassador consciousness. Ranca, my Reptilian Aspect, was very apologetic about projecting this into my consciousness and I offered forgiveness to her as it wasn’t her fault. She was as enslaved to this programming as I was until we both unplugged from it.

I am being guided to offer this right now about the Abduction programs as it feels like there is so much opportunity to be upgraded, activated, and awakened by galactic energies in this Now. The trauma from these programs can create blocks, resistances, and fear in your Inner Child and Inner Protector around connecting with Galactic energies and aspects.

Contact WILL be happening for more and more souls as their Star Seed essence is activated again. Contact mostly happens through non-physical means and probably already has been happening for you over many years. Experiences of contact are through conscious draw to study and learn more about galactic BEings; frequent dreams of contact, visits, star BEings, and light ships; conscious visits during meditation with Star Family and Metasoul Aspects as I am describing here; and also eventually physical contact experiences.

Along with all the other realities that are being disclosed right now as the Matrix peaks and then collapses, galactic disclosure and the reality of extraterrestrial beings is an important aspect of that and is happening slowly in a trickling and ‘leaking info’ kind of way. As we feel and heal the fear programs against them, we become much more open and receptive to the consciousness awakening that they can provide for us….that we are actually already spring loaded to activate in our galactic DNA!

We are then able to receive the blueprints and templates that they have for us around creation of free energy devices and other technology that will change the way we live on Gaia into more 5D frequencies!

Connecting to the Galactic support available to and through you provides a much BIGGER picture sense of the shifts going on right now for humanity. It lifts us above the constant (and often very conflictual) content that is being generated right now to provide a much more expansive context that is anchored in 5D frequencies. The 5D timeline is the one these Star BEings can remind us is available at ANY moment that we choose it, remember it, and become it.
